Abstract
本发明公开了一种山楂瓜蒌饮品及其制备方法,包括瓜蒌仁75‑85份、山楂15‑20份、瓜蒌野生叶20‑30份。本发明采用山楂和瓜蒌复配提取芳香物质,使得饮品具有酸甜的香气;超声后的瓜蒌叶能够更好的吸收芳香物质的同时,利用微波加快杀青速度,无药物成份,具有开胃、消食双重功能,瓜蒌汁味甜,润桑,入口口感极佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓜蒌深加工技术领域,确切地说是一种山楂瓜蒌饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓜蒌多年生攀缘型草本植物。喜生于深山峻岭、荆棘丛生的山崖石缝之中。其果实、果皮、果仁(籽)、根茎均为上好的中药材。
随着人们生活水平的提高,高脂高蛋白类食品成为家庭主食,消化不良是成为一种临床症候群,是由胃动力障碍所引起的疾病,也包括胃蠕动不好的胃轻瘫和食道反流病。消化不良主要分为功能性消化不良和器质性消化不良。功能性消化不良属中医的“脘痞”、“胃痛”、“嘈杂”等范畴,其病在胃,涉及肝脾等脏器,宜辨证施治,予以健脾和胃,疏肝理气,消食导滞等法治疗。现阶段促进消化的药物或凉茶种类繁多,而且有一些促进消化的物品略显单调,口味不够多元且大多含有药物成份。
还有使用金银花水给瓜蒌叶增香效果有限,还会给瓜蒌叶带来金银花本身的青涩味,口感不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种山楂瓜蒌饮品及其制备方法
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种山楂瓜蒌饮品,包括瓜蒌仁75-85份、山楂15-20份、瓜蒌野生叶20-30份。
所述瓜蒌仁80份、山楂18份、瓜蒌野生叶25份。
一种山楂瓜蒌饮品及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,将瓜蒌仁和山楂均粉碎后混合匀后,加入适量水煮沸,冷却到室温后,泵入浸提罐中后34-38℃低温、真空浸提获得浸提液,浸提液加适量水进行回流提取,收集回流液,将收集的回流液通过纳滤浓缩后,得提取液备用;
第二步,将鲜嫩的瓜蒌野生叶晾晒30-40min,加入水中浸润,将浸润后的瓜蒌野生叶转入超声处理器中超声处理后,室温下通风2-3h,再放入微波炉中微波2-3min;
第三步,将瓜蒌野生叶取出冷却放入高压熏蒸锅中,提取液作为蒸煮液加热至沸产生高温蒸汽杀菌,控制锅压,保持锅内温度120-130℃,然后冷却封装即可。
超声处理条件为:每千克的浸润后的瓜蒌野生叶在15-60KHZ,100-200w的条件下处理30-60min。
微波功率为700-800W。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明采用山楂和瓜蒌复配提取芳香物质,使得饮品具有酸甜的香气;
(2)超声后的瓜蒌叶能够更好的吸收芳香物质的同时,利用微波加快杀青速度。
(3)无药物成份,具有开胃、消食双重功能,瓜蒌汁味甜,润桑,入口口感极佳。

一种山楂瓜蒌饮品,包括所述瓜蒌仁80份、山楂18份、瓜蒌野生叶25份。
一种山楂瓜蒌饮品及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,将瓜蒌仁和山楂均粉碎后混合匀后,加入适量水煮沸,冷却到室温后,泵入浸提罐中后34-38℃低温、真空浸提获得浸提液,浸提液加适量水进行回流提取,收集回流液,将收集的回流液通过纳滤浓缩后,得提取液备用;

1.一种山楂瓜蒌饮品,其特征在于:包括瓜蒌仁75-85份、山楂15-20份、瓜蒌野生叶20-30份。
2.一种山楂瓜蒌饮品,其特征在于:所述瓜蒌仁80份、山楂18份、瓜蒌野生叶25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种山楂瓜蒌饮品及其制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
第一步,将瓜蒌仁和山楂均粉碎后混合匀后,加入适量水煮沸,冷却到室温后,泵入浸提罐中后34-38℃低温、真空浸提获得浸提液,浸提液加适量水进行回流提取,收集回流液,将收集的回流液通过纳滤浓缩后,得提取液备用;
