Abstract
本發明係以提供滿足折射率、阿貝數、耐熱性、雙折射等所有項目之聚碳酸酯樹脂及含有此之光學構件為目的。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂含有式(1)、式(2)及式(3)所示重複單位,式(1)所示重複單位為60mol%以上,折射率超過1.600且1.660以下。

Description
本發明係關於新穎熱塑性樹脂,及藉此所形成的光學構件,特別有關光學透鏡者。
本發明係關於熱塑性樹脂及含有此之光學構件。
對於在智慧型手機等機器所使用的塑質製之攝影透鏡,強烈期待低雙折射化及差異校正能力的提高。過去對於如此攝影透鏡,藉由彼此具有相異光學特性(折射率、阿貝數)之複數片透鏡之組合,及透鏡形狀之組合,可進行差異校正。
近年來,已製作出多數高折射率、低阿貝數樹脂與環烯烴系低折射率、高阿貝數樹脂之組合的透鏡零件。且欲作成高性能透鏡零件,藉由使用中折射率、中阿貝數樹脂,可拓廣透鏡設計之範圍,且欲具有高度性能而已可進行微調整。因此,折射率為1.600~1.660程度之中折射率、中阿貝數樹脂的需要日益增加。
然而,將光學用透明樹脂作為光學透鏡使用時,對於折射率或阿貝數以外,亦要求透明性、耐熱性、低雙折射,故具有因樹脂特性平衡而侷限使用場所的缺點。例如因聚苯乙烯的耐熱性低且雙折射大,聚-4-甲基戊烯的耐熱性低,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的玻璃轉移溫度低,耐熱性低,由雙酚A所成的聚碳酸酯的雙折射大等缺點,進而限制使用場所。

[發明所解決的課題]
專利文獻1及2所記載的聚碳酸酯樹脂為提出具有芴骨架的化合物與其他1成分之共聚合樹脂,雖可滿足折射率、阿貝數、耐熱性、雙折射中任一種,但難以滿足所有項目。
專利文獻3所記載的聚碳酸酯樹脂為具有芴骨架之化合物的含有比例少,故雖可滿足折射率、阿貝數、耐熱性、雙折射中任一項,但難以滿足所有項目。
因此,本發明係以提供滿足折射率、阿貝數、耐熱性、雙折射等所有項目的聚碳酸酯樹脂及含有此之光學構件作為目的。
[解決課題的手段]
本發明者們發現藉由具有以下態樣之本發明可解決上述課題。

<熱塑性樹脂>
本發明之熱塑性樹脂含有上述式(1)、上述式(2)及上述式(3)所示重複單位,上述式(1)所示重複單位為60mol%以上。又,本發明之熱塑性樹脂具有超過1.600且1.660以下之折射率。
本發明者們發現含有上述式(1)所示重複單位60mol%以上的熱塑性樹脂在光學透鏡零件作成上顯示有用中折射率、中阿貝數。且發現藉由上述式(2)及(3)之共聚合,不僅可滿足折射率、阿貝數,亦可滿足耐熱性、雙折射等所有項目,進而完成本發明。
<熱塑性樹脂結構>
上述式(1)中之R

作為烷基,可舉出甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、t-丁基等,以甲基、乙基為佳。
作為環烷基,可舉出環丙基、環丁基、環戊基、環己基及聯環[1.1.1]戊基等。
作為芳基,可舉出苯基、甲苯基、萘基、二甲苯基等,以苯基為佳。

上述式(1)所示重複單位係以由9,9-雙(4-(羥基乙氧基)苯基)芴、9,9-雙(4-(羥基乙氧基)-3-苯基苯基)芴所衍生的重複單位者為佳,以由9,9-雙(4-(羥基乙氧基)苯基)芴所衍生的重複單位者為較佳。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂的上述式(1)之重複單位的含有量以60mol%~99mol%為佳,較佳為60mol%~85mol%,更佳為60mol%~80mol%,特佳為65mol%~80mol%,最佳為70mol%~80mol%。
上述式(1)所示重複單位若在上述範圍時,可滿足折射率與雙折射。
