一种显示装置
技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有低辐射、体积小及低耗能等优点,已逐渐在部分应用中取代传统的阴极射线管显示器(Cathode Ray Tube display,CRT),因而被广泛地应用在笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平面电视和移动电话等产品上。
液晶显示器包括显示面板和显示装置,显示装置是给液晶显示器产品提供光源的组件,通常设置于显示面板的下方,以提供均匀发散和一定亮度的光线至显示面板。
现有技术的背光模组边缘一般设置有一圈遮光胶带,一方面起到遮挡边缘光线,防止边缘漏光的发生,另一方面起到固定其上的显示面板的作用。参见图1所示,为现有技术的一种显示装置,包括:依次设置在背板101之上的反射片107、导光板102、光学膜片103以及显示面板104,其中,导光板102以及光学膜片103的外围还设置有框架105,其中,显示面板104与框架105、光学膜片103之间设置有遮光胶带109。但该种显示装置,一方面为了组装时方便,框架105和光学膜材103、导光板102之间一般预留有一定的距离;另一方面,由于显示装置在制作完成后通常还需进行高温高湿等信赖性实验测试,而高温高湿的测试环境易使光学膜材发生膨胀。以上两个方面均会导致显示装置内的光学部件(例如,导光板102和光学膜片103)发生膨胀或移位,而光学部件的膨胀或移位会导致与光学部件相接触的遮光胶带的浮起,导致最终的显示装置在显示时发生类似波浪纹的褶皱画面不良。
发明内容
本申请提供一种显示装置,以改善显示装置由于光学部件的移位或膨胀导致显示画面出现类似波浪纹的褶皱不良的问题。
本申请实施例提供一种显示装置,具有显示区以及包围所述显示区的边框区,所述显示装置包括:背板以及依次设置在所述背板之上的导光板、光学膜材,其中,所述光学膜材之上还设置有显示面板,所述显示面板通过设置在所述背板之上且位于所述导光板和所述光学膜材外围的框架支撑固定;
所述光学膜材面向所述显示面板的一面在与所述边框区重叠的部分设置有粘性涂布层,所述粘性涂布层的粘性材料的粘性值随温度的升高而降低,进而所述粘性涂布层在小于预设温度时将所述光学膜材与所述显示面板粘结,在大于或等于所述预设温度时使所述光学膜材与所述显示面板分离。
优选的,所述显示装置在一侧的框区设置有侧光源,则所述显示装置在与所述侧光源所在边框区相对应边框区以外的其它边框区设置有粘性涂布层。
优选的,所述显示面板面向所述光学膜材的一面在各个所述边框区均贴附有遮光胶带,所述粘性涂布层背向所述光学膜材的一面与所述遮光胶带接触。。
优选的,所述侧光源所在边框区以外的其它边框区的所述遮光胶带为遮光双面胶带,所述遮光双面胶带的部分与所述框架接触,以将所述显示面板与所述框架固定连接。
优选的,所述光学膜材与所述框架之间间隔有空隙区域,所述遮光胶带在与所述空隙区域相对应的区域还设置有所述粘性涂布层。
优选的,所述显示面板包括:相对的阵列基板和彩膜基板,设置在所述阵列基板背向所述彩膜基板一面的下偏光片,以及设置在所述彩膜基板背向所述阵列基板一面的上偏光片,所述阵列基板面向所述下偏光片一面在所述边框区具有与所述下偏光片重叠的部分,以及未与所述下偏光片重叠的部分;
所述遮光胶带部分与所述阵列基板的未与所述下偏光片重叠的部分粘贴,部分与所述下偏光片粘贴。
优选的,所述粘性涂布层的材质为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
优选的,所述光学膜材包括:下扩散片以及依次位于所述下扩散片之上的下增光片、上增光片、上扩散片,所述上扩散片与所述粘性涂布层接触。
优选的,所述导光板与所述背板之间还设置有反射片。
优选的,所述背板为U型背板。
本申请实施例有益效果如下:通过使所述光学膜材面向所述显示面板的一面在与所述边框区重叠的部分设置有粘性涂布层,该种粘性涂布层的粘性材料的粘性值随温度的升高而降低,进而可以在常温时实现对光学膜材与显示面板的粘结,在高温时可以使光学膜材与显示面板进行分离,由于粘性涂布层在高温高湿的环境中不会对光学部件进行粘结限定,进而可以改善显示装置由于光学膜材的膨胀或移位导致显示时的波浪式褶皱不良问题。

下面结合说明书附图对本申请实施例的实现过程进行详细说明。需要注意的是,自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
本申请实施例提供一种显示装置,参见图2的俯视结构示意图,该显示装置具有显示区15以及包围显示区的边框区10。在具体实施时,显示装置一般以方形较多,例如,边框区10具体可以包括四个子边框区,分别为第一子边框区11,与第一子边框区11相对的第二子边框区12,以及连接第一子边框区11和第二子边框区12的第三子边框区13和第四子边框区14,四个子边框区将显示区15包围。
