但是钧瓷一种在观赏瓷器领域占据领先地位,其日用价值却始终不能凸显,特别是在茶具方面,钧瓷一直采用传统的坯料配方以及面釉和底釉配方,其生产出的瓷器仍然不能满足日用茶具方面的需求。时至今日,由于科学技术的进步,已出现了许多可以代替陶瓷器皿的材料,传统陶瓷器皿功能比较单一,仅仅只有装饰、盛物等简单功能,并无保健功能,另外目前市场上的陶瓷器皿还存在抗菌抑菌性能差的缺点,容易滋生大量细菌。因此,急需开发一种全新的陶瓷器皿,以提高陶瓷器皿的性能。
因此,生产一种健康保健,工艺简单,化繁为简,既实用又美观大气的活化能量陶瓷及其制备方法,具有广泛的市场前景。

2)将步骤1)中制备好的坯料灌浆或手拉制成坯体,煅烧后将步骤1)中制备好的釉料均匀涂抹至煅烧好的坯体上;
3)将步骤2)中涂抹釉料的坯体入窑煅烧,点火前期,压力控制在0.04兆帕,转火后调整压力升高至0.1兆帕,当温度升高至1200摄氏度后再降压力至0.02兆帕,当温度升高是1250摄氏度后用闸板配合压力,使窑体温度处于保温状态,保温时间需要2至3个小时,当温度达到1280摄氏度至1300摄氏度时,止火,烧成后检验既得本产品。

火山岩是一种功能型环保材料,是火山爆发后由火山玻璃、矿物与气泡形成的非常珍贵的多孔形石材,火山石中含有钠、镁、铝、硅、钙、钛、锰、铁、镍、钴和钼等几十种矿物质和微量元素,无辐射而具有远红外磁波。现已将其应用领域扩大到建筑、水利、研磨、滤材、烧烤炭、园林造景、无土栽培、观赏品等领域,在各行各业中发挥着无法替代的作用。
玛瑙是指具有纹带构造的玉髓,它是一种胶状矿物,其主要成分为二氧化硅。硬度为6.5-7,比重2.65,断口呈贝壳状,透明至半透明,玻璃光泽。玛瑙质纯者皆应为白色,因含有有色离子或其它杂质,才会出现灰、红、蓝等色。玛瑙是二氧化硅的胶体凝聚物,常有圆形同心丝线状或平行条带状结构。它的硬度甚至超过水晶。这种坚硬、致密细腻、颜色美观的宝石,它是雕琢美术工艺品的上等原料。
麦饭石,中药名。为中酸性火成岩类岩石石英二长斑岩。具有解毒散结,去腐生肌,除寒祛湿,益肝健胃,活血化瘀,利尿化石,延年益寿之功效。常用于痈疽发背,痤疮,湿疹,脚气,痱子,手指皲裂,黄褐斑,牙痛,口腔溃疡,风湿痹痛,腰背痛,慢性肝炎,胃炎,痢疾,糖尿病,神经衰弱,外伤红肿,高血压,老年性血管硬化,肿瘤,尿路结石。
牛骨,取其灰,采用牛骨煅烧制成,可作为助溶剂,使釉面光泽,促进液相分离。
草木灰主要引入钙元素和磷元素,是良好的助溶剂具有强碱性,在釉中具有很轻的电解作用,一般作为分散剂使用,对釉浆有一定的悬浮性,可以降低熔融温度和釉的高温粘度,同时具有乳浊作用和对钧釉的分相促进作用。
本药是一种天然釉石。玻璃引入釉中,是一种强溶剂。
铁矿石是钢铁生产企业的重要原材料,天然矿石经过破碎、磨碎、磁选、浮选、重选等程序逐渐选出铁。是含有铁单质或铁化合物能够经济利用的矿物集合体。凡是含有可经济利用的铁元素的矿石叫做铁矿石。铁矿石的种类很多,用于炼铁的主要有磁铁矿(Fe3O4)、赤铁矿(Fe2O3)和菱铁矿(FeCO3)等。本专利中铁矿石是必不可少的形成黑色斑斓变化的重要原料。