上述式(2)所示重複單位係由3,9-雙(2-羥基-1,1-二甲基乙基)-2,4,8,10-四氧雜螺[5.5]十一烷所衍生的重複單位。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂中上述式(2)之重複單位的含有量以1mol%~35mol%為佳,較佳為5mol%~30mol%,更佳為10mol%~25mol%,特佳為10mol%~20mol%。
上述式(3)中之n表示1~8的範圍,以1~5為佳,以1~3為較佳,以3為更佳。又,R

6的取代基如上述之情況時,無法使折射率大幅度上升,因可增加上述式(3)之導入量,故可使其高耐熱化。又,R
7之取代基若為上述之情況時,可進一步使其高耐熱化。
上述式(3)所示重複單位係以由4,4’-(3,3,5-三甲基環亞己基)雙酚、4,4’-環亞己基雙酚、4,4’-(3-甲基環亞己基)雙酚所衍生的重複單位者為佳,以由4,4’-(3,3,5-三甲基環亞己基)雙酚、4,4’-環亞己基雙酚所衍生的重複單位者為較佳。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂中上述式(3)之重複單位的含有量以1mol%~35mol%為佳,較佳為5mol%~30mol%,更佳為5mol%~20mol%,特佳為5mol%~15mol%。
上述式(2)及(3)所示重複單位若為上述範圍時,可滿足折射率、阿貝數、耐熱性、雙折射等所有項目。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂在可得到上述本發明之有利效果的範圍下,亦可含有上述式(1)、上述式(2)及上述式(3)所示重複單位以外之重複單位。作為可達成如此重複單位的二羥基化合物,可舉出乙二醇、丙烷二醇、丁二醇、戊烷二醇、己二醇、庚烷二醇、辛烷二醇、壬二醇、三環[5.2.1.02,6]癸烷二甲醇、環己烷-1,4-二甲醇、十氫萘-2,6-二甲醇、降冰片烷二甲醇、五環十五烷二甲醇、環戊烷-1,3-二甲醇、異山梨醇、異甘露醇、異艾杜醇(isoidide)、氫醌、間苯二酚、2,2-雙(4-羥基苯基)丙烷、2,2-雙(3-甲基-4-羥基苯基)丙烷、1,1-雙(4-羥基苯基)-1-苯基乙烷、雙(4-羥基苯基)二苯基甲烷、1,3-雙(2-(4-羥基苯基)-2-丙基)苯、雙(4-羥基苯基)碸、雙(4-羥基苯基)硫化物、雙酚、雙酚芴、雙甲酚芴等。如此重複單位在全重複單位中可為10mol%以下。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂的末端上不存在酚性羥基者為佳。即,將達到上述式(3)所示重複單位之單體進行聚合而在末端上進行鍵結時,末端基成為酚性羥基。因此,例如使用於聚合比作為原料之二羥基化合物還過剩量的碳酸二酯時,藉由將末端成為苯基,可減少熱塑性樹脂之末端酚性羥基的量而較佳。末端酚性羥基之比率為,由下述求得。
末端酚性羥基比率=(末端酚性羥基量/全末端量)×100
且全末端係由末端酚性羥基、末端醇性羥基及末端苯基所成。
雖非僅限定於該例子,但具體可藉由如以下方法而求得末端酚性羥基比率。
(1)將末端酚性羥基以熱塑性樹脂之
1H NMR測定進行觀測,取得該吸收峰的積分作為1。此時,同時由來自上述式(1)的芴結構之第4、5位吸收峰的積分強度求得芴結構1質子分之積分強度(A)。
當然地未觀測到末端酚性羥基之吸收峰時,末端酚性羥基比率為0。
(2)由以熱塑性樹脂的GPC測定所得的數平均分子量與各重複單位之分子量與mol比求得熱塑性樹脂之平均聚合度,故由上述式(1)之mol%與積分強度(A),將在末端之
1H NMR光譜的積分強度(B)以下述式求得。

(3)末端酚性羥基比率以1/(B)×100求得。
相對於本發明之熱塑性樹脂的全末端之末端酚性羥基比率,以30%以下、20%以下、15%以下、10%以下、5%以下、3%以下、1%以下或0.5%以下為佳。
<熱塑性樹脂物性>
