背景技术
随着社会老龄化人口不断增加,关爱老人健康已上升到国家管理层面。随着老人生活的安逸和活动减少,大便秘结已成为大多老年人口的突出现象,伴随而来的精神压力增大,影响正常生活规律进而影响睡眠,给老年人的健康带来一定的影响。为了使老年人有一个健康、快乐、幸福的晚年生活,提高老龄人口的保健意识,减少或避免因上述因素需长期服用药品,从既是食品又是药品且具有保健功效的物品中,寻找具有润肠功能和具有安神效果的物品组成一种具有保健作用的制品,对解决老年人健康保健的需要十分重要,开发一种既能解决老年人因胃肠功能减弱而引起的便秘,同时又能起到安神作用,使老年人有一良好的睡眠条件,同时又能对老年人的健康起到有益作用的保健制品,这对我国养老事业的健康发展会直到一个良好的社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有润肠和安神作用的蜜丸。
本发明的目的是由以下技术方案实现
一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其特征是由以下重量比例的黑大蒜粉、黑芝麻、火麻仁、酸枣仁、郁李仁、桃仁、核桃仁和炼蜜为原料,以黑大蒜粉:黑芝麻:火麻仁:酸枣仁:郁李仁:桃仁:核桃仁:炼蜜为2.0:1.0:0.5:1.5:1.0:0.5:1.5:7-8比例按以下方法制得:(1)首先取黑大蒜在50℃-90℃条件下,干燥至含水量小于2%;(2)将干燥后的黑大蒜冷却至室温、粉碎,粉碎后的黑大蒜粉过200-300目筛,得到黑大蒜粉备用;(3)取干燥成熟的黑芝麻,取火麻仁,除去杂质,筛去灰屑,将酸枣仁晒干,碾去核壳,取净仁,将郁李仁碾碎果核,取种仁,将净桃仁置沸水中,加热至种皮微鼓起,捞出,置凉水中浸泡,取出,搓开种皮与种仁,干燥,除去种皮,将干燥成熟的核桃,砸破果壳取种仁;(4)将处理后的原料按配方比例称取各原料混合,加水常温浸泡3小时后,捞出,置于磨浆机中,按原料重量的10倍加水打磨成浆液,过100目筛,将浆液置于锅内先大火煮沸15min,再转小火继续煮40min,得浆料;(5)将步骤(4)得到的浆料在50℃-75℃、-0.065MPa~-0.1MPa条件下,浓缩至比重为1.25,得浓缩液;(6)将步骤(5)所得浓缩液采用喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥使含水量在3%以下,经粉碎,过100目筛,得物料粉;(7)将步骤(6)所得物料粉与步骤(2)得到的黑大蒜粉混合,搅拌均匀,加入温度为65℃-75℃的炼蜜,经常规方法进行和药,制丸块,搓条,制丸等工序制成每丸重9克的蜜丸;所述的炼蜜是将蜂蜜置锅中,加热溶化后,过筛除去死蜂及浮沫等杂质,再加入锅内继续加热至116-118℃,煮沸至含水量在14-16%,比重为1.36-1.38即得。

上述步骤(2)所述的粉碎为超微粉碎,优选使用振动超微粉碎机。
上述步骤(5)中优选的浓缩条件为60℃-70℃、-0.065MPa~-0.09MPa。

黑大蒜是经过高温高湿的环境,自然发酵而制得,经过大蒜自身的物理化学变化,不仅使口味酸甜,食用不会产生难闻的口气,而多酚与游离氨基酸的含量大大超过生蒜,同时产生了艾桥恩及S-烯丙基半胱氨酸,水溶性抗氧化物质是普通大蒜的8.7倍,脂溶性抗氧化物质是生蒜的79倍,有增强人体免疫力、抗过敏、抗衰老、抗癌、抑制动脉硬化、平稳血压、降血脂、降血糖、降低胆固醇、治疗便秘、美容等功效。黑大蒜在市场的销售中,由于其对老年人习惯性便秘的功效十分显著,故黑大蒜商品市场很受欢迎。本发明中所述的黑大蒜原料均由徐州绿之野生物食品有限公司加工生产的商品级黑大蒜为基本原料。本发明将黑大蒜经低温干燥后粉碎成超微粉,利于食用后在胃肠道的分布和吸收。
黑芝麻,市售商品,为脂麻科脂麻属植物芝麻Sesanum indicum L.的干燥成熟种子。具文献报导,其化学成分种子含脂肪油,油中主要为油酸、亚油酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸、肉豆蔻酸等脂肪酸的甘油酯。此外,尚含有芝麻素、芝麻酚、芝麻林酚素、组氨酸、色氨酸、车前糖及剪秋罗糖、甾醇类。其药理作用:(1)降血糖等作用:大鼠口服种子提取物可降低血糖,增加肝脏及肌肉中的糖原含量;(2)延缓衰老作用:给予黑芝麻的小鼠与对照组比较,衰老现象推迟发生。功能与主治:滋补肝肾,养血润肠,通乳。适用于肝肾不足,头晕目眩,贫血,便秘,乳汁缺乏。
