本发明公开了一种美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,属于食品领域。一种美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物10‑20份、红豆粉末提取物10‑20份、枸杞粉末提取物10‑20份、冰糖粉末提取物5‑10份。本发明的红豆薏仁粉对人体无害,能增强肠胃蠕动消化功能,祛除体内湿气,价格低廉,高效安全,收缩毛孔,改善皮肤色素沉着,提亮肤色使皮肤得到美白效果。

本发明涉及食品领域,具体地涉及一种美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉。
背景技术
现代社会的人们常通过食物疗法增强人体机能及达到美容的功能。食疗美容是通过调整人体的新陈代谢和生理功能,改善不良的身体状况和皮肤状态来达到维护健康,美化容貌的目的。食疗美容取材于天然食物,内服外用,既补充了人体所需的营养,又可让皮肤吸收所需的养分,延缓人体和皮肤的衰老过程,并可改善因不同疾病所致的皮肤病症。因此说,食疗美容的持久效果是其他任何美容方法及化妆品所不能比拟的。
薏仁常被用于皮肤美白的食物,薏仁性寒,仅食用薏仁会使身体体寒状况变得严重,本发明提供了一种能够中和薏仁本身性寒效果且无副作用、售价低廉、疗程明显的美白祛湿红豆薏仁粉。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种售价低廉、效果显著、低刺激性、适合任何体质使用的美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物10-20份、红豆粉末提取物10-20份、枸杞粉末提取物10-20份、冰糖粉末提取物5-10份。
进一步的,由下列重量份的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物15份,红豆粉末提取物12份,枸杞粉末提取物12份,冰糖粉末提取物5份。
进一步的,由下列重量份的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物17份,红豆粉末提取物14份,枸杞粉末提取物14份,冰糖粉末提取物7份。
进一步的,由下列重量份的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物19份,红豆粉末提取物16份,枸杞粉末提取物16份,冰糖粉末提取物9份。
用法用量:本发明美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,可以直接冲泡饮用。以上重量配为一剂,用量为每日两次,每次服用间隔至少4至5个小时。用50摄氏度开水冲泡饮用,于早餐和午餐前饮用。
本发明中各原料药的功效如下:
薏仁性味甘淡微寒,有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效,为常用的利水渗湿药。是一种美容食品,常食可以保持人体皮肤光泽细腻,消除粉刺、雀斑、老年斑、妊娠斑、蝴蝶斑,对脱屑、痤疮、皲裂、皮肤粗糙等都有良好疗效。
红豆生津,润肺,清热,利尿。用于咽喉痛,肝炎,咳嗽痰喘。
枸杞补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳。用于肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。
冰糖味甜,生津止渴,润肺,化痰止咳,清热除火,祛脂降压。
本发明根据食疗美容方法,通过冲泡饮用红豆薏仁粉达到美白祛湿的目的。
本发明的有益效果是:中和了薏仁性寒的效果、无副作用、售价低廉、疗效明显。

下面通过优选实施例对本发明做进一步的解释说明,但不限制本发明。
一种用于美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物10-20份、红豆粉末提取物10-20份、枸杞粉末提取物10-20份、冰糖粉末提取物5-10份。
实施例1:一种美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物15份,红豆粉末提取物12份,枸杞粉末提取物12份,冰糖粉末提取物5份。
将薏仁粉末提取物15份、红豆粉末提取物12份,枸杞粉末提取物12份,冰糖粉末提取物5份加入50摄氏度开水100份中混合搅拌均匀。
实施例2:一种美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物17份,红豆粉末提取物14份,枸杞粉末提取物14份,冰糖粉末提取物7份。
将薏仁粉末提取物17份、红豆粉末提取物14份,枸杞粉末提取物14份,冰糖粉末提取物7份加入50摄氏度开水100份中混合搅拌均匀。
实施例3:一种美白祛湿的红豆薏仁粉,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:薏仁粉末提取物19份,红豆粉末提取物16份,枸杞粉末提取物16份,冰糖粉末提取物9份。
将薏仁粉末提取物19份、红豆粉末提取物16份,枸杞粉末提取物16份,冰糖粉末提取物9份加入50摄氏度开水100份中混合搅拌均匀。