本發明之熱塑性樹脂的折射率在溫度:20℃,波長:587.56nm下測定之情況時,以超過1.600且1.660以下者為佳,以超過1.600且1.650以下者為較佳,以超過1.600且1.630以下者為更佳,以超過1.600且1.620以下者為特佳,以超過1.610且1.620以下者為特佳。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂的阿貝數以24.0~29.0者為佳,以25.0~29.0者為較佳,以24.0~28.0者為更佳,以24.0~28.0者為特佳,以24.0~27.0者為最佳。
其中由阿貝數(νd)在溫度:20℃且波長:486.13nm、587.56nm、656.27nm之折射率,使用下述式而算出。

本發明之熱塑性樹脂的比黏度以0.12~0.32者為佳,以0.18~0.30者為較佳。比黏度若為0.12~0.32時,成形性與強度之平衡優異。
比黏度的測定方法係將溶解熱塑性樹脂0.7g於二氯甲烷100ml的溶液在20℃中之比黏度(ηSP)藉由Ostwald黏度計進行測定,由以下式子算出。

本發明之熱塑性樹脂的配向雙折射(Δn)的絕對值以3.0×10
-3以下者為佳,以2.0×10

-3以下者為特佳,以0.4×10
-3以下者亦最佳。
配向雙折射的絕對值若為上述以下時,因為對於色收差不會產生太大影響,故可維持如光學設計的性能。配向雙折射為將自該熱塑性樹脂所得的厚度100μm之鑄膜在Tg+10℃進行2倍延伸後,在波長589nm進行測定。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂的1mm厚度之全光線透過率以80%以上者為佳,以85%以上者為較佳,以88%以上者為特佳。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂的飽和吸水率亦可為0.10%~0.70%、0.20%~0.70%、0.30%~0.65%。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂的玻璃轉移溫度以130℃~160℃者為佳,以135℃~55℃者為較佳,以140℃~150℃者為特佳。
作為本發明之熱塑性樹脂,可舉出於重複單位含有式(1)、式(2)及式(3)所示碳酸酯結構之聚碳酸酯,或將式(1)、式(2)及式(3)所示重複單位與此等以外的酯結構含於重複單位的聚酯碳酸酯等。其中亦由耐熱性、耐濕熱性的層面來看以聚碳酸酯為佳。
<聚碳酸酯樹脂之製造方法>
本發明之聚碳酸酯樹脂係由製造一般聚碳酸酯樹脂的該本身公知之反應手段,例如藉由反應二羥基化合物與碳酸二酯等碳酸酯前驅物質的方法而製造。其次對於此等製造方法簡單說明基本手段。
作為碳酸酯前驅物質使用碳酸二酯之酯交換反應為,在惰性氣體環境下,將所定比例的二羥基成分一邊與碳酸二酯進行加熱一邊攪拌下,將生成的醇或酚類經餾出的方法而進行。反應溫度雖依據所生成的醇或酚類之沸點等而相異,但一般為120~300℃的範圍。反應為自該初期進行減壓而生成的醇或酚類一邊經餾出一邊完成反應。又,視必要亦可添加末端停止劑、抗氧化劑等。
作為使用於前述酯交換反應的碳酸二酯,可舉出可被取代之碳數6~12的芳基、芳烷基等酯。具體可例示出二苯基碳酸酯、碳酸二甲酯、雙(氯苯基)碳酸酯及m-甲酚碳酸酯等。其中特別以二苯基碳酸酯為佳。二苯基碳酸酯之使用量相對於二羥基化合物之合計1mol,以0.95~1.10mol為佳,較佳為0.98~1.04mol。
又,欲在熔融聚合法中加速聚合速度,可使用聚合觸媒,作為該聚合觸媒,可舉出鹼金屬化合物、鹼土類金屬化合物、含氮化合物等。
作為如此化合物,使用鹼金屬或鹼土類金屬的有機酸鹽、無機鹽、氧化物、氫氧化物、氫化物、烷氧化物、4級銨氫氧化物等為佳,此等化合物可單獨或者組合而使用。
作為鹼金屬化合物,可例示出氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀、氫氧化銫、氫氧化鋰、碳酸氫鈉、碳酸鈉、碳酸鉀、碳酸銫、碳酸鋰、乙酸鈉、乙酸鉀、乙酸銫、乙酸鋰、硬脂酸鈉、硬脂酸鉀、硬脂酸銫、硬脂酸鋰、氫化硼鈉、安息香酸鈉、安息香酸鉀、安息香酸銫、安息香酸鋰、磷酸氫2鈉、磷酸氫2鉀、磷酸氫2鋰、苯基磷酸2鈉、雙酚A之2鈉鹽、2鉀鹽、2銫鹽、2鋰鹽、酚之鈉鹽、鉀鹽、銫鹽、鋰鹽等。
