一种摄像透镜,由以下述式的比例含有式(1)和式(2)的聚碳酸酯构成,该摄像透镜具有如下物性:具有特定的折射率、阿贝数,且低双折射、低吸水率。50mol%≤(1)<70mol%,30mol%<(2)≤50mol%。

技术领域
本发明涉及由特定的聚碳酸酯树脂构成的摄像透镜。
背景技术
近年来,移动电话机几乎都搭载了照相机功能,最近出现了搭载与数字静物摄影机匹敌的高分辨率的照相机功能的移动电话机。摄像元件的像素尺寸被微细化,像素间距小于1.4微米。另一方面,对应于移动电话机的小型化、薄型化,也要求摄像透镜的小型化。因此,为了应对摄像元件的高分辨率化和摄像透镜的小型化,迫切要求摄像透镜的低双折射化、像差修正能力提高。以往,移动电话、智能手机等便携式设备用摄像透镜由非球面塑料制造,像差修正通过不同光学特性(折射率、阿贝数)的透镜的组合和透镜形状的组合来进行。
在透镜用途实用化的光学用透明树脂中,作为高折射率、低阿贝数的树脂,一直以来广泛使用以双酚A为原料的聚碳酸酯树脂(nd=1.584)。然而,以双酚A为原料的聚碳酸酯树脂具有双折射大这样的弱点,因此无法用于近年来的高分辨率的照相机。
作为减少双折射的方法,公开了含有芴基、氧杂螺十一烷基的聚碳酸酯共聚物(专利文献1、2)。在专利文献1中公开了光盘等信息记录介质,在专利文献2中公开了光盘、光学膜、光学棱镜、拾取透镜(仅识别光信号的0或1),但由于并未设想到摄像透镜,所以折射率、阿贝数、取向双折射、吸水率等摄像透镜所需的特性不清楚。另外,公开了由聚碳酸酯树脂和具有特定结构的苯乙烯树脂构成的照相机透镜(专利文献3)。然而,该专利文献因含有聚苯乙烯成分,并且非相容成分彼此混合,所以存在树脂脆,耐热性也低这样的课题。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于通过使用特定的聚碳酸酯树脂而提供具有特定的折射率、阿贝数且为低双折射、低吸水率的摄像透镜。
本发明人等为了实现上述课题反复对新型的摄像透镜用树脂进行潜心研究,结果发现通过将9,9-双[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]芴与3,9-双(1,1-二甲基-2-羟乙基)2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷以特定的组成比进行共聚,得到摄像透镜用聚碳酸酯树脂,通过使用该树脂,形成具有特定的折射率、阿贝数且为低双折射、低吸水率的摄像透镜。
即,根据本发明,提供以下所示的由聚碳酸酯树脂构成的摄像透镜。
1.一种摄像透镜,由以下述式的比例含有式(1)和式(2)的聚碳酸酯构成。
50mol%≤(1)<70mol%
30mol%<(2)≤50mol%
2.根据上述1所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的折射率为1.57~1.60且阿贝数为27~31。
3.根据上述1或2所述的摄像透镜,其中,由聚碳酸酯树脂构成的膜的取向双折射为2×10-3以下。
4.根据上述1~3中任一项所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的折射率为1.58~1.59。
5.根据上述1~4中任一项所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的阿贝数为27.5~29.5。
6.根据上述1~5中任一项所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的比粘度为0.12~0.32。
7.根据上述1~6中任一项所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的吸水率为0.2%以下。
8.根据上述1~7中任一项所述的摄像透镜,其中,用于移动电话、智能手机、平板终端、个人计算机、数码相机、摄像机、车载摄像头、安全摄像头中的任一个。
对于本发明的摄像透镜中使用的树脂,通过将9,9-双[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]芴与3,9-双(1,1-二甲基-2-羟乙基)2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷以特定的组成比进行共聚而得到摄像透镜用聚碳酸酯树脂,通过使用该树脂,形成具有特定的折射率、阿贝数且具有低双折射、低吸水率的摄像透镜,其起到的产业上的效果是显著的。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的摄像透镜依次进行具体说明。
<聚碳酸酯树脂>
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂在测定温度25℃、测定波长589nm的折射率为1.57~1.60,更优选为1.58~1.59。
