In a more preferable scheme, the pore-forming agent comprises at least one of sodium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium bicarbonate, baking powder and potassium hydrogen tartrate. The pore-forming agent increases the micropores of the tobacco material in the combustion process of the cigarette, so that the smoking process of the cigarette can be smoother, and the combustion performance of the cigarette can be improved.
In a more preferable scheme, the combustion improver comprises at least one of potassium citrate, sodium acetate and sodium tartrate. The combustion performance of the cigarette can be improved by adopting a proper combustion improver.
In a more preferable scheme, the adhesive comprises at least one of white latex solution, modified starch solution, cyclodextrin solution and carboxypropyl cellulose solution for cigarettes, and the solid content of the adhesive is 5-50%. The adopted adhesive is mainly used for bonding between the tobacco powder, the natural plant spice and other auxiliary materials, and is beneficial to obtaining the composite plant particle material with uniform particle size and uniform components.
Preferably, the humectant comprises at least one of honey, xylitol, glycerin and propylene glycol. The adoption of proper humectant can improve the moisture-retaining quality and smoking taste of the tobacco.
In a more preferred embodiment, the hot melt adhesive comprises at least one of polyethylene, microcrystalline wax, vinyl acetate, polyolefin, polyisobutylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and polymerized rosin. The adhesive can be used for bonding reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles by utilizing the characteristics that the adhesive is melted at a higher temperature and is solidified at a lower temperature, and the adhesive is suitable for bonding and solidifying tobacco particles to prepare the tobacco round bar.
In a preferred scheme, the particle size of the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles is 10-80 meshes, and the moisture content is 8-12% by mass. The particle size of the tobacco particles is maintained within the range of 10-80 meshes, so that after the die is extruded and formed, better gas channels can be reserved among the reconstituted tobacco particles, the combustion performance of the cigarette is improved, and the lower suction resistance of the cigarette can be kept. The moisture content is kept in the moisture content range of the conventional cigarette tobacco shreds, so that the cigarette keeps better mouthfeel in the smoking process.
In a further preferable scheme, the particle size of the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles is 20-60 meshes.
In a preferred scheme, the density of the tobacco particle round rod is 0.1-2 g/mL; more preferably 0.3 to 1 g/mL. The smaller the density of the tobacco round rod is, the larger the puffing degree is, and the smaller the cigarette smoke resistance is, but the larger the amount of the binder required to be used when the tobacco round rod is formed into a rod is, the negative influence on the smoke taste of the prepared cigarette can be caused. Therefore, the tobacco round rod is kept in a proper density range, and excellent comprehensive performance is favorably obtained.

4) The cigarette production equipment is simple, the preparation method is simple, the price is low, and the tobacco raw materials can be utilized to the maximum extent.
5) The cigarette does not need to add a large amount of expensive tobacco essence spices, and the used natural spices can provide pleasant special fragrance when being combusted, and simultaneously relieve the discomfort of a second-hand smoker.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention without further limiting its scope.
The tobacco particle round bar forming device of the invention is shown in figure 1. The tobacco particle round rod forming device comprises a feeder 1, an extruder 2 and a die 3. The extruder 2 is arranged at one end of the die 3, and the feeder 1 is arranged on the extruder 2. The mould 3 comprises a cylindrical inner cavity 4; and a heater 3 is arranged at one end of the periphery of the die 3, which is close to the extruder 2, and a cooler 5 is arranged at the other end of the periphery of the die.
Example 1
1) Pulverizing tobacco materials such as tobacco leaf and tobacco stem into 100-120 mesh tobacco powder at 40 deg.C; 2) pulverizing dry flos Caryophylli at 40 deg.C into 100-mesh and 120-mesh flos Caryophylli powder; 3) uniformly mixing the tobacco powder and clove powder according to the mass parts of 100 parts and 0.5 part, and obtaining mixed powder for later use; 4) mixing the mixed powder with 100 parts by mass, 1 part by mass, 0.5 part by mass, 5 parts by mass and 0.2 part by mass of sodium bicarbonate, potassium citrate, 10% white latex solution for cigarettes, propylene glycol and the like, granulating and drying to obtain tobacco particles, and removing the particles smaller than 60 meshes by air separation; 5) spraying polyethylene hot melt adhesive on the surfaces of the tobacco particles qualified by winnowing, pressing the tobacco particles into the tobacco particles from one end of a cylindrical die with the diameter of 7.5mm by using a continuous feeding device under the condition of heat preservation, solidifying and rapidly cooling the tobacco particles, and extruding the tobacco particles from the other end to obtain tobacco particle round bars with the density of 0.3 g/mL; 6) the extruded tobacco round rod is wrapped by cigarette paper, the tobacco round rod is cut into 59mm length, and the tobacco round rod is connected with a cigarette filter rod through a tipping paper to form the required novel cigarette with natural fragrance.