作為鹼土類金屬化合物,可例示出氫氧化鎂、氫氧化鈣、氫氧化鍶、氫氧化鋇、碳酸鎂、碳酸鈣、碳酸鍶、碳酸鋇、二乙酸鎂、二乙酸鈣、二乙酸鍶、二乙酸鋇等。
作為含氮化合物,可舉出四甲基銨氫氧化物、四乙基銨氫氧化物、四丙基銨氫氧化物、四丁基銨氫氧化物、三甲基苯甲基銨氫氧化物等具有烷基、芳基等之4級銨氫氧化物類。可例示出四甲基銨硼氫化物、四丁基銨硼氫化物、四丁基銨四苯基硼酸鹽、四苯基銨四苯基硼酸鹽等鹼或者鹼性鹽等。
作為其他酯交換觸媒,可舉出鋅、錫、鋯、鉛、鈦、鍺、銻、鋨之鹽,例如可使用乙酸鋅、安息香酸鋅、2-乙基己烷酸鋅、氯化錫(II)、氯化錫(IV)、乙酸錫(II)、乙酸錫(IV)、二丁基月桂酸錫、二丁基錫氧化物、二丁基錫二甲氧化物、鋯乙醯丙酮、氧基乙酸鋯、鋯四丁氧化物、乙酸鉛(II)、乙酸鉛(IV)鈦四丁氧化物(IV)等。亦可使用在國際公開第2011/010741號及日本特開2017-179323號公報中所使用的觸媒。
亦可進一步使用由鋁或該化合物與磷化合物所成的觸媒。此時,相對於二羥基成分1mol,以80μmol~1000μmol為佳,較佳為90μmol~800μmol,更佳為100 μmol~600μmol。
作為鋁鹽,可舉出鋁之有機酸鹽及無機酸鹽。作為鋁之有機酸鹽,例如可舉出鋁之羧酸鹽,具體可舉出甲酸鋁、乙酸鋁、丙酸鋁、草酸鋁、丙烯酸鋁、月桂酸鋁、硬脂酸鋁、安息香酸鋁、三氯乙酸鋁、乳酸鋁、檸檬酸鋁及水楊酸鋁。作為鋁之無機酸鹽,例如可舉出氯化鋁、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化氯化鋁、碳酸鋁、磷酸鋁及膦酸鋁。作為鋁螯合物化合物,例如可舉出鋁乙醯丙酮酸鹽、鋁乙醯乙酸酯、鋁乙基乙醯乙酸酯及鋁乙基乙醯乙酸酯二異丙氧化物。
作為磷化合物,例如可舉出膦酸系化合物、膦酸系化合物、膦氧化物系化合物、亞膦酸系化合物、亞膦酸系化合物及膦系化合物。此等中亦可特別舉出膦酸系化合物、膦酸系化合物及膦氧化物系化合物,特別舉出膦酸系化合物。
此等聚合觸媒之使用量相對於二羥基成分1mol,以0.1μmol~500μmol為佳,較佳為0.5μmol~300 μmol,更佳為1μmol~100μmol。
又,於反應後期可添加觸媒失活劑。作為使用的觸媒失活劑,雖可有效地使用公知觸媒失活劑,其中亦以磺酸之銨鹽、鏻鹽為佳。且以十二烷基苯磺酸四丁基鏻鹽等十二烷基苯磺酸之鹽類、對甲苯磺酸四丁基銨鹽等對甲苯磺酸之鹽類為佳。
又,作為磺酸之酯,使用苯磺酸甲酯、苯磺酸乙酯、苯磺酸丁酯、苯磺酸辛酯、苯磺酸苯酯、對甲苯磺酸甲酯、對甲苯磺酸乙酯、對甲苯磺酸丁酯、對甲苯磺酸辛酯、對甲苯磺酸苯酯等為佳。其中亦以使用十二烷基苯磺酸四丁基鏻鹽為最佳。
此等觸媒失活劑之使用量使用選自鹼金屬化合物及/或鹼土類金屬化合物的至少1種聚合觸媒之情況時,該觸媒每1mol中以0.5~50mol的比例為佳,較佳為0.5~10mol的比例,更佳為0.8~5mol之比例下使用。
<聚酯碳酸酯樹脂之製造方法>
本發明之熱塑性樹脂可為聚酯碳酸酯樹脂。聚酯碳酸酯樹脂可藉由製造一般聚酯碳酸酯樹脂之該本身公知反應手段,例如可藉由使二羥基化合物與碳酸二酯等碳酸酯前驅物質與二羧酸或該酯形成衍生物進行聚縮合反應的方法而製造。
在二羥基化合物、二羧酸或該酸氯化物與光氣進行反應中,在非水系且酸鍵結劑及溶劑之存在下進行反應。作為酸鍵結劑,例如可使用吡啶、二甲基胺基吡啶、第三級胺等。作為溶劑,例如使用二氯甲烷或氯苯等鹵化烴。作為分子量調節劑,例如使用酚或p-tert-丁基酚等末端停止劑為佳。反應溫度一般為0~40℃,反應時間以數分鐘~5小時為佳。
在酯交換反應中,於惰性氣體環境下混合二羥基化合物與二羧酸或該二酯與雙芳基碳酸酯,減壓下,一般為120~350℃,較佳在150~300℃下使其反應。減壓度為階段式地變化,最終設定為133Pa以下,將所生成的醇類餾出於系統外。反應時間一般為1~4小時程度。又,在酯交換反應中可使用欲使反應促進的聚合觸媒。作為如此聚合觸媒,可將鹼金屬化合物或鹼土類金屬化合物或重金屬化合物作為主成分使用,視必要可進一步將含氮鹼性化合物作為次要成分而使用為佳。