参见图3所示的显示装置的剖视结构示意图,该显示装置在垂直方向上具体包括:背板1以及依次设置在背板1之上的导光板2、光学膜材3,其中,光学膜材3之上还设置有显示面板4,显示面板4通过设置在背板1之上且位于导光板2和光学膜材3外围的框架5支撑固定,框架5的顶端与显示面板4相对。光学膜材3面向显示面板4的一面在与边框区重叠的部分设置有粘性涂布层6,形成粘性涂布层6的粘性材料的粘性值随温度的升高而降低,以使粘性涂布层6在小于预设温度时将光学膜材3与显示面板4粘结,在大于或等于该预设温度使时使光学膜材3与显示面板4分离,参见图4所示,在温度大于或等于预设温度时,粘性涂布层6使光学膜材3与显示面板4之间分离,形成间隙61。具体的,导光板2与背板1之间还可以设置有反射片7。背板的外侧还可以设置有液晶屏固定胶带8,背板1具体可以为U型背板。
需要说明的是,对于显示装置,显示面板4一般通过设置在背板1边缘的框架5进行支撑固定,而导光板2以及光学膜材3一般位于背板1之上,由背板1进行支撑,但为了防止导光板2和光学膜材3的移位,现有技术的显示装置通常在边框区需通过胶带将位于上方的光学膜材3与显示面板4进行粘结固定。但对于现有技术中的显示装置,其将光学膜材3与显示面板4通过胶带进行粘结固定,再将该种显示装置放置在高温高湿的测试环境中时,由于光学膜材3的膨胀,会导致胶带的浮起,进而导致显示装置在显示时出现波浪纹的褶皱不良。而本申请实施例通过使光学膜材3面向显示面板4的一面在与边框区10重叠的部分设置粘性涂布层6,该种粘性涂布层6的粘性材料的粘性值随温度的升高而降低,进而可以在常温时实现对光学膜材3与显示面板4的粘结,在高温时可以使光学膜材3与显示面板4进行分离,进而可以避免光在高温高湿的环境中,显示装置的部分光学部件进行膨胀时导致的显示装置在显示时出现的波浪式的褶皱不良问题。
在具体实施时,参见图5和图6所示,其中,显示装置在一侧边框区(如图6中第一子边框区11)设置有侧光源16,图5为显示装置在第一子边框区的剖视结构示意图。则显示装置在侧光源所在边框区相对应的边框区以外的其它边框区设置有粘性涂布层。具体的,例如,显示装置在第一子边框区11设置有侧光源16,将与第一子边框区11相对的边框区作为第二子边框区12,则显示装置在第二子边框区12以外的其它边框区设置有粘性涂布层。即,为了避免光学膜材在高温高湿环境下完全与显示面板脱离,对于粘性涂布层的设置,可以只在部分个边框区进行涂布粘性涂布层,具体的,可在与设置侧光源相对的边框区以外的其它边框区设置粘性涂布层,即,若第一子边框区11设置有侧光源,第二子边框区12为与设置有侧光源相对的边框区,则可以在显示装置的第一子边框区11、第三子边框区13以及第四子边框区14进行涂布粘性涂布层6,形成U性涂布层。即,第二子边框区12仍旧与现有技术的显示装置的设置方式一样,通过一般的胶带进行粘结固定。当然,也可以在每个的边框区均设置粘性涂布层6。
参见图7所示,显示面板4面向光学膜材3的一面在各个边框区均贴附有遮光胶带9,粘性涂布层6背向光学膜材3的一面与遮光胶带9接触。具体的,设置有侧光源的边框区(例如,第一子边框区11)以外的其它边框区的遮光胶带9为遮光双面胶带,遮光双面胶带的部分与框架5接触,以将显示面板4与框架5固定连接,另一部分与光学膜材3相对。即,在具体实施时,显示面板4面向光学膜材3的一面在所有边框区10均设置有遮光胶带9。而为了便于不良显示器件重工时的拆卸,通常在第一子边框区11(如图6中所示的下侧)的遮光胶带9设计为单面胶带,即遮光胶带9背向光学膜材3的一面为无胶设计,而第二子边框区12、第三子边框区13以及第四子边框区14均为遮光双面胶带,双面遮光胶带的背向光学膜材3的一面与显示面板4接触,双面遮光胶带面向向光学膜材3的一面与框架5相对的部分与框架5直接接触,以将显示面板4与框架5固定连接,另一部分与光学膜材3相对,其设置粘性涂布层后再与光学膜材3相接触固定。而不论是单面胶带还是双面胶带,只要是有设置粘性涂布层6的边框区,粘性涂布层6均设置在遮光胶带9的面向光学膜材3的一面,并与光学膜材3表面相接触。本申请实施例中,将粘性涂布层6设置在遮光胶带9上,可以在现有技术满足边框区遮光以及固定的前提下,以最简化的制作工艺实现改善显示装置由于光学膜片的膨胀或移位而产生波浪式褶皱不良的问题。
参见图8所示,在具体实施时,光学膜材3与框架5之间间隔有空隙区域17,遮光胶带9在与空隙区域17相对应的区域还设置有粘性涂布层6,当然,为了制作方便,与光学膜材3对应的粘性涂布层6与空隙区域17对应的粘性涂布层6为一体结构。即,本申请实施例中,考虑到遮光胶带9组装时需要一定的活动空间,同时为了避免极限组装时遮光胶带9有胶区域粘到光学膜材3的边缘,所以在由显示区指向边框区的方向上,粘性涂布层6的宽度应当偏大一些。具体的,由于遮光胶带9组装时的活动空间一般为单边0.1mm,进而,在由显示区指向边框区的方向上,遮光胶带的宽度d=s+0.3mm,其中,s为边框区的光学膜材与显示面板相重叠的区域。而由于框架5为块体材料,在高温高湿测试中膨胀变化较小,且框架5与显示面板4主要需要进行支撑固定,因此,遮光胶带9在与空隙区域17相对应的区域还设置有粘性涂布层6,而与框架5相对的区域则不设置粘性涂布层6。
