Abstract
本发明提供具备热封性、低吸附性、易切断性、水蒸气阻隔性均得以满足的密封层的低吸附性包装袋。一种低吸附性包装袋,其用于收容含有挥发性低分子化合物的内容物,其中,该包装袋是具备基材层和密封层的层叠体以密封层侧作为内面并利用热封而形成的,所述基材层由一层或多层构成,所述密封层包含玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且190℃以下的环状烯烃系树脂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低吸附性包装袋,其内容物面侧的密封层在源自药品、食品、化妆品等内容物的挥发性低分子化合物的低吸附性(非吸附性)方面优异。
背景技术
环状烯烃系树脂是指在主链具有环状烯烃的骨架的树脂,是具有高透明性、高热变形温度、低双折射性、耐水解性等诸多特征的树脂。因此,环状烯烃系树脂用于要求这些特征的多种多样的领域。
例如,下述专利文献1中,作为包装用薄膜,公开了一种将包含Tg为30℃~55℃的环状烯烃系树脂的层作为密封层的包装用薄膜。利用该薄膜,可以进行在非常低温下的热封。
另一方面,包装体的内容物中有时存在源自药品、食品、化妆品等内容物的挥发性低分子化合物,它们是容易吸附于包装袋的密封层的化合物。因此,作为挥发性低分子化合物的低吸附性密封层,主要研究了EVOH(乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物)、PAN(聚丙烯腈)、PET-G(二甲醇-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)等。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
如上所述,作为现有的低吸附性密封层的EVOH、PAN、PET-G等虽然低吸附性优异,但有时在作为包装材料的其它物性的易切断性、水蒸气阻隔性等方面差,而且对于热封性也无法满足。因此,迫切期望具备热封性、低吸附性、易切断性、水蒸气阻隔性均得以满足的密封薄膜(密封层)的低吸附性包装袋。
本发明是为了解决上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供具备热封性、低吸附性、易切断性、水蒸气阻隔性均得以满足的密封薄膜(密封层)的低吸附性包装袋。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人为了解决上述问题而进行了深入研究。其结果发现:通过将使用了包含玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且190℃以下的环状烯烃系树脂的密封层的层叠体制成低吸附性包装袋,能够解决上述课题,以至完成了本发明。更具体而言,本发明提供以下方案。
(1)一种低吸附性包装袋,其用于收容含有分子量800以下的挥发性低分子化合物的内容物,其中,该包装袋是具备基材层和密封层的层叠体以所述密封层侧作为内面并利用热封而形成的,所述基材层由一层或多层构成,所述密封层包含玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且190℃以下的环状烯烃系树脂。
(2)根据(1)所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述玻璃化转变点为60℃以上且150℃以下。
(3)根据(1)或(2)所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述玻璃化转变点为60℃以上且100℃以下。
(4)根据(1)至(3)中任一项所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述内容物为选自食品、药品、化妆品中的一者以上。
(5)根据(1)至(4)中任一项所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述环状烯烃系树脂为乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物。
(6)根据(1)至(5)中任一项所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述基材层的至少1层为双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
(7)根据(1)至(6)中任一项所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述基材层的至少1层为金属箔、金属蒸镀层、金属氧化物蒸镀层。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供具备热封性、低吸附性、易切断性、水蒸气阻隔性均得以满足的密封薄膜(密封层)的低吸附性包装袋。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。需要说明的是,本发明不限定于以下的实施方式,可以在本发明的目的的范围内进行适宜变更来加以实施。
<低吸附性包装袋>
本发明的低吸附性包装袋用于收容含有分子量800以下的挥发性低分子化合物的内容物,该低吸附性包装袋是具备基材层和密封层的层叠体,该密封层包含玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且190℃以下的环状烯烃系树脂。
