In other embodiments, the spray nozzle B211 may be disposed in the blanking device B700, and the spray pipe passes through the shell of the blanking device B700 from the side of the blanking device B700 and is connected to the spray nozzle B211 in the blanking device B700. When the spray switch is turned on, water sprayed out of the spray nozzle B211 flows out of a feed opening of the feed bin door after the high-pressure washing is carried out on the feeding device B700, and is injected into the pot body at the feeding station.
In this embodiment, the second water injection device includes a water inlet pipe B221 and a water inlet pump (not shown) disposed on the water inlet pipe B221. One end of the water inlet pipe B221 is connected with an oil fume exhaust port B201 on the pot cover B200, and the other end of the water inlet pipe B221 is connected with a water source; the oil smoke exhaust port B201 is a water injection port of the second water injection device. The oil fume treatment device B40 is disposed on the upper portion of the housing B1 and located between the housing B1 and the cooking cavity B10, and the oil fume treatment device B40 is connected to an oil fume exhaust port B201 of the pot cover B200 through an oil fume pipe.
The following will describe in detail the process of cleaning the cooking cavity of the cooker in this embodiment with reference to the structure of the cooker:
when the cooking cavity of the cooker needs to be cleaned, a user closes the door panel B11 and the upper cover plate B12 of the cooker, and then sends a cooking cavity cleaning instruction through a touch button on the control panel B13; after the controller responds to the cooking cavity cleaning instruction, the station detector detects a station where the pot body B100 is located, and when the pot body B100 is detected to be located at other positions except a blanking station or a cooking station at present, the pot body overturning device B300 is controlled to drive the pot body B100 to overturn so that the pot body B100 is located at the blanking station or the cooking station.
When the pot body B100 is detected to be in a blanking station currently, the spraying switch is controlled to be opened, and the bin gate driving device B800 is controlled to open the bin gate of the blanking bin, so that water from the spraying nozzle B211 sprays the blanking device B700 and then falls into the pot body B100; when the water in the pot body B100 reaches a preset amount, the spraying switch is controlled to be closed to stop injecting water into the pot body B100.
And when the pan body B100 is detected to be positioned at a frying station with the pan opening facing the pan cover B200 at present, the water inlet pump is controlled to be turned on, so that water is added into the pan body B100 through the oil smoke exhaust opening B201 on the pan cover B200, and when the water in the pan body B100 reaches a preset amount, the water inlet pump is controlled to be turned off to stop adding water into the pan body B100.
Similarly, when the pot body turning device B300 is controlled to drive the pot body B100 to turn over so that the pot body B100 is positioned at a blanking station, the spraying switch is controlled to be opened, and the bin gate driving device B800 is controlled to open the bin gate of the blanking bin, so that water from the spraying nozzle B211 is sprayed on the blanking device and then falls into the pot body B100; when the water in the pot body B100 reaches a preset amount, the spraying switch is controlled to be closed to stop injecting water into the pot body B100. When the pot body overturning device B300 is controlled to drive the pot body B100 to overturn so that the pot body B100 is positioned at a cooking station with a pot opening facing to the pot cover B200, the water inlet pump is controlled to be opened, so that water is added into the pot body B100 through the oil smoke exhaust opening B201 on the pot cover B200, and when the water in the pot body B100 reaches a preset amount, the water inlet pump is controlled to be closed to stop adding water into the pot body B100.
Please refer to fig. 10, which is a schematic structural diagram of the pot body in the blanking station according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 10, when the pot body B100 is at a feeding station, the mouth of the pot body B100 faces the feeding device B700, and when the bin gate of the feeding bin of the feeding device B700 is opened, water from the spray nozzle B211 can fall into the pot body B100 through the feeding device B700, so that water injection to the pot body B100 is realized.
When water in the pot body B100 is injected through the spray nozzle B211, and when the water injected into the pot body B100 reaches a preset amount, the pot body heating device B400 is controlled to heat the pot body B100, so that the water in the pot body B100 is boiled to generate high-temperature steam, and the high-temperature steam gradually fills the cooking cavity B10 of the cooking machine, so that the cooking cavity B10, the blanking device B700 above the pot body B100, the pot cover B200 above the side of the pot body B100 and the outer wall of the pot body B100 are subjected to high-temperature disinfection and cleaning; when the pot body B100 is heated, the controller controls the pot body rotating device B600 to drive the pot body B100 to rotate around the central axis of the pot body B100, so that the inner wall of the pot body is cleaned.
