Abstract
本发明公开了一种可提高防水性能的帆布,以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆防水层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂2‑8份,丙烯酸树脂1‑9份,二乙醇酰胺2‑5份,顺式异戊橡胶3‑6份,环烷烃4‑9份,4,6‑二羟基嘧啶2‑6份,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物3‑8份,对苯二胺1‑9份,二盐基亚磷酸铅3‑7份,改性淀粉溶胶4‑10份。本发明通过醇酸树脂,丙烯酸树脂,二乙醇酰胺,顺式异戊橡胶,环烷烃,4,6‑二羟基嘧啶,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物,对苯二胺,二盐基亚磷酸铅,改性淀粉溶胶之间的复配,使得最终产品具有优异的防水、耐寒、耐酸碱、耐老化性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业用布,涉及一种可提高防水性能的帆布,属于帆布技术领域。
背景技术
帆布( canvas )是一种较粗厚的棉织物或麻织物。因最初用于船帆而得名。一般多采用平纹组织,少量的用斜纹组织,经纬纱均用多股线。帆布通常分粗帆布和细帆布两大类。此外,还有橡胶帆布,防火、防辐射用的屏蔽帆布,造纸机用的帆布。目前是在帆布基布上设有碳酸酯防水层,其缺点是环境温度较低时容易冻裂,环境较为潮湿时容易发霉,其应用受到很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可提高防水性能的帆布,通过醇酸树脂,丙烯酸树脂,二乙醇酰胺,顺式异戊橡胶,环烷烃,4,6-二羟基嘧啶,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,对苯二胺,二盐基亚磷酸铅,改性淀粉溶胶之间的复配,使得最终产品具有优异的防水、耐寒、耐酸碱、耐老化性能,制得的帆布各层之间牢固地结合在一起,从而使整个产品各层之间的连接更加牢固,可以防止水的渗入,防水性能较好。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种可提高防水性能的帆布,所述可提高防水性能的帆布以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆防水层,其特征在于,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 2-8份,丙烯酸树脂 1-9份,二乙醇酰胺 2-5份,顺式异戊橡胶 3-6份,环烷烃 4-9份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶 2-6份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 3-8份,对苯二胺 1-9份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 3-7份,改性淀粉溶胶 4-10份。
优选的,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 2.8-7.1份,丙烯酸树脂1.9-8.0份,二乙醇酰胺 2.2-4.7份,顺式异戊橡胶 3.3-5.6份,环烷烃 4.4-8.5份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶 2.3-5.6份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 3.4-7.5份,对苯二胺 1.6-8.2份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 3.6-6.2份,改性淀粉溶胶 4.7-9.3份。
优选的,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 3.3-6.4份,丙烯酸树脂2.9-7.2份,二乙醇酰胺 2.6-4.2份,顺式异戊橡胶 3.7-5.1份,环烷烃 4.9-8.0份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶 2.7-5.2份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 3.9-7.0份,对苯二胺 2.1-7.4份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 4.2-5.3份,改性淀粉溶胶 5.3-8.8份。
优选的,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 3.9-5.5份,丙烯酸树脂3.6-6.4份,二乙醇酰胺 2.9-4.0份,顺式异戊橡胶 4.0-4.8份,环烷烃 5.6-7.4份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶 3.1-4.8份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 4.2-6.4份,对苯二胺 2.8-6.2份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 4.7-5.1份,改性淀粉溶胶 5.7-8.3份。
优选的,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 4.2-5.1份,丙烯酸树脂4.3-5.8份,二乙醇酰胺 3.2-3.7份,顺式异戊橡胶 4.3-4.6份,环烷烃 6.2-7.0份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶 3.7-4.4份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 4.8-5.7份,对苯二胺 3.4-5.2份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 4.8-5.0份,改性淀粉溶胶 6.3-7.6份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过醇酸树脂,丙烯酸树脂,二乙醇酰胺,顺式异戊橡胶,环烷烃,4,6-二羟基嘧啶,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,对苯二胺,二盐基亚磷酸铅,改性淀粉溶胶之间的复配,使得最终产品具有优异的防水、耐寒、耐酸碱、耐老化性能,制得的帆布各层之间牢固地结合在一起,从而使整个产品各层之间的连接更加牢固,可以防止水的渗入,防水性能较好。

实施例2
一种可提高防水性能的帆布,所述可提高防水性能的帆布以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆防水层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 2.8份,丙烯酸树脂 8.0份,二乙醇酰胺 2.2份,顺式异戊橡胶 5.6份,环烷烃 4.4份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶5.6份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 3.4份,对苯二胺 8.2份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 3.6份,改性淀粉溶胶 9.3份。

一种可提高防水性能的帆布,所述可提高防水性能的帆布以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆防水层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 6.4份,丙烯酸树脂 2.9份,二乙醇酰胺 4.2份,顺式异戊橡胶 3.7份,环烷烃 8.0份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶2.7份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 7.0份,对苯二胺 2.1份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 5.3份,改性淀粉溶胶 5.3份。

一种可提高防水性能的帆布,所述可提高防水性能的帆布以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆防水层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 5.5份,丙烯酸树脂 3.6份,二乙醇酰胺 4.0份,顺式异戊橡胶 4.0份,环烷烃 7.4份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶3.1份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 6.4份,对苯二胺 2.8份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 5.1份,改性淀粉溶胶 5.7份。

一种可提高防水性能的帆布,所述可提高防水性能的帆布以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆防水层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 4.2份,丙烯酸树脂 5.8份,二乙醇酰胺 3.2份,顺式异戊橡胶 4.6份,环烷烃 6.2份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶4.4份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 4.8份,对苯二胺 5.2份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 4.8份,改性淀粉溶胶 7.6份。

1.一种可提高防水性能的帆布,所述防水帆布以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆防水层,其特征在于,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 2-8份,丙烯酸树脂 1-9份,二乙醇酰胺 2-5份,顺式异戊橡胶 3-6份,环烷烃 4-9份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶 2-6份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 3-8份,对苯二胺 1-9份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 3-7份,改性淀粉溶胶 4-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的帆布,其特征在于,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 2.8-7.1份,丙烯酸树脂 1.9-8.0份,二乙醇酰胺 2.2-4.7份,顺式异戊橡胶 3.3-5.6份,环烷烃 4.4-8.5份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶 2.3-5.6份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 3.4-7.5份,对苯二胺 1.6-8.2份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 3.6-6.2份,改性淀粉溶胶 4.7-9.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的帆布,其特征在于,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂 3.3-6.4份,丙烯酸树脂 2.9-7.2份,二乙醇酰胺 2.6-4.2份,顺式异戊橡胶 3.7-5.1份,环烷烃 4.9-8.0份,4,6-二羟基嘧啶 2.7-5.2份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 3.9-7.0份,对苯二胺 2.1-7.4份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 4.2-5.3份,改性淀粉溶胶 5.3-8.8份。