具备基材层和密封层的层叠体例如可以例示出:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯作为基材层,具备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和密封层的层叠体;在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和密封层之间具备铝等金属层的层叠体等。
配置在本发明的低吸附性包装袋的内侧的密封层是对于分子量800以下、优选分子量500以下的挥发性低分子化合物的吸附性低的层。包装于本发明的低吸附性包装袋内的内容物只要是含有分子量800以下的挥发性低分子化合物的内容物就没有特别限定,例如,可以特别适宜地用作具有挥发性低分子化合物的药品、食品、化妆品等用的包装袋。挥发性低分子化合物例如可以列举出:dl-樟脑、1-薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯、妥布特罗、尼古丁、盐酸溴己新等。以下对构成本发明的低吸附性包装袋的各层进行说明。
[密封层]
本发明中的密封层是指配置在低吸附性包装袋的内侧的层。本发明的密封层中所含的环状烯烃系树脂是玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且190℃以下的环状烯烃系树脂,是环状烯烃的均聚物或含有环状烯烃成分作为共聚成分的共聚物,是在主链含有环状烯烃成分的聚烯烃系树脂。本发明中的密封层对于分子量800以下的挥发性低分子化合物的吸附性低。另外,同时热封性、易切断性、水蒸气阻隔性高。密封层可以利用现有公知的吹胀法、T模法进行熔融挤出来成型,密封层的厚度优选5μm以上且100μm以下、更优选10μm以上且50μm以下。
密封层中所含有的环状烯烃系树脂是玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且190℃以下的环状烯烃系树脂,只要是含有环状烯烃成分的环状烯烃系树脂就没有特别限定。例如可以列举出:环状烯烃的加成聚合物或其加氢产物、环状烯烃与α-烯烃的加成共聚物或其加氢产物等。环状烯烃系树脂可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。只要是具备包含玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且190℃以下的环状烯烃系树脂的密封层的层叠体,就能够制成热封性、低吸附性、易切断性、水蒸气阻隔性均得以满足的低吸附性包装袋。以下对本发明的密封层中所包含的环状烯烃系树脂进行说明。
(环状烯烃系树脂)
作为环状烯烃系树脂,还可列举出:对于在主链包含源自环状烯烃的结构单元的上述聚合物或上述共聚物,进而接枝和/或共聚具有极性基团的不饱和化合物而成的共聚物。
作为极性基团,例如可以列举出:羧基、酸酐基、环氧基、酰胺基、酯基、羟基等,作为具有极性基团的不饱和化合物,可以列举出:(甲基)丙烯酸、马来酸、马来酸酐、衣康酸酐、(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、(甲基)丙烯酸烷基(碳数1~10)酯、马来酸烷基(碳数1~10)酯、(甲基)丙烯酰胺、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯等。
另外,作为本发明中可用作环状烯烃系树脂的共聚物,也可以使用市售的树脂。作为市售的环状烯烃系树脂,例如可以列举出:TOPAS(注册商标)(TOPAS Advanced Polymers公司制)、APEL(注册商标)(三井化学公司制)、ZEONEX(注册商标)(ZEON Corporation制)、ZEONOR(注册商标)(ZEON Corporation制)、ARTON(注册商标)(JSR公司制)等。
对于环状烯烃与α-烯烃的加成共聚物,作为特别优选的例子,可以列举出:包含〔1〕源自碳数2~20的α-烯烃的结构单元与〔2〕源自下述通式(b)所示的环状烯烃的结构单元的共聚物。
(式中,R1~R12可以各自相同也可以不同,选自由氢原子、卤素原子和烃基组成的组,
R9与R10、R11与R12可以一体化地形成2价的烃基,
R9或R10与R11或R12也可以相互形成环。
另外,n表示0或正整数,
n为2以上时,R5~R8在各自的重复单元中,可以各自相同也可以不同。)
〔〔1〕碳数2~20的α-烯烃〕
碳数2~20的α-烯烃没有特别限定。例如可以列举出与日本特开2007-302722同样的α-烯烃。另外,这些α-烯烃可以单独使用1种也可以同时使用2种以上。这些当中最优选单独使用乙烯。
〔〔2〕通式(b)所示的环状烯烃〕
对通式(b)所示的环状烯烃进行说明。通式(b)中的R1~R12可以各自相同也可以不同,选自由氢原子、卤素原子和烃基组成的组。作为通式(b)所示的环状烯烃的具体例子,可以列举出与日本特开2007-302722同样的环状烯烃。
这些环状烯烃可以单独使用1种,另外也可以组合使用2种以上。这些当中,优选单独使用双环[2.2.1]庚-2-烯(惯用名:降冰片烯)。
〔1〕碳数2~20的α-烯烃与〔2〕通式(b)所示的环状烯烃的聚合方法及得到的聚合物的加氢方法没有特别限定,可以按照公知的方法进行。
