本发明属于环保浴巾的加工技术领域,具体涉及一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,包括混纺制品制备、染色、固色以及高温定型。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中利用多种纤维合理组合得到混纺布料,其中改性剑麻纤维和菠萝纤维有助于提高织物的耐磨性,其中剑麻纤维在使用前改性,可以提高其柔软性,同时提高其吸水性能,降低其表面粗糙度;所述竹纤维和甘草纤维配合使用,相比竹纤维单独使用具有更好的抗菌性;甘草纤维和菠萝纤维配合能够提高织物的柔软手感,所得纤维弹性好,具有较好的还原特性,湿水后不缩水,保型性好;再利用变速上色与低温盐水固色配合,提高产品的保色性。

本发明属于环保浴巾的加工技术领域,具体涉及一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法。
背景技术
浴巾是日常生活中常用的生活用品,现有浴巾质地相对粗糙、坚硬,为了提高产品的抗菌性,使用竹纤维用于织物,实现了人们对浴巾面料的抗菌性,但竹纤维产品功能单一,已经无法满足广大消费者对浴巾柔软度、防静电、以及耐磨性的要求,同时竹纤维染色性能差,容易掉色,也无法满足人们对产品外观的要求,因此,需要对浴巾产品进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量计,取竹纤维22-28份、甘草纤维16-20份、改性剑麻纤维4-8份、菠萝叶纤维2-6份、精梳棉40-46份,进行混纺,得到混纺制品;
所述改性剑麻纤维的制备方法为:将取柚子白瓤与相当于其体积15-20倍的水混合,用氢氧化钠调节水溶液pH值至8.2-8.5,加热至煮沸后继续熬煮20-40分钟,然后放入剑麻纤维,保持8-12分钟后,取出剑麻纤维充分干燥即可;
(2)将上述所得混纺制品放入pH值为8.2-8.8的植物染料溶液中,植物染料溶液的初始温度为50℃,然后以2℃/分钟匀速升温至60℃后,以1℃/分钟继续升温至75℃,保温10-15分钟后取出;
(3)将染色后的混纺制品放入温度为5-8℃、质量浓度为3.5-5.5%的盐水中,浸泡2-3小时后,用去离子水冲洗2-4分钟,沥干水分备用;
(4)将上述混纺制品在125-135℃的条件下迅速脱水,高温定型得到产品。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述甘草纤维的制备方法为将采集到的甘草根用农用揉搓机直接搓揉成丝状物料,然后在所得丝状物料中加入相当于其重量2-4%的硅油、1-2%的壳聚糖、12-16%的质量浓度为0.6%的醋酸溶液,然后在温度为125-135℃的条件下搅拌25-35分钟,得到甘草纤维。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述剑麻纤维干燥条件为温度140-150℃、湿度75-85%。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述植物染料的用量为混纺制品重量的1.2-1.8%。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述步骤(3)中去离子水的温度为45-55℃。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述竹纤维、甘草纤维、改性剑麻纤维、菠萝叶纤维的细度均为1.4-1.8D。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中利用多种纤维合理组合得到混纺布料,其中改性剑麻纤维和菠萝纤维有助于提高织物的耐磨性,其中剑麻纤维在使用前改性,可以提高其柔软性,同时提高其吸水性能,降低其表面粗糙度;所述竹纤维和甘草纤维配合使用,相比竹纤维单独使用具有更好的抗菌性;甘草纤维和菠萝纤维配合能够提高织物的柔软手感,所得纤维弹性好,具有较好的还原特性,湿水后不缩水,保型性好;再利用变速上色与低温盐水固色配合,提高产品的保色性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量计,取竹纤维25份、甘草纤维18份、改性剑麻纤维6份、菠萝叶纤维4份、精梳棉43份,进行混纺,得到混纺制品;
所述改性剑麻纤维的制备方法为:将取柚子白瓤与相当于其体积18倍的水混合,用氢氧化钠调节水溶液pH值至8.4,加热至煮沸后继续熬煮30分钟,然后放入剑麻纤维,保持10分钟后,取出剑麻纤维充分干燥即可;
(2)将上述所得混纺制品放入pH值为8.5的植物染料溶液中,植物染料溶液的初始温度为50℃,然后以2℃/分钟匀速升温至60℃后,以1℃/分钟继续升温至75℃,保温12分钟后取出;
(3)将染色后的混纺制品放入温度为6℃、质量浓度为4.5%的盐水中,浸泡2.5小时后,用去离子水冲洗3分钟,去离子水的温度为50℃,沥干水分备用;
(4)将上述混纺制品在130℃的条件下迅速脱水,高温定型得到产品。
其中,所述甘草纤维的制备方法为将采集到的甘草根用农用揉搓机直接搓揉成丝状物料,然后在所得丝状物料中加入相当于其重量3%的硅油、1.5%的壳聚糖、14%的质量浓度为0.6%的醋酸溶液,然后在温度为130℃的条件下搅拌30分钟,得到甘草纤维;所述剑麻纤维干燥条件为温度145℃、湿度80%;所述植物染料的用量为混纺制品重量的1.5%。
其中,所述竹纤维、甘草纤维、改性剑麻纤维、菠萝叶纤维的细度均为1.4-1.8D。
实施例2
一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量计,取竹纤维22份、甘草纤维20份、改性剑麻纤维4份、菠萝叶纤维2份、精梳棉40份,进行混纺,得到混纺制品;
所述改性剑麻纤维的制备方法为:将取柚子白瓤与相当于其体积15倍的水混合,用氢氧化钠调节水溶液pH值至8.5,加热至煮沸后继续熬煮20分钟,然后放入剑麻纤维,保持8分钟后,取出剑麻纤维充分干燥即可;

