本发明涉及一种高效遮阳双色篷房材料,所述篷房材料由上而下顺次包括PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、基布、PVC底膜,所述篷房材料通过下述步骤制备而得:基布双面上浆后,经烘干加热后,与预热后的PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC底膜进行同步贴合,再经压花裁边后卷取而得。本发明具备了双面使用的特性,PVC白色膜具有良好吸墨性,可进行喷绘;PVC黑色遮光膜具有优良遮光性,可阻止太阳光和紫外线穿透,有效起到遮阳隔热的作用;PVC红色膜通过添加色料压延成型,具有优良的耐水色牢度、耐日晒色牢度;采用三膜一布同步贴合的工艺,简化了加工流程,提升了生产效率,也使剥离牢度更加可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种篷房材料,尤其是涉及一种高效遮阳双色篷房材料。
背景技术
篷房是一种户外活动用的临时建筑,是一种可移动建筑,起由于储运轻便,被称为“流动房产”。它被广泛应用于临时仓库,厂房,临时施工,会展篷房,施工篷房,紧急救灾。
篷房采用一般PVC织物搭建,具有安装便捷、成本低的特点。现有的篷房材料一般为正反面白色,颜色单一,且由于白色PVC膜材具有透光性,尤其是夏天,无法完全遮挡强烈的日照。因此,市场对篷房的遮光、隔热效果提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本发明通过采用两种不同颜色的PVC底、面膜材和增加遮光层,开发了一款具有正反面双色、高效遮阳的篷房材料。
一种高效遮阳双色篷房材料,所述篷房材料由上而下顺次包括PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、基布、PVC底膜,所述篷房材料通过下述步骤制备而得:基布双面上浆后,经烘干加热后,与预热后的PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC底膜进行同步贴合,再经压花裁边后卷取而得;
其中,所述PVC白色膜原料为:聚合度1300的PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂52~75重量份,大豆油1~5重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂1~5重量份,碳酸钙10~20重量份,三氧化二锑3~9重量份,硼酸锌1~10重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂5~15重量份,防霉剂1~5重量份,丁腈橡胶1~5重量份,UV531光稳定剂1~5重量份,色料1~5重量份;
PVC黑色遮光膜原料为:聚合度1300的PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂50~70重量份,大豆油1~5重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂1~5重量份,碳酸钙10~20重量份,三氧化二锑3~9重量份,硼酸锌1~10重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂5~15重量份,防霉剂1~5重量份,丁腈橡胶1~5重量份,炭黑色料1~5重量份;
PVC底膜原料为:聚合度1300的PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂58~78重量份,大豆油1~5重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂1~5重量份,碳酸钙5~15重量份,防霉剂0.1~2.5重量份,UV531光稳定剂1~5重量份,色料1~5重量份;
浆料原料为:EPVC糊树脂100重量份,DOTP增塑剂35~55重量份,粘合剂5~15重量份。
上述粘合剂可以选用聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯或环氧树脂。
作为优选,所述基布采用线密度1000D×1000D,织物密度为18×18根/英寸的高强涤纶机织布。高强涤纶经机织布的使用极大改善了篷房材料的强力和使用寿命,有效保证了篷房材料使用过程中的断裂强度和撕破强力。
作为优选,所述PVC白色膜的厚度为12丝,PVC黑色遮光膜的厚度为10丝,PVC底膜的厚度为3丝;所述PVC底膜为PVC红色膜。
作为优选,所述PVC白色膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂63重量份,大豆油2重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂3重量份,碳酸钙15重量份,三氧化二锑6重量份,硼酸锌5重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂10重量份,防霉剂3重量份,丁腈橡胶3重量份,UV531光稳定剂3重量份,色料3重量份。