When the boiling time value in the pot body B100 reaches a preset time value, the pot body heating device B400 is controlled to stop heating the pot body B100, then the pot body B100 is turned to a water pouring station by controlling the pot body turning device B300, so that the residual hot water in the pot body B100 is guided into the food waste processor B30 through the bottom water outlet B101 to disinfect and clean the food waste processor B30.
Please refer to fig. 11, which is a schematic structural diagram of the pan body in the cooking station according to the embodiment. As shown in fig. 11, when the pot body is at a cooking station, the opening of the pot body B100 faces the pot cover B200, and water coming out from the oil smoke exhaust opening B201 of the pot cover B200 falls into the pot body B100, so that water is injected into the pot body B100.
When the water in the pot body B100 is injected through the oil smoke exhaust port B201, when the pot body B100 is at a cooking station, the pot body lifting device B500 is controlled to drive the pot body B100 to move towards the pot cover B200 so that the pot body B100 and the pot cover B200 are closed; when the water injected into the pot body B100 reaches a preset amount, the water inlet pump is closed, and then the pot body heating device B400 is controlled to heat the pot body B100; after the water in the pot body B100 is boiled, the pot body lifting device B500 is controlled to drive the pot body B100 to move towards the direction far away from the pot cover B200, so that the pot opening of the pot body B100 leaves the pot cover B200, high-temperature steam generated by boiling of the water in the pot body B100 enters the cooking cavity B10, and therefore high-temperature disinfection and cleaning are carried out on the cooking cavity B10, the blanking device B700 located above the pot body B100, the pot cover B200 located above the side of the pot body B100 and the outer wall of the pot body B100; when the pot body B100 is heated, the controller controls the pot body rotating device B600 to drive the pot body B100 to rotate around the central axis of the pot body B100, so that the inner wall of the pot body is cleaned.
When the boiling time value of water in the pot body B100 reaches a preset time value, the pot body heating device B400 is controlled to stop heating the pot body B100, then the pot body B100 is turned to a water pouring station by controlling the pot body turning device B300, so that the residual hot water in the pot body B100 is guided into the food waste processor B30 through the bottom water outlet B101, and the food waste processor B30 is disinfected and cleaned.
It should be noted that the high-temperature cleaning station of the present invention is a blanking station or a cooking station in the cleaning process of this embodiment.
It should be noted that, the sequence of the steps of injecting water into the pot body, heating the pot body, and rotating the pot body can be changed without affecting the cleaning effect, and is not specifically limited herein.
Preferably, the intelligent cooker of the present embodiment further includes a sealing state detector (not shown) and a prompter (not shown).
In this embodiment, the sealing state detector and the prompter are both in communication connection with the controller, and the sealing state detector is electrically connected with the prompter; the sealing state detector is used for detecting the current sealing state of the cooking cavity of the cooking machine according to the indication of the controller after responding to the cooking cavity cleaning instruction and before detecting the current station of the pot body; the prompter is used for sending out a prompt of sealing the cooking cavity according to the indication of the controller when detecting that the cooking cavity is in a non-sealing state currently.
Specifically, the sealing state detector is disposed on the side edges of the door panel B11 and the upper cover panel B12 of the cooker, and is configured to detect whether the door panel B11 and the upper cover panel B12 of the cooker are closed, and when the door panel B11 or/and the upper cover panel B12 are not closed, send a message that the door panel B11 or/and the upper cover panel B12 are not closed to the controller, the controller receives the message that the door panel B11 or/and the upper cover panel B12 are not closed and sends the message to the prompter, and when the prompter receives the message that the door panel B11 or/and the upper cover panel B12 are not closed, the prompter sends a prompt that the door panel B11 or/and the upper cover panel B12 are closed, and prompts a user to close the door panel B11 or/and the upper cover panel B12.
In this embodiment, the prompt for closing the door panel B11 or/and the upper cover panel B12 is intended to remind a user to close the cooking cavity of the cooker in a sealing manner, and the prompt for closing the door panel B11 or/and the upper cover panel B12 may be an indicator light prompt, a sound prompt, a display prompt, or the like, which is not limited herein.