(4)将上述混纺制品在125℃的条件下迅速脱水,高温定型得到产品。
其中,所述甘草纤维的制备方法为将采集到的甘草根用农用揉搓机直接搓揉成丝状物料,然后在所得丝状物料中加入相当于其重量2%的硅油、1%的壳聚糖、16%的质量浓度为0.6%的醋酸溶液,然后在温度为125℃的条件下搅拌35分钟,得到甘草纤维;所述剑麻纤维干燥条件为温度140℃、湿度75%;所述植物染料的用量为混纺制品重量的1.2%。
实施例3
一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量计,取竹纤维28份、甘草纤维16份、改性剑麻纤维8份、菠萝叶纤维6份、精梳棉46份,进行混纺,得到混纺制品;
所述改性剑麻纤维的制备方法为:将取柚子白瓤与相当于其体积20倍的水混合,用氢氧化钠调节水溶液pH值至8.2,加热至煮沸后继续熬煮40分钟,然后放入剑麻纤维,保持12分钟后,取出剑麻纤维充分干燥即可;
(2)将上述所得混纺制品放入pH值为8.8的植物染料溶液中,植物染料溶液的初始温度为50℃,然后以2℃/分钟匀速升温至60℃后,以1℃/分钟继续升温至75℃,保温10分钟后取出;
(3)将染色后的混纺制品放入温度为8℃、质量浓度为3.5%的盐水中,浸泡3小时后,用去离子水冲洗2分钟,去离子水的温度为55℃,沥干水分备用;
(4)将上述混纺制品在125-135℃的条件下迅速脱水,高温定型得到产品。
其中,所述甘草纤维的制备方法为将采集到的甘草根用农用揉搓机直接搓揉成丝状物料,然后在所得丝状物料中加入相当于其重量4%的硅油、2%的壳聚糖、12%的质量浓度为0.6%的醋酸溶液,然后在温度为135℃的条件下搅拌25分钟,得到甘草纤维;所述剑麻纤维干燥条件为温度150℃、湿度85%;所述植物染料的用量为混纺制品重量的1.8%。
设置对照组1,将实施例1中甘草纤维替换为等质量的竹纤维,其余内容不变;设置对照组2,将实施例1中改性剑麻纤维替换为未改性剑麻纤维,其余内容不变;设置对照组3,将实施例1中改性剑麻纤维去掉,其余内容不变;设置对照组4,将实施例1中菠萝叶纤维去掉,其余内容不变;设置对照组5,将实施例1中步骤(2)的升温速度替换为2℃/分钟,其余内容不变;设置对照组6,将实施例1中步骤(3)去掉,其余内容不变;
对上述各组进行性能检测,其中所述面料柔软度的测试方法参考纺织学报2008年11月第11期第29卷44-47页公开的《织物柔软度的等级划分》;得到以下结果:

湿租大表示吸湿性好,热阻越大表明不容易散热,通过表1和表2中数据可以看出,本发明中制备所得产品具有较好的吸湿性,且面料柔软,固色性也较好,同时具有较强的抗菌性能,能够提高使用体验度。

Claims (6)

1.一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量计,取竹纤维22-28份、甘草纤维16-20份、改性剑麻纤维4-8份、菠萝叶纤维2-6份、精梳棉40-46份,进行混纺,得到混纺制品;
所述改性剑麻纤维的制备方法为:将取柚子白瓤与相当于其体积15-20倍的水混合,用氢氧化钠调节水溶液pH值至8.2-8.5,加热至煮沸后继续熬煮20-40分钟,然后放入剑麻纤维,保持8-12分钟后,取出剑麻纤维充分干燥即可;
(2)将上述所得混纺制品放入pH值为8.2-8.8的植物染料溶液中,植物染料溶液的初始温度为50℃,然后以2℃/分钟匀速升温至60℃后,以1℃/分钟继续升温至75℃,保温10-15分钟后取出;
(3)将染色后的混纺制品放入温度为5-8℃、质量浓度为3.5-5.5%的盐水中,浸泡2-3小时后,用去离子水冲洗2-4分钟,沥干水分备用;
(4)将上述混纺制品在125-135℃的条件下迅速脱水,高温定型得到产品。
2.如权利要求1所述一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述甘草纤维的制备方法为将采集到的甘草根用农用揉搓机直接搓揉成丝状物料,然后在所得丝状物料中加入相当于其重量2-4%的硅油、1-2%的壳聚糖、12-16%的质量浓度为0.6%的醋酸溶液,然后在温度为125-135℃的条件下搅拌25-35分钟,得到甘草纤维。
3.如权利要求1所述一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述剑麻纤维干燥条件为温度140-150℃、湿度75-85%。
4.如权利要求1所述一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述植物染料的用量为混纺制品重量的1.2-1.8%。
5.如权利要求1所述一种耐皂洗柔软浴巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中去离子水的温度为45-55℃。