作为优选,所述浆料原料为:EPVC糊树脂100重量份,DOTP增塑剂45重量份,粘合剂10重量份。
作为优选,贴合车速控制在6~14m/min,贴合温度控制在150~170℃。
作为优选,基布上浆后烘干温度控制在170~180℃,PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC底膜的预热温度为110~130℃。
作为优选,所述浆料上浆量为2~6g/m3。采用三膜一布同步贴合,为保证其较高的剥离牢度,一方面需考虑基布与PVC膜之间的贴合牢度,另一方面还需考虑PVC膜之间的贴合牢度,本发明采用的上浆量可以有效解决PVC膜之间的贴合牢度问题。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明正反面不同色,具备双面使用的特性,增加了产品的实用性;
(2)在PVC白色膜与基布之间,设置一层遮光膜,使产品的透光性大幅降低,有效帮助篷房遮阳、隔热;
(3)三膜一布同步贴合,解决了传统分步骤贴合工艺的繁琐和生产效率低的问题,另外,同步贴合工艺使得PVC白色膜与PVC黑色遮光膜抗剥离性能大幅提升;
(4)双面上浆工艺,不仅提高了上浆效率,更提升了产品的抗剥离性能;
(5)PVC膜材和浆料配方的改进,提升了产品的耐老化,抗紫外性性能,使产品的寿命得到明显提升。

参照图1,一种高效遮阳双色篷房材料,所述篷房材料由上而下顺次包括PVC白色膜1、PVC黑色遮光膜2、基布3、PVC红色膜4,所述篷房材料通过下述步骤制备而得:基布双面上浆后,经烘干加热后,与预热后的PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC红色膜进行同步贴合,再经压花裁边后卷取而得;
其中,所述基布采用线密度1000D×1000D,织物密度为18×18根/英寸的高强涤纶机织布;所述PVC白色膜的厚度为12丝,PVC黑色遮光膜的厚度为10丝,PVC红色膜的厚度为3丝;

PVC黑色遮光膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂63重量份,大豆油2重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂3重量份,碳酸钙15重量份,三氧化二锑6重量份,硼酸锌5重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂10重量份,防霉剂3重量份,丁腈橡胶3重量份,炭黑色料3重量份;
PVC红色膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂68重量份,大豆油2重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂3重量份,碳酸钙10重量份,防霉剂0.5重量份,UV531光稳定剂2重量份,色料3重量份;
浆料原料为:EPVC糊树脂100重量份,DOTP增塑剂45重量份,粘合剂10重量份;
基布上浆后烘干温度控制在175℃,PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC红色膜的预热温度为120℃,浆料上浆量为4g/m3;贴合车速控制在8m/min,贴合温度控制在160℃。
上述工艺制备得到的篷房材料的性能如表1所示:

本发明正反面不同色(一面白色,另一面红色),具备了双面使用的特性,PVC白色膜具有良好吸墨性,可进行喷绘;PVC黑色遮光膜具有优良遮光性,可阻止太阳光和紫外线穿透,有效起到遮阳隔热的作用;PVC红色膜通过添加色料压延成型,具有优良的耐水色牢度、耐日晒色牢度;采用三膜一布同步贴合的工艺,较传统的分步贴合工艺,简化了加工流程,提升了生产效率,也使剥离牢度更加可靠。本发明具有传统篷房材料不具备的双色效果,遮阳性能出众,市场销售潜力巨大。
实施例2
参照图1,一种高效遮阳双色篷房材料,所述篷房材料由上而下顺次包括PVC白色膜1、PVC黑色遮光膜2、基布3、PVC红色膜4,所述篷房材料通过下述步骤制备而得:基布双面上浆后,经烘干加热后,与预热后的PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC红色膜进行同步贴合,再经压花裁边后卷取而得;
其中,所述基布采用线密度1000D×1000D,织物密度为18×18根/英寸的高强涤纶机织布;所述PVC白色膜的厚度为12丝,PVC黑色遮光膜的厚度为10丝,PVC红色膜的厚度为3丝;
所述PVC白色膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂55重量份,大豆油3重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂2重量份,碳酸钙10重量份,三氧化二锑4重量份,硼酸锌7重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂12重量份,防霉剂2重量份,丁腈橡胶2重量份,UV531光稳定剂4重量份,色料2重量份;
PVC黑色遮光膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂58重量份,大豆油2重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂3重量份,碳酸钙10重量份,三氧化二锑4重量份,硼酸锌7重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂8重量份,防霉剂4重量份,丁腈橡胶2重量份,炭黑色料3重量份;
PVC红色膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂58重量份,大豆油3重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂2重量份,碳酸钙15重量份,防霉剂1重量份,UV531光稳定剂3重量份,色料2重量份;
浆料原料为:EPVC糊树脂100重量份,DOTP增塑剂40重量份,粘合剂8重量份;
基布上浆后烘干温度控制在170℃,PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC红色膜的预热温度为110℃,浆料上浆量为3g/m3;贴合车速控制在6m/min,贴合温度控制在150℃。
上述工艺制备得到的篷房材料的性能如表2所示:

