本发明涉及一种连续氧漂精炼剂及其制备方法。该连续氧漂精炼剂含有稀土催化剂、双氧水稳定剂、生物降解表面活性剂、吉米奇型表面活性剂、超支化型表面活性剂以及水。与常规精炼剂相比,本发明制备的连续氧漂精炼剂精炼剂高效环保,工艺适用性广,NaOH用量较常规精炼剂降低约40%,排放废水COD值降低40%以上,处理后织物的白度、毛效、断裂强力均明显优于常规精炼剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种印染前处理助剂及其制备方法,特别是一种连续氧漂精炼剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
棉织物以其吸湿透气性深受广大消费者青睐,而棉纤维中含有很多天然杂质,使得棉织物色泽发黄、吸水性很差,同时由于棉籽壳的存在,也影响了织物的外观和手感,因此,棉织物必须进行去除天然杂质为主要目的的精炼和以去除天然色素为主要目的的漂白,经过精炼、漂白的棉织物的外观、手感和染色性能均得以明显改善,服用性能得以提高。棉织物常规煮练、漂白采用的分段连续汽蒸练漂工艺路线长,耗能大,排污大,为扭转这种局面,近年来,行业工作者不断进行技术创新,研发出节能减排的短流程新工艺,将煮练、漂白一浴进行,而传统的前处理精炼剂由于应用环境的变化已不再适用,适用于新工艺的新型氧漂精炼剂成为研究热点。
目前,精炼剂的开发主要集中在生物酶精炼剂和非生物耐碱精炼剂,前者的关键技术在于精练酶种类的选择应用,后者的关键技术在于表面活性剂的选择应用,多集中在烷基(苯)磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等系列表面活性剂,前者生态环保,精练效果不佳,后者精炼效果优良,但不环保。如中国专利CN 102154230 A,发明涉及了一种精练酶在纺织物前处理中的应用,节能环保,但对棉籽壳的去除效果并不理想,不能达到很好的精炼效果;又如中国专利CN 104532556 A,介绍了一种高耐碱性纺织精炼剂及其制备方法,采用烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚系列表面活性剂,对天然杂质及棉籽壳的去除效果优良,但精炼剂和NaOH用量大,分别达到10克/L和30克/L,造成排放废水COD值很高,不利于环保。
综上,目前还没有一支精炼剂既适用于短流程新工艺,又同时满足练漂效果并更加环保,因此,开发出一种满足上述要求的连续氧漂精练剂,具有非常重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明一个方面在于提供一种连续氧漂精炼剂,其包括以下组分:

本发明的另一个方面在于提供一种连续氧漂精炼剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下几个步骤:
1)将上述的双氧水稳定剂、生物降解表面活性剂、吉米奇型表面活性剂、超支化型表面活性剂和水加入反应釜,40-60℃搅拌10-20分钟;
2)在步骤1)中形成的混合物中加入稀土催化剂,升温至50-70℃,继续搅拌1-2小时;和
3)任选地冷却至室温,制得所述连续氧漂精炼剂;
与现已公开的精炼剂及其制备方法相比,该发明独创性表现在如下几个方面:(1)本发明引入催化剂稀土双核双配体配合物,提高催化效率,从而提高练漂效果;(2)引入生物降解表面活性剂代替部分非生物表面活性剂,利于环保;(3)采用吉米奇型和超支化型表面活性剂,其具有非常优异的润湿、乳化和净洗能力,用量小,效率高。(4)以上组分具有协同增效作用,由此制备的连续氧漂精炼剂应用效果好,毛效和白度高,强力损伤小,并且能够大大降低应用工艺中NaOH用量和氧漂精炼剂的用量,以及降低排放废水COD值。
本发明制备的连续氧漂精炼剂精炼剂高效环保,工艺适用性广,NaOH用量较常规精炼剂降低约40%,排放废水COD值降低40%以上,处理后织物的白度、毛效、断裂强力均明显优于常规精炼剂。

