Abstract
皮划艇用帆布,包括坯布、内涂层和外涂层,坯布采用长丝机织平纹布,内涂层包括如下重量百分比原料:聚氯乙烯糊树脂25‑35%,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10‑30%,己二酸二辛酯10‑20%,聚酯型增塑剂8‑10%,轻质碳酸钙20‑35%,二盐基亚磷酸铅2‑5%,二氧化钛1‑3%,防腐剂0.1‑1.5%,阻燃剂0.5‑3%,还包括颜料1‑2%,内涂层厚度为0.5‑1mm。外涂层采用聚丙烯压延膜,包括如下重量百分比原料:聚丙烯树脂60‑70%,紫外线吸收剂0.3‑0.8%,阻燃剂15‑30%,玻璃纤维10‑15%,还包括0.6‑1%颜料,或者采用市购的聚酰胺薄膜,厚度为0.2‑0.4mm。其制备步骤主要为浸轧上浆→烘箱塑化→表面压平→冷却成卷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种帆布,尤其是涉及一种皮划艇用帆布,同时涉及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的制作充气皮划艇的材质大体可以分为两类,分别是橡胶材质和PVC布料材质。
其中橡胶材质的主要成分是天然橡胶,该原材料通过手工收集获取,产量较少,虽然具备耐磨、耐热、抗撕扯、抗屈抗龟裂、气密好、高强度、重量轻等优点,但是橡胶制备工序繁杂造成皮划艇造价成本高,而且不够美观。而PVC布料材质皮划艇的主要成分为塑料涂层布料,能够实现流水线大批量生产,因此成本较低,但是这种材质的皮划艇耐磨性、耐扎刮性较差,经常需要修补。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种皮划艇用帆布,具有抗拉、抗撕、抗剥离、防水耐污的特性,同时不易发霉生菌,适宜制作皮划艇在户外水上长时间使用。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种皮划艇用帆布,包括坯布、内涂层和外涂层。所述坯布采用涤纶长丝机织平纹布,其纬斜范围为0-1%,所述坯布也可称为基布。
所述内涂层为聚氯乙烯树脂,包括如下重量百分比原料:聚氯乙烯糊树脂25-35%,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-30%,己二酸二辛酯10-20%,聚酯型增塑剂8-10%,轻质碳酸钙20-35%,二盐基亚磷酸铅2-5%,二氧化钛1-3%,防腐剂0.1-1.5%,阻燃剂0.5-3%,还包括颜料1-2%。所述阻燃剂为膨胀型阻燃剂。
作为进一步改进,所述内涂层包括如下重量百分比原料:聚氯乙烯糊树脂30-35%,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15-25%,己二酸二辛酯10-15%,聚酯型增塑剂8-10%,轻质碳酸钙20-25%,二盐基亚磷酸铅2-3%,二氧化钛1-3%,防腐剂0.1-1.5%,阻燃剂0.5-3%,还包括颜料1-2%,所述阻燃剂为膨胀型阻燃剂。
优选地,所述内涂层包括如下重量百分比原料:聚氯乙烯糊树脂30%,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯20%,己二酸二辛酯10%,聚酯型增塑剂8%,轻质碳酸钙25%,二盐基亚磷酸铅2.5%,二氧化钛1%,防腐剂0.5%,阻燃剂2%,颜料1%
所述外涂层采用聚丙烯压延膜,包括如下重量百分比原料:聚丙烯树脂60-70%,紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.8%,阻燃剂15-30%,玻璃纤维10-15%,还包括0.6-1%颜料。所述阻燃剂为膨胀型阻燃剂。
作为进一步改进,所述外涂层采用聚丙烯压延膜,包括如下重量百分比原料:聚丙烯树脂60-65%,紫外线吸收剂0.4-0.6%,阻燃剂20-25%,玻璃纤维10-15%,还包括0.5-1%颜料,所述阻燃剂为膨胀型阻燃剂。
优选地,所述聚丙烯压延膜包括如下重量百分比原料:聚丙烯树脂64%,紫外线吸收剂0.5%,阻燃剂22%,玻璃纤维13%,颜料0.5%。
