when the blanking device B100 of the cooker needs to be cleaned, a user closes the door panel B11 and the upper cover plate B12 of the cooker, and then sends a blanking device cleaning instruction through a touch button on the control panel B13; the controller sends a control instruction after responding to the blanking device cleaning instruction, controls the bin gate driving device B200 to open the blanking bin gate of the blanking device B100 and simultaneously controls the spray switch B203 of the spray device B20 to supply high-pressure water to the spray nozzle B202 to spray and wash the blanking device B100 at high pressure, and then detects the current station where the pot body B300 is located through the station detector; when the pot body B300 is located at other positions of the blanking station currently, the pot body turning device B400 is controlled to turn the pot body B300 to the blanking station, so that the pot opening of the pot body B300 faces to a blanking opening of the blanking device to receive water flowing out of the blanking opening after the blanking bin door is opened; when the pot body B300 is currently positioned at a feeding station, the pot body is maintained to be positioned at the current station so as to receive water flowing out of a feeding hole after the feeding bin door is opened; then controlling the pot body rotating device B600 to drive the pot body B300 to rotate around the central axis of the pot body B300 so as to clean the inner wall of the pot body B300 by using the flow of water; when the water received in the pot body B300 reaches a preset amount, controlling to close the spray switch B203 to stop cleaning the blanking device B100, namely stopping adding water into the pot body B300; then starting the pot body heating device B500 to heat the pot body B300, so that water in the pot body B300 is heated to boiling, and high-temperature steam generated by boiling of the water is used for carrying out high-temperature disinfection and cleaning on the blanking device B100 in the cooking cavity B10; when the time value of water boiling in the pot body B300 reaches a preset time value, the pot body heating device B500 is closed to stop heating the pot body B300, and then the pot body B300 is turned to a water pouring station by controlling the pot body turning device B400, so that the residual hot water in the pot body B300 is guided into the food waste processor B30 through the bottom water outlet B101 to disinfect and clean the food waste processor B30.
It should be noted that, the above is only one of the cleaning processes of the blanking device recited in the present invention, and the sequence of the steps of opening the blanking bin door of the blanking device, controlling the spraying device to discharge water under high pressure, controlling the pot body to be at the blanking station, and the like, can be changed without affecting the beneficial effects of the present invention, and is not specifically limited herein.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the cooker further includes a sealing state detector (not shown), and the sealing state detector is connected to the controller. The sealing state detector is arranged on the side edges of the door panel B11 and the upper cover plate B12 of the cooker and is used for detecting the current sealing state of the door panel B11 and the upper cover plate B12 of the cooker according to the indication of the controller after responding to a cleaning command of a blanking device; when the door panel B11 and/or the upper cover plate B12 are detected to be in an unsealed state, prompting a user to close the door panel B11 and/or the upper cover plate B12; when the door panel B11 and/or the upper cover plate B12 are/is in a sealing state currently, the rest steps of cleaning the blanking device are executed according to the indication of the controller. responding to a cleaning instruction of the blanking device, starting a bin gate driving device to control the opening of a blanking bin gate of the blanking device, and simultaneously controlling a spraying device to discharge water at high pressure so as to perform high-pressure spray washing on the blanking device;
controlling the pot body to be positioned at a blanking station to receive water flowing out of a blanking port after the blanking bin door is opened;
when the water in the pot body reaches a preset amount, controlling a spraying device to stop carrying out high-pressure spraying on the blanking device;
starting a pot body heating device to heat the pot body, so that water in the pot body rises through high-temperature steam generated by heating to sterilize and clean the blanking device at high temperature;
and when the boiling time value of the water in the pot body reaches a preset time value, stopping heating the pot body.
2. The cleaning control method for the blanking device of the cooking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the heating of the pot body is stopped when the time value of the boiling of the water in the pot body reaches a preset time value, the method further comprises the following steps:
controlling the spraying device to discharge water at high pressure so as to carry out high-pressure spray washing on the blanking device again;
and when the time for carrying out high-pressure spray washing on the blanking device reaches the preset spraying time, controlling to close the spraying device.
3. The cleaning control method for the blanking device of the cooking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controlling the pot body to be at the blanking station comprises:
detecting the current station of the pot body;
and when the pot body is currently positioned at other positions outside the blanking station, the pot body overturning device is started to overturn the pot body to the blanking station.
