本发明涉及一种烤肉砂锅,包括以下重量份的各组分:青坩30‑80份,砂矸5‑30份,锂辉石8‑25份和炉渣3‑20份。本发明还提供一种烤肉砂锅的烧制方法,包括以下步骤:配料,研磨,制泥,揉泥,成型,烘干,烧制。本发明提供的烤肉砂锅中采用了锂辉石,利用锂辉石稳定、耐热的特性,使得砂锅保持原有优点的情况下,还能够承受数百度高温干烧而不裂,大大提高了砂锅的实用性,同时锂辉石富含多种矿物质通过加热可分解弱碱性矿物质,可以补充身体所需的微量元素,具有一定养生功效;另外,本发明利用砂锅传热均匀且传热快,散热慢,保温能力强的特点,可以使食物快速加热,达到外脆里嫩的要求。

本发明属于砂器烧制领域,具体涉及一种烤肉砂锅及其烧制方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食的质量也越来越高,在日常的食物中,烤肉是人们较为喜爱的食物。现有技术中烤肉通常采用炭火或电加热烘烤的方式进行加热,通常情况下,高质量的烤肉要达到外脆里嫩的要求,即烤肉的外表皮需要被烤至酥脆,但是烤肉的内部需要保持肉质细嫩。但是,在实际操作过程中,容易出现烤肉的外部被烤焦而内部没有烤熟的现象发生,并且,需要较长的时间才能完成烤肉操作,因此,现有技术中的烤肉设备烤肉质量较差、耗费时间长且能耗较高。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种烤肉砂锅及其烧制方法,旨在克服现有烧烤设备因传热不均匀导致烤肉质量较差且耗费时间长的缺陷。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种烤肉砂锅,包括以下重量份的各组分:
青坩30-80份,砂矸5-30份,锂辉石8-25份和炉渣3-20份。
本发明还提供了一种烤肉砂锅的烧制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:配料;选取青坩30-80份,砂矸5-30份,锂辉石8-25份和炉渣3-20份待用;
S2:研磨;将步骤S1选取的各原料置入球磨机中进行研磨至200目的细粉备用;
S3:制泥;将步骤S2研磨出的细粉与水按照重量比为1:3-6的配比置于澄泥池中腐化2个月至半年,泥水分离后阴干,得到含水量为50-70%的坯泥;
S4:揉泥;将步骤S3制备的坯泥反复揉制形成泥团,要求泥团的表面及内部均匀且无杂质和气孔;
S5:成型;将步骤S4形成的泥团在泥台上拉坯制成烤肉砂锅的坯体;
S6:烘干;对步骤S5制成的烤肉砂锅的坯体进行烘干至其表面温度为50-70℃;
S7:烧制;将步骤S6制备的坯体放置于窑炉中,在1250-1300℃的温度下烧制18-25h,自然冷却至常温,出窑,打磨形成烤肉砂锅。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的烤肉砂锅中采用了锂辉石,利用锂辉石稳定、耐热的特性,使得砂锅保持原有优点的情况下,还能够承受数百度高温干烧而不裂,大大提高了砂锅的实用性,同时采用了锂辉石的砂锅可直接在微波炉内烧烤,也可在冰箱冷藏,并能在各种热源下炸、炒、炖、煮食品,砂锅仍完好无损,具有良好的热稳定性能,同时锂辉石是属于水晶类弱碱性矿石,富含多种矿物质通过加热可分解弱碱性矿物质,可以补充身体所需的微量元素,具有一定养生功效;另外,本发明利用砂锅传热均匀且传热快,散热慢,保温能力强的特点,可以使食物快速加热,达到外脆里嫩的要求,同时,砂锅能均衡而持久的把外界热能传递给内部食物,使其食物里外同步加热,克服了食物外部被烤焦而内部没有烤熟的现象。

S4:揉泥;将步骤S3制备的坯泥反复揉制形成泥团,要求泥团的表面及内部均匀且无杂质和气孔;
S5:成型;将步骤S4形成的泥团在泥台上拉坯制成烤肉砂锅的坯体;
S6:烘干;对步骤S5制成的烤肉砂锅的坯体进行烘干至其表面温度为60℃;
S7:烧制;将步骤S6制备的坯体放置于窑炉中,在1270℃的温度下烧制20h,自然冷却至常温,出窑,打磨形成烤肉砂锅。
