Preferably, the first condensation duct 710 and the second condensation duct 720 are serpentine condensation ducts. Preferably, the first condensation pipe 710 and the second condensation pipe 720 are symmetrically distributed to cross each other. The exhaust fan 121 may exhaust the oil smoke in the cooking area 200 to the oil smoke filter 120, and the oil smoke is processed by the oil smoke filter 120 and then exhausted. Therefore, the present embodiment can treat the oil smoke leaking from the frying pan 3 to the cooking area, and further ensure that the oil smoke does not pollute the inside of the intelligent cooking machine.

As shown in fig. 10, in this embodiment, the second driving unit 144 is preferably a high pressure pump, and since it is hard to clean food residues, the high pressure pump is used to pressurize the water in the pipe 143 during cleaning, the water is ejected from the high pressure water injection holes of the cleaning pipe 1420 to form a high pressure water curtain, and the residue adhered to the inner wall of the wok is washed at high pressure by the corner formed by the high pressure water curtain and the inner wall of the wok, so that the frying machine can be cleaned quickly; further, the first driving unit 140 is preferably a motor; the pipe joint 1421 is preferably a T-shaped pipe joint 1421, so that the pipe joint 1421 can perform both a water passage function and a rotation function; the cleaning assembly 142 further comprises a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid inlet pipe switch, wherein the liquid inlet pipe switch is electrically connected with the main control device 900, and the liquid inlet pipe is opened according to a control instruction of the main control device 900 so as to inject cleaning liquid into the pot, and the cleaning assembly is mainly used for cleaning residues which are difficult to clean by using the washing liquid.
In the above embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the drainage device 13 includes a diversion trench 130, a water storage trench 131, a filtering device 132 and a drainage pipe 133; the diversion trench 130 is arranged above the water storage tank 131, the top of the diversion trench 130 is provided with the boiler washing liquid collecting port 1301, and the bottom of the diversion trench 130 is provided with a diversion outlet 1300 leading to the water storage tank 131; the filtering device 132 is disposed between the top and the bottom of the water storage tank 131 and below the diversion outlet 1300; one end of the drain pipe 133 is communicated with the bottom of the reservoir 131, and the other end of the drain pipe 133 is communicated with the drain opening 1301. Specifically, the filtering device 132 of the present embodiment is a mesh filtering device 132, and the guiding gutter 130 is a funnel-shaped guiding gutter 130; it should be noted that, in the present invention, the configuration and material of the filtering device 132 and the shape of the guiding groove 130 may not be limited by the embodiment, and in other embodiments, the configuration and material may be reasonably selected according to actual needs.
Further, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the drainage filtering device 132 of the present embodiment further includes a splash plate 135, the splash plate 135 is disposed at the bottom side of the guiding groove 130, and the bottom of the guiding groove 130 passes through the splash plate 135. Specifically, the splash plate 135 includes a connecting plate portion 1350 and an extending plate portion 1351, the extending plate portion 1351 extends from the side of the guiding gutter 130 where the mounting recess 134 is disposed, the connecting plate portion 1350 is disposed right above the opening of the water storage tank 131, and the connecting plate portion 1350 at the bottom of the guiding gutter 130 passes through; furthermore, the extension plate portion 1351 is higher than the connection plate portion 1350, so that a step is formed between the connection plate portion 1350 and the extension plate portion 1351, the step is located above the opening of the water storage tank 131, and the splash plate 135 is provided with a through opening at the step, the through opening is located at or close to the diversion opening 1300; in addition, the edge of the splash plate 135 of the present embodiment is further provided with a baffle. Claims (24)

