一种手绘水性亚光油画布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油画布技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于手绘的亚光油画布。
背景技术
现有的手绘画布,吸水性差,易发黄,容易皱,不容易保存,也不适合室外悬挂,被雨淋到会使画褪色。为此,有必要改进现有的手绘画载体。有文献报道在化纤织物、玻纤布或棉布上粘附PVC面或采用各种聚合物的乳液复配制备画布的生产工艺,或者采用涤纶材质和刀刮PVC涂层制备类似的画布材料的生产工艺。这种两种方法的主要缺点是在基布上覆盖PVC膜或施于聚合物乳液后,效果平整,虽可作为喷绘画布,但对于手绘画布的来说,它不能体现基布本身的肌理,表达效果大大下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种手绘水性亚光油画布及其制备方法。本发明改革了传统手绘画布材料及装裱方法,开拓了织造物应用的新领域。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种手绘水性亚光油画布,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)清胶层材料:将三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯1~3份,环氧丙烯酸酯1~2 份,无水乙醇2~3份先均匀混合,然后与丙烯酸酯粘合剂20~24份,淀粉20~22 份,明矾5~8份,去离子水10~14份混合后搅拌均匀;
(2)底涂层材料:将二氧化硅5~7份,碳酸钙30~32份,钛白粉10~15份,丙烯酸酯粘合剂20~23份,光亮剂2~3份,去离子水20~25份混合后搅拌均匀;
(3)面涂层材料:将碳酸钙10~12份,二氧化硅20~23份,去离子水15~18 份,丙烯酸酯粘合剂10~13份,表面活性剂4~5份混合后搅拌均匀;
(4)先对坯布进行轧光处理,然后喷涂清胶层,涂后进行烘箱烘干;
(5)在清胶层上喷涂底涂层,涂后采用烘箱烘干,然后进行加热轧光;
(6)在底涂层上喷涂面涂层,涂后采用烘箱烘干,然后进行轧光处理;
所述各原料的份数均为重量份数。所述坯布采用涤棉或者全棉材质。所述清胶层的厚度为50~80μm。所述底涂层的厚度为100~180μm。所述面涂层的厚度为130~200μm。
所述三个涂层进行烘箱烘干的温度均为100~120℃,织物穿过烘箱的速度为 5~6米/分钟。所述步骤(5)加热轧光的加热温度为110~120℃,轧光压力为40~45 吨。所述步骤(6)轧光的温度为70~80℃,轧光压力为40~45吨。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明在涂层里特别添加低分子聚合物,运用低分子材料明矾和光亮剂,使画布中间层具有抗氧化功效,涂层不容易褪色。运用低分子材料二氧化硅,使画布涂层具有吸水性,达到快干的吸水效果。本发明采用三道喷涂、二道热轧、一道轧光的工艺生产的新型织造物具有手绘画布的特点和性能;还可以使画布面平整;最后运用轧光后整理工序,使涂料中的低分子材料达到一定极限的最大值,可以使画布质地柔软。
传统的画布,只能画西方的油画、丙烯画等,而本发明提供的手绘水性亚光油画布质地柔软,吸水性好,对颜料的稀稠度不挑剔,布面牢固,不容易发黄发皱,适合室外悬挂,具有耐折绉、防霉、防虫蛀、防变形、不易老化、易于装裱、适于工业化大生产、色彩稳定,具有独特的表面肌理等诸多优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
一种手绘水性亚光油画布,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)清胶层材料:将三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯2份,环氧丙烯酸酯1.5份,无水乙醇2.5份先均匀混合,然后与丙烯酸酯粘合剂22份,淀粉21份,明矾6 份,去离子水12份混合后搅拌均匀;
(2)底涂层材料:将二氧化硅6份,碳酸钙31份,钛白粉12份,丙烯酸酯粘合剂21份,光亮剂2.5份,去离子水22份混合后搅拌均匀;
(3)面涂层材料:将碳酸钙11份,二氧化硅22份,去离子水17份,丙烯酸酯粘合剂12份,表面活性剂4.5份混合后搅拌均匀;
(4)先对全棉坯布进行轧光处理,然后喷涂清胶层,涂后进行烘箱烘干,清胶层的厚度为60μm;烘干的温度均为110℃,织物穿过烘箱的速度为5.5米/ 分钟;
(5)在清胶层上喷涂底涂层,底涂层的厚度为150μm;涂后采用烘箱烘干,烘干的温度均为120℃,织物穿过烘箱的速度为5米/分钟;然后进行加热轧光;加热轧光的加热温度为120℃,轧光压力为40吨;
(6)在底涂层上喷涂面涂层,面涂层的厚度为180μm;涂后采用烘箱烘干,烘干的温度均为100℃,织物穿过烘箱的速度为6米/分钟;然后进行轧光处理;轧光的温度为75℃,轧光压力为42吨。
所述各原料的份数均为重量份数。
实施例2
一种手绘水性亚光油画布,其制备方法包括如下步骤:

实施例3
一种手绘水性亚光油画布,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)清胶层材料:将三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯3份,环氧丙烯酸酯2份,无水乙醇3份先均匀混合,然后与丙烯酸酯粘合剂24份,淀粉22份,明矾8 份,去离子水14份混合后搅拌均匀;
(2)底涂层材料:将二氧化硅7份,碳酸钙32份,钛白粉15份,丙烯酸酯粘合剂23份,光亮剂3份,去离子水25份混合后搅拌均匀;
(3)面涂层材料:将碳酸钙12份,二氧化硅23份,去离子水18份,丙烯酸酯粘合剂13份,表面活性剂5份混合后搅拌均匀;
(4)先对全棉坯布进行轧光处理,然后喷涂清胶层,涂后进行烘箱烘干,清胶层的厚度为80μm;烘干的温度均为120℃,织物穿过烘箱的速度为5米/ 分钟;
(5)在清胶层上喷涂底涂层,底涂层的厚度为180μm;涂后采用烘箱烘干,烘干的温度均为120℃,织物穿过烘箱的速度为5米/分钟;然后进行加热轧光;加热轧光的加热温度为120℃,轧光压力为40吨;
(6)在底涂层上喷涂面涂层,面涂层的厚度为200μm;涂后采用烘箱烘干,烘干的温度均为120℃,织物穿过烘箱的速度为6米/分钟;然后进行轧光处理;轧光的温度为80℃,轧光压力为40吨。
所述各原料的份数均为重量份数。
测试例1、对画布进行表面观察:
(1)视觉效果:画布表面整洁,经纬纹路清晰,显现肌理效果,表观颜色为白色亚光。在室内环境平视画布表面,无光泽。
(2)触感:手感画布经纬脉络清晰,画布有弹性,光滑度适中,划过画布时有一定阻力,但是不滞涩,有厚重感。
测试例2、对画布进行理化性能检测:检测方法和结果如表1所示。

测试例3、实际使用效果:
(1)本画布作为手绘画布,较耐摩擦和修改。涂层的附着力强,反复摩擦涂层不脱落。
(2)颜料与画布表面的附着力也很好,如果画很厚的颜料在画布表面,等干了以后颜料很难剥落,即人们作画以后颜料不会脱落,保障了画的品质(针对画家使用丙烯油画等颜料作画的一个性能测试表明)。
(3)本画布对丙烯,水彩,水粉颜料的效果比较好,画布吸水性好,对颜料的稀稠度不挑剔。这三种颜料在作画时候都可以不同程度兑水。
(4)画布本身稳定性好,涂上颜料后长期不会变色和发黄,在阳光照射下可保持40天不变黄(由于是手绘画布,作品一般在室 内保存,故而对耐紫外线的要求不高)。

Claims (3)

1.一种手绘水性亚光油画布,其特征在于其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)清胶层材料:将三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯1~3份,环氧丙烯酸酯1~2份,无水乙醇2~3份先均匀混合,然后与丙烯酸酯粘合剂20~24份,淀粉20~22份,明矾5~8份,去离子水10~14份混合后搅拌均匀;
(2)底涂层材料:将二氧化硅5~7份,碳酸钙30~32份,钛白粉10~15份,丙烯酸酯粘合剂20~23份,光亮剂2~3份,去离子水20~25份混合后搅拌均匀;
(3)面涂层材料:将碳酸钙10~12份,二氧化硅20~23份,去离子水15~18份,丙烯酸酯粘合剂10~13份,表面活性剂4~5份混合后搅拌均匀;
(4)先对坯布进行轧光处理,然后喷涂清胶层,涂后进行烘箱烘干;
(5)在清胶层上喷涂底涂层,涂后采用烘箱烘干,然后进行加热轧光;
(6)在底涂层上喷涂面涂层,涂后采用烘箱烘干,然后进行轧光处理;
所述各原料的份数均为重量份数;
所述清胶层的厚度为50~80μm;
所述底涂层的厚度为100~180μm;
所述面涂层的厚度为130~200μm;
所述步骤(5)加热轧光的加热温度为110~120℃,轧光压力为40~45吨;
所述步骤(6)轧光的温度为70~80℃,轧光压力为40~45吨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手绘水性亚光油画布,其特征在于所述坯布采用涤棉或者全棉材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手绘水性亚光油画布,其特征在于所述三个涂层进行烘箱烘干的温度均为100~120℃,织物穿过烘箱的速度为5~6米/分钟。