火麻仁,市售商品,火麻仁为桑科大麻属植物大麻Cannabis sativa L.的干燥成熟果实。火麻仁的化学成分含有饱合脂肪酸,油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、葫芦巴碱、异亮氨基酸甜菜碱、白色毒素、毒素、植物酸钙镁,此外尚含蛋白质、维生素B1、B2、胆碱、挥发油、卵磷脂、菜油甾醇、β-谷甾醇、麦角甾醇等。据文献介绍,火麻仁具有(1)镇痛抗炎作用;(2)致泻作用;(3)抗溃疡作用;(4)抗衰老作用;(5)改善学习和记忆作用;(6)降血压作用等药理作用。火麻仁性味;甘,平。功能与主治:润燥滑肠。适用于血虚津亏,肠燥便秘。
酸枣仁,市售商品,酸枣仁为鼠李科枣属植物酸枣Ziziphus jujubaMill.var.spinosua Bunge的干燥成熟种子。其化学成分含生物碱:酸枣仁碱A、B、D、E、F、G1、G2、Ja、Jb、K、N-甲基巴婆碱、酸李碱、观音连明碱等;三帖类:白桦脂酸、罗珠子酸甲酯、白桦脂醇,酸枣仁皂苷A、A1、B、G等;含黄酮类:当药素、斯皮诺素、异斯皮诺素、6"阿魏酰基斯皮诺素、酸枣黄素、6"对香豆酰基斯皮诺素、芹菜素-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷等。此外还含有苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、阿魏酸、植物甾醇、枣仁环肽等成分。据文献报导,酸枣仁具有(1)镇静、抗惊厥作用;(2)镇痛作用;(3)降温作用;(4)降血压作用;(5)抗心律失常作用;(6)降血脂作用等药理作用。酸枣仁性味:甘、酸,平。功能主治:养心,安神,敛汗。适用于神经衰弱,失眠,多梦,心悸,盗汗。
郁李仁,市售商品。郁李仁为蔷薇科樱桃属植物欧李Prunus humili Bge、郁李Prunusjaponico Thunb.或长柄扁桃Prunus Pedunculata Maxim的干燥成熟种子。其化学成分:欧李和郁李的种仁均含苦杏仁苷、郁李仁苷;脂肪油及有机酸等。据文献介绍,其药理作用具有:(1)利尿、泻下作用,欧李有利尿、缓下作用;郁李糖苷对实验动物有强烈的泻下作用。(2)降血压作用:郁李仁有显著的降压作用。(3)郁李糖苷有镇静作用。郁李仁性味:辛、苦、甘,平。功能主治:润肠通便,下气利水。适用于津枯肠燥,食积气滞,腹胀便秘,水肿,脚气,小便不利等。
桃仁,市售商品。桃仁为蔷薇科樱桃属植物桃Prunus Ptisico(L.)Batsch或山桃Prunusdauidiana(Carr.)franch.的干燥成熟种子。其化学成分,种仁含苦杏仁苷、苦杏仁酶、尿囊素酶、乳糖酶、维生素B1、脂肪油等;还含精油:苯甲醛、柠檬烯、1-甲乙基肼、石竹烯、罗勒烯等;蛋白质成分;PR-A、PR-B;不饱和脂肪酸:油酸、亚油酸等;甾醇类成分: △7-豆甾烯醇乙酸酯、β-谷甾醇乙酸酯、菜油甾醇乙酸酯、豆甾醇乙酸酯、 △5-燕麦甾醇乙酸酯等;三萜醇类成分:羽扇醇乙酸酯、24-亚甲基环阿屯烷醇乙酸酯等。果肉含桃苷、柚素、儿茶素、奎宁酸、番茄红、胡萝卜素。据文献记载,桃仁具有以下药理作用:(1)抗纤维化作用;(2)对心血管系统的作用,桃仁对体外兔耳血管能明显增加灌流液的流量,并能消除去甲肾上腺素的缩血管作用;桃仁石油醚提取物能降低急性心肌梗死大鼠心电图ST段的抬高,抑制血清中CPK、LDH的升高,降低冠状动脉结扎造成的急性心肌梗死大鼠的梗死面积;桃仁煎剂对离体蛙心呈抑制,并有短暂的降压作用。抗血栓作用:桃仁在体内、外对以凝血酶和ADP诱导的血小板聚集均有明显的抑制作用,是一个有效的多途径血小板聚集抑制剂。镇咳作用:桃仁含苦杏仁苷,能分离出氢氰酸;氢氰酸对呼吸中枢呈镇静作用,因此有止咳的功效。其他作用:桃仁含大量脂肪油,故有润肠之效。桃仁性味:苦、甘,平。功能主治:活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘。适用于经闭痛经,瘕瘕痞块,肺痈肠痈,跌打损伤,肠燥便秘,咳嗽气喘。