1. An intelligent cooker is characterized by comprising an outer shell, an inner shell, a wok heating device, a wok turning device, a wok rotating device, a first oil smoke treatment device and a main control device;
the inner shell is arranged in the outer shell, a hermetically arranged cooking area is arranged in the inner shell, and the frying pan, the frying pan heating device, the frying pan turning device and the frying pan rotating device are arranged in the cooking area;
the frying pan heating device is used for heating the frying pan; the frying pan turning device is used for driving the frying pan to turn over up and down; the frying pan rotating device is used for controlling the frying pan to rotate around the central axis of the frying pan;
an oil fume treatment area is formed between the inner shell and the outer shell, and the first oil fume treatment device is arranged in the oil fume treatment area;
the wok heating device, the wok turning device, the wok rotating device and the first oil smoke processing device are all electrically connected with the main control device so as to receive a control instruction sent by the main control device according to a preset menu instruction and execute corresponding operation according to the control instruction;
the intelligent cooker also comprises a cooker cover and a cooker cover driving device; the cooker cover is arranged in the inner shell, and the cooker cover driving device is arranged in the outer shell and is electrically connected with the main control device; the pot cover driving device is in driving connection with the pot cover and is used for driving the pot cover to cover and leave the pot opening of the wok;
the cooker cover is provided with an oil smoke discharge port, the cooker cover is connected with the cooker cover driving device through the oil smoke discharge port and is communicated with the air inlet end of the first oil smoke treatment device, and the air inlet end of the first oil smoke treatment device is communicated with the inside of the cooking area through the oil smoke discharge port; the cooking fume in the frying pan is discharged to the first cooking fume treatment device through the cooking fume discharge port for cooking fume treatment when the pan cover covers the pan opening, and the cooking fume which is leaked from the frying pan and gathered in the cooking area is discharged to the first cooking fume treatment device through the cooking fume discharge port for cooking fume treatment when the pan cover opens the pan opening.
2. The intelligent cooker according to claim 1, wherein when the pan cover is required to cover the mouth of the wok, the wok turning mechanism drives the wok to turn according to a related control instruction of the master control device so that the mouth of the wok faces the pan cover; then the pot cover driving device drives the pot cover to move towards the direction of the wok opening according to the control instruction of the main control device, so that the pot cover covers the wok opening; when the pot cover needs to leave the frying pan opening, the pot cover driving device drives the pot cover to move towards the direction far away from the frying pan opening according to the control instruction of the main control device, so that the pot cover leaves the frying pan opening.
3. The intelligent cooker according to claim 1, wherein the lid driving means comprises a lid rotating mechanism and a lid pushing and pulling mechanism;
the pot cover rotary mechanism, it is located in the oil smoke treatment zone, it includes: a pot cover shaft core and a bearing; the inner ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the pot cover shaft core, and the outer ring of the bearing is connected with the middle part of the pot cover;
the pot cover push-pull mechanism comprises a sliding part, a driving motor electrically connected with the main control device and a base fixed on the inner side of the shell; the sliding piece comprises a fixing part and a rack connected with the fixing part, and the fixing part is connected with the pot cover shaft core; the base is provided with a sliding groove for the movement of the rack, and the rack is slidably arranged in the sliding groove; a rotating shaft of the driving motor is provided with a driving gear, and the driving gear is meshed with the rack;
wherein, the inner shell is provided with an opening for the rack to slide back and forth between the cooking area and the oil fume processing area.

The intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pan cover shaft core is a hollow structure with an opening at one end, the other end of the pan cover shaft core is provided with an oil smoke outlet for communicating with the air inlet end of the first oil smoke treatment device, the pan cover shaft core is arranged at the oil smoke discharge outlet and is not in contact with the pan cover, the inner ring of the bearing is connected with the outer ring of the pan cover shaft core, and the outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the pan cover.
5. The intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 4, wherein the other end of the pan cover shaft is further provided with a plurality of seasoning injection ports for communicating with the seasoning injection pipes.
6. The intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 5, wherein the oil smoke hole is provided at the center of the other end of the pan cover shaft core, and the seasoning injection hole surrounds the oil smoke hole.

The intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lid driving means further comprises an annular fastener, the center of the annular fastener is aligned with the fume discharge port, the inner ring of the annular fastener is fixedly connected to the outer ring of the bearing, and the bottom of the annular fastener is connected to the lid.

