Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent home, and particularly relates to a heat dissipation system of an intelligent cooking device, which comprises a first axial flow fan, a second axial flow fan and an air inlet, wherein the first axial flow fan is arranged at the upper rear part of a right side casing of a main body case, is close to a buckling position of a pot body and a pot cover and is used for sucking air flow at the position; the second axial flow fan is arranged at the upper middle part of the right side casing of the main machine case, is aligned with the receiving position of the pan body and is used for sucking the air flow at the receiving position; the air inlet is arranged on the lower casing at the left side or the right side of the main body casing; the first and second axial fans are communicated with the air flow collecting and treating device through a ventilating duct, and the air flow collecting and treating device purifies the air flow and then discharges the air into the air; the invention provides the device for effectively and timely radiating the heat in the fully-enclosed intelligent cooking, and ensures the stable flow direction of the air flow and good radiating effect through the design of the first axial fan, the second axial fan and the air inlet position.

Background
Most of the automatic or semi-automatic cooking devices currently on the market are basically in an open or semi-open state during the operation, and the heat dissipation treatment is not good or the heat dissipation is not considered at all. For some fully-closed cooking devices, if the heat generated in the device cannot be timely and effectively dissipated, the reliability and the service life of the internal devices of the device are greatly affected.

Preferably, the heat dissipation system further comprises:
the third axial flow fan is arranged at the lower part of the right casing of the main body casing and faces the position where the heating system is located and is used for blowing air flow to the position where the heating system is located, and an air inlet of the third axial flow fan is communicated with an air outlet arranged on the left or right lower casing of the main body casing.

referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the main chassis includes a closed structure formed by enclosing a base substrate 4, a left casing 5, a right casing 6, a back casing 7, a top casing (not shown in the figure) and a front casing (not shown in the figure). The heat dissipation system comprises a first axial flow fan 1, a second axial flow fan 2 and an air inlet; the first axial flow fan 1 is arranged at the upper part of the right side casing 6 of the main body casing near the buckling position of the pot body 8 and the pot cover 9 and is used for sucking air flow at the buckling position; the second axial flow fan 2 is arranged at the middle upper part of the right side casing 6 of the main body casing, is aligned with the receiving position of the pot body 8 and is used for sucking the air flow at the receiving position; the air inlet is arranged on the lower casing at the left side or the right side of the main body casing; the first and second axial fans 1 and 2 are communicated with an air flow collecting and treating device through a ventilating duct, and the air flow collecting and treating device purifies air flow and then discharges the purified air into air.
In the invention, the air flow collecting and processing device is used for processing the air flow flowing through the first and second axial fans 1 and 2, so as to avoid the oil smoke from polluting the surrounding environment of the intelligent cooking device. The airflow collecting and treating device is not particularly limited, and may be a fume treating device known to those skilled in the art.
The intelligent cooking device provided by the invention is of a closed structure, and the source of internal heat is mainly a heating system and a pot body 8 directly heated by the heating system; the heating system is used for providing heat for the pot body 8 and cooking food, the heating device adopted by the heating system is not particularly limited, for example, the heating device can be a sympathogenic wire coil, which is positioned at the side lower part of the heating system, heats the pot body 8 after being electrified, and inevitably dissipates the heat into the surrounding environment in the working process, so that the internal temperature of the equipment is increased. The driving mechanism of the cooker body 8 is not particularly limited, and has the function of driving the cooker body 8 to switch between a cooking position and a receiving position, so that automatic cooking operation of the cooking device is smoothly completed, the cooker body 8 cooks food under the heating of the heating system, and simultaneously, heat is emitted to the surrounding environment, so that the internal temperature of equipment is increased; in addition, the heat emitted by the cooker body 8 is obviously different from the heat emitted by the cooker body 8 when the cooker body 8 is positioned at the cooking position for cooking food materials, and the heat is mainly emitted along the buckled edge of the cooker body 8 and the cooker cover 9; when the pot body 8 leaves the cooking position to the receiving position, heat is directly dissipated outwards from the pot opening.
In the invention, the heat emitted when the pot body 8 is positioned at different positions is absorbed by the first axial fan 1 and the second axial fan 2, and the upper half part of the whole closed intelligent cooking device generates a negative pressure condition, and the air inlet is arranged on the lower casing at the left side or the right side of the main machine case, so that the air flow positioned at the lower half part automatically flows to the upper half part of the intelligent cooking device and is absorbed by the first axial fan 1 and the second axial fan 2, thereby realizing timely and effective heat dissipation of the whole intelligent cooking device.
Further, in the present invention, the heat dissipation system further includes a third axial fan 3, where the third axial fan 3 is disposed at a lower portion of the right casing 6 of the main chassis, and faces to a position where the heating system is located, and is configured to blow air flow to the position where the heating system is located, and an air inlet of the third axial fan 3 is communicated with an air outlet disposed at a lower casing at a left side or a right side of the main chassis. Through the setting of third axial fan 3, the forced flow of the inside air current of intelligent cooking device has been realized, the circulation efficiency of the inside air current of intelligent cooking device has been improved, in specific course of working, the air current that third axial fan 3 blown out flows through heating system and takes away its heat that gives off in the surrounding environment, after being blocked by the left side casing 5 of main part machine case, around the pot body 8 with pot cover 9 position department, the first half of intelligent cooking device main part machine case promptly, and further through first, second axial fan 1, 2 will contain the inside of thermal air current suction main part machine case. Thereby ensuring the timely and effective emission of the excess heat in the intelligent cooking device and ensuring the reliability and service life of the work of the devices in the equipment.
Further, according to the present invention, since the heat emitted by the pan body 8 at the receiving position is much greater than the heat emitted by the pan body at the cooking position, the flow rate and the flow velocity of the second axial flow fan 2 are preferably greater than those of the first axial flow fan 1, respectively.
Further, according to the invention, the sum of the flow rates and the flow rates of the first axial flow fan 1 and the second axial flow fan 2 are respectively greater than the flow rate and the flow rate of the third axial flow fan 3, so that the upper half part of the main chassis of the intelligent cooking apparatus is ensured to maintain a negative pressure condition, forced convection of air flow is realized, and the excessive heat in the equipment is ensured to be effectively dissipated in time.

the second axial flow fan is arranged at the upper middle part of the right side casing of the main body casing, is aligned with the receiving position of the pot body and is used for sucking the air flow at the receiving position;
the air inlet is arranged on the lower casing at the left side or the right side of the main body casing;
the first and second axial fans are communicated with the air flow collecting and treating device through a ventilating duct, and the air flow collecting and treating device purifies the air flow and then discharges the purified air into the air;
the heat emitted when the pot body is positioned at different positions is absorbed by the first axial fan and the second axial fan, and the upper half part of the whole closed intelligent cooking device generates a negative pressure condition;
the heat dissipation system further includes:
the third axial flow fan is arranged at the lower part of the right casing of the main body casing, faces the position where the heating system is positioned and is used for blowing air flow to the position where the heating system is positioned, and an air inlet of the third axial flow fan is communicated with an air outlet arranged on the left or right lower casing of the main body casing;
through the arrangement of the third axial flow fan, the forced flow of the air flow in the intelligent cooking device is realized, the circulation efficiency of the air flow in the intelligent cooking device is improved, in a specific working process, the air flow blown by the third axial flow fan flows through a heating system and takes away heat emitted to the surrounding environment, after being blocked by a left side shell of a main body machine case, the air flow winds to the positions of a pot body and a pot cover, namely the upper half part of the main body machine case of the intelligent cooking device, and the air flow containing the heat is further sucked out of the inside of the main body machine case through the first axial flow fan and the second axial flow fan; thereby ensuring that the excessive heat in the intelligent cooking device is effectively dissipated in time, and ensuring the reliability and the service life of the work of the devices in the equipment;
the flow and the flow velocity of the second axial flow fan are respectively larger than those of the first axial flow fan;
the sum of the flow rates and the flow rates of the first axial flow fan and the second axial flow fan are respectively larger than those of the third axial flow fan, so that the upper half part of the main chassis of the intelligent cooking device is ensured to maintain a negative pressure condition, forced convection of air flow is realized, and the excessive heat in the equipment is ensured to be effectively dissipated in time.
