It should be noted that the fixing device 16 may also be a screw connection structure or a clamping structure for connecting the food waste disposer 8 with the housing 1, and is not limited herein.
The food waste disposer 8 can be fixed in other forms, for example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bottom of the diversion housing 90 is clipped into the inlet 81 at the top of the food waste disposer 8, so that the food waste disposer 8 and the bottom of the diversion housing 90 can be clipped together, and the food waste disposer 8 can be effectively fixed. It will be appreciated that the connection between the inlet 81 of the food waste disposer 8 and the opening at the bottom of the deflector housing 90 can also be: the inlet 81 of the food waste disposer 8 is identical in size to the opening of the bottom of the guide housing 90 and is connected in alignment with each other, and the connection between the inlet 81 and the opening of the bottom of the guide housing 90 is a waterproof sealing arrangement (refer to the existing waterproof sealing technology).
In the above embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 12, the water spraying members 3 may be all fixed independent nozzles, and a plurality of the independent nozzles are arranged in a matrix at the top of the casing 1, that is, each of the independent nozzles may correspond to one or more water spraying inlets 72, so that the water spraying members 3 have a better washing effect on the blanking mechanism 7. Alternatively, referring to fig. 13, the water spraying members 3 may be perforated pipe type nozzles, which are arranged in rows or columns on the top of the housing 1, and each row or each column of perforated pipe type nozzles is aligned with each row or each column of the water spraying inlets 72, so that the water spraying members 3 can have better washing effect on the blanking mechanism 7. It should be noted that, referring to fig. 14, the orifice-tube type spray head may have a reciprocating function, and only one orifice-tube type spray head is needed. Alternatively, referring to fig. 15, the water spraying members 3 may be all rotary nozzles. When the number of the rotary nozzles is one, the rotary nozzles are arranged at the top of the machine shell 1 and suspended in the geometric centers of the plurality of the water spray inlets 72, and when the number of the rotary nozzles is multiple, the rotary nozzles are arranged at the top in the machine shell 1 in a matrix manner.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 10, the water spraying member 3 and the feeding mechanism 7 are disposed at a position considering a turning radius of the feeding mechanism 7, that is, the feeding mechanism 7 cannot touch the water spraying member 3 when turning over.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the water spraying member 3 is disposed right above the discharging mechanism 7, so that after the cooking machine completes the cooking process, the control device 10 controls the water supply switch 2 to be turned on to supply high pressure water to the water spraying member 3, and the control device 10 controls the wok driving device 5 to drive the wok 4 to turn over, so that the mouth of the wok 4 is aligned with the discharging opening 73 of the discharging mechanism 7, at this time, the water spraying member 3 sprays water to the discharging mechanism 7 below, water sprayed from the water spraying member 3 falls into the discharging bin 70 from the water spraying inlet 72, and food ingredient residues in the discharging bin 70 are flushed from the discharging opening 73 to the wok 4 located below the discharging bin 70. After the water spraying member 3 stops spraying water, the control device 10 controls the wok driving device 5 to drive the wok 4 to turn over, so that the wok opening of the wok 4 faces the flow guiding device 9, the flow guiding device 9 guides the water and food residues falling down from the wok 4 to the food waste disposer 8, and the food waste disposer 8 treats the food residues mixed in the water and then discharges the food residues from the water outlet 100. From the above analysis, the embodiment of the present invention can clean the blanking mechanism 7, so that the blanking mechanism 7 can be kept clean and sanitary.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A cooker, comprising:
a housing provided with a water outlet;
a water supply switch;
at least one water spraying piece which is arranged in the shell and is communicated with a water source through the water supply switch;
the frying pan is arranged in the shell;
the frying pan driving device is arranged in the shell and is used for driving the frying pan to turn over up and down;
the wok turning angle detector is arranged in the shell;
the blanking mechanism comprises a blanking bin for containing food ingredients and a bin gate driving mechanism; the feeding bin is arranged right below the at least one water spraying piece and is positioned right above the wok, the top end surface of the feeding bin is provided with at least one water spraying inlet facing the corresponding water spraying piece, the bottom end surface of the feeding bin is provided with at least one feeding opening aligned with the wok opening of the wok during feeding, and each feeding opening is provided with a bin gate; the bin gate driving mechanism is used for correspondingly driving the bin gate to be opened and closed;
a food waste disposer having an outlet in communication with the drain opening;
the flow guide device is arranged below the frying pan and right above the food waste disposer and is used for guiding water poured from the frying pan to an inlet of the food waste disposer; and a process for the preparation of a coating,
and the control device is electrically connected with the wok driving device, the wok turning angle detector, the bin gate driving mechanism, the water supply switch and the food waste processor.
2. The cooker as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a turning device electrically connected to the control device for driving the discharging mechanism to turn upside down;
an inlet and an outlet for the multi-bin batching box to enter and exit are formed in one side face of the shell, and a batching port for the multi-bin batching box to enter and exit is formed in one side face of the lower bin; openings of the bin grids of the multi-bin-grid batching box are opposite to the blanking openings one by one after the multi-bin-grid batching box is placed into the blanking bin; the bin lattices of the multi-bin ingredient box are used for containing food ingredients;
after the blanking mechanism is turned downwards, the batching port is aligned with the inlet and the outlet; after the feeding mechanism is turned over, each feeding opening is aligned with the pot opening, the water spraying inlet faces to the corresponding water spraying piece, and food ingredients in the bin grids of the multi-bin-grid ingredient box fall down to the corresponding bin door.
3. The cooking machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the discharging mechanism further comprises a material guiding shell of a hollow structure; the top and the bottom of the material guide shell are both open, the material guide shell gradually narrows from the top to the bottom, the top of the material guide shell is connected with the bottom of the discharging bin, and the bottom of the material guide shell is aligned to the pot opening during material guiding.
4. The cooker as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the deflector comprises a deflector housing having an upper end and a lower end opened and having a hollow structure; the flow guide shell is arranged below the frying pan and is positioned right above the food waste disposer, and the flow guide shell is gradually narrowed from the top to the bottom of the flow guide shell.
5. The cooker of claim 4, further comprising a water baffle and a dish outlet tray; a vegetable outlet adjacent to the vegetable outlet tray is formed in one side face of the shell;
the dish outlet tray is arranged under the wok and is positioned between the dish outlet and the top of the flow guide shell;
the water baffle is arranged at one end of the dish discharging tray close to the top of the diversion shell.
6. The cooker of claim 1 or 2, further comprising a pan washing device for washing said wok, said pan washing device being disposed within said housing.
7. The cooker of claim 6, wherein said means for washing the pan comprises a spray head for washing the pan, a water pipe switch and a water inlet pipe; the water outlet pipe orifice of the water inlet pipe is connected with the pot washing spray head, and the water inlet pipe orifice of the water inlet pipe is used for being communicated with an external water source; the water pipe switch is arranged in the water inlet pipe and is electrically connected with the control device; the wok washing sprayer is arranged right above the flow guide shell and used for spraying and washing the wok with the wok opening facing the opening at the top of the flow guide shell after being turned over.
8. The cooker of claim 1 or 2, further comprising a securing means for securing said food waste disposer, said securing means being disposed within said housing.
9. The cooker of claim 8, wherein the fixing device comprises a fixing frame, the fixing frame is sleeved outside the food waste disposer, the bottom of the fixing frame is connected with the bottom inside the housing, and the top of the fixing frame is positioned above and clamped with the top of the food waste disposer.
10. The fryer of claim 4, wherein a bottom portion of said deflector housing snaps into said inlet at a top portion of said food waste disposer.