核桃仁,市售商品。核桃仁为胡桃科胡桃属植物胡桃Juglans regia L.的干燥成熟种子。核桃仁含脂肪油:亚油酸甘油酯、油酸甘油酯、亚麻酸甘油酯;甾醇类成分:油菜甾醇、豆甾醇、谷甾醇、△5-燕麦甾醇、△7-豆甾醇等;氨基酸,异白氨酸、白氨酸、色氨酸等;矿物质元素:钙、磷、铁等;维生素:维生素B2、a-维生素E、r-维生素E等;还含蛋白质、磷脂、胡萝卜素等。现代文献记载有以下药理作用:(1)抗衰老作用;(2)抗氧化作用,核桃蛋白肽有抗氧化作用,随着核桃蛋白肽浓度的增加,其还原能力、羟基自由基的消除能力和超氧阴离子清除能力增大。核桃仁性味:甘,温。功能与主治:补肾,温肺,润肠。适用于肾阳不足,腰膝酸软,阳痿遗精,虚寒喘嗽,肠燥便秘。
蜂蜜,市售商品。蜂蜜为蜜蜂科昆虫中华蜜蜂Apis cerana Fabr.或意大利蜂Apismellifera L.所酿的蜜。蜂蜜富含转化糖、挥发油、蜡质、有机酸、花粉粒,并且含泛酸、烟酸、乙酰胆碱、维生素A、维生素D、维生素E等。尚含有淀粉酶、蔗糖转化酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸脂酶、多种氨基酸、Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、Se、Mo等微量元素,以及La、Ce等稀土元素。蜂蜜具有(1)对创面有收敛、营养和促进愈合的作用。(2)有润滑性祛痰和缓泻作用。(3)能清除体内自由基,有抗氧化作用等药理作用。蜂蜜性味:甘,平。功能主治:补中,润燥,止痛,解毒;适用于腔腹虚痛,肺燥干咳,肠燥便秘等。
本发明利用本公司加工生产黑大蒜的优势,根据市场销售信息反馈收集整理,其对黑大蒜的食用对象,占>60%的人群是用于防治便秘而在服用,对此,企业研发课题组,经过对具有润燥润肠功能的中药进行筛选,结合中老年人睡眠减少,睡眠易醒等普遍现象,采用黑大蒜配合黑芝麻、火麻仁、酸枣仁、郁李仁、桃仁、核桃仁以及炼蜜组成一种具有润肠和安神功能的保健蜜丸,本发明不仅从原料的配伍中起到润肠安神作用,且具有上述物料营养成分的营养功效,发明产品比单独食用黑大蒜具有更好的食用效果,且提供了多方面的营养需求,为解决中老年人习惯性便秘提供了一种新的产品,具有很好的应用前景,对保障人们健康养老提供了一种食用方便,无毒付作用的良好产品,对促进养老事业的发展具有一定的促进作用,产品的市场化,具有很好的社会效益。
本发明产品,服用方便,口味甘甜清香,特别配方中加入了比例量的炼蜜,不仅是作为蜜丸的最好助剂同时还对肠燥便秘具有协同的良好功效,同时也是一种营养补品,对人体的健康起到了其它甜味剂无法可替代的良好效果。
本发明产品经过对患有习惯性便秘的中老年人45例食用统计,其效十分满意,试验人数45例,其中男性30人,女性15人,年龄50-55岁20人,60以上25人,其中6人年龄大于70岁,45例试验人群中,有16人在应用本发明蜜丸产品前,长期口服果导片,其他均有不定时服用中、西药品的习惯。45人中,有35人每天服用本发明产品2次,早、晚各一次,每次1丸,其中10人每天晚饭后服一次,每次2丸,结果显示,有42人大便变软,排便顺畅,无秘结感。本发明产品对防治老年人便秘有效率达93.33%。上述试验人员在服用本发明产品过程中未出现拉稀、下泻症状,未发现其他不良反应,试用人员口述自身体会时,均认为该产品效果好,无不良反应,其中36人均认为夜间睡眠好,睡的深沉,食量增加,肠蠕动好,排便顺畅。本发明产品为丸剂产品,携带使用均较方便,利于人们的食用。

下面结合实施例对本发明的一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸的制作工艺方法作进一步的说明,而非本发明的全部。
实施例1
一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其制备方法如下:
(1)首先取黑大蒜采用热风干燥箱内,在70℃条件下热风干燥至含水量小于2%;
(2)将步骤(1)干燥后的黑大蒜取出,冷却至室温,使用振动超微粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的黑大蒜粉过200目振动筛,制得黑大蒜粉,备用;