That is, in another embodiment, the subsequent step of cooking chamber cleaning is performed only if it is detected that the cooking chamber is in a sealed state and continues in response to the cooking chamber cleaning command. The cooking cavity is cleaned in a sealed state, so that the cleaning efficiency can be greatly improved.

1. A method for controlling the cleaning of a cooking cavity of a cooker is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a cooking cavity cleaning instruction, and controlling the pot body to be positioned at a high-temperature cleaning station; wherein the pot mouth faces to the water injection mouth of the water injection device when the pot body is positioned at the high-temperature cleaning station;
controlling the water injection device to inject a preset amount of water into the pot body positioned at the high-temperature cleaning station;
starting a pot body heating device to heat the pot body, so that the water in the pot body carries out high-temperature disinfection and cleaning on a cooking cavity of the cooking machine through high-temperature steam generated by heating;
when the time value of the boiling of the water in the pot body reaches a preset time value, stopping heating the pot body;
a cooking cavity of the cooking machine is also internally provided with a pot cover for closing or opening the pot body, the pot cover is provided with an oil fume exhaust port, and the water injection device comprises a water inlet pipe communicated with the oil fume exhaust port and a water inlet pump arranged on the water inlet pipe;
the high-temperature cleaning station is a cooking station with a pot opening of the pot body facing the pot cover, and an oil fume exhaust port of the pot cover is used as a water injection port of the water injection device;
the step of controlling the water injection device to inject a preset amount of water into the pot body positioned at the high-temperature cleaning station comprises the following steps:
opening the water inlet pump to inject water into the pot body at the high-temperature cleaning station through the oil smoke exhaust port of the pot cover;
when the water amount injected into the pot body reaches a preset amount, closing the water inlet pump;
wherein the water in the pot body is heated to generate high-temperature steam and the pot cover is sterilized and cleaned at high temperature;
before the water inlet pump is opened to inject water into the pot body at the high-temperature cleaning station through the oil smoke exhaust port of the pot cover, the method further comprises the following steps:
controlling a pot body lifting device to drive the pot body to move towards the direction of the pot cover so as to close the pot opening;
when the water in the pot body begins to boil by heating, the pot further comprises:
controlling a pot body lifting device to drive the pot body to move towards a direction far away from the pot cover so as to open the pot opening;
and the pot body heating device is started to heat the pot body while the water injection device is controlled to inject water into the pot body positioned at the high-temperature cleaning station.
2. The method for controlling the cleaning of the cooking cavity of the cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the time value of the boiling of the water in the pot reaches a preset time value, the heating of the pot is stopped, and the method further comprises:
controlling a pot body overturning device to overturn the pot body to a water pouring station so as to pour out the residual water in the pot body; wherein the pan opening faces the bottom water outlet of the cooking cavity of the cooking machine when the pan body is positioned at the water pouring station.

The method for controlling cleaning of a cooking cavity of a cooking machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the pot body is at the water pouring station, an included angle between the orientation of the pot mouth and the vertical direction is theta, and theta is greater than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees.