在一个更优选的实施方式中,所述催化剂是稀土双核双配体配合物Tb0.5Eu0.5(TTA)3Phen、Pr2(BA)6(Phen)2、Eu0.7La0.3Su3Dipy、或其混合物,其中,TTA表示β—二酮,Phen表示邻菲咯啉,BA表示苯甲酸,Su表示丁二酸,Dipy表示2,2′-联吡啶。
在一个更优选的实施方式中,所述稳定剂是重均分子量为2000-8000的木质素磺酸盐、重均分子量为3000-8000聚羧酸、重均分子量为3000-8000的聚羟基丙烯酸钠、或它们的混合物;
在一个更优选的实施方式中,所述的木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸、聚羟基丙烯酸钠的质量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(1-1.5)。
在一个更优选的实施方式中,所述生物降解表面活性剂是无患子皂苷、平均聚合度为1.1-1.3的C12-14淀粉糖苷、鼠李糖脂R1、鼠李糖脂R2、鼠李糖脂R3、鼠李糖脂R4、或其混合物。

在一个更优选的实施方式中,本发明连续氧漂精炼剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将双氧水稳定剂5-10wt%、生物降解表面活性剂2-5wt%、吉米奇型表面活性剂18-25wt%、超支化型表面活性剂2-4wt%和去离子水50-70wt%加入反应釜,40-60℃搅拌10-20分钟;
2)在步骤1)中形成的混合物中加入稀土催化剂2-8wt%,升温至50-70℃,继续搅拌1-2小时;
3)冷却至室温,制得所述连续氧漂精炼剂。
本发明制备的连续氧漂精炼剂精炼剂高效环保,工艺适用性广,NaOH用量较常规精炼剂降低约40%,排放废水COD值降低40%以上,处理后织物的白度、毛效、断裂强力均明显优于常规精炼剂。

所制得产品固含量测定及其在纺织品上的应用与性能测定:
1)含固量:采用HG63型卤素水分测定仪测定;
2)在纺织品的练漂处理应用:
织物:全棉府绸坯布
配方:精练剂3、5克/L;NaOH 8、15克/L,H202(30%)10克/L
工艺:二浸二轧(轧余率90%)→烘干(90℃×2分钟)→汽蒸(100-105℃×2分钟)→热水洗(80℃×5分钟,50℃×5分钟)→冷水充分冲洗,烘干
3)纺织品性能测定标准:
白度:将织物折成4层(织物表面纹路方向尽可能一致,保持织物平整),在Datacolor 400测色配色仪,D65/10光源下测试织物的4个不同地方的CIE值,取平均值;
毛效:根据《FZ/T 01071-2008》测定;
断裂强力:根据《GB/T3923.1-2013》标准测定;
强力保留率:按照公式(a)计算:
其中,F1为全棉府绸坯布(经过练漂处理)的断裂强力,F0为全棉府绸坯布(未经过练漂处理)的断裂强力;
COD值:收集应用工艺中热水洗的排放废水,参照《化学需氧量(COD)测定仪检定规程》,使用5B-3F型COD快速测定仪进行测定。
实施例1
在四口烧瓶中加入木质素磺酸盐(武汉丰竹林化学科技有限公司,重均分子量2900)2.1克、聚羧酸(湖北信康医药化工有限公司,重均分子量3150)2.0克、聚羟基丙烯酸钠(金锦乐(湖南)化学有限公司,重均分子量3100)2.3克、无患子皂苷(湖南朗林生物制品有限公司)2.8克、N,N′-双月桂酰基乙二胺二乙基磺酸钠21克、AAS-HBP 2克和去离子水65克,45℃搅拌15分钟,加入Tb0.5Eu0.5(TTA)3Phen 4.3克,升温至55℃,继续搅拌1.5小时,冷却至室温,制得所述连续氧漂精炼剂1,测得含固量36.2%。