(3)取干燥成熟的黑芝麻,取火麻仁,除去杂质,筛去灰屑,将酸枣仁晒干,碾去核壳,取净仁,将郁李仁碾碎果核,取种仁,将净桃仁置沸水中加热至种皮微鼓起,捞出,置凉水中浸泡,取出,搓开种皮与种仁,干燥,除去种皮,将干燥成熟的核桃,砸破果壳取种仁;
(4)称取经处理后的黑芝麻1kg,火麻仁0.5kg,酸枣仁1.5kg,郁李仁1kg,桃仁0.5kg,核桃仁1.5kg混合,加水常温浸泡3小时后,捞出,加入60kg水用磨浆机打磨成浆液,过100目筛,将浆液倾入锅内,先用大火煮沸15min,再转小火继续煮40min,得浆料;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的浆料,用真空旋转蒸发器,在60℃、-0.09MPa条件下浓缩至比重为1.25,得浓缩液;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浓缩液采用喷雾干燥器进行喷雾干燥使含水量在3%以下,经粉碎,过100目筛,得物料粉;
(7)将步骤(6)所得物料粉与步骤(2)得到的黑大蒜粉2kg混合,搅拌均匀,加入温度为65℃、权利要求1所述的炼蜜8kg,经常规方法进行和药,制丸块,搓条,制丸等工序制成每丸重9克的蜜丸,即得。
实施例2
一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其制备方法如下:
(1)首先取黑大蒜采用热风干燥箱内,在80℃条件下热风干燥至含水量小于2%;
(2)将步骤(1)干燥后的黑大蒜取出,冷却至室温,使用振动超微粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的黑大蒜粉过300目振动筛,制得黑大蒜粉,备用;
(3)取干燥成熟的黑芝麻,取火麻仁,除去杂质,筛去灰屑,将酸枣仁晒干,碾去核壳,取净仁,将郁李仁碾碎果核,取种仁,将净桃仁置沸水中加热至种皮微鼓起,捞出,置凉水中浸泡,取出,搓开种皮与种仁,干燥,除去种皮,将干燥成熟的核桃,砸破果壳取种仁;
(4)称取经处理后的黑芝麻1kg,火麻仁0.5kg,酸枣仁1.5kg,郁李仁1kg,桃仁0.5kg,核桃仁1.5kg混合,加水常温浸泡3小时后,捞出,加入60kg水用磨浆机打磨成浆液,过100目筛,将浆液倾入锅内,先用大火煮沸15min,再转小火继续煮40min,得浆料;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的浆料,用真空旋转蒸发器、在70℃、-0.065MPa条件下浓缩至比重为1.25,得浓缩液;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浓缩液采用喷雾干燥器进行喷雾干燥使含水量在3%以下,经粉碎,过100目筛,得物料粉;
(7)将步骤(6)所得物料粉与步骤(2)得到的黑大蒜粉2kg混合,搅拌均匀,加入温度为75℃、权利要求1所述的炼蜜7kg,经常规方法进行和药,制丸块,搓条,制丸等工序制成每丸重9克的蜜丸,即得。
实施例3
一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其制备方法如下:
(1)首先取黑大蒜采用热风干燥箱内,在75℃条件下热风干燥至含水量小于2%;

(5)将步骤(4)得到的浆料,用真空旋转蒸发器、在65℃、-0.075MPa条件下浓缩至比重为1.25,得浓缩液;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浓缩液采用冷冻干燥机进行冷冻干燥使含量在3%以下,经粉碎,过100目筛,得物料粉;
(7)将步骤(6)所得物料粉与步骤(2)得到的黑大蒜粉2kg混合,搅拌均匀,加入温度为70℃、权利要求1所述的炼蜜7.5kg,经常规方法进行和药,制丸块,搓条,制丸等工序制成每丸重9克的蜜丸,即得。
实施例9
一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其制备方法如下:
(1)首先取黑大蒜采用热风干燥箱内,在75℃条件下热风干燥至含水量小于2%;
(2)将步骤(1)干燥后的黑大蒜取出,冷却至室温,使用振超微动粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的黑大蒜粉过250目振动筛,制得黑大蒜粉,备用;
