本发明公开了一种阻燃防静电面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:竹纤维40-50份、棉纤维60-70份、预氧化碳纤维15-20份、阻燃涤纶长丝3-6份、阻燃腈纶长丝2-6份、绢丝8-15份、双宫丝3-7份、甲壳素纤维6-12份、壳聚糖8-15份。本发明柔韧性好,阻燃效果好,防静电性能得到提高。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品领域,具体涉及一种阻燃防静电面料。
背景技术
纺织材料是电的绝缘体材料,比电阻一般很高,尤其是吸湿性能低涤纶、晴纶、氯纶等合成纤维。随着合成纤维及其混纺织物的增加,织物在经过反复洗涤后逐渐变硬、手感粗糙,甚至产生静电吸尘、冒火花现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种阻燃防静电面料,柔韧性好,阻燃效果好,防静电性能得到提高。
本发明的技术方案是:一种阻燃防静电面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:竹纤维40-50份、棉纤维60-70份、预氧化碳纤维15-20份、阻燃涤纶长丝3-6份、阻燃腈纶长丝2-6份、绢丝8-15份、双宫丝3-7份、甲壳素纤维6-12份、壳聚糖8-15份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:柔韧性好,阻燃效果好,防静电性能得到提高。

实施例1
一种阻燃防静电面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:竹纤维40份、棉纤维60份、预氧化碳纤维15份、阻燃涤纶长丝3份、阻燃腈纶长丝2份、绢丝8份、双宫丝3份、甲壳素纤维6份、壳聚糖8份。
实施例2
一种阻燃防静电面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:竹纤维45份、棉纤维65份、预氧化碳纤维18份、阻燃涤纶长丝4份、阻燃腈纶长丝4份、绢丝10份、双宫丝5份、甲壳素纤维10份、壳聚糖10份。
实施例3
一种阻燃防静电面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:竹纤维50份、棉纤维70份、预氧化碳纤维20份、阻燃涤纶长丝6份、阻燃腈纶长丝6份、绢丝15份、双宫丝7份、甲壳素纤维12份、壳聚糖15份。