另外,对于所使用的聚合催化剂也没有特别限定,可以使用齐格勒-纳塔系、歧化(metathesis)系、茂金属系催化剂等现有公知的催化剂并利用公知的方法得到环状烯烃系树脂。
另外,得到的环状烯烃系树脂的加氢方法也没有特别限定,可以应用现有公知的方法。
需要说明的是,除了上述的〔1〕碳数2~20的α-烯烃成分和〔2〕通式(b)所示的环状烯烃成分以外,在不损害本发明的目的的范围内环状烯烃系树脂还可以根据需要含有其它能共聚的不饱和单体成分。作为可以任意地进行共聚的不饱和单体,没有特别限定,例如可以列举出:在1分子内包含2个以上碳-碳双键的烃系单体等。作为在1分子内包含2个以上碳-碳双键的烃系单体的具体例子,可以列举出与日本特开2007-302722同样的烃系单体。
环状烯烃系树脂中,乙烯与降冰片烯的加成共聚物尤其具有热封性、低吸附性、易切断性、水蒸气阻隔性,特别适合作为低吸附性包装袋。因此,作为本发明中的环状烯烃系树脂,特别优选乙烯与降冰片烯的加成共聚物。
环状烯烃系树脂的玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且190℃以下、优选60℃以上且150℃以下、进一步优选60℃以上且100℃以下。环状烯烃系树脂的玻璃化转变点低于50℃时,在耐热性这点上不优选。环状烯烃系树脂的玻璃化转变点超过190℃时,在热封性这点上不优选。
环状烯烃系树脂的玻璃化转变点(Tg)采用利用DSC法(JIS K7121中记载的方法)在升温速度10℃/分钟的条件下所测定的值。
关于环状烯烃系树脂,利用基于ISO1133的方法在260℃、载荷2.16kg的条件下所测定的MVR优选为1ml/10分钟以上且100ml/10分钟以下。环状烯烃系树脂的MVR低于1ml/10分钟时,有时使流动性受损。另外,环状烯烃系树脂的MVR高于100ml/10分钟时,有时环状烯烃系树脂本身的机械强度降低,不适于低吸附性包装袋用途。
环状烯烃系树脂的含量的下限值没有特别限定,在密封层的全部组合物中优选为95质量%以上、更优选为98质量%以上。环状烯烃系树脂的含量的上限值没有特别限定,在密封层的全部组合物中优选为100质量%以下。
(其它成分)
本发明的密封层中还可以配混除了环状烯烃系树脂以外的成分。作为这样的其它成分,可例示出其它种类的热塑性树脂、稳定剂、增强剂、增塑剂、颜料等添加剂。
[基材层]
本发明的基材层是层叠体中所具备的层,是主要配置在低吸附性包装袋的内侧以外的层。本发明的基材层没有特别限定,例如可以列举出:基材层的至少1层由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂、尼龙树脂、聚丙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂等树脂薄膜构成的基材层。从耐久性和通用性的观点出发,优选基材层的至少1层为双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。另外,基材层也可以由多层构成而不仅仅是由单层构成的。
另外,也可以在基材层的至少1层设置铝等金属箔、金属蒸镀层或金属氧化物蒸镀层。通过在基材层设置金属箔、金属蒸镀层或金属氧化物蒸镀层,从而能够制成具有水蒸气阻隔性的低吸附性包装袋。
基材层的厚度没有特别限定,例如优选为5μm以上且50μm以下、更优选为10μm以上且40μm以下。
<低吸附性包装袋的制造方法>
本发明的低吸附性包装袋的制造方法没有特别限定。例如,可以通过如下方式来制造:利用挤压涂覆法、热层压法、干式层压法等公知层压方法来形成层叠体。另外,准备2张该层叠体的片,以该层叠体的片的密封层相对的方式重叠,进行热封来制造。
示出本发明的低吸附性包装袋的制造方法的一个例子。首先,制造具备基材层和密封层的层叠体。如上所述,层叠体可以包含蒸镀层等其它层作为基材层。其它层可以在不损害本发明的效果的范围内使用现有公知的材料。
本发明的层叠体的各层可以借助粘接剂层进行粘接。作为形成粘接剂层的粘接剂,例如可以使用1组分或者2组分固化型氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂。
接着,使用层叠体来制造低吸附性包装袋。通过使用延长密封部等热封装置来对层叠体的外周进行热封,从而能够容易地制造低吸附性包装袋。
实施例
以下示出实施例,对本发明进行具体地说明,但本发明不限定于这些实施例。
[挥发性低分子化合物的吸附试验1]
对各树脂片测定挥发性低分子化合物的吸附量。具体而言,在作为本发明的密封层的、表1中记载的各树脂片(50mm×70mm、厚度50μm)的两面粘贴市售的巴布剂(作为挥发性物质,含有dl-樟脑(分子量:152)、1-薄荷醇(分子量:156)、水杨酸甲酯(分子量:152)),放置16小时后,利用顶空气相色谱法测定树脂片所吸收的挥发性物质(dl-樟脑、1-薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯)的量。将结果示于表1。