The intelligent cooker according to claim 1, wherein the first oil smoke treatment device comprises a smoke guide pipe, a condensation pipe, a condensate collector and a pipeline fan electrically connected with the main control device; the air inlet end of the smoke guide pipe is arranged at the oil smoke discharge port on the pot cover, the air outlet end of the smoke guide pipe is communicated with the pipeline fan through the condensation pipe, and the pipeline fan is arranged at a first exhaust port formed in the shell; the pipe sections of the condensing pipes are distributed up and down, and the condensate collector is arranged below the condensing pipes and communicated with the lowest position of the condensing pipes.
9. The intelligent cooker of claim 8, wherein the condensate collector is connected to a break or opening in the middle of the condenser tube.
10. The intelligent cooker of claim 8, wherein the first oil fume treatment device further comprises a cooling device for cooling the condensation pipe; the cooling device adopts any one of the following structures:
the cooling device comprises a cooling fan, the cooling fan is arranged in a fan opening formed in the shell, and the fan opening is aligned with the condensation pipe and communicated with the oil fume treatment area; or
The cooling device is a cooling water tank arranged in the oil fume treatment area, and the condensation pipe is arranged in the cooling water tank.

The intelligent cooking machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the condensation pipe comprises a first condensation pipe and a second condensation pipe arranged along a vertical direction, an air inlet end of the first condensation pipe is connected with an air outlet end of the smoke guide pipe, an air outlet end of the first condensation pipe is connected with an air inlet end of the second condensation pipe, an air outlet end of the second condensation pipe is connected with an air inlet of the pipeline fan, and the condensation collector is arranged at a joint of the first condensation pipe and the second condensation pipe.
12. The intelligent cooker of claim 11, wherein the first and second condenser tubes are serpentine condenser tubes.

The intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 12, wherein the first and second condensing pipes are symmetrically distributed in a cross manner; the first condensation pipe and the second condensation pipe are intersected with a condensate collector, and the condensate collector is connected with a liquid discharge pipe.

The intelligent cooker according to claim 1, further comprising a second fume treatment device disposed in the housing, the second fume treatment device comprising a fume filter and an exhaust fan electrically connected to the main control device; the suction opening of air exhauster with culinary art district intercommunication, the air outlet of air exhauster with the air inlet intercommunication of oil smoke filter, oil smoke filter's gas outlet sets up some second exhaust ports departments are seted up to the shell.
15. The intelligent cooker according to claim 1, further comprising a drain and an automatic pan washing device for washing the wok; wherein a drainage area is formed between the bottom of the outer shell and the bottom of the inner shell;
the automatic pot washing device is arranged in the cooking area and is electrically connected with the main control device; the drainage device is arranged in the drainage area and is positioned below the wok, the top of the drainage device is provided with a wok washing liquid collecting port communicated with the cooking area, and the bottom of the drainage device is communicated with a water outlet formed in the shell.
16. The intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 15, wherein a placement opening communicating with the cooking area is formed at a position of one side of the inner shell close to the wok, and the automatic cooker washing device is arranged at the placement opening; wherein,
the automatic pot washing device comprises a first driving unit, a rack and a washing assembly; the first driving unit is electrically connected with the main control device and is arranged on the rack; the rack is arranged at the placing opening;
the cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning pipe and a pipe joint for communicating with a water source; one end of the cleaning pipe is connected with the pipe joint; the pipe joint is in driving connection with the first driving unit so as to drive the pipe joint to rotate to drive the cleaning pipe to rotate into the frying pan or rotate out of the frying pan; the scavenge pipe is equipped with a plurality ofly right the inner wall of frying pan washes the apopore.

The intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 16, wherein when the wok needs to be cleaned, the turning mechanism drives the wok to turn according to the control command of the main control device, so that the mouth of the wok faces the automatic cooker washing device, and then the main control device controls the first driving unit to rotate the cleaning pipe in the cleaning assembly to the inside of the wok, and at this time, external water enters the cleaning pipe through the water inlet and is sprayed to the inner wall of the wok through the water outlet of the cleaning pipe to complete the cleaning.