PVC红色膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂78重量份,大豆油5重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂5重量份,碳酸钙8重量份,防霉剂5重量份,UV531光稳定剂5重量份,色料3重量份;
浆料原料为:EPVC糊树脂100重量份,DOTP增塑剂55重量份,粘合剂15重量份;
基布上浆后烘干温度控制在180℃,PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC红色膜的预热温度为130℃,浆料上浆量为6g/m3;贴合车速控制在12m/min,贴合温度控制在170℃。
上述工艺制备得到的篷房材料的性能如表3所示:

Claims (10)
1.一种高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:所述篷房材料由上而下顺次包括PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、基布、PVC底膜,所述篷房材料通过下述步骤制备而得:基布双面上浆后,经烘干加热后,与预热后的PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC底膜进行同步贴合,再经压花裁边后卷取而得;
其中,所述PVC白色膜原料为:聚合度1300的PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂52~75重量份,大豆油1~5重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂1~5重量份,碳酸钙10~20重量份,三氧化二锑3~9重量份,硼酸锌1~10重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂5~15重量份,防霉剂1~5重量份,丁腈橡胶1~5重量份,UV531光稳定剂1~5重量份,色料1~5重量份;
PVC黑色遮光膜原料为:聚合度1300的PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂50~70重量份,大豆油1~5重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂1~5重量份,碳酸钙10~20重量份,三氧化二锑3~9重量份,硼酸锌1~10重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂5~15重量份,防霉剂1~5重量份,丁腈橡胶1~5重量份,炭黑色料1~5重量份;PVC底膜原料为:聚合度1300的PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂58~78重量份,大豆油1~5重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂1~5重量份,碳酸钙5~15重量份,防霉剂0.1~2.5重量份,UV531光稳定剂1~5重量份,色料1~5重量份;浆料原料为:EPVC糊树脂100重量份,DOTP增塑剂35~55重量份,粘合剂5~15重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:所述基布采用线密度1000D×1000D,织物密度为18×18根/英寸的高强涤纶机织布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:所述PVC白色膜的厚度为12丝,PVC黑色遮光膜的厚度为10丝,PVC底膜的厚度为3丝;所述PVC底膜为PVC红色膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:所述PVC白色膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂63重量份,大豆油2重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂3重量份,碳酸钙15重量份,三氧化二锑6重量份,硼酸锌5重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂10重量份,防霉剂3重量份,丁腈橡胶3重量份,UV531光稳定剂3重量份,色料3重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:所述PVC黑色遮光膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂63重量份,大豆油2重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂3重量份,碳酸钙15重量份,三氧化二锑6重量份,硼酸锌5重量份,磷酸酯类阻燃剂10重量份,防霉剂3重量份,丁腈橡胶3重量份,炭黑色料3重量份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:所述PVC底膜原料为:1300PVC树脂粉100重量份,DOTP增塑剂68重量份,大豆油2重量份,Ba-Zn稳定剂3重量份,碳酸钙10重量份,防霉剂0.5重量份,UV531光稳定剂2重量份,色料3重量份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:所述浆料原料为:EPVC糊树脂100重量份,DOTP增塑剂45重量份,粘合剂10重量份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:贴合车速控制在6~14m/min,贴合温度控制在150~170℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:基布上浆后烘干温度控制在170~180℃,PVC白色膜、PVC黑色遮光膜、PVC底膜的预热温度为110~130℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的高效遮阳双色篷房材料,其特征在于:所述浆料上浆量为2~6g/m3。
