现有技术中的糖果品种繁多,其口味单调,而且大多通过加入香精使其增加口味,不仅口感较差,而且过多的添加剂对小朋友的身体非常不益。

一种糖果,其各种成分的质量份数为:精糖20-40份、甘草10-15份、薄荷叶5-10份、陈皮6-10份、海苔15-30份、海参8-10份、茯苓6-8份、去核红枣80-120份、牛奶50-80份、蜂蜜30-50份和水500-1000份。
优选地,所述糖果,其各种成分的质量份数为:精糖30份、甘草12份、薄荷叶8份、陈皮8份、海苔22份、海参9份、茯苓7份、去核红枣100份、牛奶65份、蜂蜜40份和水750份。
优选地,所述糖果,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按配比将甘草、薄荷叶、陈皮、海参、茯苓清洗干净,消毒后,备用;
步骤二、将上述步骤一得各种成分按配比加入水中,熬制1-3小时,冷却后,过滤;
步骤三、干净消毒后的海苔、去核红枣按配比混合,经粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛,得粉末,别用;
步骤四、将上述步骤二的滤液、步骤三的粉末与精糖、牛奶、蜂蜜按配比混合,然后再用文火进行煎煮,边煎煮边搅拌,煎煮至含水量为1%至5%的固态成品,即可。
优选地,所述步骤二中,熬制时的温度为90-95℃,时间为2小时。
