背景技术
西瓜是一种很受人们喜爱的生食水果,西瓜皮,别名西瓜翠衣,为葫芦科植物西瓜的外层果皮,通常人们食用西瓜时,会将它的外部果皮废弃。
在现代社会中,随着人们生活节奏的加快和作息饮食的无规律,加之社会环境的污染,患有高血脂、高血压、高血糖的人群越来越多。高血脂症,又称高脂血症、高脂蛋白血症,是血浆脂质浓度超过正常高限时的病症。血脂浓度受多种因素影响,胆固醇及甘油三醋可随年龄增长而增长;多进食荤食又比长期食素食者为高;多食动物油或富含胆固醇食物者血中胆固醇异常增高;多食糖类者甘油三脂异常高;所以,不少高血脂症是由饮食不当所造成的。高血脂症又常见于多种疾病中:如未控制的糖尿病、甲状腺机能减退、动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、中风、肾病综合症及某些遗传性脂质代谢紊乱疾病等。引起高血压、高血糖的原因也是多样化,患者不断增多,并趋于年轻化。由于目前用于降三高的药物主要是以西药为主,存在一定的副作用,最好的方式是能通过饮食,摄入含具有降三高作用的食物,达到治疗目的。而现在大多数可摄入的中药材多采用烘干的方法制备干物质,过高的温度导致药材中的部分有效成分流失,因此如何得到一种能保持较好药性且便利的可降三高的保健食品成为了目前需要解决的技术问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种西瓜皮保健食品,所述的西瓜皮保健食品能够显著提高人体免疫力,降低三高指标,无毒副作用,冲调方便,回味佳。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种所述的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,所述制备方法对各原料有效成分提取效率高,减少有效成分的流失;且提取及干燥温度低,能够最大限度的保留营养成分和药性。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种西瓜皮保健食品,主要由以下原料制得:西瓜皮、山药、黄芪、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、金银花、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、菊花、决明子、荷叶和桑叶。
本发明提供的西瓜皮保健食品,成分全部为纯天然的食物,药食同源,可调节体液酸性、降气利尿、润肺止咳、补肾阳、益精血、润肠、温脾胃、消脂、健脾胃、助消化、降血压、降血糖、降血脂,通过调理脏腑,平衡阴阳,促进新陈代谢,清除体内气血之瘀滞,还能清热消暑、生津止渴、利尿消肿、抗过敏、抗氧化等。所述西瓜皮保健食品能提高机体免疫力,从而达到软化疏通心脑血管,防病祛湿,降三高等保健养生目的。
西瓜皮的果皮含蜡质及糖,果汁含瓜氨酸、甜菜碱、苹果酸、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、番茄红素、维生素C等;西瓜皮味甘,性凉,可用于健脾清暑、解热,止渴,利小便,也可用于暑热烦渴、小便短赤、水肿、口舌生疮。
西瓜皮中的瓜氨酸,是肝脏的一个重要组成部分。人体从肝脏清除氨等有毒化合物需要用瓜氨酸。没有瓜氨酸,肝脏细胞难以排除氨毒,这是一种在氧化过程产生的废物。瓜氨酸帮助免疫系统抵御感染和增加能量,促进新陈代谢和保持氮平衡;并且帮助产生能量,防止肌肉疲劳。瓜氨酸在体内转换成精氨酸改善血液循环,并增加内皮细胞的硝酸生产,以支持循环功能。西瓜皮中的甜菜碱对脂质代谢有促进作用,能够抗脂肪肝等。西瓜皮中的苹果酸,酸度大,但是味道柔和,有利于氨基酸的吸收,促进代谢,不积累脂肪;且苹果酸能够提高人体的免疫力、降低血压,并能减轻抗癌药物对正常细胞的毒害作用;苹果酸还能够促进其他有效成分在体内的吸收和扩散。番茄红素的抗氧化性很强,是维生素E的100倍,β胡萝卜素的两倍以上;此外,番茄红素能有效地预防前列腺癌,对子宫癌,肺癌细胞的抑制作用显著高于β和α胡萝卜素;而且人体内番茄红素的含量与人的寿命相关。维生素C是一种抗氧化剂,保护人体免于自由基的威胁,促进维持人体免疫功能;同时维生素C还具备有抗氧化,抗自由基,抑制酪氨酸酶的形成,从而达到美白,淡斑的功效。西瓜皮中的各种物质是天然存在的,各类物质之间的相容性及相互结合是天然成一体的,各有效成分之间协同作用,更大的发挥各有效成分的作用。

枸杞中主要含有枸杞多糖、甜菜碱、枸杞色素等,其中,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,是枸杞中最主要的活性成分,具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳等作用。
金银花,又名忍冬。为忍冬科忍冬属植物忍冬及同属植物干燥花蕾或带初开的花。金银花味甘,性寒,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、抗肿瘤、降血脂、补虚疗风等功效。
甜杏仁中含有丰富的脂肪油,有降低胆固醇的作用,对防治心血管系统疾病有良好的作用;并且其中的胡萝卜素含量极高,富含极高的营养价值。
