但是钧瓷在观赏瓷器领域占据领先地位,其日用价值却始终不能凸显,特别是在盛具方面,钧瓷一直采用传统的坯料配方以及面釉和底釉配方,其生产出的瓷器仍然不能满足日用盛放液体并饮用方面的需求。时至今日,由于科学技术的进步,已出现了许多可以代替陶瓷器皿的材料,传统陶瓷器皿功能比较单一,仅仅只有装饰、盛物等简单功能,目前市场上急需一种用于盛放并保存液体并提供人体饮用器具的钧瓷,用于改变传统钧瓷单一的观赏功能,以提高陶瓷器皿的性能,并且能够在发挥瓷器稳定性的前提下,提高盛放液体饮用质量。
因此,生产一种健康保健,工艺简单,化繁为简,既实用又美观大气的提高白酒醇香度的钧瓷酒瓶及其制备方法,具有广泛的市场前景。

本发明的技术方案是这样实现:一种提高白酒醇香度的钧瓷酒瓶,它是由下列重量份数的原料制备而成的:
坯料:钾长石20份,红长石10份,方解石10份,石英10份,熔块3份,氧化铜3份,氧化锡2份,本石岳5份,南坡硬土3份;
瓶体外壁釉料:黄长石10份,石英5份,滑石粉2份,牛骨灰5份,萤石5份,铜矿石0.5份,碱石6份,湖南耒阳土3份;
瓶体内壁釉料:玉山红长石35份,方解石8份,陨石粉末3份,火山岩10份,麦饭石10份,氧化锌1份,二氧化锡2份。
一种如上所述的提高白酒醇香度的钧瓷酒瓶的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
1)首先按照上述重量份数分别制备坯料、瓶体外壁釉料和瓶体内壁釉料,制备时先分别捣碎物料,然后分别上球磨机加水球磨,坯料、瓶体外壁釉料和瓶体内壁釉料的制备满足条件为:坯料过200目筛备用,瓶体外壁釉料过250目筛备用,瓶体内壁釉料过250目筛备用;
2)制作工作模,使用步骤1)中得到的坯料,利用工作模制作坯体,然后将坯体入窑素烧,温度为1200℃,素烧时间为5小时,得素坯;
3)将步骤2)中的素坯修整,然后在素坯外壁刷抹步骤1)中所述的瓶体外壁釉料,并在素坯内壁采用喷釉器喷上步骤1)中所述的瓶体内壁釉料,喷料后放置在烘干机内烘干,烘干时间为30分钟,烘干温度为300℃;
4)将步骤3)中涂抹瓶体外壁釉料和瓶体内壁釉料的坯体入窑煅烧,点火前期,压力控制在0.01兆帕,温度省高至1000℃时保温半小时,半小时后调节闸门,保证每分钟升温5℃,并调整压力升高至0.1兆帕,当温度达到1180℃,微合闸板,升温速度控制在每分钟0.5℃,压力不变,当温度升高至1200摄氏度后再降压力至0.02兆帕,当温度升高是1250摄氏度后用闸板配合压力,使窑体温度处于保温状态,保温时间需要2至3个小时,当到1280℃时保温30分钟,停火,冷却时,温度从1280℃到800℃,降温速度控制在每分钟5℃;800℃至500℃,降温速度控制在每分钟3℃;500℃以下快速冷却,降温速度控制在每分钟5℃,烧成后检验既得本产品。
本发明具有如下的积极效果:本发明原料相互配合作用,能够祛除传统钧瓷中的有害成分,用于盛放物质,能使酒分子活化,分解酒中的有害物质,吸附酒中烈味,提高酒的活化作用,提高白酒醇香度,同时还能吸附酒中的重金属离子,释放出多种对人体有益矿物质和微量元素。
具体实施方式
一种提高白酒醇香度的钧瓷酒瓶,它是由下列重量份数的原料制备而成的:
坯料:钾长石20份,红长石10份,方解石10份,石英10份,熔块3份,氧化铜3份,氧化锡2份,本石岳5份,南坡硬土3份;
瓶体外壁釉料:黄长石10份,石英5份,滑石粉2份,牛骨灰5份,萤石5份,铜矿石0.5份,碱石6份,湖南耒阳土3份;
瓶体内壁釉料:玉山红长石35份,方解石8份,陨石粉末3份,火山岩10份,麦饭石10份,氧化锌1份,二氧化锡2份。
一种如上所述的提高白酒醇香度的钧瓷酒瓶的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
1)首先按照上述重量份数分别制备坯料、瓶体外壁釉料和瓶体内壁釉料,制备时先分别捣碎物料,然后分别上球磨机加水球磨,坯料、瓶体外壁釉料和瓶体内壁釉料的制备满足条件为:坯料过200目筛备用,瓶体外壁釉料过250目筛备用,瓶体内壁釉料过250目筛备用;

