本发明主要涉及生姜汁及其制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种养生生姜葡萄汁。
背景技术  
  生姜在人们日常生活中经常出现的调味剂,有辛香的口感,除腥祛味,且有暖身暖胃的作用,但是人们通常是作为调味剂食用,并没有考虑其过多的功效,从而也没有注意到其对人体的作用,而随着人们日益对保健的关注,对生姜保健品的开发也尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种养生生姜葡萄汁及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种养生生姜葡萄汁,由以下重量份原料制成:生姜90-100、黑糯米40-46、桂圆50-60、葡萄150-160、雪莲果60-70、猪肝20-25、葡萄酒酒糟10-15、银耳30-35、榛蘑20-25、鸡汤70-75、杜仲5-7、五加皮5-6、桑寄生4-5、阿胶5-6、生地3-4、秦艽2-3、咸酸仔1-2、纯净水300-320、青梅玫瑰汁30-35、蔗糖55-95、水适量;
青梅玫瑰汁,由以下重量份原料制成:玫瑰花10-12、蓝莓30-40、白兰地60-70、雪莲菌30-35、灯笼果35-40、苹果醋醋渣20-25、青梅醋100-120、水适量;
青梅玫瑰汁的制备方法:(1)将玫瑰花碾碎,与洗净的蓝莓一起放入容器中,倒入白兰地,浸泡5-7天后,将容器中所有物料倒入锅中,加热煮沸后焖润1-1.5小时,过滤,得到玫瑰酒备用;
(2)将雪莲菌、灯笼果洗净,同时放入磨浆机,倒入一半青梅醋,磨成浆液。与苹果醋醋渣混合倒入锅中,煮沸后过滤,得到滤液备用;
(3)将玫瑰酒与步骤2中的滤液、剩余青梅醋合并,搅拌均匀即得青梅玫瑰汁。
一种养生生姜葡萄汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将生姜洗净,搅碎备用;将桂圆洗净,取桂圆肉与生姜、洗净的黑糯米一同放入锅中,加入纯净水,加热焖煮至汤浓,过滤,取滤液备用;
(2)将葡萄、雪莲果洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机榨汁,过滤,得到果汁备用;
(3)将猪肝洗净,切成块后放入锅中,倒入葡萄酒酒渣、适量水,加热焖煮50-60分钟后,将锅中所有物料放入磨浆机中磨成浆液,过滤,取滤液备用;
(4)将银耳、榛蘑洗净,搅碎后与鸡汤混合放入锅中,加热煮沸后将银耳、榛蘑捞出,晒干后制成超微粉备用;
(5)将杜仲、五加皮、桑寄生、阿胶、生地、秦艽、咸酸仔用5-9倍量的提取,过滤,得中药提取物备用;
(6)将步骤1中滤液、步骤2中果汁、步骤3中滤液、步骤4中超微粉与中药提取物、青梅玫瑰汁、蔗糖合并,搅拌均匀后灌装即可。
发明优点:本发明一种养生生姜葡萄汁,采用葡萄、桂圆、猪肝等制备而成,有很好的口感,能够补气血、强筋骨,配以杜仲、五加皮、桑寄生、阿胶等提取物,对气血虚弱有很好的效果,适合气血虚、身体弱的人饮用。
具体实施方式
一种养生生姜葡萄汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:生姜90、黑糯米40、桂圆50、葡萄150、雪莲果60、猪肝20、葡萄酒酒糟10、银耳30、榛蘑20、鸡汤70、杜仲5、五加皮5、桑寄生4、阿胶5、生地3、秦艽2、咸酸仔1、纯净水300、青梅玫瑰汁30、蔗糖55、水适量;
青梅玫瑰汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:玫瑰花10、蓝莓30、白兰地60、雪莲菌30、灯笼果35、苹果醋醋渣20、青梅醋100、水适量;
青梅玫瑰汁的制备方法:(1)将玫瑰花碾碎,与洗净的蓝莓一起放入容器中,倒入白兰地,浸泡5天后,将容器中所有物料倒入锅中,加热煮沸后焖润1小时,过滤,得到玫瑰酒备用;
(2)将雪莲菌、灯笼果洗净,同时放入磨浆机,倒入一半青梅醋,磨成浆液。与苹果醋醋渣混合倒入锅中,煮沸后过滤,得到滤液备用;
(3)将玫瑰酒与步骤2中的滤液、剩余青梅醋合并,搅拌均匀即得青梅玫瑰汁。

(2)将葡萄、雪莲果洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机榨汁,过滤,得到果汁备用;
(3)将猪肝洗净,切成块后放入锅中,倒入葡萄酒酒渣、适量水,加热焖煮50分钟后,将锅中所有物料放入磨浆机中磨成浆液,过滤,取滤液备用;
(4)将银耳、榛蘑洗净,搅碎后与鸡汤混合放入锅中,加热煮沸后将银耳、榛蘑捞出,晒干后制成超微粉备用;
(5)将杜仲、五加皮、桑寄生、阿胶、生地、秦艽、咸酸仔用5倍量的提取,过滤,得中药提取物备用;
(6)将步骤1中滤液、步骤2中果汁、步骤3中滤液、步骤4中超微粉与中药提取物、青梅玫瑰汁、蔗糖合并,搅拌均匀后灌装即可。

1.一种养生生姜葡萄汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:生姜90-100、黑糯米40-46、桂圆50-60、葡萄150-160、雪莲果60-70、猪肝20-25、葡萄酒酒糟10-15、银耳30-35、榛蘑20-25、鸡汤70-75、杜仲5-7、五加皮5-6、桑寄生4-5、阿胶5-6、生地3-4、秦艽2-3、咸酸仔1-2、纯净水300-320、青梅玫瑰汁30-35、蔗糖55-95、水适量;
所述青梅玫瑰汁,由以下重量份原料制成:玫瑰花10-12、蓝莓30-40、白兰地60-70、雪莲菌30-35、灯笼果35-40、苹果醋醋渣20-25、青梅醋100-120、水适量;
所述青梅玫瑰汁的制备方法:(1)将玫瑰花碾碎,与洗净的蓝莓一起放入容器中,倒入白兰地,浸泡5-7天后,将容器中所有物料倒入锅中,加热煮沸后焖润1-1.5小时,过滤,得到玫瑰酒备用;
(2)将雪莲菌、灯笼果洗净,同时放入磨浆机,倒入一半青梅醋,磨成浆液,与苹果醋醋渣混合倒入锅中,煮沸后过滤,得到滤液备用;

(1)将生姜洗净,搅碎备用;将桂圆洗净,取桂圆肉与生姜、洗净的黑糯米一同放入锅中,加入纯净水,加热焖煮至汤浓,过滤,取滤液备用;
(2)将葡萄、雪莲果洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机榨汁,过滤,得到果汁备用;
(3)将猪肝洗净,切成块后放入锅中,倒入葡萄酒酒渣、适量水,加热焖煮50-60分钟后,将锅中所有物料放入磨浆机中磨成浆液,过滤,取滤液备用;
(4)将银耳、榛蘑洗净,搅碎后与鸡汤混合放入锅中,加热煮沸后将银耳、榛蘑捞出,晒干后制成超微粉备用;
(5)将杜仲、五加皮、桑寄生、阿胶、生地、秦艽、咸酸仔用5-9倍量的提取,过滤,得中药提取物备用;
(6)将步骤1中滤液、步骤2中果汁、步骤3中滤液、步骤4中超微粉与中药提取物、青梅玫瑰汁、蔗糖合并,搅拌均匀后灌装即可。
