本发明涉及一种可烫金画布及其制备方法,属于油画布领域。
背景技术
现有的喷涂画布大多是在化纤织物如玻璃布或棉布上粘附PVC面、聚合物的乳液配制涂层、或涤纶材质和刀刮PVC涂层制备类似画布。
现有的制备方法在基材上覆盖PVC膜或使用聚合物乳液,虽然效果平整,但吸水性差、易发黄、容易皲裂、不易保存,只适应定制广告、家用装饰,不能体现基材本身的肌理,表达效果不佳,应用范围较窄。
为此,我们提出一种可烫金画布及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决传统画布采用粘附PVC面的方式,只能绘制油画、丙烯图案,颜料干燥时间长、易发霉、保存时间短、无法在画布表面烫金的问题,提供了一种质地柔软、吸水性好使用方便的可烫金画布及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种可烫金画布,包括基材,其特征在于:所述基材表面喷涂有三层清胶层,所述清胶层上方喷涂有面涂层;
所述清胶层中各组分按重量份数包括:丙烯酸酯粘合剂13-18份、环氧丙烯酸酯2-3份、聚醋酸乙烯胶粘剂3-5份、乙醇3-5份、去离子水45-55份、环氧乙丙酸酯3-6份、光亮剂1-3份;
所述面涂层中各组分按重量份数包括:二氧化硅6-10份、钛白粉13-17份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂18-22份、去离子水58-65份、荧光剂3-8份、明矾6-10份、表面活性剂12-15份以及羟丙基甲基纤维素10-15份。
进一步的,所述基材包括但不限于全棉布和亚麻布材质。
进一步的,所述清胶层的三层厚度均为30μm。
进一步的,所述面涂层的厚度为150μm。
可烫金画布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)基材胚布轧光:将基材胚布轧光处理,去除基布表面线绒结节,使基材胚布表面平整;
(2)清胶层喷涂:采用自动化涂层机对处理后的胚布分三次进行清胶层喷涂,第一次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为80℃;第二次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为90℃;第三次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为100℃,织物三次进入烘箱的速度均为8m/min;
(3)面涂层喷涂:在已喷涂清胶层的基材上喷涂面涂层,喷涂完成后进入烘箱:烘干温度为120℃,织物通过烘箱速度为6m/min,形成画布;
(4)将设计好的图案转移至多种颜色的电化铝箔层上,采用烫金设备加热处理,使电化铝箔层上的图案转印至画布表面形成金层图案效果。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中轧光压力为20吨,速度为5m/min。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中还包括使用激光机进行高能量光束照射画布表面,激光波长为激光波长为750-800μm,激光频率为700-800HZ。
本发明有益效果:
(1)清胶层中聚醋酸乙烯胶粘剂能够提高固化速度,提高了基布胚料的韧性;
(2)面涂层和清胶层中添加有丙烯酸酯粘合剂和环氧乙丙酸酯,使涂层面与清胶面粘合更紧更牢固,使烫金图案和绘画颜料吸附力更强,画面不易皱裂,收缩力小;
(3)采用本发明的制备方法得到的可烫金画布质地柔软、吸水性好、对颜料的稀稠度要求低,具有防皱、防霉、防虫蛀、不易老化、色彩稳定。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的解释说明。
实施例1:
一种可烫金画布,包括基材,基材包括但不限于全棉布和亚麻布材质,基材上分别喷涂有清胶层和面涂层,基材表面喷涂有三层清胶层,三层厚度均为30μm,清胶层上方喷涂有面涂层;所述清胶层中各组分按重量份数包括:丙烯酸酯粘合剂13份、环氧丙烯酸酯3份、聚醋酸乙烯胶粘剂3份、乙醇5份、去离子水45份、环氧乙丙酸酯6份、光亮剂1份;
其中清胶层中,光亮剂的作用:光亮剂在清胶层喷涂后形成吸附膜,更好地保护基布表面,更具有润滑性,增加涂层的耐化学性。
面涂层中各组分按重量份数包括:将二氧化硅10份、钛白粉13份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂22份、去离子水58份、荧光剂8份、明矾6份、表面活性剂15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10份。
在面涂层中,二氧化硅和表面活性剂:二氧化硅具有抗黏性和助流性,能够提高涂层的松密度,与表面活性剂配合使用起到消泡和润滑作用,使画布质地更柔软;
同时其中各组分在涂层中起到的作用如下:
明矾:具有灭菌抗菌作用,杀灭涂层和基布中的菌类,使画布保存更长久,不易霉变,不易发黄。
荧光剂:增加涂层的鲜艳度、光亮度和光泽度,增大与环氧树脂相溶性,增强对转移到画布表面各种颜色的润湿分散作用,具有强烈的立体感,色彩稳定。
羟丙基甲基纤维素在面涂层中不仅能够提高其他组分的分散性,还能够增加面涂层的粘性,使画布的使用效果更佳。
实施例2:
一种可烫金画布,包括基材,基材包括但不限于全棉布和亚麻布材质,基材上分别喷涂有清胶层和面涂层,基材表面喷涂有三层清胶层,三层厚度均为30μm,清胶层上方喷涂有面涂层;所述清胶层中各组分按重量份数包括:丙烯酸酯粘合剂15份、环氧丙烯酸酯2.5份、聚醋酸乙烯胶粘剂4份、乙醇4份、去离子水50份、环氧乙丙酸酯5份、光亮剂1-3份;
面涂层中各组分按重量份数包括:将二氧化硅8份、钛白粉15份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂20份、去离子水60份、荧光剂5份、明矾8份、表面活性剂14份、羟丙基甲基纤维素12份。

