技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种酸性还原清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
长期以来,分散染料染色涤纶及其混纺织物的染色牢度一直是个难题。目前常用的措施就是从处理方法着手,例如选用热迁移性较低的分散染料,再辅以合适的后处理方法(如高温皂洗法、还原清洗法)等。其中,还原清洗是较为普遍的方法,传统采用烧碱、保险粉进行处理,目前国内大部分厂家都在延用这一方法。但这种方法存在一些弊端:固体产品操作麻烦,整个工序繁杂、耗能、耗水、耗时,且效率低;使用保险粉时,容易产生臭气、粉尘,引起废水处理等问题;保险粉暴露在空气中会逐渐丧失还原能力等。

步骤3,加入荷叶粉末5-10份、醋酸5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤4,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体酸性还原清洗剂;
步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体酸性还原清洗剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

选用涤纶织物,采用分散染料染色,之后用冰醋酸调节pH在4-5之间,用实施1、2、3、4的酸性还原清洗剂在50-60℃进行还原清洗,时间为20分钟,之后排液水洗,排液。测试结果如下:

3.根据权利要求1所述的酸性还原清洗剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:碳酸钠6份、乙二胺四乙酸8份、十二烷基磺酸钠18份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份、二氧化硫脲15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、荷叶粉末8份、醋酸8份、去离子水40份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的酸性还原清洗剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:碳酸钠7份、乙二胺四乙酸10份、十二烷基磺酸钠20份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份、二氧化硫脲20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、荷叶粉末10份、醋酸10份、去离子水50份。
5.一种采用上述权利要求1-4中任一所述的酸性还原清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入碳酸钠5-7份、乙二胺四乙酸5-10份、去离子水30-50份,升高温度至50-60℃,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤2,降温至25-35℃,加入十二烷基磺酸钠15-20份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-3份、二氧化硫脲10-20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤3,加入荷叶粉末5-10份、醋酸5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤4,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体酸性还原清洗剂;
步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体酸性还原清洗剂温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
