本发明公开了一种橡胶防滑底及其制备方法,橡胶防滑底的组分及各组分的质量份如下:麻纤维:20份~30份;稻壳粉:45份~55份;丁基橡胶:50份~70份;三元乙丙橡胶:10份~20份;增塑剂:2~4份;发泡剂:2~4份;防老剂:2~4份;硫化剂:2~4份。本发明不仅美观大方,而且具有优异的防滑性能,并且耐酸碱,使用寿命长。

橡胶防滑底及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶防滑底及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,现有技术的橡胶防滑底,其需要与地面接触,遇到的摩擦力较大,一般材质的耐磨性不够,寿命比较短,有些用天然橡胶制成,但是其也很不耐磨。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种橡胶防滑底,它不仅美观大方,而且具有优异的防滑性能,并且耐酸碱,使用寿命长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种橡胶防滑底,它的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
麻纤维:20份~30份;
稻壳粉:45份~55份;
丁基橡胶:50份~70份;
三元乙丙橡胶:10份~20份;
增塑剂:2~4份;
发泡剂:2~4份
防老剂:2~4份
硫化剂:2~4份。
进一步,所述防老剂为防老剂AW、防老剂RD、防老剂A和防老剂D中的至少一种。
进一步,所述防老剂为防老剂AW、防老剂RD、防老剂A和防老剂D的混合物,并且防老剂AW、防老剂RD、防老剂A和防老剂D的质量比为:(1~2):(1~3):2:1。
进一步,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。
进一步,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯中的至少一种。
进一步,所述发泡剂为碳黑或碳酸盐。
进一步,所述硫化剂为硫化剂DTDM、硫化剂双25、硫化剂PDM中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了一种橡胶防滑底的制备方法,方法含有的步骤如下:
(a)按照组分和各组分的质量份备料;
(b)将相应质量份的麻纤维、稻壳粉、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、增塑剂、发泡剂、防老剂和硫化剂投入密炼机进行密练,形成密炼料,然后排胶,并在室温下放置2~3天,然后进行混炼,混炼后出料;
(c)将混炼后的料放入特制的模具,进行硫化成型,从而得到橡胶防滑底;其中,硫化温度为150℃~160℃。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明在橡胶防滑底的配方里增加了麻纤维和稻壳粉,其可以表现出一定的木质感,使橡胶防滑底呈现出很好的表面感观效果,而且将这些组分组合在一起,可以使其具备很好的耐酸碱的性能;另外,增加的麻纤维和稻壳粉使其具有更好地防滑性,增加了其使用寿命。

为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
一种橡胶防滑底,它的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
麻纤维:20份;
稻壳粉:45份;
丁基橡胶:50份;
三元乙丙橡胶:10份;
增塑剂:2份;
发泡剂:2份
防老剂:2份
硫化剂:2份。
所述防老剂为防老剂AW、防老剂RD、防老剂A和防老剂D的混合物,并且防老剂AW、防老剂RD、防老剂A和防老剂D的质量比为:1:3:2:1。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯
所述发泡剂为碳黑。
所述硫化剂为硫化剂DTDM和硫化剂双25的混合物。
该橡胶防滑底的制备方法,方法含有的步骤如下:
(a)按照组分和各组分的质量份备料;
(b)将相应质量份的麻纤维、稻壳粉、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、增塑剂、发泡剂、防老剂和硫化剂投入密炼机进行密练,形成密炼料,然后排胶,并在室温下放置2~3天,然后进行混炼,混炼后出料;
(c)将混炼后的料放入特制的模具,进行硫化成型,从而得到橡胶防滑底;其中,硫化温度为150℃。
实施例二
一种橡胶防滑底,它的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
麻纤维:30份;
稻壳粉:55份;
丁基橡胶:70份;
三元乙丙橡胶:20份;
增塑剂:4份;
发泡剂:4份
防老剂:4份
硫化剂:4份。
所述防老剂为防老剂AW、防老剂RD和防老剂A的混合物。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的混合物。
所述发泡剂为碳酸盐。
所述硫化剂为硫化剂DTDM、硫化剂双25、硫化剂PDM的混合物。
该橡胶防滑底的制备方法,方法含有的步骤如下:
(a)按照组分和各组分的质量份备料;
(b)将相应质量份的麻纤维、稻壳粉、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、增塑剂、发泡剂、防老剂和硫化剂投入密炼机进行密练,形成密炼料,然后排胶,并在室温下放置2~3天,然后进行混炼,混炼后出料;
(c)将混炼后的料放入特制的模具,进行硫化成型,从而得到橡胶防滑底;其中,硫化温度为160℃。
实施例三
一种橡胶防滑底,它的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
麻纤维:25份;
稻壳粉:50份;
丁基橡胶:60份;
三元乙丙橡胶:15份;
增塑剂:3份;
发泡剂:3份
防老剂:3份
硫化剂:3份。
所述防老剂为防老剂AW。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二环己酯。
所述发泡剂为碳酸盐。
所述硫化剂为硫化剂DTDM、硫化剂双25、硫化剂PDM的混合物。
该橡胶防滑底的制备方法,方法含有的步骤如下:
(a)按照组分和各组分的质量份备料;
(b)将相应质量份的麻纤维、稻壳粉、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、增塑剂、发泡剂、防老剂和硫化剂投入密炼机进行密练,形成密炼料,然后排胶,并在室温下放置2~3天,然后进行混炼,混炼后出料;
(c)将混炼后的料放入特制的模具,进行硫化成型,从而得到橡胶防滑底;其中,硫化温度为155℃。
以上三个实施例制备的橡胶防滑底,经过使用后发现,其防滑性能比较好,而且耐酸碱能力也比较强,使用寿命大幅度提高。

麻纤维:20份~30份;
稻壳粉:45份~55份;
丁基橡胶:50份~70份;
三元乙丙橡胶:10份~20份;
增塑剂:2~4份;
发泡剂:2~4份
防老剂:2~4份
硫化剂:2~4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶防滑底,其特征在于:所述防老剂为防老剂AW、防老剂RD、防老剂A和防老剂D中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的橡胶防滑底,其特征在于:所述防老剂为防老剂AW、防老剂RD、防老剂A和防老剂D的混合物,并且防老剂AW、防老剂RD、防老剂A和防老剂D的质量比为:(1~2):(1~3):2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶防滑底,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的橡胶防滑底,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶防滑底,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为碳黑或碳酸盐。
7.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶防滑底,其特征在于:所述硫化剂为硫化剂DTDM、硫化剂双25、硫化剂PDM中的至少一种。
8.一种如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的橡胶防滑底的制备方法,其特征在于方法含有的步骤如下:
(a)按照组分和各组分的质量份备料;
(b)将相应质量份的麻纤维、稻壳粉、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、增塑剂、发泡剂、防老剂和硫化剂投入密炼机进行密练,形成密炼料,然后排胶,并在室温下放置2~3天,然后进行混炼,混炼后出料;
(c)将混炼后的料放入特制的模具,进行硫化成型,从而得到橡胶防滑底;其中,硫化温度为150℃~160℃。