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂在测定温度25℃的阿贝数优选为27.0~31.0,更优选为27.5~29.5。利用下述式由在测定温度25℃、测定波长486nm、589nm、656nm的折射率算出阿贝数。

本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂含有式(1)和式(2)。
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂含有50mol%以上且小于70mol%的式(1),优选含有55~65mol%,进一步优选含有57~64mol%。另外,含有大于30mol%且50mol%以下的式(2),优选含有35~45mol%,进一步优选含有36~43mol%。
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂含有式(1)和式(2)表示的重复单元,在不损害本发明的特性的程度可以与其它的二醇成分共聚。其它的二醇成分在全部重复单元中优选为10mol%以下。作为其它的二醇成分,可举出乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、庚二醇、辛二醇、壬二醇、三环[5.2.1.02,6]癸烷二甲醇、环己烷-1,4-二甲醇、萘烷-2,6-二甲醇、降冰片烷二甲醇、五环十五烷二甲醇、环戊烷-1,3-二甲醇、异山梨醇、对苯二酚、间苯二酚、2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷、2,2-双(3-甲基-4-羟基苯基)丙烷、1,1-双(4-羟基苯基)-1-苯基乙烷、双(4-羟基苯基)二苯基甲烷、1,3-双(2-(4-羟基苯基)-2-丙基)苯、双(4-羟基苯基)砜、双(4-羟基苯基)硫醚、1,1-双(4-羟基苯基)-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷、1,1-双(4-羟基苯基)环己烷、双酚、双酚芴、双甲酚芴等。
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂的比粘度优选在0.12~0.32的范围,更优选在0.18~0.30的范围。如果比粘度为0.12~0.32则成型性和强度的平衡优异。
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂的取向双折射(Δn)的绝对值优选为0~6×10-3,更优选为0~4×10-3,进一步优选为0~2×10-3的范围。取向双折射(Δn)是将由该聚碳酸酯树脂得到的厚度100μm的铸塑膜在Tg+10℃下拉伸2倍时在波长589nm测定的。
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂的1mm厚的全光线透射率优选为80%以上,更优选为85%以上,进一步优选为88%以上。
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂在23℃浸渍24小时后的吸水率优选为0.20%以下,更优选为0.17%以下。
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂的玻璃化转变温度优选为120~160℃,更优选为125~150℃。
<聚碳酸酯树脂的制造方法>
本发明的摄像透镜中使用的聚碳酸酯树脂由通常的制造聚碳酸酯树脂的其自身公知的反应手段,例如使二醇成分与碳酸二酯等碳酸酯前体反应的方法来制造。接下来对这些制造方法简单地说明基本的手段。
使用碳酸二酯作为碳酸酯前体的酯交换反应通过如下方法进行,即,在非活性气体环境下一边将规定比例的芳香族二羟基成分与碳酸二酯进行加热一边进行搅拌,使生成的醇或者酚类馏出。反应温度根据生成的醇或者酚类的沸点等而不同,通常为120~300℃的范围。反应从其初期开始减压,在生成的醇或者酚类馏出的同时结束反应。另外,根据需要可以加入链终止剂、抗氧化剂等。
作为上述酯交换反应中使用的碳酸二酯,可举出可以被取代的碳原子数6~12的芳基、芳烷基等的酯。具体而言,可例示碳酸二苯酯、碳酸二甲苯酯、碳酸双(氯苯基)酯和碳酸双(间甲苯)酯等。其中特别优选碳酸二苯酯。碳酸二苯酯的使用量相对于二羟基化合物的合计1摩尔,优选为0.95~1.10摩尔,更优选为0.98~1.04摩尔。另外在熔融聚合法中为了加快聚合速度,可以使用聚合催化剂,作为该聚合催化剂,可举出碱金属化合物、碱土金属化合物、碱性磷化合物、含氮化合物、金属化合物等。作为这样的化合物,优选使用碱金属、碱土金属的有机酸盐、无机盐、氧化物、氢氧化物、氢化物、醇盐、氢氧化季铵盐等,这些化合物可以单独或组合使用。