在具体实施时,显示面板4具体可以包括:相对的阵列基板42和彩膜基板43,以及设置在阵列基板42背向彩膜基板43一面的下偏光片41,以及设置在彩膜基板43背向阵列基板42一面的上偏光片44,阵列基板42面向下偏光片41一面在边框区具有与下偏光片41重叠的部分,以及未与下偏光片41重叠的部分;遮光胶带9部分与阵列基板42的未与下偏光片41重叠的部分接触,部分与下偏光片42接触。即,下偏光片41的面积小于阵列基板42的面积,粘性涂布层6具体与显示面板4的下偏光片41接触。光学膜材3具体可以包括:下扩散片以及依次位于下扩散片之上的下增光片、上增光片、上扩散片,其中,上扩散片与粘性涂布层接触。
优选的,粘性涂布层6的材质为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。该材料的物理特性在常温下表现为弱粘性(粘性值在500g/25mm左右),而随着温度的升高粘性值降低,在80℃~100℃时,粘性值降低至原来的1/10左右,约为50g/25mm。
本申请实施例有益效果如下:通过使所述光学膜材面向所述显示面板的一面在与所述边框区重叠的部分设置有粘性涂布层,该种粘性涂布层的粘性材料的粘性值随温度的升高而降低,进而可以在常温时实现对光学膜材与显示面板的粘结,在高温时可以使光学膜材与显示面板进行分离,由于粘性涂布层在高温高湿的环境中不会对光学部件进行粘结限定,进而可以改善显示装置由于光学膜材的膨胀或移位导致显示时的波浪式褶皱不良问题。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示装置,具有显示区以及包围所述显示区的边框区,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括:背板以及依次设置在所述背板之上的导光板、光学膜材,其中,所述光学膜材之上还设置有显示面板,所述显示面板通过设置在所述背板之上且位于所述导光板和所述光学膜材外围的框架支撑固定;
所述光学膜材面向所述显示面板的一面在与所述边框区重叠的部分设置有粘性涂布层,所述粘性涂布层的粘性材料的粘性值随温度的升高而降低,所述粘性涂布层在小于预设温度时将所述光学膜材与所述显示面板粘结,在大于或等于所述预设温度时使所述光学膜材与所述显示面板分离。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置在一侧的边框区设置有侧光源,则所述显示装置在与所述侧光源所在边框区相对应边框区以外的其它边框区设置有粘性涂布层。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板面向所述光学膜材的一面在所有所述边框区均贴附有遮光胶带,所述粘性涂布层背向所述光学膜材的一面与所述遮光胶带接触。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述侧光源所在边框区以外的其它边框区的所述遮光胶带为遮光双面胶带,所述遮光双面胶带的部分与所述框架接触,以将所述显示面板与所述框架固定连接。
5.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述光学膜材与所述框架之间间隔有空隙区域,所述遮光胶带在与所述空隙区域相对应的区域也设置有所述粘性涂布层。
6.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括:相对的阵列基板和彩膜基板,设置在所述阵列基板背向所述彩膜基板一面的下偏光片,以及设置在所述彩膜基板背向所述阵列基板一面的上偏光片,所述阵列基板面向所述下偏光片一面在所述边框区具有与所述下偏光片重叠的部分,以及未与所述下偏光片重叠的部分;
所述遮光胶带部分与所述阵列基板的未与所述下偏光片重叠的部分粘贴,部分与所述下偏光片粘贴。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述粘性涂布层的材质为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
8.如权利要求1是所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述光学膜材包括:下扩散片以及依次位于所述下扩散片之上的下增光片、上增光片、上扩散片,所述上扩散片与所述粘性涂布层接触。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述导光板与所述背板之间还设置有反射片。
10.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述背板为U型背板。