所述外涂层还可以采用聚酰胺薄膜。
所述内涂层厚度为0.5-1mm,所述外涂层厚度0.2-0.4mm。
优选地,所述内涂层厚度为0.5mm。
优选地,所述外涂层厚度为0.2mm。
本发明还提供一种皮划艇用帆布的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)取如下重量百分比原料配制成内涂层:
2)取如下重量百分比原料制成压延膜作为外涂层:
压延膜厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
优选地,压延膜厚度为0.2mm。
此外,可采用市场上常见的聚酰胺薄膜。
3)上述原料调和之后,投放入搅拌桶内,在常温下用搅拌机搅拌均匀,由于其中还会存留少量的颗粒,再用三辊研磨机对搅拌物进行研磨,研磨8-10min之后即可使用。
4)坯布经过清洗后通过烫平牵引机整平烘干,烘干温度为110℃-130℃。优选地烘干温度为120℃。
5)通过浸轧上浆的方式将步骤1)制得的内涂层涂料均匀地涂布于经步骤4)处理的坯布两面,然后通过烘箱塑化处理,烘道长度为5-7m。
涂布时,涂料粘度控制在150-160Pa·s,塑化烘燥时温度为180-200℃。
优选地,涂层粘度控制在155Pa·s,塑化烘燥温度为200℃,烘道长度为6m。
6)在步骤5)制得的布料内涂层2-1上再次涂布步骤1)制得的内涂层涂料,增加布料气密性,提升防水性能。
7)将步骤6)制得的布料送入烘箱塑化烘干,烘干温度为170-190℃,烘道长度为8-9m。优选地,烘干温度为180℃,烘道长度为8m。
步骤4)、5)、7)烘干时未将布料完全干燥,以便使布料保持一定的韧性,防止脆化,同时保证内涂层的附着牢固度。
8)将步骤7)制得的布料经冷却压布机冷却整平后,在内涂层2-2上再次涂布步骤1)制得的内涂层涂料,增加布料气密性,提升防水性能。并对涂层厚度进行测定,保证涂层均匀。
内涂层厚度控制在0.5-1mm。
优选地,内涂层厚度为0.5mm。
9)将步骤8)制得的布料送入烘箱塑化烘干,烘干温度为140-160℃,烘道长度为20-25m,至布料干透。优选地烘干温度为160℃,烘道长度为25m。
10)将步骤9)经双面双道涂布工艺制得的布料送入压光机整平,并使聚氯乙烯内涂层与布料更加紧密地结合,提升布料的抗拉抗撕和耐水耐磨性能。
11)热熔贴合
将步骤2)所得的外涂层聚丙烯压延膜或者聚酰胺薄膜与步骤10)所得的布料通过压料辊压紧后,进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为150-190℃,受热均匀快速。
优选地,热熔温度为180℃。
根据产品要求,可对布料单面贴膜(形成3-1或者3-2)或者双面贴膜(形成3-1和3-2)。
12)对步骤11)制得的布料再次进行压光处理,使布料平整,并使贴膜与布料贴合更加紧密。经过贴膜处理,布料的抗撕、抗拉、耐水耐磨的性能得到进一步提高。
13)根据产品要求,可以对布料进行表面压花处理。
14)将步骤12)或者步骤13)制得的布料进行冷却。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下显著优点和有益效果:
通过采用长丝机织平纹布作为坯布,保证本发明帆布基材的强度。坯布上覆聚氯乙烯树脂内涂层,内涂层上覆聚丙烯压延膜或者聚酰胺薄膜,涂布过程中涂料填补了布料纤维间的微小空隙,内外涂层本身具有抗拉性能,加强了纤维之间的张力,提高了布料的气密性,因此提升了帆布的强度、耐磨和防水耐污的性能。并且内涂层或者外涂层配方中的助剂,包括阻燃剂、抗紫外线剂、抗菌防腐剂,使帆布具有防火阻燃、抗紫外线、抗氧化和防霉抗菌的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施示例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
1)取如下重量百分比原料配制成内涂层:

3)上述原料调和之后,投放入搅拌桶内,在常温下用搅拌机搅拌均匀,由于其中还会存留少量的颗粒,再用三辊研磨机对搅拌物进行研磨,研磨8-10min之后即可使用。