(3)取干燥成熟的黑芝麻,取火麻仁,除去杂质,筛去灰屑,将酸枣仁晒干,碾去核壳,取净仁,将郁李仁碾碎果核,取种仁,将净桃仁置沸水中加热至种皮微鼓起,捞出,置凉水中浸泡,取出,搓开种皮与种仁,干燥,除去种皮,将干燥成熟的核桃,砸破果壳取种仁;
(4)称取经处理后的黑芝麻1kg,火麻仁0.5kg,酸枣仁1.5kg,郁李仁1kg,桃仁0.5kg,核桃仁1.5kg混合,加水常温浸泡3小时后,捞出,加入60kg水用磨浆机打磨成浆液,过100目筛,将浆液倾入锅内,先用大火煮沸15min,再转小火继续煮40min,得浆料;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的浆料,用真空旋转蒸发器、在65℃、-0.075MPa条件下浓缩至比重为1.25,得浓缩液;
(6)将步骤(5)所得浓缩液采用冷冻干燥机进行冷冻干燥使含量在3%以下,经粉碎,过100目筛,得物料粉;
(7)将步骤(6)所得物料粉与步骤(2)得到的黑大蒜粉2kg混合,搅拌均匀,加入温度为70℃、权利要求1所述的炼蜜7.5kg,经常规方法进行和药,制丸块,搓条,制丸等工序制成每丸重9克的蜜丸,即得。
实施例10
一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其制备方法如下:

Claims (5)
1.一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其特征是由以下重量比例的黑大蒜粉、黑芝麻、火麻仁、酸枣仁、郁李仁、桃仁、核桃仁和炼蜜为原料,以黑大蒜粉:黑芝麻:火麻仁:酸枣仁:郁李仁:桃仁:核桃仁:炼蜜为2.0:1.0:0.5:1.5:1.0:0.5:1.5:7-8比例按以下方法制得:(1)首先取黑大蒜在50℃-90℃条件下,干燥至含水量小于2%;(2)将干燥后的黑大蒜冷却至室温、粉碎,粉碎后的黑大蒜粉过200-300目筛,得到黑大蒜粉备用;(3)取干燥成熟的黑芝麻,取火麻仁,除去杂质,筛去灰屑,将酸枣仁晒干,碾去核壳,取净仁,将郁李仁碾碎果核,取种仁,将净桃仁置沸水中,加热至种皮微鼓起,捞出,置凉水中浸泡,取出,搓开种皮与种仁,干燥,除去种皮,将干燥成熟的核桃,砸破果壳取种仁;(4)将处理后的原料按配方比例称取各原料混合,加水常温浸泡3小时后,捞出,置于磨浆机中,按原料重量的10倍加水打磨成浆液,过100目筛,将浆液置于锅内先大火煮沸15min,再转小火继续煮40min,得浆料;(5)将步骤(4)得到的浆料在50℃-75℃、-0.065MPa~-0.1MPa条件下,浓缩至比重为1.25,得浓缩液;(6)将步骤(5)所得浓缩液采用喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥使含水量在3%以下,经粉碎,过100目筛,得物料粉;(7)将步骤(6)所得物料粉与步骤(2)得到的黑大蒜粉混合,搅拌均匀,加入温度为65℃-75℃的炼蜜,经常规方法进行和药,制丸块,搓条,制丸等工序制成每丸重9克的蜜丸;所述的炼蜜是将蜂蜜置锅中,加热溶化后,过筛除去死蜂及浮沫等杂质,再加入锅内继续加热至116-118℃,煮沸至含水量在14-16%,比重为1.36-1.38即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)所述的干燥采用热风干燥、远红外干燥或微波干燥;优选的干燥条件为在70℃-80℃;所述步骤(2)所述的粉碎为超微粉碎。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其特征在于:所述的超微粉碎,优选使用振动超微粉碎机。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)所述的浓缩使用真空旋转蒸发器、管式蒸发浓缩器或板式蒸发浓缩器;优选的浓缩条件为60℃-70℃、-0.065MPa~-0.09MPa。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的具有润肠和安神作用的保健蜜丸的制备方法。
