本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种蓬房帆布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将坯布两面涂布第一聚氯乙烯糊树脂层,烘干,塑化,得第一坯布;
2)将第一坯布的反面涂布第二聚氯乙烯糊树脂层,烘干,塑化,得第二坯布;
3)将第二坯布的正面涂布第二聚氯乙烯糊树脂层,烘干,塑化,得第三坯布;
4)将第三涂布坯布的两面整平,表面处理,压花,冷却,成卷,即得。
上述的一种蓬房帆布的制备方法,其中,所述第一聚氯乙烯糊树脂层主要由以下重量份的组分组成:聚氯乙烯糊树脂50-60份,超细碳纤维20-30份,硬脂酸钙3-5份,聚四氟乙烯2-4份,烷基磺酸钠1-3份。
上述的一种蓬房帆布的制备方法,其中,所述第二聚氯乙烯糊树脂层主要由以下重量份的组分组成:聚氯乙烯糊树脂层60-70份,淀粉8-20份,苯甲酸钠10-15份,氨基磺酸盐5-10份,沸石粉5-10份。
上述的一种蓬房帆布的制备方法,其中,步骤1)中的烘干、塑化具体操作为:置于立式烘箱120-130℃加热塑化45-70min;
步骤2)中的烘干、塑化具体操作为:置于8米卧式烘箱140-150℃加热塑化25-35min;
步骤3)中的烘干、塑化具体操作为:置于21米卧式烘箱140-150℃塑化45-70min。
上述的一种蓬房帆布的制备方法,其中,所述两面涂布第一聚氯乙烯糊树脂层的用量比为1∶1。
上述的一种蓬房帆布的制备方法,其中,步骤2)反面涂布第二聚氯乙烯糊树脂层的用量与步骤3)正面涂布第二聚氯乙烯糊树脂层的用量之比为1∶1。

第一聚氯乙烯糊树脂层由以下组分组成:聚氯乙烯糊树脂50份,超细碳纤维20份,硬脂酸钙3份,聚四氟乙烯2份,烷基磺酸钠1份;
第二聚氯乙烯糊树脂层由以下组分组成:聚氯乙烯糊树脂层60份,淀粉8份,苯甲酸钠10份,氨基磺酸盐5份,沸石粉5份;