4)坯布经过清洗后通过烫平牵引机整平烘干,烘干温度为130℃。
5)通过浸轧上浆的方式将步骤1)制得的内涂层均匀地涂布于经步骤4)处理的坯布两面,然后通过烘箱塑化处理。
涂布时,涂料粘度为150Pa·s,塑化烘燥温度为180℃,烘道长度为5m。
6)在步骤5)制得的布料内涂层2-1上再次涂布步骤1)的内涂层涂料,增加布料气密性,提升防水性能。
7)将步骤6)制得的布料送入烘箱塑化烘干,烘干温度为170℃,烘道长度为8m。
8)将步骤7)制得的布料经冷却压布机冷却整平后,在内涂层2-2上再次涂布步骤1)制得的内涂层涂料,增加布料气密性,提升防水性能。并对涂层厚度进行测定,保证涂层均匀。
9)将步骤8)制得的布料送入烘箱塑化烘干,烘干温度为150℃,烘道长度为20m,至布料干透。
10)将步骤9)的经双面双道涂布工艺制得的布料送入压光机整平,并使聚氯乙烯内涂层与布料更加紧密地结合,提升布料的抗拉抗撕和耐水耐磨性能。
11)热熔贴合
将步骤2)所得的外涂层聚丙烯压延膜与步骤10)所得的布料通过压料辊压紧后,对布料单面进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为150℃,受热均匀快速。

实施例二

5)在步骤5)制得的布料内涂层2-1上再次涂布步骤1)制得的内涂层涂料,增加布料气密性,提升防水性能。
6)将步骤6)制得的布料送入烘箱塑化烘干,烘干温度为180℃,烘道长度为8m。
7)将步骤7)制得的布料经冷却压布机冷却整平后,在内涂层2-2上再次涂布步骤1)制得的内涂层涂料,增加布料气密性,提升防水性能。并对涂层厚度进行测定,保证涂层均匀。
8)将步骤8)制得的布料送入烘箱塑化烘干,烘干温度为160℃,烘道长度为23m,至布料干透。
9)将步骤9)的经双面双道涂布工艺制得的布料送入压光机整平,并使聚氯乙烯内涂层与布料更加紧密地结合,提升布料的抗拉抗撕和耐水耐磨性能。
10)热熔贴合
将市场上购得的聚酰胺薄膜与步骤10)所得的布料通过压料辊压紧后,对布料双面进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为180℃,受热均匀快速。
11)对步骤11)制得的布料再次进行压光处理,使布料平整,并使贴膜与布料贴合更加紧密。经过贴膜处理,布料的抗撕、抗拉、耐水耐磨的性能得到进一步提高。
12)根据产品要求,对布料进行表面压花。
13)将步骤12)制得的布料进行冷却。
实施例三

涂布时,涂料粘度为155Pa·s,塑化烘燥温度为190℃,烘道长度为7m。
6)在步骤5)制得的布料内涂层2-1上再次涂布步骤1)制得的内涂层涂料,增加布料气密性,提升防水性能。
7)将步骤6)制得的布料送入烘箱塑化烘干,烘干温度为190℃,烘道长度为9m。
8)将步骤7)制得的布料经冷却压布机冷却整平后,在内涂层2-2上再次涂布步骤1)制得的内涂层涂料,增加布料气密性,提升防水性能。并对涂层厚度进行测定,保证涂层均匀。
9)将步骤8)制得的布料送入烘箱塑化烘干,烘干温度为140℃,烘道长度为25m,至布料干透。
10)将步骤9)的经双面双道涂布工艺制得的布料送入压光机整平,并使聚氯乙烯内涂层与布料更加紧密地结合,提升布料的抗拉抗撕和耐水耐磨性能。
11)热熔贴合
将步骤2)所得的外涂层聚丙烯压延膜与步骤10)所得的布料通过压料辊压紧后,对布料单面进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为160℃,受热均匀快速。
12)对步骤11)制得的布料再次进行压光处理,使布料平整,并使贴膜与布料贴合更加紧密。经过贴膜处理,布料的抗撕、抗拉、耐水耐磨的性能得到进一步提高。
13)将步骤12)制得的布料进行冷却。
制得的皮划艇用帆布产品指标如下:
上述指标检验值均符合或者高于国家标准。因此,采用本发明技术方案,即以涤纶长丝机织平纹布作为坯布,结合聚氯乙烯树脂内涂层,内涂层结合聚丙烯压延膜或者聚酰胺薄膜外涂层,渗入纤维间的聚氯乙烯树脂起到粘合纤维的作用,能够加强纤维之间的张力,提升帆布的强度,帆布表面的内涂层和外涂层进一步提升了布料的气密性,抗冲击性,耐磨和防水耐污的性能,而且内涂层或者外涂层配方中的助剂使帆布具有防火阻燃、抗紫外线、抗氧化和防霉抗菌的优点。