桑葚中含有脂肪酸,主要由亚油酸。硬脂酸及油酸组成,具有分解脂肪,降低血脂,防止血管硬化等作用。
决明子是豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子,以其有明目之功而名之。决明子味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;润肠通便,降脂明目,治疗便秘及高血脂、高血压。清肝明目、利水通便、有缓泻和降血压、降血脂的作用。
荷叶为多年水生草本植物莲的叶片,其化学成分主要有荷叶碱、柠檬酸、苹果酸、葡萄糖酸、草酸、琥珀酸及其它抗有丝分裂作用的碱性成分。荷叶碱能强悍密布人体肠壁上,形成一层脂肪隔离膜,阻止脂肪吸收。荷叶中的芳香族化合物能有效溶解脂肪,维他命B1、C和咖啡因能促进胃液分泌,有助消化与消脂。

优选的,所述西瓜皮、山药、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、荷叶、桑叶为冻干原料。在较低温度制备原料,能最大限度的保留营养成分和药性。
本发明还提供了一种西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
水浸提黄芪、金银花、菊花和决明子得到浸提液,将浸提液、西瓜皮、山药、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、荷叶和桑叶冷冻干燥,然后粉碎后混合得到西瓜皮保健食品。
本发明的制备方法制备过程中不采用有机溶剂,无残留,更加安全;采用浸提方法,提取效率高,减少药用物质的流失;提取温度低,有效成份不易受到破坏,利用水;并且采用真空冷冻干燥的方法,在较低温度处理的原料能最大限度的保留营养成分和药性。
优选的,所述水浸提的方法为:在超声条件下,以水作为溶媒,料液质量比1﹕(10-12),在50-60℃条件下浸提。更优选的,所述超声频率为20-30KHz。进一步优选的,所述浸提的时间为20-30min。在超声条件下,能够有效缩短浸提时间,提高浸提效率,减少药用物质的流失,并且能够进一步降低浸提温度,条件温和,不会破坏有效成分。
优选的,将所述浸提液浓缩后再进行冷冻干燥。更优选的,所述浓缩的方法为:于40-60℃温度加热浓缩,所述浓缩比为(10-8)﹕1。浓缩后冷冻干燥效率提高。
优选的,预先将黄芪、金银花、菊花和决明子粉碎至80-100目后,再进行水浸提。粉碎后浸提能够提高浸提效率,将原料中的有效物质充分提取。
优选的,所述冷冻干燥的方法为:于低温下使水分冻结,置于真空环境下干燥。更优选的,所述低温为-30~-25℃,所述真空度为15-20Pa。在低温下使浸提液和其他原料所含的水分冻结,在真空的环境下干燥,让各个原料中水分由固体状态直接升华为水蒸气,干燥速率快,且在较低温度处理的原料能最大限度的保留营养成分和药性。
优选的,所述粉碎的细度达到300目以上,再进行混合。细度的要求可以使本发明得到的西瓜皮保健食品冲调方便,便于食用,口感佳。
优选的,所述混合时间为7-9min。保证各个物料混合均匀,相互融合。
优选的,所述各原料在使用前通过流动水充分清洗,使表面无杂物、尘土,清洗后沥干备用。
优选的,所述制备方法还包括在混合结束后,取样检验合格后定量、无菌真空包装。更优选的,所述包装还包括对预包装西瓜皮保健食品的不合格品、异物进行筛选,对包装完成的成品进行金属探测检验。进一步优选的,采用牛皮纸复合纯铝包装袋真空包装。对包装完成后的成品进行金属探测检验,有效防止金属物质进入到成品中,避免流入市场。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明提供的西瓜皮保健食品,成分全部为纯天然的食物,药食同源,可调节体液酸性、降气利尿、润肺止咳、补肾阳、益精血、润肠、温脾胃、消脂、健脾胃、助消化、降血压、降血糖、降血脂,通过调理脏腑,平衡阴阳,促进新陈代谢,清除体内气血之瘀滞,还能清热消暑、生津止渴、利尿消肿、抗过敏、抗氧化等;所述西瓜皮保健食品能提高机体免疫力,从而达到软化疏通心脑血管,防病祛湿,降三高等保健养生目的;
(2)本发明的西瓜皮保健食品无毒副作用,冲调方便,回味佳,将现有技术中未充分利用的西瓜皮制成食品,为消费者提供了更加多样的选择;
(3)本发明的制备方法不采用有机溶剂,无残留,更加安全;采用浸提方法,提取效率高,减少药用物质的流失;提取温度低,有效成份不易受到破坏,利用水;并且采用真空冷冻干燥的方法,在较低温度处理的原料能最大限度的保留营养成分和药性。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
本实施例所述的西瓜皮保健食品的原料组成为:西瓜皮80g、山药80g、黄芪100g、蒲公英80g、枸杞50g、红枣50g、金银花100g、陈皮50g、甜杏仁50g、桑葚80g、菊花100g、决明子80g、荷叶20g和桑叶20g。
本实施例的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法如下:
1)原料清洗:按上述用量称取各原料,采用流动水充分冲洗,使其表面没有杂物、尘土,清洗完成后沥干备用;其中,山药、枸杞、红枣可选用滚筒式毛刷干洗机进行清洗,干洗时间8min,吸尘器风速为12m/s。