作為鹼金屬化合物,可舉出氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀、氫氧化鋰、碳酸氫鈉、碳酸氫鉀、碳酸氫鋰、碳酸鈉、碳酸鉀、碳酸鋰、乙酸鈉、乙酸鉀、乙酸鋰、硬脂酸鈉、硬脂酸鉀、硬脂酸鋰、雙酚A之鈉鹽、鉀鹽、鋰鹽、安息香酸鈉、安息香酸鉀、安息香酸鋰等。作為鹼土類金屬化合物,可舉出氫氧化鈣、氫氧化鋇、氫氧化鎂、氫氧化鍶、碳酸氫鈣、碳酸氫鋇、碳酸氫鎂、碳酸氫鍶、碳酸鈣、碳酸鋇、碳酸鎂、碳酸鍶、乙酸鈣、乙酸鋇、乙酸鎂、乙酸鍶、硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鋇、硬脂酸鎂、硬脂酸鍶等。
作為含氮鹼性化合物,可舉出四甲基銨氫氧化物、四乙基銨氫氧化物、四丁基銨氫氧化物、三甲基苯甲基銨氫氧化物、三甲基胺、三乙基胺、二甲基苯甲基胺、三苯基胺、二甲基胺基吡啶等。
作為其他酯交換觸媒,在上述聚碳酸酯之製造方法中,可使用作為酯交換觸媒而舉出的相同觸媒。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂為聚酯碳酸酯之情況時,在聚合反應終了後欲保持熱穩定性及水解穩定性,可除去觸媒或者使其失活。一般而言,藉由公知酸性物質之添加而使觸媒失活之方法可適合地實施。作為此等物質,具體可適用安息香酸丁基等酯類、p-甲苯磺酸等芳香族磺酸類、p-甲苯磺酸丁基、p-甲苯磺酸己基等芳香族磺酸酯類、亞磷酸、磷酸、膦酸等磷酸類、亞磷酸三苯基、亞磷酸單苯酯、亞磷酸二苯酯、亞磷酸二乙酯、亞磷酸二n-丙酯、亞磷酸二n-丁酯、亞磷酸二n-己酯、亞磷酸二辛酯、亞磷酸單辛酯等亞磷酸酯類、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸二苯酯、磷酸單苯酯、磷酸二丁酯、磷酸二辛酯、磷酸單辛基等磷酸酯類、二苯基膦酸、二辛基膦酸、二丁基膦酸等膦酸類、苯基膦酸二乙酯等膦酸酯類、三苯基膦、雙(二苯基膦)乙烷等膦類、硼酸、苯基硼酸等硼酸類、十二烷基苯磺酸四丁基鏻鹽等芳香族磺酸鹽類、硬脂酸氯化物、氯化苯甲醯基、p-甲苯磺酸氯化物等有機鹵化物、二甲基硫酸等烷基硫酸、氯化苯甲基等有機鹵化物等。此等失活劑相對於觸媒量1mol為0.01~50mol之比例,使用0.3~20mol的比例為佳。相對於觸媒量1mol,若比0.01mol少時,失活效果會變得不充分而不佳。又,相對於觸媒量1mol比50mol多時,因耐熱性降低且成形體變得容易著色故不佳。
觸媒失活後,亦可設置將熱塑性樹脂中之低沸點化合物在13.3~133Pa之壓力且200~320℃之溫度下進行脫揮發除去之步驟。
<熱塑性樹脂組成物>
本發明之熱塑性樹脂中,視必要可適宜地添加脫模劑、熱穩定劑、紫外線吸收劑、發藍劑、帶電防止劑、難燃劑、可塑劑、填充劑、抗氧化劑、光穩定劑、聚合金屬惰性化劑、滑劑、界面活性劑、抗菌劑等添加劑而作為樹脂組成物使用。作為具體的脫模劑、熱穩定劑,可舉出國際公開2011/010741號手冊所記載者為佳。
作為特佳脫模劑,使用硬脂酸單甘油酯、硬脂酸甘油三酸酯酯、季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸甘油三酸酯酯與硬脂基硬脂酸酯之混合物為佳。又,脫模劑中之前述酯的量在將脫模劑作為100重量%時,以90重量%以上為佳,以95重量%以上為較佳。又,作為添加於熱塑性樹脂之脫模劑,相對於熱塑性樹脂100重量份以0.005~2.0重量份之範圍為佳,以0.01~0.6重量份之範圍為較佳,以0.02~0.5重量份之範圍為更佳。
作為熱穩定劑,可舉出磷系熱穩定劑、硫系熱穩定劑及受阻酚系熱穩定劑。