Claims (10)
1.一种皮划艇用帆布,其特征在于,包括坯布、内涂层和外涂层,所述坯布采用涤纶长丝机织平纹布,其纬斜范围为0-1%,所述内涂层包括如下重量百分比原料:聚氯乙烯糊树脂25-35%,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-30%,己二酸二辛酯10-20%,聚酯型增塑剂8-10%,轻质碳酸钙20-35%,二盐基亚磷酸铅2-5%,二氧化钛1-3%,防腐剂0.1-1.5%,阻燃剂0.5-3%,还包括颜料1-2%,所述阻燃剂为膨胀型阻燃剂,所述内涂层厚度为0.5-1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮划艇用帆布,其特征在于,所述内涂层包括如下重量百分比原料:聚氯乙烯糊树脂30-35%,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15-25%,己二酸二辛酯10-15%,聚酯型增塑剂8-10%,轻质碳酸钙20-25%,二盐基亚磷酸铅2-3%,二氧化钛1-3%,防腐剂0.1-1.5%,阻燃剂0.5-3%,还包括颜料1-2%,所述阻燃剂为膨胀型阻燃剂。

4.根据权利要求1所述的皮划艇用帆布,其特征在于,所述外涂层采用聚丙烯压延膜,包括如下重量百分比原料:聚丙烯树脂60-70%,紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.8%,阻燃剂15-30%,玻璃纤维10-15%,还包括0.5-1%颜料,所述阻燃剂为膨胀型阻燃剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的皮划艇用帆布,其特征在于,所述外涂层采用聚丙烯压延膜,包括如下重量百分比原料:聚丙烯树脂60-65%,紫外线吸收剂0.4-0.6%,阻燃剂20-25%,玻璃纤维10-15%,还包括0.5-1%颜料,所述阻燃剂为膨胀型阻燃剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的皮划艇用帆布,其特征在于,所述外涂层包括如下重量百分比原料:聚丙烯树脂64%,紫外线吸收剂0.5%,阻燃剂22%,玻璃纤维13%,颜料0.5%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的皮划艇用帆布,其特征在于,所述外涂层厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的皮划艇用帆布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括如下:
1)根据配方的重量百分比取内涂层和外涂层原料,原料调和之后,投放入搅拌桶内,常温下搅拌均匀,再进行研磨,研磨8-10min;
2)坯布经过清洗后通过烫平牵引机整平烘干,烘干温度为110℃-130℃;
3)通过浸轧上浆的方式将步骤1)制得的内涂层涂层均匀地涂布于经步骤2)处理的坯布两面,然后通过烘箱塑化处理;
4)将塑化烘干的布料送入压光机整平;
5)将步骤2)所得的外涂层聚丙烯压延膜与步骤4)所得的布料通过压料辊压紧后,进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为150-190℃;
6)对步骤5)制得的布料进行压光处理;
7)将步骤6)制得的布料进行冷却。
9.根据权利要求8所述的皮划艇用帆布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)选择的参数为:涂布时,涂料粘度为150-160Pa·s,塑化烘燥温度为160-200℃,烘道长度为5-25m。
10.根据权利要求8所述的皮划艇用帆布的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤5)中对布料单面或者双面进行热熔贴合处理。
