Specifically, the boiler washing system 80 comprises a high-pressure water pump, a pipeline, a spray head and a boiler washing control mechanism; the pot washing control mechanism controls the high-pressure water pump to spray high-pressure water flow to the pipeline, and the high-pressure water flow passing through the pipeline is sprayed to the interior of the wok 22 through the spray head. It will be appreciated that the high pressure water pump is fixed within the housing 10 and that when the pan is washed, the spray head sprays a fan-shaped stream of water which rotates the wok 22 to flush the pan clean.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 7, the cooker 100 further includes a water inlet and outlet system 90 accommodated in the housing 10 for supplying cooking water to the wok system 20, supplying pan washing water to the wok washing system 70, and discharging sewage generated by the wok system 20 and sewage generated by the wok washing system 70.
Specifically, the water inlet and outlet system 90 includes a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and corresponding connectors, and is fixed to the machine body 10.
Preferably, the cooker 100 further comprises a fume collecting system 110 housed within the body 10. This arrangement prevents oil smoke and gases with pungent odor from escaping from the body 10.
Preferably, the oil smoke collecting system 110 includes an exhaust fan and a closed fan which are arranged on the machine body 10; the exhaust fan extracts the oil smoke inside the body 10, and the airtight fan isolates the inner space of the body 10 and the outer space of the body 10 to prevent the oil smoke from expanding outwards. It is understood that the soot collection system 110 further includes a soot collection control mechanism fixed to the body 10.
In practical applications, the exhaust fan may be disposed on the top of the housing 10, and the airtight fan may be disposed on one side of the wok system 20. Specifically, the closed fan is located on the right side of the main functional area of the cooker 100.
Before the cooker 100 is used, the side door 12 needs to be opened, powder, sauce and liquid seasonings are filled into the seasoning adding system 50, and then the side door 12 is closed; opening the front door 11, placing a dish tray or a dish receiving bowl on the dish discharging system 40, adding the side dish to be fried into the dish feeding system 30, and closing the front door 11; in the cooking process, required seasonings are automatically added into the frying pan system 20 through the seasoning nozzle system 60, required side dishes are automatically added into the frying pan system 20 through the dish inlet system 30, and the cover system 70 controls to cover the pot cover when required; after the stir-frying is finished, dishes are guided into a dish supporting plate or a dish receiving bowl of the dish discharging system 40, the dish discharging and washing system 80 of the dish discharging system 40 cleans a frying pan, and waste water is discharged through the water inlet and discharge system 90.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.
A1. A cooker comprising:
a body, the interior of which is isolated from the outside;
the front door is arranged on the machine body and used for entering and exiting vegetables;
the frying pan system is arranged in the machine body and used for frying dishes, and comprises a frying pan for heating dishes;
a dish feeding system provided in the body for temporarily storing raw materials of the dishes and adding the raw materials to the wok system;
the dish discharging system is arranged in the machine body and is used for collecting and outputting the dishes fried in the frying pan system;
and the seasoning adding system is arranged in the machine body and used for temporarily storing seasonings and adding the seasonings required by the dishes to the frying pan system through the seasoning nozzle system.
A2. The cooker as claimed in a1, said seasoning adding system comprising, connected to said seasoning jet system respectively: powder adds mechanism, sauce material and adds mechanism, liquid condiment and adds the mechanism.
A3. The cooker as claimed in A2, wherein the powder adding mechanism comprises a powder container, a powder monitoring module, a fan and a powder guide pipe;
the powder guide pipe is communicated with the powder container and the seasoning nozzle system;
the fan is used for conveying the powder in the powder container into the powder guide pipe and adding the powder into the wok system through the seasoning nozzle system;
and the powder monitoring module is used for controlling the fan to operate and monitoring the addition amount of the powder.
A4. The cooker as claimed in a2, wherein the sauce adding mechanism comprises a sauce container, a sauce monitoring module, an electric pump and a sauce conduit;
the sauce conduit is communicated with the sauce container and the sauce spout system;
the electric pump is used for sending sauce in the sauce container to the sauce conduit and adding the sauce into the wok system through the seasoning spout system;
the sauce monitoring module is used for controlling the electric pump to operate and monitoring the adding amount of sauce.
A5. The cooker as claimed in a2, wherein the liquid flavoring adding mechanism comprises a liquid flavoring container, a liquid flavoring monitoring module, an electric pump and a liquid flavoring conduit;
the liquid seasoning pipe is communicated with the liquid seasoning container and the seasoning spout system;
the electric pump is used for delivering liquid seasoning in the liquid seasoning container to the liquid seasoning conduit and adding the liquid seasoning to the wok system through the seasoning spout system;
the liquid seasoning monitoring module is used for controlling the electric pump to operate and monitoring the adding amount of the liquid seasoning.
A6. The cooker of a1, further comprising: the side door is arranged on the machine body and is opposite to the seasoning adding system; the side door is used for providing a channel for seasoning supply of the seasoning adding system.