在四口烧瓶中加入木质素磺酸盐(武汉丰竹林化学科技有限公司,重均分子量4200)2.0克、聚羧酸(湖北信康医药化工有限公司,重均分子量3950)1.9克、聚羟基丙烯酸钠(金锦乐(湖南)化学有限公司,重均分子量4100)2.2克、平均聚合度为1.2的C12淀粉糖苷(购自兰州理工大学)3克、N,N′-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠22克、(式I表示)、SHBP 2.3克和去离子水63克,40℃搅拌15分钟,加入Pr2(BA)6(Phen)2 4.8克,升温至55℃,继续搅拌1.5小时,冷却至室温,制得所述连续氧漂精炼剂2,测得含固量35.7%。
实施例3
在四口烧瓶中加入木质素磺酸盐(武汉丰竹林化学科技有限公司,重均分子量4900)2.2克、聚羧酸(湖北信康医药化工有限公司,重均分子量4600)2.2克、聚羟基丙烯酸钠(金锦乐(湖南)化学有限公司,重均分子量4850)2.5克、鼠李糖脂R1(北京华越洋生物科技有限公司)3.5克、4,4′-双酰基乙二醇二苯醚磺酸盐20克、(式Ⅱ表示)、RHBP2.3克和去离子水62克,50℃搅拌10分钟,加入Eu0.7La0.3Su3Dipy 4.2克,升温至60℃,继续搅拌1.5小时,冷却至室温,制得所述连续氧漂精炼剂3,测得含固量36.4%。
实施例4
在四口烧瓶中加入木质素磺酸盐(武汉丰竹林化学科技有限公司,重均分子量4760)2.1克、聚羧酸(湖北信康医药化工有限公司,重均分子量4900)2.0克、聚羟基丙烯酸钠(金锦乐(湖南)化学有限公司,重均分子量5100)2.8克、鼠李糖脂R3(北京华越洋生物科技有限公司)3.2克、1,4-丁二醇双聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸双酯双磺酸盐20.5克、RHBP 2.1克和去离子水62克,50℃搅拌10分钟(min),加入Eu0.7La0.3Su3Dipy 4.1克,升温至55℃,继续搅拌1.5小时,冷却至室温,制得所述连续氧漂精炼剂4,测得含固量36.5%。
各实施例的应用效果与市售精炼剂A(含固量37.4%)、市售精炼剂B(含固量38.0%)应用效果对比,如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,经本发明制备的连续氧漂精炼剂应用时,白度、毛效均优于市场精炼剂,当NaOH用量由25克/L降低为15克/L时,市售精炼剂效果已经不能达到市场基本要求(CIE白度65,毛效8.0cm/30min),本发明连续氧漂精炼剂仍表现出良好的处理效果,并且,本发明的连续氧漂精炼剂对织物强力损伤小,排放废水COD值远远低于市售精炼剂,更加利于环保。

Claims (10)

1.一种连续氧漂精炼剂,其包括以下组分:
2.如权利要求1所述的连续氧漂精炼剂,其特征在于,所述稀土催化剂是稀土双核双配体配合物Tb0.5Eu0.5(TTA)3Phen、Pr2(BA)6(Phen) 2、Eu0.7La0.3Su3Dipy或其混合物,其中,TTA表示β—二酮,Phen表示邻菲咯啉,BA表示苯甲酸,Su表示丁二酸,Dipy表示2,2′-联吡啶。
3.如权利要求1所述的连续氧漂精炼剂,其特征在于,所述双氧水稳定剂是重均分子量为2000-12000的木质素磺酸盐、重均分子量为3000-13000聚羧酸、重均分子量为3000-13000的聚羟基丙烯酸钠、或它们的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的连续氧漂精炼剂,其特征在于,所述木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸、聚羟基丙烯酸钠的质量比为1:(0.5-2):(1-1.5)。
5.如权利要求1所述的连续氧漂精炼剂,其特征在于,所述生物降解表面活性剂是无患子皂苷、平均聚合度为1.1-1.4的C12-14淀粉糖苷、鼠 李糖脂R1、鼠李糖脂R2、鼠李糖脂R3、鼠李糖脂R4或其混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的连续氧漂精炼剂,其特征在于,所述吉米奇型表面活性剂是N,N′-双月桂酰基乙二胺二乙基磺酸钠、N,N′-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、4,4′-双酰基乙二醇二苯醚磺酸盐、1,4-丁二醇双聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸双酯双磺酸盐的一种或其混合物。
7.如权利要求1所述的连续氧漂精炼剂,其特征在于,所述超支化型表面活性剂为式I表示的烷基芳基磺酸盐超支化聚合物表面活性剂AAS-HBP、式Ⅱ表示的烷基磺酸盐超支化聚合物表面活性剂SHBP、式III表示的松香基超支化表面活性剂RHBP或其混合物:
8.如权利要求1所述的连续氧漂精炼剂,其特征在于,所述水是去离子水。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的连续氧漂精炼剂的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
1)将双氧水稳定剂、生物降解表面活性剂、吉米奇型表面活性剂、超支化型表面活性剂和水加入反应釜,40-60℃搅拌10-20分钟;
2)在步骤1)中形成的混合物中加入稀土催化剂,升温至50-70℃,继续搅拌1-2小时;
3)冷却至室温,制得所述连续氧漂精炼剂。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水是去离子水。