又,作為特佳磷系熱穩定劑,可使用參(2,4-二-tert-丁基苯基)亞磷酸酯、雙(2,6-二-tert-丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、肆(2,4-二-tert-丁基苯基)-4,4’-亞聯苯二亞膦酸酯。又,作為對聚碳酸酯樹脂之磷系熱穩定劑的含有量,相對於熱塑性樹脂100重量份以0.001~0.2重量份為佳。
又,作為特佳硫系熱穩定劑,其為季戊四醇-肆(3-月桂基硫代丙酸酯)。又,對熱塑性樹脂之硫系熱穩定劑的含有量,相對於熱塑性樹脂100重量份以0.001~0.2重量份為佳。
又,作為較佳受阻酚系熱穩定劑,可為十八烷基-3-(3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯、季戊四醇-肆[3-(3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]。
作為熱塑性樹脂中之受阻酚系熱穩定劑的含有量,相對於熱塑性樹脂100重量份以0.001~0.3重量份為佳。
磷系熱穩定劑與受阻酚系熱穩定劑亦可併用。
作為紫外線吸收劑,以選自由苯並三唑系紫外線吸收劑、二苯甲酮系紫外線吸收劑、三嗪系紫外線吸收劑、環狀亞胺酯系紫外線吸收劑及氰基丙烯酸酯系所成群的至少1種紫外線吸收劑為佳。
苯並三唑系紫外線吸收劑中,較佳為2-(2-羥基-5-tert-辛基苯基)苯並三唑、2,2’-亞甲基雙[4-(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)-6-(2H-苯並三唑-2-基)酚]。
作為二苯甲酮系紫外線吸收劑,可舉出2-羥基-4-n-十二烷基氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-甲氧基-2’-羧基二苯甲酮。
作為三嗪系紫外線吸收劑,可舉出2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-[(己基)氧基]-酚、2-(4,6-雙(2.4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-[(辛基)氧基]-酚等。
作為環狀亞胺酯系紫外線吸收劑,特佳為2,2’-p-伸苯基雙(3,1-苯並噁嗪-4-酮)。
作為氰基丙烯酸酯系紫外線吸收劑,可舉出1,3-雙-[(2’-氰基-3’,3’-二苯基丙烯醯基)氧基]-2,2-雙[(2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯醯基)氧基]甲基)丙烷及1,3-雙-[(2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯醯基)氧基]苯等。
紫外線吸收劑之配合量,相對於熱塑性樹脂100重量份以0.01~3.0重量份為佳,若在該配合量之範圍時,可配合用途,可對熱塑性樹脂之成形品賦予充分的耐候性。
作為抗氧化劑,可舉出三乙二醇-雙[3-(3-tert-丁基-5-甲基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、1,6-己二醇-雙[3-(3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、季戊四醇-肆[3-(3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、十八烷基-3-(3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯、1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-參(3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基苯甲基)苯、N,N-六亞甲基雙(3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基-氫肉桂醯胺(Hydrocinnamide))、3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基-苯甲基膦酸酯-二乙基酯、參(3,5-二-tert-丁基-4-羥基苯甲基)異氰脲酸酯及3,9-雙{1,1-二甲基-2-[β-(3-tert-丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙醯基氧基]乙基}-2,4,8,10-四氧雜螺[5.5]十一烷等。