A7. The cooker of a1, further comprising: a lid system contained within the body, the lid system for covering the wok.
A8. The cooker as claimed in A7, wherein the lid system comprises a rotating shaft arranged on the front door, a lid arranged on the rotating shaft, a rotating motor and a lid control mechanism arranged on the body;
the pot cover control mechanism controls the rotating motor to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotating shaft drives the pot cover to cover the frying pot.
A9. The cooker of a1, further comprising a pan washing system housed within the housing, the pan washing system for washing the cooker.
A10. The cooker as claimed in A9, wherein the pot washing system comprises a high pressure water pump, a pipeline, a spray head and a pot washing control mechanism;
the pot washing control mechanism controls the high-pressure water pump to spray high-pressure water flow to the pipeline and enables the high-pressure water flow passing through the pipeline to be sprayed into the frying pot through the spray head.
A11. The cooker as claimed in a9, further comprising a water inlet and outlet system housed in the housing for supplying water for cooking to the wok system, supplying water for washing the wok system, and discharging sewage generated by the wok system and sewage generated by the wok system.
A12. The cooker as claimed in a1, further comprising a fume collecting system housed within the body.
A13. The cooker as claimed in A12, wherein the oil smoke collecting system comprises an exhaust fan and a closed fan which are arranged on the cooker body; the closed fan isolates the inner space of the machine body from the outer space of the machine body; the exhaust fan extracts oil smoke in the machine body.
A14. The cooker as claimed in A13, wherein the exhaust fan is arranged on the top of the body.
A15. The cooker of a13, wherein the closed fan is arranged at one side of the wok system.
A16. The cooking machine according to A1, wherein the dish feeding system comprises a peripheral metal plate frame and a dish feeding mechanism which is arranged in the metal plate frame and can rotate relative to the metal plate frame in the vertical direction.

Claims (10)

1. A cooker, comprising:
a body, the interior of which is isolated from the outside;
the front door is arranged on the machine body and used for entering and exiting vegetables;
the frying pan system is arranged in the machine body and used for frying dishes, and comprises a frying pan for heating dishes;
a dish feeding system provided in the body for temporarily storing raw materials of the dishes and adding the raw materials to the wok system;
the dish discharging system is arranged in the machine body and is used for collecting and outputting the dishes fried in the frying pan system;
and the seasoning adding system is arranged in the machine body and used for temporarily storing seasonings and adding the seasonings required by the dishes to the frying pan system through the seasoning nozzle system.
2. The fryer of claim 1, wherein said seasoning addition system includes, connected to said seasoning jet system respectively: powder adds mechanism, sauce material and adds mechanism, liquid condiment and adds the mechanism.
3. The cooker of claim 2, wherein said powder adding mechanism comprises a powder container, a powder monitoring module, a fan and a powder conduit;
the powder guide pipe is communicated with the powder container and the seasoning nozzle system;
the fan is used for conveying the powder in the powder container into the powder guide pipe and adding the powder into the wok system through the seasoning nozzle system;
and the powder monitoring module is used for controlling the fan to operate and monitoring the addition amount of the powder.
4. The cooker of claim 2, wherein said sauce adding mechanism comprises a sauce container, a sauce monitoring module, an electric pump and a sauce conduit;
the sauce conduit is communicated with the sauce container and the sauce spout system;
the electric pump is used for sending sauce in the sauce container to the sauce conduit and adding the sauce into the wok system through the seasoning spout system;
the sauce monitoring module is used for controlling the electric pump to operate and monitoring the adding amount of sauce.
5. The cooker of claim 2, wherein said liquid flavoring adding mechanism includes a liquid flavoring container, a liquid flavoring monitoring module, an electric pump and a liquid flavoring conduit;
the liquid seasoning pipe is communicated with the liquid seasoning container and the seasoning spout system;
the electric pump is used for delivering liquid seasoning in the liquid seasoning container to the liquid seasoning conduit and adding the liquid seasoning to the wok system through the seasoning spout system;
the liquid seasoning monitoring module is used for controlling the electric pump to operate and monitoring the adding amount of the liquid seasoning.
6. The cooker of claim 1, further comprising: the side door is arranged on the machine body and is opposite to the seasoning adding system; the side door is used for providing a channel for seasoning supply of the seasoning adding system.
7. The cooker of claim 1, further comprising: a lid system contained within the body, the lid system for covering the wok.
8. The fryer of claim 1, further comprising a pan washing system housed within said body, said pan washing system for washing said fryer.
9. The fryer of claim 8, further comprising a water intake and drain system housed within said body, said water intake and drain system for providing cooking water to said fryer system, providing pan washing water to said pan washing system, and draining effluent generated by said fryer system and effluent generated by said pan washing system.
10. The cooker of claim 1, further comprising a fume collection system housed within said body.
