Abstract

本发明涉及一种草蓝炉钧的烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)制备胚料,釉料和草蓝料;(2)制坯:模型注浆成坯或者手工拉丕均可,制成坯体之后将坯体干燥放置,干燥之后经过800~1000高温的素烧,得到素坯体;(3)施釉:将素坯体从上至下浸入釉浆中,浸入两次,然后晾干,得到坯体;(4)烧制:将步骤(3)制得的胚体放入窑内烧制9~12小时,温度为1200~1300,冷却后出窖,即为成品,本发明工艺简单,采用两次烧制,进一步提高了产品的质量。

本发明涉及陶瓷的制作工艺,具体涉及一种草蓝炉钧的烧制工艺。
背景技术
陶瓷的发展史是中华文明史的一个重要的组成部分,中国作为四大文明古国之一,为人类社会的进步和发展做出了卓越的贡献,其中陶瓷的发明和发展更具有独特的意义,中国历史上各朝各代有着不同艺术风格和不同技术特点。英文中的"china"既有中国的意思,又有陶瓷的意思,清楚地表明了中国就是"陶瓷的故乡"。早在欧洲人掌握瓷器制造技术一千多年前,汉族就已经制造出很精美的陶瓷器。中国是世界上最早应用陶器的国家之一,而中国瓷器因其极高的实用性和艺术性而备受世人的推崇。
从唐花釉瓷到宋钧是个重大飞跃,宋钧所表现出的质感和釉色与唐花釉瓷存在差异,但宋钧传承了唐花釉瓷的蓝色分相,使器物的表面色彩有了很大改善,特别是铜的使用,使材质美发挥至极致,开创了陶瓷美学的新境界。炉钧继承了宋钧在还原气氛中,一氧化碳使釉中的铜、铁、锌等呈色的机理,形成独特的艺术效果,成为钧瓷史上的一朵奇葩,翻开了钧瓷艺术领域中璀璨的一页。炉钧不是普通的透明玻璃釉,区别于普通釉的根本特征在于釉中含有一定数量的可见结晶体,及其釉面色彩多种多样,给人以强烈的视觉冲击。
本发明提供一种工艺简单,生产成本低,进一步提高产品质量的一种草蓝炉钧的烧制工艺。

本发明的目的是提供工艺简单,生产成本低,进一步提高产品质量的一种草蓝炉钧的烧制工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种草蓝炉钧的烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1) 制备胚料,釉料和草蓝料:
所述胚料由以下重量份的原料组成:软土30~50份,花子土8~15份,白土5~12份,砂石1~5份,本药2~4份;
所述的釉料由以下重量份的原料组成:草木灰10~60份,长石50~65份,草蓝料10~80份,石英5~10份,方解石2~6份,萤石3~8份,熔块30~70份,氧化锡0.1~0.5份,氧化锌0.3~0.8份,氧化铜0.2~0.7份;
(2)制坯:模型注浆成坯或者手工拉丕均可,制成坯体之后将坯体干燥放置,干燥之后经过800~1000高温的素烧,得到素坯体;
(3)施釉:将素坯体从上至下浸入釉浆中,浸入两次,然后晾干,得到坯体;
(4)烧制:将步骤(3)制得的胚体放入窑内烧制9~12小时,温度为1200~1300,冷却后出窖,即为成品。
优选的,所述的草蓝料由以下重量份的原料组成:SiO260~80份,Al2O310~30份,CaO3~5份,MgO1~3份,K2O0.1~0.3份,Na2O1~3份。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明在烧制的过程中将未施釉的生坯经过一定温度热处理,使坯体具有一定机械强度的过程,使坯体内水分挥发,有机物挥发和燃烧,碳酸盐分解,矿物组成和结构初步形成,从而使坯体具有足够的强度,以利于施釉的加工过程,减少损耗,实现快速烧成,提高产品质量。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,实施例仅用来说明本发明, 并不限制本发明的范围。
一种草蓝炉钧的烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1) 制备胚料,釉料和草蓝料:
所述胚料由以下重量份的原料组成:软土30~50份,花子土8~15份,白土5~12份,砂石1~5份,本药2~4份,
所述的釉料由以下重量份的原料组成:草木灰10~60份,长石50~65份,草蓝料10~80份,石英5~10份,方解石2~6份,萤石3~8份,熔块30~70份,氧化锡0.1~0.5份,氧化锌0.3~0.8份,氧化铜0.2~0.7份;

(4)烧制:将步骤(3)制得的胚体放入窑内烧制9~12小时,温度为1200~1300,冷却后出窖,即为成品。
优选的,所述的草蓝料由以下重量份的原料组成:SiO260~80份,Al2O310~30份,CaO3~5份,MgO1~3份,K2O0.1~0.3份,Na2O1~3份。

(1) 制备胚料,釉料和草蓝料:
所述胚料由以下重量份的原料组成:软土40份,花子土11份,白土8份,砂石3份,本药3份,
所述的釉料由以下重量份的原料组成:草木灰35份,长石57份,草蓝料45份,石英7.5份,方解石4份,萤石5.5份,熔块50份,氧化锡00.3份,氧化锌0.55份,氧化铜0.45份;
(2)制坯:模型注浆成坯或者手工拉丕均可,制成坯体之后将坯体干燥放置,干燥之后经过900高温的素烧,得到素坯体;
(3)施釉:将素坯体从上至下浸入釉浆中,浸入两次,然后晾干,得到坯体;
(4)烧制:将步骤(3)制得的胚体放入窑内烧制10.5小时,温度为1250,冷却后出窖,即为成品。
优选的,所述的草蓝料由以下重量份的原料组成:SiO270份,Al2O320份,CaO4份,MgO2份,K2O0.2份,Na2O2份。
实施例3
一种草蓝炉钧的烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1) 制备胚料,釉料和草蓝料:
所述胚料由以下重量份的原料组成:软土50份,花子土15份,白土12份,砂石5份,本药4份,
所述的釉料由以下重量份的原料组成:草木灰60份,长石65份,草蓝料80份,石英10份,方解石6份,萤石8份,熔块70份,氧化锡0.5份,氧化锌0.8份,氧化铜0.7份;
(2)制坯:模型注浆成坯或者手工拉丕均可,制成坯体之后将坯体干燥放置,干燥之后经过1000高温的素烧,得到素坯体;
(3)施釉:将素坯体从上至下浸入釉浆中,浸入两次,然后晾干,得到坯体;
(4)烧制:将步骤(3)制得的胚体放入窑内烧制12小时,温度为1300,冷却后出窖,即为成品。
优选的,所述的草蓝料由以下重量份的原料组成:SiO280份,Al2O330份,CaO5份,MgO3份,K2O0.3份,Na2O3份。
