Abstract
一种颜料箔涂料,属于烫金涂料技术领域。其特征在于,原料按重量份包括:有机硅树脂3~10份,丙烯酸树脂5~10份,乙烯酸树脂2~8份,颜料1~10份,云母粉1~5份,氯化聚丙烯8~15份,纳米级钛白粉60~90份,松香1~8份,溶剂60~100份。本发明它能将传统颜料箔生产工艺涂二或三层简化为涂一层就能满足离型、着色层、胶粘层的优异性能,具有良好的脱离性、粘结性;克服了现有技术制作颜料箔工序多,费工费时,效率低,制作成本高的弊病。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于烫金涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种颜料箔涂料。
背景技术
颜料箔也称粉箔,是一种在PET薄膜(12-16μm)上涂布颜料、树脂类粘合剂及其它溶剂等混合涂料而制成的烫印材料,其特点是:颜色种类多、选择范围广、可作自动的连续烫印加工,浪费少,易运输贮存。颜料箔的构成与电化铝箔相似,所不同的是电化铝箔要经过真空喷镀一层金属铝,而颜料箔是直接在PET基膜上涂料、不需镀铝层。现有的颜料箔在PET基膜上涂布涂二或三层组成,国内外现有颜料箔的制作方法有二种:
① 二层颜料箔制作方法:
第一层为离型层,离型层的涂料为有机硅树脂或蜡液,其作用是使色粘层在烫印时能迅速脱离基膜而被粘结在被烫物上,离型层要有良好的脱落效果,否则会造成烫印颜色发花、不均等质量问题。
第二层为色粘层,色粘层是以颜料为主体,再加入粘结剂、醇溶剂和其它填料等,按一定的比例混合组成,颜料箔的各种颜色主要取决于这一层的涂布和配置。如常用的颜料有白、黄、红、蓝、绿等,均是按使用者要求配制涂布而成的。由于配制涂料时有加入粘结剂,故又能经烫印热压,使其能牢固的粘结在被烫物上。
② 三层颜料箔的制作方法:
三层的颜料箔将“二层颜料箔制作方法”中第二层的色粘层分开,分为色层和胶粘层,其目的是克服色粘层中粘结料不足的缺陷,以保证烫印的粘着力。如公告号:CN101342831B、专利号:200810120543.1 “颜料箔及其生产方法”的技术方案:一种颜料箔及其生产方法,它至少包括有一PET基膜基材,该PET基膜基材上依次涂覆有着色层料和胶层料。以上现有技术存在的弊病:制作颜料箔工序多,费工费时,效率低,制作成本高。究其原因是因为现有技术的烫金涂料只能采用二道以上工序制作颜料箔。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有技术以上所述的弊病,提供一种颜料箔涂料,它能将传统颜料箔生产工艺涂二或三层简化为涂一层就能满足离型、着色层、胶粘层的优异性能,具有良好的脱离性、粘结性,为此,能大幅度降低颜料箔的制作成本。
上述的发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种颜料箔涂料,其要点在于,原料按重量份包括:有机硅树脂3~10份,丙烯酸树脂5~10份,乙烯酸树脂2~8份,颜料1~10份,云母粉1~5份,氯化聚丙烯8~15份,纳米级钛白粉60~90份,松香1~8份,溶剂60~100份。
作为优选,所述的溶剂为醋酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、2-丁酮、正丙酯的溶剂混合物,溶剂混合物的配比比例按重量份数为醋酸丁酯4~14份,乙酸乙酯份13~23,2-丁酮30~41份,正丙酯13~22份。
一种颜料箔涂料制备方法,其要点在于,将溶剂为按重量份醋酸丁酯4~14份,乙酸乙酯份13~23,2-丁酮30~41份,正丙酯13~22份充分混合制得溶剂混合物60~100份;将按重量份有机硅树脂3~10份、溶剂混合物10~15份搅拌使其充分的溶解得到物料a,将丙烯酸树脂5~10份、乙烯酸树脂2~8份、颜料1~10份、云母粉1~5份、溶剂混合物15~30份搅拌使其充分的溶解得到物料b,将氯化聚丙烯8~15份、纳米级钛白粉60~90份、松香1~8份,溶剂混合物35~65份搅拌研磨使其充分的溶解得到物料c:将物料a、物料b和物料c进行混合搅拌均匀即制得颜料箔涂料;颜料箔涂料固含量为55~65%。