作为碱金属化合物,可例示氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铯、氢氧化锂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸铯、碳酸锂、乙酸钠、乙酸钾、乙酸铯、乙酸锂、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸钾、硬脂酸铯、硬脂酸锂、硼氢化钠、苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸钾、苯甲酸铯、苯甲酸锂、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸氢二钾、磷酸氢二锂、磷酸苯二钠、双酚A的二钠盐、二钾盐、二铯盐、二锂盐、苯酚的钠盐、钾盐、铯盐、锂盐等。
作为碱土金属化合物,可例示氢氧化镁、氢氧化钙、氢氧化锶、氢氧化钡、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、碳酸锶、碳酸钡、碳酸氢钙、碳酸氢钡、碳酸氢镁、碳酸氢锶、乙酸镁、乙酸钙、乙酸锶、乙酸钡等。作为碱性硼化合物,例如,可举出四甲基硼、四乙基硼、四丙基硼、四丁基硼、三甲基乙基硼、三甲基苄基硼、三甲基苯基硼、三乙基甲基硼、三乙基苄基硼、三乙基苯基硼、三丁基苄基硼、三丁基苯基硼、四苯基硼、苄基三苯基硼、甲基三苯基硼、丁基三苯基硼等的钠盐、钾盐、锂盐、钙盐、钡盐、镁盐、或者锶盐等。
作为含氮化合物,可举出四甲基氢氧化铵、四乙基氢氧化铵、四丙基氢氧化铵、四丁基氢氧化铵、三甲基苄基氢氧化铵等具有烷基、芳基等的季铵氢氧化物类。另外,可举出三乙基胺、二甲基苄基胺、三苯基胺等叔胺类,2-甲基咪唑、2-苯基咪唑、苯并咪唑等咪唑类。另外,可例示氨、四甲基硼氢化铵、四丁基硼氢化铵、四丁基四苯硼酸铵、四苯基四苯硼酸铵等碱或者碱性盐等。
作为金属化合物,可例示锌铝化合物、锗化合物、有机锡化合物、锑化合物、锰化合物、钛化合物、锆化合物等。这些化合物可以使用1种或者并用2种以上。
相对于二醇成分1摩尔,这些聚合催化剂的使用量优选在1×10-9~1×10-2当量、优选为1×10-8~1×10-3当量、更优选为1×10-7~1×10-5当量的范围选择。
另外,根据需要可以在反应后期添加催化剂失活剂。作为使用的催化剂失活剂,有效使用公知的催化剂失活剂,其中优选磺酸的铵盐、盐。更优选十二烷基苯磺酸四丁基盐等十二烷基苯磺酸的盐类、对甲苯磺酸四丁基铵盐等对甲苯磺酸的盐类。
另外,作为磺酸的酯,优选使用苯磺酸甲酯、苯磺酸乙酯、苯磺酸丁酯、苯磺酸辛酯、苯磺酸苯酯、对甲苯磺酸甲酯、对甲苯磺酸乙酯、对甲苯磺酸丁酯、对甲苯磺酸辛酯、对甲苯磺酸苯酯等。其中,最优选使用十二烷基苯磺酸四丁基盐。
使用选自碱金属化合物和/或碱土金属化合物中的至少1种聚合催化剂时,相对于该催化剂1摩尔,这些催化剂失活剂的使用量可优选以0.5~50摩尔的比例、更优选以0.5~10摩尔的比例、进一步优选以0.8~5摩尔的比例使用。
另外,本发明的聚碳酸酯树脂根据用途、需要可以配合热稳定剂、增塑剂、光稳定剂、聚合金属钝化剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、防静电剂、表面活性剂、抗菌剂、紫外线吸收剂、脱模剂等添加剂。
此外,根据用途、需要可以配合热稳定剂、增塑剂、光稳定剂、聚合金属钝化剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、防静电剂、表面活性剂、抗菌剂、紫外线吸收剂、脱模剂等添加剂。
<摄像透镜的制造方法>
本发明的摄像透镜可以通过注射成型、压缩成型、注射压缩成型、熔融挤出成型、浇注法等任意的方法来成型、加工,但特别优选注射成型。
注射成型的成型条件没有特别限定,成型机的料筒温度优选为180~320℃,更优选为220~300℃,更进一步优选为240~280℃。另外,模具温度优选为70~130℃,更进一步优选为80~125℃,更进一步优选为90~120℃。注射压力优选为50~1700kgf/cm2,优选为500~1600kgf/cm2,更进一步优选为1000~1500kgf/cm2。
本发明的摄像透镜可以用于智能手机、数码相机、摄像机等的摄像透镜。
实施例
以下举出实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1~3、比较例1~4
评价由下述的方法实施。
(1)比粘度:将聚合结束后得到的聚碳酸酯树脂充分干燥,利用将该颗粒0.7g溶解于二氯甲烷100ml而得的溶液,测定该溶液在20℃下的比粘度(ηsp)。
(2)共聚比:使用日本电子公司制JNM-AL400的质子NMR测定。利用由7.6~7.8ppm附近的式(1)结构带来的峰与由0.8~1.1ppm附近的式(2)结构带来的峰的积分比求出。
(3)折射率(nD)、阿贝数(ν):使用ATAGO制DR-M2的阿贝折射仪,对通过注射成型得到的厚度0.3mm、φ5mm的圆板测定25℃下的折射率。利用下述式由测定波长:486nm、589nm、656nm的折射率算出阿贝数。

(4)取向双折射(Δn):将聚碳酸酯树脂溶解于二氯甲烷后,在玻璃皿上铸塑,并充分干燥,由此制成厚度100μm的铸塑膜。将该膜在玻璃化转变温度(Tg)+10℃下拉伸2倍,使用日本分光株式会社制椭偏仪M-220测定589nm处的相位差(Re),由下述式求出取向双折射(Δn)。应予说明,玻璃化转变温度利用岛津制作所制DSC-60A以升温速度20℃/min测定。