长石属于硅酸盐矿物盐,其内部含量为钾元素、钠元素和钙元素等,分为黄色、白色和红色等,是釉料的主要成分,主要对于釉料的形成起到重要作用。禹州分布有众多矿藏。
方解石主要降低釉料熔融温度,增加釉色的光泽度和透明度,防治釉面龟裂和堆积,用量不能过多,否则会导致釉面析晶失透,造成温度变窄,变化过少,并引起釉面吸烟。
石英是变质岩,其含量为二氧化硅,主要增加釉料的光泽度,不能过多,也不能少,否则会造成釉面变化色彩减少。
熔块具有不可溶性和稳定性等特征,加工研磨后备用,可做为釉的强溶剂,也可单独使用。蓝粉是化工常用原料。
氧化铜是一种铜的黑色氧化物,略显两性,稍有吸湿性。相对分子质量为79.545,密度为6.3~6.9 g/cm3,熔点1326℃。不溶于水和乙醇,溶于酸、氯化铵及氰化钾溶液,氨溶液中缓慢溶解,能与强碱反应。氧化铜主要用于制人造丝、陶瓷、釉及搪瓷、电池、石油脱硫剂、杀虫剂,也供制氢、催化剂、绿色玻璃等用。
氧化锡为白色、淡黄色或淡灰色四方、六方或斜方晶系粉末。熔点1630℃。
南坡硬土主要成分二氧化硅。河南人民出版社《中国钧炉研究》一书123页有详细介绍。
滑石粉是天然含水硅酸镁矿物,是助熔料,可降低釉料的熔融温度和降低膨胀系数,促进胎釉中间层的形成,并增加乳浊性。
牛骨灰采用牛骨煅烧制成,可作为助溶剂,使釉面光泽,促进液相分离。
萤石是一种矿物,等轴晶系,其主要成分是氟化钙,能降低釉的熔融温度,增加釉的流动性,同时具有乳浊作用,可提高钧釉的光泽度,提高釉浆的悬浮性。
铜矿石是最主要的铜矿石矿物,一般由Cu,Fe,S三种元素组成,理论组成(%)Cu34.56, Fe 30.52, S 34.92,理论化学式为CuFeS2。氧化锌是锌的一种氧化物。难溶于水,可溶于酸和强碱。
碱石主要成分为二氧化硅。陨石的平均密度在3~3.5之间,主要成分是硅酸盐。陨铁密度为 7.5~8.0,主要由铁、镍组成。陨铁石成分介于两者之间,密度在5.5~6.0间。
火山岩是一种功能型环保材料,是火山爆发后由火山玻璃、矿物与气泡形成的非常珍贵的多孔形石材,火山石中含有钠、镁、铝、硅、钙、钛、锰、铁、镍、钴和钼等几十种矿物质和微量元素,无辐射而具有远红外磁波。现已将其应用领域扩大到建筑、水利、研磨、滤材、烧烤炭、园林造景、无土栽培、观赏品等领域,在各行各业中发挥着无法替代的作用。
氧化锌是一种常用的化学添加剂,广泛地应用于塑料、硅酸盐制品、合成橡胶、润滑油、油漆涂料、药膏、粘合剂、食品、电池、阻燃剂等产品的制作中。氧化锌的能带隙和激子束缚能较大,透明度高,有优异的常温发光性能。
麦饭石,中药名。为中酸性火成岩类岩石石英二长斑岩。具有解毒散结,去腐生肌,除寒祛湿,益肝健胃,活血化瘀,利尿化石,延年益寿之功效。常用于痈疽发背,痤疮,湿疹,脚气,痱子,手指皲裂,黄褐斑,牙痛,口腔溃疡,风湿痹痛,腰背痛,慢性肝炎,胃炎,痢疾,糖尿病,神经衰弱,外伤红肿,高血压,老年性血管硬化,肿瘤,尿路结石。

瓶体内壁釉料:玉山红长石35份,方解石8份,陨石粉末3份,火山岩10份,麦饭石10份,氧化锌1份,二氧化锡2份。

1)首先按照上述重量份数分别制备坯料、瓶体外壁釉料和瓶体内壁釉料,制备时先分别捣碎物料,然后分别上球磨机加水球磨,坯料、瓶体外壁釉料和瓶体内壁釉料的制备满足条件为:坯料过200目筛备用,瓶体外壁釉料过250目筛备用,瓶体内壁釉料过250目筛备用;
2)制作工作模,使用步骤1)中得到的坯料,利用工作模制作坯体,然后将坯体入窑素烧,温度为1200℃,素烧时间为5小时,得素坯;
3)将步骤2)中的素坯修整,然后在素坯外壁刷抹步骤1)中所述的瓶体外壁釉料,并在素坯内壁采用喷釉器喷上步骤1)中所述的瓶体内壁釉料,喷料后放置在烘干机内烘干,烘干时间为30分钟,烘干温度为300℃;
4)将步骤3)中涂抹瓶体外壁釉料和瓶体内壁釉料的坯体入窑煅烧,点火前期,压力控制在0.01兆帕,温度省高至1000℃时保温半小时,半小时后调节闸门,保证每分钟升温5℃,并调整压力升高至0.1兆帕,当温度达到1180℃,微合闸板,升温速度控制在每分钟0.5℃,压力不变,当温度升高至1200摄氏度后再降压力至0.02兆帕,当温度升高是1250摄氏度后用闸板配合压力,使窑体温度处于保温状态,保温时间需要2至3个小时,当到1280℃时保温30分钟,停火,冷却时,温度从1280℃到800℃,降温速度控制在每分钟5℃;800℃至500℃,降温速度控制在每分钟3℃;500℃以下快速冷却,降温速度控制在每分钟5℃,烧成后检验既得本产品。
