背景技术
随着经济的蓬勃发展,公用的大型场所越来越少,而人们的户外活动类型丰富,对户外场地的需求也具有灵活性,随之发展出了蓬房,由于其随拆随搭的便利性,深受人们的喜爱。而蓬房用的蓬布,其质量与性能关系着蓬房的使用效能,一般具有防风、防燃的功效,但是具有保温的蓬布用于特定的场合,尤其是处于冬季或风大等恶劣条件下使用防水保温性能的蓬布的需求量也逐年递增,因此研发一种保温防水的蓬布具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种保温防水蓬布,该蓬布耐水压、剥离强度性能好,粘结力高,具有较强的保温和防水效果。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种保温防水蓬布的制备方法,该方法简单,烘干温度为最佳,其制备的蓬布耐水压、剥离强度性能好,粘结力高。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种保温防水蓬布,包括基布、第一防水层、保温层、第二防水层,所述基层两面涂布第一浆料,形成第一防水层,所述第一防水层涂布第二浆料,形成保温层,再将保温层涂布第一浆料,形成第二防水层,所述第一防水层所用的第一浆料与所述第二防水层所用的第一浆料的用量比为1∶2-3。
上述的一种保温防水蓬布,其中,所述第一浆料主要由以下重量份的组分组成:聚四氟乙烯30-60份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂40-60份、聚丙烯乳液20-30份、锐钛型二氧化钛3-6份、闭孔珍珠岩15-20份、增塑剂5-8份。
上述的一种保温防水蓬布,其中,所述第二浆料主要由以下重量份的组分组成:邻苯二甲酸异辛酯20-30份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂40-60份、聚丙烯乳液40-60份、锐钛型二氧化钛5-10份、闭孔珍珠岩15-20份、增塑剂5-8份、水溶性酚醛树脂5-15份。
上述的一种保温防水蓬布,其中,所述蓬布的厚度为2-5mm。
一种保温防水蓬布的制备方法,其中,包括如下步骤:将第一浆液涂布于基布,烘干,得第一防水层;将第二浆液涂布于第一防水层,烘干,得保温层;将第一浆液涂布于保温层,得第二防水层。
上述的制备方法,其中,第一浆液的烘干温度为120-130℃,2-5min;第二浆液的烘干温度为140-150℃,2-5min。
上述的制备方法,其中,所述第一防水层的涂布量为20-30g/m2,所述第二防水层的涂布量为40-90g/m2
上述的制备方法,其中,所述保温层的涂布量为30-50g/m2
上述的制备方法,其中,所述基布为高强长丝双径双纬机织平纹布。

第一浆料:聚四氟乙烯30份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂40份、聚丙烯乳液20份、锐钛型二氧化钛3份、闭孔珍珠岩15份、增塑剂5份。
第二浆料:邻苯二甲酸异辛酯20份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂40份、聚丙烯乳液40份、锐钛型二氧化钛5份、闭孔珍珠岩15份、增塑剂5份、水溶性酚醛树脂5份。

第二浆料:邻苯二甲酸异辛酯30份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂60份、聚丙烯乳液60份、锐钛型二氧化钛10份、闭孔珍珠岩20份、增塑剂8份、水溶性酚醛树脂15份。

第一浆料:聚四氟乙烯30份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂40份、聚丙烯乳液20份、锐钛型二氧化钛3份、闭孔珍珠岩15份、增塑剂5份。
第二浆料:邻苯二甲酸异辛酯20份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂40份、聚丙烯乳液40份、锐钛型二氧化钛5份、闭孔珍珠岩15份、增塑剂5份、水溶性酚醛树脂5份。
将实施例1-4、对比例1-3制备的保温防水蓬布进行静水压、剥离强度的检测,检测结果如表1。

由表1可知,本发明的在各阶段的烘干温度为最佳,其制备的蓬布耐水压、剥离强度性能好,粘结力高。

Claims (9)

1.一种保温防水蓬布,其特征在于,包括基布、第一防水层、保温层、第二防水层,所述基层两面涂布第一浆料,形成第一防水层,所述第一防水层涂布第二浆料,形成保温层,再将保温层涂布第一浆料,形成第二防水层,所述第一防水层所用的第一浆料与所述第二防水层所用的第一浆料的用量比为1∶2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防水蓬布,其特征在于,所述第一浆料主要由以下重量份的组分组成:聚四氟乙烯30-60份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂40-60份、聚丙烯乳液20-30份、锐钛型二氧化钛3-6份、闭孔珍珠岩15-20份、增塑剂5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防水蓬布,其特征在于,所述第二浆料主要由以下重量份的组分组成:邻苯二甲酸异辛酯20-30份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂40-60份、聚丙烯乳液40-60份、锐钛型二氧化钛5-10份、闭孔珍珠岩15-20份、增塑剂5-8份、水溶性酚醛树脂5-15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防水蓬布,其特征在于,所述蓬布的厚度为2-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述保温防水蓬布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将第一浆液涂布于基布,烘干,得第一防水层;将第二浆液涂布于第一防水层,烘干,得保温层;将第一浆液涂布于保温层,得第二防水层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,第一浆液的烘干温度为120-130℃,2-5min;第二浆液的烘干温度为140-150℃,2-5min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一防水层的涂布量为20-30g/m2,所述第二防水层的涂布量为40-90g/m2
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述保温层的涂布量为30-50g/m2
9.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基布为高强长丝双径双纬机织平纹布。
