Abstract

本发明依靠原料中自带的酶发酵,即在没有酵母菌的情况下,采用梯度温度发酵,杜绝了酵母产生的代谢产物,提高了口感,原料配方遵循以阴阳五行学说为基础的中医药学理论体系,采用五色原料发酵,金水木火土五行圆满。该五行酵素营养均衡,能起到平衡五脏机能,调节人体酸碱平衡,消除疲劳,降低胆固醇,增强人体免疫力,延缓衰老的功效。同时可以用于活血化瘀,辅助治疗胆结石、肾结石、白血病、肠癌、脂肪瘤等良性肿瘤,高血脂、高血压、糖尿病等疾病。

本发明涉及一种无需酵母生产五行酵素的方法,属于胚芽和花灯植物发酵技术领域。
背景技术
传统中医认为,不同颜色的食物对人体有不同的作用,我们的祖先很早就有了研究.他们认为天地万物都是由金、木、水、火、土五种元素组成的,而五种元素各以白、绿、黑、红、黄等五色代表,并各自代表不同的季节和人体器官。依据该理论,设计了一种无需酵母生产五行酵素的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对人体具有保健功能的五行酵素液的制备方法,其技术方案如下:
一种无需酵母生产五行酵素的方法,其原料按重量计组成为:
(1)黄色原料:鲜蛹虫草菌蕾1~2份,南瓜花1.5~2.5份,金花葵花1.5~2.5份;
(2)绿色原料:西南花苗1~2份,苜蓿苗0.5~1.5份、水稻苗1.5~2.5份;
(3)白色原料:莲藕芽1.5~3.5份;
(4)黑色原料:葛仙米鲜品0.5~1.5份;
(5)红色原料:红苋菜苗0.5~1.5份、嫩姜芽汁液0.01~0.1份。
其原料采集方法如下:
(1)鲜蛹虫草菌蕾:金黄色或红黄色,高度为0.05-0.15cm,冬季末采摘;
(2)南瓜花:黄色,夏季末采摘;
(3)金花葵花:黄色,春季末采摘;
(4)水稻苗:春季采摘长度2.5-3.5cm的早稻苗;
(5)莲藕芽:白色,长度2.5-3.5cm,当季采摘;
(6)葛仙米鲜品:黑色,直径4-6毫米,冬季采摘;
(7)苜蓿苗:绿色,高7-9cm,春天采摘;
(8)西南花苗:绿色,高4-6cm,四季皆可采摘;
(9)红苋菜苗:高2.5-3.5cm,红色,夏季采摘;
(10)嫩姜芽汁液:将长1.5-2.5cm,夏季采摘的新鲜嫩姜芽打碎,榨汁,收集汁液;
以上原料在天干地支的阳日播种、收日收割。
其生产步骤包括:
(1)清洗:将所述原料先清洗干净,然后再用无菌水清洗2次后得A;
(2)切段:用消毒刀具将干净无菌的A切成0.5厘米长得B;
(3)发酵:将B放入发酵罐中,在控温条件下发酵3天,其中第1天控制温度为40-35℃,第2天控制温度为34-30℃,第3天控制温度为29-25℃,得C;
(4)过滤:将C过滤,并收集滤液D;
(5)成品:滤液D经清洗干净的硅胶过滤器过滤、杀菌、灌装制成成品。
有益效果
本发明依靠原料中自带的酶发酵,采用梯度温度发酵,整个发酵过程不需要酵母参与,杜绝了酵母产生的代谢产物,提高了口感,原料配方遵循以阴阳五行学说为基础的中医药学理论体系,采用五色原料发酵,金水木火土五行圆满。该五行酵素营养均衡,能起到平衡五脏机能,调节人体酸碱平衡,消除疲劳,降低胆固醇,增强人体免疫力,延缓衰老的功效。同时可以用于活血化瘀,排出人体肠道毒素,除宿便。辅助治疗胆结石、肾结石、白血病、肠癌、脂肪瘤等良性肿瘤,高血脂、高血压、糖尿病等疾病。
从营养学角度来看,植物种子的胚芽是生长和代谢最旺盛、活力最强的器官;植物的花是繁殖器官,营养最丰富。本发明以植物的芽为主要原料,以植物的花为辅料,以其自身的发酵酶系统进行发酵,生产出活力强、营养丰富、代谢产物少的酵素。

实施例1-3的成品经检测不含有酵母菌,PH值约为6.0,而市场上同类产品经检测均含有一定量的酵母菌。
实施例1-3的成品具有以下效果:
(1)辅助治疗胆结石、肾结石等结石病;
(2)辅助治疗白血病以及肠癌、脂肪瘤等良性肿瘤;
(3)清理血液垃圾,辅助治疗高血脂、高血压、糖尿病;
(4)活血化瘀;
(5)排出人体肠道毒素,除宿便。

(1)黄色原料:鲜蛹虫草菌蕾1~2份,南瓜花1.5~2.5份,金花葵花1.5~2.5份;
(2)绿色原料:西南花苗1~2份,苜蓿苗0.5~1.5份、水稻苗1.5~2.5份;
(3)白色原料:莲藕芽1.5~3.5份;
(4)黑色原料:葛仙米鲜品0.5~1.5份;
(5)红色原料:红苋菜苗0.5~1.5份、嫩姜芽汁液0.01~0.1份。