本发明与现有技术的颜料箔涂料相比的有益效果对比:
1.用现有技术的颜料箔涂料生产颜料箔,生产工艺涂二层或三层,第一层离型、第二层着色、第三层胶粘层,工序多,费工费时,效率低,制作成本高的;而用本发明生产颜料箔,能简化颜料箔生产工序为一层,省时省工,有效提高生产效率并降低生产成本;
2.用现有技术的颜料箔涂料生产的颜料箔,易受天气影响导致匹配性能差,造成烫印时出现漏底与糊版;用本发明生产的颜料箔解决了因天气季节因素导致匹配性能差的问题,有效改善离型松紧、烫印漏底及糊版问题;
3.用现有技术的颜料箔涂料生产的颜料箔,应用范围窄,仅适用于白卡纸、铅笔、服装吊牌及少部分礼盒包装的表面烫印;用本发明生产的颜料箔相比较应用范围更加广泛,如塑胶包装、真皮、人造革、计算机配件、电缆线等产品上都能应用;
4.用现有技术的颜料箔涂料生产的颜料箔,存在外观粗糙、光泽度差、附着力不理想、表层不耐刮擦且不耐酒精腐蚀等缺陷;用本发明生产的颜料箔有效改善外观粗糙的问题,并提高了光泽度与附着力的效果,具有良好的耐温、耐磨、耐酒精、耐刮擦优异性能。
具体实施方式
下面列举二个实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明不只限于这实施例。
实施例1
一种颜料箔涂料,原料按重量份包括:有机硅树脂5份,丙烯酸树脂7份,乙烯酸树脂5份,颜料5份,云母粉3份,氯化聚丙烯10份,纳米级钛白粉80份,松香5份,溶剂80份。所述的溶剂为醋酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、2-丁酮、正丙酯的溶剂混合物,溶剂混合物的配比比例按重量份为醋酸丁酯8份,乙酸乙酯份24,2-丁酮32份,正丙酯16份。
实施例2
一种颜料箔涂料制备方法,将溶剂为按重量份数醋酸丁酯8份,乙酸乙酯份24,2-丁酮32份,正丙酯16份充分混合制得溶剂混合物80份;将按重量份有机硅树脂5份、溶剂混合物13份搅拌使其充分的溶解得到物料a,将丙烯酸树脂7份、乙烯酸树脂5份、颜料5份、云母粉3份、溶剂混合物20份搅拌使其充分的溶解得到物料b,将氯化聚丙烯10份、纳米级钛白粉80份、松香5份,溶剂混合物47份搅拌研磨使其充分的溶解得到物料c:将物料a、物料b和物料c进行混合搅拌均匀即制得颜料箔涂料;颜料箔涂料固含量为55~65%。
用上述实施例2制得实施例1的颜料箔涂料其制作颜料箔方法如下:
直接取用55-65%固含量颜料箔涂料上机,采用60目陶瓷网纹辊,将颜料箔涂均匀涂覆在12-16μmPET聚酯薄膜上,涂布温度区间75~145度,烘干后涂层干量标准12-16g/m2。其制作方法工序少,一次均匀涂覆操作即可,省工省时,制作成本低,而且质量好。

1.一种颜料箔涂料,其特征在于,原料按重量份包括:有机硅树脂3~10份,丙烯酸树脂5~10份,乙烯酸树脂2~8份,颜料1~10份,云母粉1~5份,氯化聚丙烯8~15份,纳米级钛白粉60~90份,松香1~8份,溶剂60~100份;所述的溶剂为醋酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、2-丁酮、正丙酯的溶剂混合物,溶剂混合物的配比比例按重量份数为醋酸丁酯4~14份,乙酸乙酯13~23份,2-丁酮30~41份,正丙酯13~22份;
并按如下制备方法制备:将溶剂按重量份数醋酸丁酯4~14份,乙酸乙酯13~23份,2-丁酮30~41份,正丙酯13~22份充份混合制得溶剂混合物60~100份;将按重量份数有机硅树脂3~10份、溶剂混合物10~15份搅拌使其充分溶解得到物料a,将丙烯酸树脂5~10份,乙烯酸树脂2~8份,颜料1~10份,云母粉1~5份,溶剂混合物15~30份搅拌使其充分溶解得到物料b,氯化聚丙烯8~15份,纳米级钛白粉60~90份,松香1~8,溶剂混合物35~65份搅拌研磨使其充分的溶解得到物料c;将物料a、物料b和物料c混合搅拌均匀即制得颜料箔涂料;颜料箔涂料固体含量为55~65%。