(5)吸水率:基于ISO62测定通过注射成型得到的板状成型片。
(6)透镜的光学形变评价:在料筒温度280℃、模具温度120℃下,使用住友重机械株式会社制SE30DU注射成型机注射成型厚度0.2mm、凸面曲率半径5mm、凹面曲率半径4mm、Φ5mm的非球面透镜。将非球面透镜夹在二片偏振片之间用正交尼科尔法目视观察漏光,评价光学形变。评价按照以下的基准进行。
◎:几乎没有漏光。
○:发现稍有漏光。
×:漏光明显。
(7)透镜的成型性评价:通过目视观察确认利用与(6)同样的方法成型的非球面透镜的填充不良、成型不良、透镜的脆性、模具附着物的有无等。评价是依照成型500片时产生缺陷品的概率小于1%(◎)、1%以上且小于5%(○)、5%以上且小于10%(△)、10%以上(×)来分类的。
[实施例1]
将9,9-双(4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基)芴(以下,省略为BPEF)110.50份、3,9-双(1,1-二甲基-2-羟乙基)-2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷(以下,省略为SPG)45.05份、碳酸二苯酯87.40份、和作为催化剂的氢氧化钠8.00×10-5份、四甲基氢氧化铵3.65×10-3份投入带搅拌机和馏出装置的反应釜,进行3次氮置换后,将夹套加热至180℃,使原料熔融。完全熔解后,在用20分钟减压至20kPa的同时,以60℃/hr的速度将夹套升温至260℃,进行酯交换反应。其后,在将夹套保持在260℃的状态下,用80分钟减压至0.13kPa,在260℃、0.13kPa以下的条件下进行30分钟聚合反应。反应结束后,对生成的聚碳酸酯树脂进行造粒并提取,得到聚碳酸酯树脂颗粒。使用该颗粒,测定比粘度、共聚比、取向双折射,将结果记载于表1。另外,将该颗粒在110℃下干燥4小时后,通过注射成型形成测定片,将折射率(nD)、阿贝数(ν)、吸水率、透镜的光学形变评价、透镜的成型性的测定结果记载于表1。
[实施例2]
使BPEF为105.24份,使SPG为48.70份,除此之外,用与实施例1同样的方法得到聚碳酸酯树脂颗粒。使用该颗粒,与实施例1同样地进行测定,将结果记载于表1。
[实施例3]
使BPEF为98.22份,使SPG为53.57份,除此之外,用与实施例1同样的方法得到聚碳酸酯树脂颗粒。使用该颗粒,与实施例1同样地进行测定,将结果记载于表1。
[实施例4]
使BPEF为87.70份,使SPG为60.88份,除此之外,用与实施例1同样的方法得到聚碳酸酯树脂颗粒。使用该颗粒,与实施例1同样地进行测定,将结果记载于表1。
[比较例1]
用专利第3160209号的实施例17中记载的方法得到聚碳酸酯树脂颗粒。使用该颗粒,与实施例1同样地进行测定,将结果记载于表1。透镜成型性评价时,透镜裂纹、浇口断裂频发,成型性差。
[比较例2]
使BPEF为52.62份,使SPG为85.23份,除此之外,用与实施例1同样的方法得到聚碳酸酯树脂颗粒。使用该颗粒,与实施例1同样地进行测定,将结果记载于表1。
[比较例3]
使用帝人株式会社制聚碳酸酯树脂AD-5503,与实施例1同样地进行测定,将结果记载于表1。
[比较例4]
用专利第5217644号的实施例3中记载的方法得到聚碳酸酯树脂颗粒。即,用挤出机将作为聚碳酸酯树脂的上述Iupilon H-4000(Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics株式会社制)50.0份和作为苯乙烯树脂的上述Dylark D-232(NOVA Chemicals株式会社制)50.0份在255℃下混炼,进行造粒而得到光学透镜用树脂组合物的颗粒。
使用该颗粒,与实施例1同样地进行测定,将结果记载于表1。

产业上的可利用性
本发明的摄像透镜具有特定的折射率、阿贝数,具有低双折射且低吸水率,因此能够用于移动电话、智能手机、平板终端、个人计算机、数码相机、摄像机、车载摄像头、安全摄像头等的摄像透镜,极其有用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的折射率为1.57~1.60且阿贝数为27~31。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的折射率为1.58~1.59。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的阿贝数为27.5~29.5。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的摄像透镜,其中,聚碳酸酯树脂的吸水率为0.2%以下。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的摄像透镜,其中,用于移动电话、智能手机、平板终端、个人计算机、数码相机、摄像机、车载摄像头、安全摄像头中的任一个。
