本发明公开了一种聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂70-90、双苄胺基醚2.5-3.0、聚氧丙基甘油醚0.5-1.5、乙烯基苯磺酸1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯2-4、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1-3、铁矿渣粉末30-35、落花生叶5-7、铝酸酯偶联剂5.8-6.5和松节油38-45;本发明的浆料配方简单,以聚氯乙烯为原料,具有耐低温、耐油、环保等功能,具有很好的隔热保温效果,制得的浆料具有优异的伸长性能和抗拉强度;而且本发明通过对落花生叶的改性,可以提高落花生叶的粘性,增强浆料的粘稠性,提高浆料的性能稳定。

一种聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革用浆料,具体涉及一种聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯合成革具有光泽柔和、自然,手感柔软,真皮感强,耐挠曲、抗老化等优异的特点,是天然皮革的最为理想的替代品,广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具等行业;但是目前市场上的聚氨酯合成革在透湿性、耐磨性方面与天然皮革差距太大,透湿性能差的聚氨酯合成革制品会令人感觉闷热、湿冷,针对这些缺点,目前主要通过改变聚氨酯合成革浆料的性能进行改善,但目前市场上改变聚氨酯合成革浆料透湿性和耐磨性的工艺较复杂,成本较高,效果也不太明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料,其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂70-90、双苄胺基醚2.5-3.0、聚氧丙基甘油醚0.5-1.5、乙烯基苯磺酸1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯2-4、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1-3、铁矿渣粉末30-35、落花生叶5-7、铝酸酯偶联剂5.8-6.5和松节油38-45。
聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料,其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂80、双苄胺基醚2.8、聚氧丙基甘油醚1、乙烯基苯磺酸1.5、柠檬酸三丁酯3、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、铁矿渣粉末32、落花生叶6、铝酸酯偶联剂6和松节油40。
聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)落花生叶的改性处理:按组成原料的重量份称取落花生叶,将落花生叶粉碎、烘干,加入少许水和适量的双氧水,浸泡30-40分钟后用0.1mol/L的碳酸氢钠溶液将pH值调节至7-8,再加入落花生叶质量的3-4%纳米二氧化硅和2-4%明胶,在50-80℃温度下搅拌反应1-4小时,再经过抽滤、洗涤后于105-110℃烘箱中烘干4-5小时,即得改性落花生叶,备用;
(2)按重量份称取配方中的所有原料,先将铁矿渣粉末送入研磨罐进行研磨,采用研磨介质为10-20%的酒精水溶液,研磨后与上述步骤(1)的改性落花生叶混合,喷雾干燥,进行预烧,预烧温度为450-500℃,预烧时间为1-1.5小时;再加入适量纯净水进行二次球磨2-3小时,喷雾干燥,备用;
(3)将松节油加入球磨罐中,然后加入步骤(2)的备用料,搅拌均匀后,再向其中加入其它剩余组成原料,继续搅拌分散 20-30min,球磨后经 200 目过筛。
将制得的合成革浆料以 150-180g/m2的刮涂量涂于离型纸表面,经烘干、上糊后再用合成革基布一起贴合,在 100-120℃条件下烘干5-6 分钟,然后在80-100℃条件下固化18-20小时即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的浆料配方简单,以聚氯乙烯为原料,具有耐低温、耐油、环保等功能,具有很好的隔热保温效果,制得的浆料具有优异的伸长性能和抗拉强度;而且本发明通过对落花生叶的改性,可以提高落花生叶的粘性,增强浆料的粘稠性,提高浆料的性能稳定。
具体实施方式
实施例1:聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料,其组成原料的重量份(g)为:聚氯乙烯树脂80、双苄胺基醚2.8、聚氧丙基甘油醚1、乙烯基苯磺酸1.5、柠檬酸三丁酯3、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、铁矿渣粉末32、落花生叶6、铝酸酯偶联剂6和松节油40。
聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)落花生叶的改性处理:按组成原料的重量份称取落花生叶,将落花生叶粉碎、烘干,加入少许水和适量的双氧水,浸泡35分钟后用0.1mol/L的碳酸氢钠溶液将pH值调节至8,再加入落花生叶质量的3.5%纳米二氧化硅和3%明胶,在60℃温度下搅拌反应2小时,再经过抽滤、洗涤后于110℃烘箱中烘干4-5小时,即得改性落花生叶,备用;
(2)按重量份称取配方中的所有原料,先将铁矿渣粉末送入研磨罐进行研磨,采用研磨介质为15%的酒精水溶液,研磨后与上述步骤(1)的改性落花生叶混合,喷雾干燥,进行预烧,预烧温度为480℃,预烧时间为1.5小时;再加入适量纯净水进行二次球磨2.5小时,喷雾干燥,备用;
(3)将松节油加入球磨罐中,然后加入步骤(2)的备用料,搅拌均匀后,再向其中加入其它剩余组成原料,继续搅拌分散 25min,球磨后经 200 目过筛。
采用本发明的浆料制成的合成革,耐紫外线照射达2800 小时,经向拉伸负荷 215N,纬向拉伸负荷 108,经向断裂伸长率3.9%,纬向断裂伸长率12.5%,经向撕裂负荷10.2N,纬向撕裂负荷14.2N,剥离负荷15.3N,老化性测试不开裂。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂70-90、双苄胺基醚2.5-3.0、聚氧丙基甘油醚0.5-1.5、乙烯基苯磺酸1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯2-4、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1-3、铁矿渣粉末30-35、落花生叶5-7、铝酸酯偶联剂5.8-6.5和松节油38-45。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂80、双苄胺基醚2.8、聚氧丙基甘油醚1、乙烯基苯磺酸1.5、柠檬酸三丁酯3、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、铁矿渣粉末32、落花生叶6、铝酸酯偶联剂6和松节油40。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯环保合成革浆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)落花生叶的改性处理:按组成原料的重量份称取落花生叶,将落花生叶粉碎、烘干,加入少许水和适量的双氧水,浸泡30-40分钟后用0.1mol/L的碳酸氢钠溶液将pH值调节至7-8,再加入落花生叶质量的3-4%纳米二氧化硅和2-4%明胶,在50-80℃温度下搅拌反应1-4小时,再经过抽滤、洗涤后于105-110℃烘箱中烘干4-5小时,即得改性落花生叶,备用;
(2)按重量份称取配方中的所有原料,先将铁矿渣粉末送入研磨罐进行研磨,采用研磨介质为10-20%的酒精水溶液,研磨后与上述步骤(1)的改性落花生叶混合,喷雾干燥,进行预烧,预烧温度为450-500℃,预烧时间为1-1.5小时;再加入适量纯净水进行二次球磨2-3小时,喷雾干燥,备用;
(3)将松节油加入球磨罐中,然后加入步骤(2)的备用料,搅拌均匀后,再向其中加入其它剩余组成原料,继续搅拌分散 20-30min,球磨后经 200 目过筛。