(表中,PAN使用TAMAPOLY Co.,Ltd.制Hitoron BX。PAN以外由树脂进行成膜。具体而言,COC表示由乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物(TOPAS Advanced Polymers公司制、商品名“TOPAS 8007F-04”、玻璃化转变点78℃)成膜的树脂片,PP表示由聚丙烯(JapanPolypropylene Corporation制NOVATECH FX4E)成膜的树脂片,HDPE表示由高密度聚乙烯(Japan Polyethylene Corporation制、商品名“NOVATECH HD HJ580N”、熔点134℃)成膜的树脂片,LDPE表示由低密度聚乙烯(Japan Polyethylene Corporation制NOVATECH LC522)成膜的树脂片。)
由表1可知:与PP(聚丙烯)、HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)和LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)的树脂片相比,作为环状烯烃的COC(乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物)的树脂片的dl-樟脑、1-薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯的吸收量极少,是与PAN的树脂片同等的吸收量。由该试验结果可知:将具备包含环状烯烃系树脂的密封层的层叠体制成包装袋的本发明的低吸附性包装袋的挥发性低分子化合物的吸收量少,作为具有挥发性低分子化合物的内容物用的低吸附性包装袋是优异的。
[挥发性低分子化合物的吸附试验2(气相吸附性)]
对各树脂片测定挥发性低分子化合物的吸附量。具体而言,在干燥器内放入挥发性物质(妥布特罗分子量:228、Wako Pure Chemical Industries,Ltd.妥布特罗(异构体混合物)药理研究用)和表2中记载的各树脂片(50mm×50mm、厚度30μm)并密闭,放置2周后,利用顶空气相色谱法测定树脂片所吸收的挥发性物质(妥布特罗)的量。将结果示于表2。

(表中,PAN使用TAMAPOLY Co.,Ltd.制Hitoron BX。PAN以外由树脂成膜。具体而言,COC(TOPAS 8007F-04)表示由乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物(TOPAS Advanced Polymers公司制、商品名“TOPAS 8007F-04”、玻璃化转变点78℃)成膜的树脂片,COC(TOPAS 6013F-04)表示由乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物(TOPAS Advanced Polymers公司制、商品名“TOPAS6013F-04”、玻璃化转变点138℃)成膜的树脂片,LLDPE表示由直链状低密度聚乙烯(DowChemical Company制ELITE 5100G密度0.92g/cm3)成膜的树脂片。)
由表2可知:与PAN(聚丙烯腈)和LLDPE(直链状低密度聚乙烯)的树脂片相比,作为环状烯烃的COC(乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物)的树脂片的妥布特罗的吸收量少。由该试验结果可知:将具备包含环状烯烃系树脂的密封层的层叠体制成包装袋的本发明的低吸附性包装袋的挥发性低分子化合物的吸收量少,作为具有挥发性低分子化合物的内容物用的低吸附性包装袋是优异的。
[层叠体的易切断性试验]
利用干式层压将表3中记载的吹胀薄膜(厚度100μm)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯一体化来制造层叠体,对层叠体进行易切断性试验。具体而言,就是否能用手容易地切断层叠体而言,进行了以下评价基准的评价。将评价结果示于表3。

由表3可知:使用了COC(乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物)作为密封层的层叠体与使用了其它树脂片作为密封层的层叠体相比,是易切断性优异的层叠体。因此,可知:本发明的低吸附性包装袋的易切断性优异,作为用于收容含有挥发性低分子化合物的内容物的包装袋是优异的。
Claims (6)
1.一种低吸附性包装袋,其用于收容含有分子量800以下的挥发性低分子化合物的内容物,
该包装袋是借助粘接剂层层叠基材层和密封层而成的层叠体以所述密封层侧作为内面并利用热封而形成的,所述基材层由一层或多层构成,所述密封层包含玻璃化转变点为50℃以上且100℃以下的环状烯烃系树脂,
所述环状烯烃系树脂的含量在密封层的全部组合物中为95质量%以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述玻璃化转变点为60℃以上且100℃以下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述内容物为选自食品、药品、化妆品中的一者以上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述环状烯烃系树脂为乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述基材层的至少1层为双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的低吸附性包装袋,其中,所述基材层的至少1层为选自由金属箔、金属蒸镀层和金属氧化物蒸镀层组成的组的层。