Example 2
1) Pulverizing tobacco materials such as tobacco leaf and tobacco stem into 100-120 mesh tobacco powder at 40 deg.C; 2) 1 part by mass of clove and 5 parts by mass of round cardamom are crushed at 40 ℃ into mixed spice powder of 100 meshes and 120 meshes; 3) uniformly mixing the tobacco powder and the mixed spice powder according to 100 parts and 1.5 parts by mass, and obtaining mixed powder for later use; 4) mixing the mixed powder with 100 parts by mass, 1.5 parts by mass, 0.8 part by mass, 10 parts by mass and 0.5 part by mass of ammonium bicarbonate, potassium citrate, a 20% modified carboxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution, glycerol and the like, granulating and drying to obtain tobacco particles, and removing the particles smaller than 60 meshes by air separation; 5) spraying ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer hot melt adhesive on the surfaces of the tobacco particles qualified by air separation, pressing the tobacco particles into the tobacco particles from one end of a cylindrical die with the diameter of 7.5mm by using a continuous feeding device under the condition of heat preservation, solidifying, rapidly cooling and extruding the tobacco particles from the other end to obtain tobacco particle round bars with the density of 0.5 g/mL; 6) the extruded tobacco round rod is wrapped by cigarette paper, the tobacco round rod is cut into 59mm length, and the tobacco round rod is connected with a cigarette filter rod through a tipping paper to form the required novel cigarette with natural fragrance.
Example 3
1) Pulverizing tobacco materials such as tobacco leaf and tobacco stem into 100-120 mesh tobacco powder at 40 deg.C; 2) pulverizing mint and angelica dahurica in parts by mass of 4 parts and 1 part into mixed spice powder of 100 meshes and 120 meshes at 40 ℃; 3) uniformly mixing the tobacco powder and the mixed spice powder according to 100 parts and 4 parts by mass, and obtaining mixed powder for later use; 4) mixing the mixed powder with potassium hydrogen tartrate, potassium citrate, 30% modified starch water solution, glycerol and the like according to the mass parts of 100 parts, 3 parts, 1 part, 12 parts and 1.0 part, granulating and drying to obtain tobacco particles, and removing the particles smaller than 60 meshes by air separation; 5) spraying polymerized rosin hot melt adhesive on the surfaces of the tobacco particles qualified by air separation, pressing the tobacco particles into the tobacco particles from one end of a cylindrical die with the diameter of 7.5mm by using a continuous feeding device under the condition of heat preservation, solidifying and rapidly cooling the tobacco particles, and extruding the tobacco particles from the other end to obtain tobacco particle round rods with the density of 1.0 g/mL; 6) the extruded tobacco round rod is wrapped by cigarette paper, the tobacco round rod is cut into 59mm length, and the tobacco round rod is connected with a cigarette filter rod through a tipping paper to form the required novel cigarette with natural fragrance.
And (3) evaluating sample smoke:
the novel cigarettes prepared in examples 1 to 3 were tested and evaluated with respect to conventional cigarettes prepared from the same tobacco leaves, and the results are shown in Table 1.
The evaluation results show that the smoking quality of the natural aroma-enhancing cigarette product prepared by the method is equivalent to that of the conventional cigarette, and the roundness, hardness, cut appearance and burning ash wrapping performance of the cigarette are greatly improved. The cigarette can feel obvious natural plant incense when being smoked, and meanwhile, the sidestream smoke also contains comfortable and elegant special aroma, so that the discomfort caused by the sidestream smoke of the conventional cigarette can be relieved.
Claims (11)
1. A method for preparing a natural flavor cigarette by reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) respectively crushing the tobacco raw material and the natural plant spice into powder with the granularity of 100-150 meshes, mixing with a pore-forming agent, a combustion improver, an adhesive and a humectant, granulating, and drying to obtain reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles;
the pore-foaming agent comprises at least one of sodium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium bicarbonate, baking powder and potassium hydrogen tartrate;
the combustion improver comprises at least one of potassium citrate, sodium acetate and sodium tartrate;
2) the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles are prepared into tobacco particle round bars by adopting a tobacco particle round bar forming device; the particle size of the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles is 20-60 meshes, and the water content is 8-12% by mass; the density of the tobacco particle round rod is 0.3-1 g/mL;
the tobacco particle round bar forming device comprises a feeder, an extruder and a die; the extruder is arranged at one end of the die, and the feeder is arranged on the extruder;
the mold comprises a cylindrical inner cavity;
a heater is arranged at one end, close to the extruder, of the periphery of the die, and a cooler is arranged at the other end of the periphery of the die;
adding thermosol on the surface of the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles, continuously feeding the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles with the thermosol on the surface into an extruder through a feeder, pressing the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles into one end of a cylindrical inner cavity of a die under the extrusion action of the extruder, sequentially heating, drying and cooling the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles, and continuously extruding the reconstituted tobacco/spice composite particles from the other end of the cylindrical inner cavity of the die to obtain a tobacco particle round rod;
3) wrapping the tobacco particle round bar with cigarette paper, cutting and forming, and compounding with the filter stick to obtain the product.