The method as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein a food waste disposer is connected to a bottom water outlet of the cooking cavity of the cooker, and when the pot is turned to a water pouring station to pour out the remaining water in the pot, the remaining water in the pot flows through the food waste disposer through the bottom water outlet of the cooking cavity of the cooker, so as to sterilize and clean the food waste disposer at high temperature.
5. The fryer cooking cavity cleaning control method of claim 1, wherein said controlling said pan body to be in a high temperature cleaning station in response to a cooking cavity cleaning command comprises:
responding to a cooking cavity cleaning instruction, and detecting a current station where the pot body is located;
and when the pot body is positioned at other positions outside the high-temperature cleaning station, controlling the pot body overturning device to overturn the pot body to the high-temperature cleaning station.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after responding to the cooking chamber cleaning command and before detecting the current position of the pot, the step of:
and detecting the current sealing state of the cooking cavity of the cooking machine, and sending a prompt for sealing the cooking cavity when detecting that the cooking cavity is in a non-sealing state.

The method for controlling cleaning of a cooking cavity of a cooking machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cooking cavity is formed by a hollow shell, a door panel capable of opening and closing is arranged on one side of the shell, the detecting of the current sealing state of the cooking cavity of the cooking machine and the sending of the prompt for sealing the cooking cavity when the current non-sealing state of the cooking cavity is detected comprise:
and detecting the current closing state of the door plate of the cooking machine, and sending a prompt for closing the door plate when detecting that the door plate is in a non-closing state.

The method for controlling the cleaning of the cooking cavity of the cooker as claimed in claim 7, wherein the top of the housing is provided with an openable upper cover plate, and the detecting the current sealing state of the cooking cavity of the cooker and the sending the prompt for sealing the cooking cavity when detecting that the cooking cavity is in the non-sealing state comprises:
and detecting the current closing state of the door plate and the upper cover plate of the cooker, and sending out a prompt for closing the door plate or/and the upper cover plate when detecting that the door plate or/and the upper cover plate is in a non-closing state.
9. The fryer cooking cavity cleaning control method of claim 1, wherein said controlling the pan body to be in the high temperature cleaning station in response to the cooking cavity cleaning command comprises:
responding to a cooking cavity cleaning instruction, and detecting the current sealing state of the cooking cavity of the cooking machine;
and when the cooking cavity of the cooking machine is in a sealed state at present, controlling the pot body to be in a high-temperature cleaning station.

The method for controlling the cleaning of the cooking cavity of the cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water injection device comprises a spray nozzle, a spray pipe and a spray switch; the spray nozzle is connected with the spray pipe, and the spray switch is arranged on the spray pipe; the spray nozzle is used as a water injection port of the water injection device;
the step of controlling the water injection device to inject a preset amount of water into the pot body positioned at the high-temperature cleaning station comprises the following steps:
opening the spray switch to inject water into the pot body at the high-temperature cleaning station through the spray nozzle;
and when the water amount injected into the pot body reaches a preset amount, closing the spraying switch.

The method of controlling the cleaning of a cooking cavity of a cooker as claimed in claim 10, wherein: a blanking device is further arranged in a cooking cavity of the cooking machine, the spray nozzle is arranged at the top of the cooking cavity, and the blanking device is arranged between the spray nozzle and the pot body; the high-temperature cleaning station is a blanking station of the pot body, wherein the pot opening of the pot body faces the blanking device;
when the spraying switch is opened, water is injected into the pot body at the high-temperature cleaning station through the spraying nozzle, and the method also comprises the following steps: controlling to open a discharging bin door of the discharging device so as to spray water sprayed by the spray nozzle to the discharging device, and then, the water flows out of an opening formed by the opened discharging bin door and is injected into the pot body;
wherein, the water in the pot body is heated to generate high-temperature steam and is used for sterilizing and cleaning the blanking device at high temperature.
12. The method for controlling cleaning of a cooking cavity of a cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein after controlling the water injection device to inject a predetermined amount of water into the pot at the high temperature cleaning station, the method further comprises:
