本发明的目的是提供一种可提高阻燃性能的帆布,通过甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,丙烯酸-2-乙基丙酯,油酸聚乙二醇酯,聚二甲基硅氧烷,磷酸三甲苯酯,甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚,2,3-二巯基-1-丙醇,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯之间的复配,使得最终产品具有优异的阻燃性能与防水性能,制得的帆布各层之间牢固地结合在一起,从而使整个产品各层之间的连接更加牢固。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种可提高阻燃性能的帆布,所述可提高阻燃性能的帆布以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆阻燃层,其特征在于,所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 3-10份,丙烯酸-2-乙基丙酯 3-5份,油酸聚乙二醇酯 1-8份,聚二甲基硅氧烷 2-4份,磷酸三甲苯酯 1-6份,甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯 1-4份,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚 1-6份,2,3-二巯基-1-丙醇 0.5-2份,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯 1-4份。
优选的,所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 3.4-9.1份,丙烯酸-2-乙基丙酯 3.3-4.7份,油酸聚乙二醇酯 1.6-7.4份,聚二甲基硅氧烷 2.3-3.7份,磷酸三甲苯酯 1.5-5.4份,甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯 1.4-3.5份,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚 1.6-5.4份,2,3-二巯基-1-丙醇 0.7-1.8份,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯1.3-3.6份。
优选的,所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 4.6-8.0份,丙烯酸-2-乙基丙酯 3.6-4.4份,油酸聚乙二醇酯 2.0-6.7份,聚二甲基硅氧烷 2.5-3.4份,磷酸三甲苯酯 2.1-4.9份,甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯 1.9-3.0份,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚 2.2-4.6份,2,3-二巯基-1-丙醇 0.9-1.6份,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯1.7-3.2份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,丙烯酸-2-乙基丙酯,油酸聚乙二醇酯,聚二甲基硅氧烷,磷酸三甲苯酯,甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚,2,3-二巯基-1-丙醇,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯之间的复配,使得最终产品具有优异的阻燃性能与防水性能,制得的帆布各层之间牢固地结合在一起,从而使整个产品各层之间的连接更加牢固。

1.一种可提高阻燃性能的帆布,所述阻燃帆布以高强度的涤纶帆布为基布,基布的至少一面涂覆阻燃层,其特征在于,所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 3-10份,丙烯酸-2-乙基丙酯 3-5份,油酸聚乙二醇酯 1-8份,聚二甲基硅氧烷 2-4份,磷酸三甲苯酯 1-6份,甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯 1-4份,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚 1-6份,2,3-二巯基-1-丙醇 0.5-2份,2-甲基-5-氧代环戊-1-烯醇丙酸酯 1-4份。