2)将清洗沥干后的黄芪、金银花、菊花和决明子粉碎至100目,放入超声波提取设备中,并添加浸提原料重量12倍的纯净水,密闭容器后使温度在50℃、超声频30KHz的条件下,浸提20min,得到浸提液。
3)用浓缩机将步骤2)中的浸提液进行浓缩处理,浓缩温度为60℃,得到浓缩液,其中浓缩比为10﹕1。
4)将步骤1)中清洗沥干的西瓜皮、山药、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、荷叶和桑叶,以及步骤3)中得到的浓缩液置于-25℃低温条件下使其所含的水分冻结,取出后置于15Pa的真空的环境下干燥,使原料及浓缩液中的水分由固体状态直接升华为水蒸气。
5)将步骤4)所得的冷冻干燥后的原料及冷冻干燥后的浓缩液分别放入气流超微粉碎机进行粉碎,使细粒细度达到500目。
6)将步骤5)中得到的粉碎细粒置于三维混合机中进行混合,混合时间为8min,取样检验合格后定量、灭菌,采用牛皮纸复合纯铝包装袋真空包装。
实施例2
本实施例所述的西瓜皮保健食品的原料组成为:西瓜皮80g、山药100g、黄芪120g、蒲公英80g、枸杞50g、红枣50g、金银花120g、陈皮50g、甜杏仁50g、桑葚100g、菊花120g、决明子80g、荷叶30g和桑叶30g。
本实施例的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法如下:
1)原料清洗:按上述用量称取各原料,采用流动水充分冲洗,使其表面没有杂物、尘土,清洗完成后沥干备用;其中,山药、枸杞、红枣可选用滚筒式毛刷干洗机进行清洗,干洗时间8min,吸尘器风速为12m/s。
2)将清洗沥干后的黄芪、金银花、菊花和决明子粉碎至80目,放入超声波提取设备中,并添加浸提原料重量10倍的纯净水,密闭容器后使温度在60℃、超声频20KHz的条件下,浸提30min,得到浸提液。
3)用浓缩机将步骤2)中的浸提液进行浓缩处理,浓缩温度为40℃,得到浓缩液,其中浓缩比为10﹕1。
4)将步骤1)中清洗沥干的西瓜皮、山药、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、荷叶和桑叶,以及步骤3)中得到的浓缩液置于-25℃低温条件下使其所含的水分冻结,取出后置于17Pa的真空的环境下干燥,使原料及浓缩液中的水分由固体状态直接升华为水蒸气。
5)将步骤4)所得的冷冻干燥后的原料及冷冻干燥后的浓缩液分别放入气流超微粉碎机进行粉碎,使细粒细度达到300目。
6)将步骤5)中得到的粉碎细粒置于三维混合机中进行混合,混合时间为7min,取样检验合格后定量、灭菌,采用牛皮纸复合纯铝包装袋真空包装。
实施例3
本实施例所述的西瓜皮保健食品的原料组成为:西瓜皮100g、山药100g、黄芪150g、蒲公英100g、枸杞80g、红枣80g、金银花150g、陈皮80g、甜杏仁80g、桑葚100g、菊花150g、决明子100g、荷叶50g和桑叶50g。
本实施例的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法如下:
1)原料清洗:按上述用量称取各原料,采用流动水充分冲洗,使其表面没有杂物、尘土,清洗完成后沥干备用;其中,山药、枸杞、红枣可选用滚筒式毛刷干洗机进行清洗,干洗时间8min,吸尘器风速为12m/s。
2)将清洗沥干后的黄芪、金银花、菊花和决明子粉碎至100目,放入超声波提取设备中,并添加浸提原料重量12倍的纯净水,密闭容器后使温度在55℃、超声频20KHz的条件下,浸提30min,得到浸提液。
3)用浓缩机将步骤2)中的浸提液进行浓缩处理,浓缩温度为40℃,得到浓缩液,其中浓缩比为10﹕1。
4)将步骤1)中清洗沥干的西瓜皮、山药、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、荷叶和桑叶,以及步骤3)中得到的浓缩液置于-25℃低温条件下使其所含的水分冻结,取出后置于20Pa的真空的环境下干燥,使原料及浓缩液中的水分由固体状态直接升华为水蒸气。
5)将步骤4)所得的冷冻干燥后的原料及冷冻干燥后的浓缩液分别放入气流超微粉碎机进行粉碎,使细粒细度达到300目。
6)将步骤5)中得到的粉碎细粒置于三维混合机中进行混合,混合时间为9min,取样检验合格后定量、灭菌,采用牛皮纸复合纯铝包装袋真空包装。
实验例1
针对实施例1-3制备出的西瓜皮保健食品进行动物血糖、血脂、血压试验:
将体重(20±2)g的糖尿病模型小鼠30只,随时分成3组,每组10只,将本发明的西瓜皮保健食品用水冲调喂食小鼠,以1﹕20比例稀释,其中第一组用本发明的实施例1的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,第二组用本发明的实施例2的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,第三组用本发明的实施例3的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,每天三次,每次15mg,连续喂食一个月,测定小鼠的空腹血糖值,具体结果如下表1所示:

将体重(20±2)g的高血脂模型小鼠30只,随时分成3组,每组10只,将本发明的西瓜皮保健食品用水冲调喂食小鼠,以1﹕20比例稀释,其中第一组用本发明的实施例1的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,第二组用本发明的实施例2的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,第三组用本发明的实施例3的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,每天三次,每次15mg,连续喂食一个月,测定小鼠的血脂,具体结果如下表2所示:

将体重(200±20)g的高血压模型大鼠30只,随时分成3组,每组10只,将本发明的西瓜皮保健食品用水冲调喂食小鼠,以1﹕20比例稀释,其中第一组用本发明的实施例1的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,第二组用本发明的实施例2的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,第三组用本发明的实施例3的西瓜皮保健食品喂食,每天三次,每次15mg,连续喂食一个月,测定小鼠的血压,具体结果如下表3所示:

从表1-3中可以看出,本发明实施例的西瓜保健食品可显著降低小鼠或大鼠的血糖浓度、血脂及血压,说明本发明制备出的西瓜皮保健食品具有降低三高的保健功效,提高身体免疫力。
实验例2
将本发明实施例1-3制备出的西瓜皮保健食品进行如下实验:随机抽取年龄在50-60岁之间、男女不限的人共50名,均具有三高问题,病情轻重不一,食用前进行血常规检测,记录数据;食用本发明的西瓜皮保健食品,食用方式为每日早上饭前、晚上睡前冲服500mL,稀释比为1﹕20,食用一个月后,对其进行血常规检测,根据化验结果发现,50名人员中有43人三高明显降低。说明了本发明的西瓜皮保健食品可有效降低人体的三高。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。
Claims (10)
1.一种西瓜皮保健食品,其特征在于,主要由以下原料制得:西瓜皮、山药、黄芪、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、金银花、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、菊花、决明子、荷叶和桑叶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的西瓜皮保健食品,其特征在于,主要由以下原料制得:以重量份数计,西瓜皮8-10份、山药8-10份、黄芪10-15份、蒲公英8-10份、枸杞5-8份、红枣5-8份、金银花10-15份、陈皮5-8份、甜杏仁5-8份、桑葚8-10份、菊花10-15份、决明子8-10份、荷叶2-5份和桑叶2-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的西瓜皮保健食品,其特征在于,所述黄芪、金银花、菊花和决明子为浸提原料,所述西瓜皮、山药、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、荷叶、桑叶为冻干原料。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
水浸提黄芪、金银花、菊花和决明子得到浸提液,将浸提液、西瓜皮、山药、蒲公英、枸杞、红枣、陈皮、甜杏仁、桑葚、荷叶和桑叶冷冻干燥,然后粉碎后混合得到西瓜皮保健食品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,预先将黄芪、金银花、菊花和决明子粉碎至80-100目后,再进行水浸提。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水浸提的方法为:在超声条件下,以水作为溶媒,料液质量比1﹕(10-12),在50-60℃条件下浸提。
7.根据权利要求6所述的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,所述超声频率为20-30KHz;优选的,所述浸提的时间为20-30min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述浸提液浓缩后再进行冷冻干燥;
优选的,所述浓缩的方法为:于40-60℃温度加热浓缩,所述浓缩比为(10-8)﹕1。
9.根据权利要求4所述的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述冷冻干燥的方法为:于低温下使水分冻结,置于真空环境下干燥;
优选的,所述低温为-30~-25℃,所述真空度为15-20Pa。
10.根据权利要求4所述的西瓜皮保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粉碎的细度达到300目以上,再进行混合;
优选的,所述混合时间为7-9min。