抗氧化劑之配合量,相對於熱塑性樹脂組成物100質量份,以0.50質量份以下者為佳,以0.05~0.40質量份者為較佳,以0.05~0.20質量份或者0.10~0.40質量份者為更佳,以0.20~0.40質量份者為特佳。
<光學構件>
本發明之光學構件含有上述熱塑性樹脂。作為如此光學構件,若為上述熱塑性樹脂可成為有用之光學用途即可,並無特別限定,可舉出光碟、透明導電性基板、光卡、薄片、薄膜、光纖、透鏡、稜鏡、光學膜、基盤、光學濾器、硬質塗布膜等。
又,對於本發明之光學構件,可由含有上述熱塑性樹脂之樹脂組成物所構成,該樹脂組成物中,視必要可添加熱穩定劑、可塑劑、光穩定劑、聚合金屬惰性化劑、難燃劑、滑劑、帶電防止劑、界面活性劑、抗菌劑、紫外線吸收劑、脫模劑、發藍劑、填充劑、抗氧化劑等添加劑。
<光學透鏡>
作為本發明之光學構件,特別可舉出光學透鏡。作為如此光學透鏡,可舉出使用於手機、智慧型手機、平板端末、個人電腦、數位照相機、攝影機、車內攝影機、監視攝影機等攝影透鏡或TOF攝影機等感應相機。
在將本發明之光學透鏡以射出成型而製造時,可在氣缸溫度230~350℃,模子溫度70~180℃之條件下成形者為佳。更佳為在氣缸溫度250~300℃且模子溫度80~170℃之條件下成形者。氣缸溫度若為比350℃高時,熱塑性樹脂會分解著色,比230℃低時,熔融黏度高且成形容易變得困難。又,模子溫度比180℃高時,由熱塑性樹脂所成的成形片容易變得難以由模子取出。另外,模子溫度若未達70℃時,在成型時之模子內樹脂會過早過渡硬化,成形片之形狀變得難以控制,或容易使附於模子之賦型的充分轉印變得困難。
本發明之光學透鏡視必要可適用非球面透鏡之形狀而實施。非球面透鏡因在1片透鏡可將球面收差實質上設定在零,故在組合複數球面透鏡時,無需除去球面收差,使得輕量化及成形成本之減低變得可能。因此,非球面透鏡在光學透鏡之中,特別作為相機鏡頭為有用。
又,本發明之熱塑性樹脂因成形流動性高,可特別作為薄肉小型且複雜形狀之光學透鏡的材料而有用。作為具體的透鏡尺寸,中心部厚度以0.05~3.0mm為佳,較佳為0.05~2.0mm,更佳為0.1~2.0mm。又,直徑以1.0mm~20.0mm為佳,較佳為1.0~10.0mm,更佳為3.0~10.0mm。又,作為該形狀,單面為凸,單面為凹之彎月面鏡者為佳。
由本發明之熱塑性樹脂所成的透鏡可藉由模子成形、切削、研磨、雷射加工、放電加工、蝕刻等任意方法而成形。其中亦由製造成本之層面來看,模子成形為較佳。
本發明可藉由以下實施例進行更具體的說明,但本發明並非限定於此等者。
[實施例]
以下述方法進行評估。
<熱塑性樹脂組成>
藉由以JEOL製JNM-ECZ400S測定
1H NMR,算出各熱塑性樹脂之共聚合比。
<折射率>
製作各熱塑性樹脂之3mm厚度試驗片而研磨後,使用島津製作所製之Carnew精密摺光儀KPR-2000,測定折射率nd(587.56nm)。
<阿貝數>
阿貝數(νd)由溫度:20℃、波長:486.13nm、587.56 nm、656.27nm之折射率使用下述式算出。

nd:在波長587.56nm之折射率、
nF:在波長486.13nm之折射率、
nC:在波長656.27nm之折射率。
<配向雙折射之絕對值>
將熱塑性樹脂溶解於二氯甲烷後,投入於玻璃皿上經充分乾燥後,製作出厚度100μm之鑄膜。將該薄膜以Tg+10℃進行2倍延伸,使用日本分光(股)製橢偏儀M-220測定出在589nm中之相位差(Re),藉由下述式求得配向雙折射之絕對值(|Δn|)。

<玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)>
將所得的熱塑性樹脂藉由TA Instrumment Japan(股)製Discovery DSC 25Auto型,以昇溫速度20℃/min下測定。試料以5~10mg進行測定。
<實施例1>
將197.33g(0.45mol)之9,9-雙[4-(2-羥基乙氧基)苯基]芴(以下簡稱為BPEF)、7.61g(0.03mol)之3,9-雙(2-羥基-1,1-二甲基乙基)-2,4,8,10-四氧雜螺[5.5]十一烷(以下簡稱為SPG)、7.76g(0.03mol)之4,4’-(3,3,5-三甲基環亞己基)雙酚(以下簡稱為BisTMC)、109.25g(0.51mol)之二苯基碳酸酯,及作為觸媒的濃度40mmol/L之碳酸氫鈉水溶液62.5μL(碳酸氫鈉2.5μmol)與274mmol/L之四甲基銨氫氧化物水溶液54.7μL(四甲基銨氫氧化物15μmol)在氮環境下加熱180℃並使其熔融。其後,經10分鐘調整減壓度至20kPa。以60℃/hr的速度升溫至250℃,酚之流出量成為70%後,經1小時將反應器內壓設定在133Pa以下。攪拌合計3.5小時,反應終了後取出樹脂。使所得的聚碳酸酯樹脂之共聚合比藉由
1H NMR而測定。評估該聚碳酸酯樹脂之折射率、阿貝數、配向雙折射之絕對值、Tg。
<實施例2~5>
欲使BPEF、SPG及BisTMC之共聚合比成為表1所記載的比率,變更單體比率以外,與實施例1同樣地製造聚碳酸酯樹脂。
<比較例1~4>
欲使BPEF、SPG及BisTMC之共聚合比成為表1所記載的比率,變更單體比率以外,與實施例1同樣地製造聚碳酸酯樹脂。
<結果>
各實施例及比較例之構成以及該評估結果歸納如以下表1。
BPEF:9,9-雙[4-(2-羥基乙氧基)苯基]芴
SPG:3,9-雙(2-羥基-1,1-二甲基乙基)-2,4,8,10-四氧雜螺[5.5]十一烷
BisTMC:4,4’-(3,3,5-三甲基環亞己基)雙酚
實施例1~5可滿足1.600~1.660程度之折射率、阿貝數、低雙折射、耐熱性等所有項目。
比較例1及2兩者中,雖例示出由BPEF、SPG及BisTMC所成的聚碳酸酯樹脂,但因BPEF之比例較少,故與實施例相比,折射率與雙折射雙方為不充分。
又,在比較例3中,雖例示出由BPEF與BisTMC所成的聚碳酸酯樹脂,但因未含有SPG,故與實施例相比Tg較高,不適合作為成形材料使用。
又,在比較例4中,雖例示出由BPEF與SPG所成的聚碳酸酯樹脂,但因未含有BisTMC,與實施例相比Tg較低,耐熱性為不充分。
[產業上可利用性]
本發明之熱塑性樹脂為可使用於光學材料之光學透鏡、稜鏡、光碟、透明導電性基板、光卡、薄片、薄膜、光纖、光學膜、光學濾器、硬質塗布膜等光學構件,特別使用於光學透鏡上極有用。
Claims (10)
- 一種熱塑性樹脂,其中含有式(1)、式(2)及式(3)所示重複單位,式(1)所示重複單位為60mol%以上,折射率超過1.600且1.660以下, (式(1)中,R 1~R 4各獨立表示氫原子或碳原子數1~10的烴基) (式(3)中,n為1~8的範圍,R 5及R 6各獨立表示氫原子或碳原子數1~10的烴基,R 7表示氫原子或碳原子數1~3的烷基)。
- 如請求項1之熱塑性樹脂,其中前述式(1)的重複單位為60mol%以上80mol%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之熱塑性樹脂,其中前述式(1)的R 1~R 4為氫原子。
- 如請求項1~3中任一項之熱塑性樹脂,其中前述式(3)的重複單位係由4,4’-(3,3,5-三甲基環亞己基)雙酚所衍生的重複單位。
- 如請求項1~4中任一項之熱塑性樹脂,其中玻璃轉移溫度為130~160℃。
- 如請求項1~5中任一項之熱塑性樹脂,其中配向雙折射的絕對值為3.0×10 -3以下。
- 如請求項1~5中任一項之熱塑性樹脂,其中配向雙折射的絕對值為1.0×10 -3以下。
