Abstract

本发明公开了一种防霉抗菌性合成革浆料及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:PVC树脂粉65-70、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶30-35、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2.0-2.5、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3.5-4.5、二甲基硅油1-3、硬脂酸单甘酯0.4-0.5、玉米纤维0.5-0.7、落花生叶4-7、氧化铝粉末28-30、正硅酸乙酯5-8和二甲基甲酰胺65-70;本发明的合成革浆料具有质轻、耐磨等优点,且原料取得容易,原料中混入抗菌物质,使得浆料具有抗菌、防霉、除虫等优点,而且本发明通过对落花生叶的改性,可以提高落花生叶的粘性,增强浆料的粘稠性,提高浆料的性能稳定。

一种防霉抗菌性合成革浆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革用浆料,具体涉及一种防霉抗菌性合成革浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯合成革具有光泽柔和、自然,手感柔软,真皮感强,耐挠曲、抗老化等优异的特点,是天然皮革的最为理想的替代品,广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具等行业;但是目前市场上的聚氨酯合成革在透湿性、耐磨性方面与天然皮革差距太大,透湿性能差的聚氨酯合成革制品会令人感觉闷热、湿冷,针对这些缺点,目前主要通过改变聚氨酯合成革浆料的性能进行改善,但目前市场上改变聚氨酯合成革浆料透湿性和耐磨性的工艺较复杂,成本较高,效果也不太明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防霉抗菌性合成革浆料及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
防霉抗菌性合成革浆料,其组成原料的重量份为:PVC树脂粉65-70、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶30-35、2-正辛基-4- 异噻唑啉-3- 酮2.0-2.5、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3.5-4.5、二甲基硅油1-3、硬脂酸单甘酯0.4-0.5、玉米纤维0.5-0.7、落花生叶4-7、氧化铝粉末28-30、正硅酸乙酯5-8和二甲基甲酰胺65-70。
防霉抗菌性合成革浆料,其组成原料的重量份为:PVC树脂粉68、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶32、2-正辛基-4- 异噻唑啉-3- 酮2.2、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂4、二甲基硅油2、硬脂酸单甘酯0.45、玉米纤维0.6、落花生叶5、氧化铝粉末29、正硅酸乙酯6.5和二甲基甲酰胺68。
防霉抗菌性合成革浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)落花生叶的改性处理:按组成原料的重量份称取落花生叶,将落花生叶粉碎、烘干,加入少许水和适量的双氧水,浸泡30-40分钟后用0.1mol/L的碳酸氢钠溶液将pH值调节至7-8,再加入落花生叶质量的3-4%纳米二氧化硅和2-4%明胶,在50-80℃温度下搅拌反应1-4小时,再经过抽滤、洗涤后于105-110℃烘箱中烘干4-5小时,即得改性落花生叶,备用;
(2)将氧化铝粉末送入煅烧炉中在500-550℃下煅烧2-3小时,取出冷却后研磨成80-200目粉体;备用;
(3)按重量份称取配方中的所有原料,先将二甲基甲酰胺放入反应釜中,通入蒸汽,升温至80-100℃范围内;然后依次加入PVC树脂粉、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、2-正辛基-4- 异噻唑啉-3- 酮和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;继续保温反应2-3小时后,再调节pH值为6-7之间;加入其它组成原料,搅拌均匀,降温到室温,过滤,出料。
将制得的合成革浆料以 150-180g/m2的刮涂量涂于离型纸表面,经烘干、上糊后再用合成革基布一起贴合,在 100-120℃条件下烘干5-6 分钟,然后在80-100℃条件下固化18-20小时即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的的合成革浆料具有质轻、耐磨等优点,且原料取得容易,原料中混入抗菌物质,使得浆料具有抗菌、防霉、除虫等优点,而且本发明通过对落花生叶的改性,可以提高落花生叶的粘性,增强浆料的粘稠性,提高浆料的性能稳定。
具体实施方式
实施例1:防霉抗菌性合成革浆料,其组成原料的重量份(g)为:PVC树脂粉68、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶32、2-正辛基-4- 异噻唑啉-3- 酮2.2、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂4、二甲基硅油2、硬脂酸单甘酯0.45、玉米纤维0.6、落花生叶5、氧化铝粉末29、正硅酸乙酯6.5和二甲基甲酰胺68。
防霉抗菌性合成革浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)落花生叶的改性处理:按组成原料的重量份称取落花生叶,将落花生叶粉碎、烘干,加入少许水和适量的双氧水,浸泡35分钟后用0.1mol/L的碳酸氢钠溶液将pH值调节至8,再加入落花生叶质量的3.5%纳米二氧化硅和3%明胶,在70℃温度下搅拌反应2小时,再经过抽滤、洗涤后于110℃烘箱中烘干4.5小时,即得改性落花生叶,备用;
(2)将氧化铝粉末送入煅烧炉中在520℃下煅烧2.5小时,取出冷却后研磨成120目粉体;备用;
(3)按重量份称取配方中的所有原料,先将二甲基甲酰胺放入反应釜中,通入蒸汽,升温至90℃范围内;然后依次加入PVC树脂粉、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、2-正辛基-4- 异噻唑啉-3- 酮和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;继续保温反应2.5小时后,再调节pH值为7;加入其它组成原料,搅拌均匀,降温到室温,过滤,出料。
采用本发明的浆料制成的合成革,耐紫外线照射达3500小时,经向拉伸负荷 187N,纬向拉伸负荷 110,经向断裂伸长率4.0%,纬向断裂伸长率17.5%,经向撕裂负荷14.0N,纬向撕裂负荷14.8N,剥离负荷15.2N,老化性测试不开裂。

Claims (3)

1.一种防霉抗菌性合成革浆料,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:PVC树脂粉65-70、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶30-35、2-正辛基-4- 异噻唑啉-3- 酮2.0-2.5、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3.5-4.5、二甲基硅油1-3、硬脂酸单甘酯0.4-0.5、玉米纤维0.5-0.7、落花生叶4-7、氧化铝粉末28-30、正硅酸乙酯5-8和二甲基甲酰胺65-70。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防霉抗菌性合成革浆料,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:PVC树脂粉68、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶32、2-正辛基-4- 异噻唑啉-3- 酮2.2、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂4、二甲基硅油2、硬脂酸单甘酯0.45、玉米纤维0.6、落花生叶5、氧化铝粉末29、正硅酸乙酯6.5和二甲基甲酰胺68。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的防霉抗菌性合成革浆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)落花生叶的改性处理:按组成原料的重量份称取落花生叶,将落花生叶粉碎、烘干,加入少许水和适量的双氧水,浸泡30-40分钟后用0.1mol/L的碳酸氢钠溶液将pH值调节至7-8,再加入落花生叶质量的3-4%纳米二氧化硅和2-4%明胶,在50-80℃温度下搅拌反应1-4小时,再经过抽滤、洗涤后于105-110℃烘箱中烘干4-5小时,即得改性落花生叶,备用;
(2)将氧化铝粉末送入煅烧炉中在500-550℃下煅烧2-3小时,取出冷却后研磨成80-200目粉体;备用;