可烫金画布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)基材胚布轧光:将基材胚布轧光处理,去除基布表面线绒结节,使基材胚布表面平整,轧光压力为20吨,速度为5m/min,当轧光压力低于20吨,轧光速度低于5米/分,无法除去基布表面线绒结节,压力高于20吨速度大于5米/分,基布的纹路就会增大而造成漏浆现象;
(2)清胶层喷涂:采用自动化涂层机对处理后的胚布分三次进行清胶层喷涂,第一次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为80℃,该温度的设置能使清胶层混合物溶融速度最佳,吸附速度更牢固;第二次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为90℃,第二次喷涂后的烘干温度若高于90℃,水分蒸发太快,容易导致吸附性差;当烘干温度低于90℃,水分蒸发太慢,不易固化干燥;第三次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为100℃,第三次烘干温度设定为100℃,能够达到快速干燥、织物,若温度高于100℃,基材胚布就易发黄;若烘干温度低于100℃,涂层表面就会发黏,三次进入烘箱的速度均为8m/min;
三层清胶层的喷涂厚度均为30μm,清胶层厚度低于30μm,基布织物纹路不能全部均为覆盖,易造成漏浆现象,导致画布背面渗透,厚度大于30μm,造成烘干温度提高,导致基布发黄和生产成本上升
(3)面涂层喷涂:在已喷涂清胶层的基材上喷涂面涂层,喷涂完成后进入烘箱:烘干温度为120℃,织物通过烘箱速度为6m/min,形成画布;
(4)将设计好的图案转移至多种颜色的电化铝箔层上,采用烫金设备加热处理,使电化铝箔层上的图案转印至画布表面形成金层图案效果,使用激光机进行高能量光束照射画布表面,激光波长为780μm,激光频率为750HZ,提高转印效果。
通过实施例4的制备方法分别制备实施例1-3中的可烫金画布,并进行各项理化性能测试,结果如表1所示。

由表1结果及使用效果可知:
(1)具有较好的吸附性,采用本发明制备得到的画布作为可烫金画布,涂层的吸附力强,在不同的压力、温度、湿度环境下,涂层不会脱落、剥离;
(2)画布表面烫金的图案材料附着力更强,镭射后的颜色立体感强,光泽度好,色彩鲜艳。
(3)具有较好的耐溶剂性,采用丙烯、水彩、水粉、油画等各种材料着画或描画时,显色度好,绘画效果与水彩纸相似。
(4)具有较好的亲水性和吸油性,对各种颜料的稀稠度不挑剔,适应性很强。
(5)具有较好的耐温性和柔软性,画布稳定性好,环保安全,涂上颜料后在任何环境下长期不变色、不发黄、不皱裂,图案保存时间长。
(6)具有较好的抗粘性,能用于uv喷绘,能大幅度提升图案的视觉美感和饱和度,开拓了油画布应用的新领域。

Claims (7)

1.一种可烫金画布,包括基材,其特征在于:所述基材表面喷涂有三层清胶层,且所述清胶层上方喷涂有面涂层;
所述清胶层中各组分按重量份数包括:丙烯酸酯粘合剂13-18份、环氧丙烯酸酯2-3份、聚醋酸乙烯胶粘剂3-5份、乙醇3-5份、去离子水45-55份、环氧乙丙酸酯3-6份、光亮剂1-3份;
所述面涂层中各组分按重量份数包括:二氧化硅6-10份、钛白粉13-17份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂18-22份、去离子水58-65份、荧光剂3-8份、明矾6-10份、表面活性剂12-15份以及羟丙基甲基纤维素10-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的可烫金画布,其特征在于:所述基材包括但不限于全棉布和亚麻布材质。
3.如权利要求1所述的可烫金画布,其特征在于:三层所述清胶层的厚度均为30μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的可烫金画布,其特征在于:所述面涂层的厚度为150μm。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项的可烫金画布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)基材胚布轧光:将基材胚布轧光处理,去除基布表面线绒结节,使基材胚布表面平整;
(2)清胶层喷涂:采用自动化涂层机对处理后的胚布分三次进行清胶层喷涂,第一次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为80℃;第二次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为90℃;第三次喷涂后进入烘箱烘干:烘干温度为100℃,织物三次进入烘箱的速度均为8m/min;
(3)面涂层喷涂:在已喷涂清胶层的基材上喷涂面涂层,喷涂完成后进入烘箱:烘干温度为120℃,织物通过烘箱速度为6m/min,最后进行轧光处理后形成画布;
(4)将设计好的图案转移至多种颜色的电化铝箔层上,采用烫金设备加热处理,使电化铝箔层上的图案转印至画布表面形成金层图案效果。
6.如权利要求5所述的可烫金画布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中轧光压力为20吨,速度为5m/min。
7.如权利要求5所述的可烫金画布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中还包括使用激光机进行高能量光束照射画布表面,激光波长为750-800μm,激光频率为700-800HZ。
