本发明涉织造机纺织物技术领域,特别是一种竹棉纤维毛巾及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,毛巾日用品的用量大,人们对毛巾的质量要求也越来越高。长期以来,纯棉的棉纱是织造毛巾的生产原料,纯棉毛巾其欧典是吸水性能好、柔软,缺点是不够耐用和抗菌功能较差。
竹纤维是以竹子为原料,采用蒸、煮等方法制成竹浆粕后,经制胶、纺丝等工序制造而成的再生纤维。它是继棉花、蚕丝、大豆蛋白纤维产品之后又一种新型纺织原料。
如果用竹纤维和棉纤维相结合制成纱线作生产毛巾的原料,生产的毛巾具有吸水性能好、手感柔软、光泽好、吸湿快干,特别具有天然抗菌作用、环保等保健功能。近年来已有不少关于采用竹棉纤维为原料制造毛巾的专利,如申请号为20101046210.3,名称为《一种竹纤维毛巾及其制造方法》,但是这些专利文献在论述毛巾生产方法的时候都不够具体深入。因此,竹纤维和棉纤维相结合制成精梳纱作生产毛巾的原料和毛巾的生产方法,是本领域深入研究的目标。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种竹棉纤维毛巾及其生产方法,该方法可以将竹、棉纤维有机结合起来,所制得的毛巾具有吸水性能好、手感柔软、耐用、天然抗菌等功能。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:
竹棉纤维毛巾生产方法,包括步骤:
1)清棉工序:在纺竹纤维之前先进行预处理,即在投料前2-3小时前给竹纤维均匀的进行加湿处理,使回潮保持在10%左右,让竹纤维在纺纱过程中始终处于放湿状态,减少在纺纱过程中产生的静电保证纺纱顺利进行和成纱质量,把开棉机的刀片换成了梳针,以减少对纤维的损伤。
2)竹纤维半熟条的制备:竹纤维原料依次经过自动抓棉机、自动混棉机、开棉机、双箱给棉机、单打手成卷机和梳棉机,去除其中的杂质和不适合纺织的短纤维,使竹纤维处于舒展且相互平行的伸直度,降低重量不均率,得到竹纤维半熟条;
3)棉纤维半熟条的制备:棉纤维原料依次经过自动抓棉机、自动混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、开棉机、双箱给棉机、单打手成卷机和梳棉机,去除其中的杂质和不适合纺织的短纤维,使棉纤维处于舒展且相互平行的伸直度,降低重量不均率,得到棉纤维半熟条;
4)竹棉混纺精梳纱的制备:将步骤1)和2)所得的竹纤维半熟条和棉纤维半熟条多次经过并条机,使两者绞拧成单股的竹棉混合纱线,再多次经过纺纱机后得到粗细度为18支~32支竹棉混纺精梳纱,其中竹纤维占竹棉混纺精梳纱的整体比例为10~50%,其余为棉纤维;
5)整经排纱:将步骤3)所得的竹棉混纺精梳纱绕卷成纱筒,按其用于纺织毛巾不同部位来进行区分,分为用于纺织毛巾表面圈部的上纱、沿毛巾长度方向排列的经纱、沿毛巾宽度方向排列的纬纱,将上纱、经纱、纬纱分别排布于织造机对应位置;
6)利用织造机将竹棉混纺精梳纱织造成毛巾坯布;
7)对毛巾坯布进行后续处理,得到成品竹棉纤维毛巾。
其中,步骤2)所述棉纤维原料再经过六辊筒开棉机后,连续经过两台开棉机。步骤3)所述并条机工序和纺纱机工序各重复进行三次。步骤4)所述上纱和经纱的规格是32支双股竹棉混纺精梳纱,所述纬纱的规格是21支单股竹棉混纺精梳纱;所述经纱在排布到织造机前需经过上浆和烘干,所述上浆所用的浆料是质量浓度为0.1且温度为60~80℃的小麦淀粉水浆。步骤5)中所述的后续处理包括:
煮漂白:织造好的毛巾坯布放入蒸汽高压煮布锅,加入烧碱、双氧水、渗透剂等,温度100℃~120℃,时间1~1.5小时,取出用清水洗布,进入溢流机加入渗透剂、柔软剂等,将毛巾布再漂白清洗,时间30~50分钟,水温度80~100℃,最后再清水洗2次;
漂白脱水:漂白清洗好的毛巾布,需用高速离心脱水机脱干水;
溢流机染色:按毛巾所需颜色,将环保染料、柔软剂、固色剂、渗透剂等加入溢流染色机,温度在70℃~90℃,时间30~50分钟,将漂白好的毛巾布进入孔筒辊,再滚入槽体染色,染好后再清洗2次;
脱水烫平:将染好色清洗干净的毛巾布放入高速离心机脱干水,随后进入松式烘干机烘干,再进入烫平机烫平整;
缝纫:将毛巾布剪开,四边锁五线边并缝好,在角边将商标放进缝好,随后经质检筛选。
本发明还公开了一种竹棉纤维毛巾,由上述任一项所述的生产方法所制得。
本发明的有益效果是:竹纤维与棉纤维的性能差异大,竹纤维整齐度好,杂质少,但回潮大;而棉纤维含杂质与短绒率都比较多。基于两种纤维的不同情况,要先把两种纤维制成半熟条,然后在并条机上再进行混合的方法。把两种原料分开处理,减少了对竹纤维的损伤,利于节约竹纤维,也能保证混合比例的准确,同时保证混纺制成的竹棉混纺精梳纱质量好。

3)棉纤维半熟条的制备:将如下表的棉纤维原料依次经过自动抓棉机、自动混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、开棉机、双箱给棉机、单打手成卷机和梳棉机,去除其中的杂质和不适合纺织的短纤维,使棉纤维处于舒展且相互平行的伸直度,降低重量不均率,得到棉纤维半熟条;

2)竹纤维半熟条的制备:竹纤维原料依次经过自动抓棉机、自动混棉机、开棉机、双箱给棉机、单打手成卷机和梳棉机,去除其中的杂质和不适合纺织的短纤维,使竹纤维处于舒展且相互平行的伸直度,降低重量不均率,得到竹纤维半熟条;
3)棉纤维半熟条的制备:棉纤维原料依次经过自动抓棉机、自动混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、开棉机、双箱给棉机、单打手成卷机和梳棉机,去除其中的杂质和不适合纺织的短纤维,使棉纤维处于舒展且相互平行的伸直度,降低重量不均率,得到棉纤维半熟条;

6)利用织造机将竹棉混纺精梳纱织造成毛巾坯布;
7)对毛巾坯布进行后续处理,得到成品竹棉纤维毛巾。

溢流机染色:按毛巾所需颜色,将环保染料、柔软剂、固色剂、渗透剂等加入溢流染色机,温度在70℃~90℃,时间30~50分钟,将漂白好的毛巾布进入孔筒辊,再滚入槽体染色,染好后再清洗2次;
