本发明公开了一种保健软枣猕猴桃汁,由下述重量份的原料制成:软枣猕猴桃40~50份,柠檬10~20份,西红柿3~8份,木瓜3~8份,山竹3~8份,蜂蜜10~30份,中药浓缩液5~10份,木糖醇2~5份,果胶酶1~5份,茉莉花茶50~70份。本发明以软枣猕猴桃和蜂蜜为基本原料,不添加任何添加剂,外观均匀柔和、风味可口,具有猕猴桃原有的清香气味和清爽口感,又添加了柠檬、西红柿、木瓜、山竹,改善了猕猴桃汁的风味,具有丰富的营养成分和保健作用,同时加入中药浓缩液,长期饮用具有清热生津,健脾止泻,止渴利尿、补血止血、滋阴润燥、补气健脾、暖脾止泻、纳气平喘、润肺止咳、可调节人体的新陈代谢、抗老防衰等功效。

本发明涉及软枣猕猴桃加工技术领域,具体是一种保健软枣猕猴桃汁。
背景技术
软枣猕猴桃是猕猴桃科、猕猴桃属大型落叶藤本植物;小枝基本无毛或幼嫩时星散地薄被柔软绒毛或茸毛,果药用,为强壮、解热及收敛剂;又是营养价值很高的食品。果既可生食,也可制果酱、蜜饯、罐头、酿酒等。花为蜜源,也可提芳香油。该种既可作为观赏树种,又可作为果树。猕猴桃内含多种维生素,特别是维生素C含量更高,比一般水果高20到30倍,每百克鲜果含维生素C达到165.9毫克,还含有多种氨基酸,矿物质,葡萄糖,柠檬酸具有防止高血压,肝炎等药用价值。富含人体所需的17种氨基酸和黄铜类物质及硒,锗,锌,VC等元素,VC含量居水果之首。猕猴桃含有亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、酪氨酸、丙氨酸等10多种氨基酸,以及丰富的矿物质,包括丰富的钙、磷、铁,还含有胡萝卜素和多种维生素,对保持人体健康具有重要的作用,由于软枣猕猴桃具有如此丰富的营养和保健价值,因此开发软枣猕猴桃保健饮品具有广阔的市场前景,同时对提高农产品的附加值具有十分现实的意义。

所述中药浓缩液,由下述重量份的原料制得:
阿胶7~12份,白术5~10份,补骨脂3~6份,党参3~6份,杜仲1~5份,干姜1~3份,甘草5~10份,葛根5~10份,当归2~6份,红景天5~10份,红枣4~12份,枸杞3~8份,芦荟5~15份。

2)、将洗净后的原料采用超微粉碎机粉碎,加入10~15倍的水,浸泡2~3小时,先用武火烧开,再用文火煎煮90~120分钟,过滤,将滤液用容器保存待用;
3)、将步骤2中的滤渣再次加入5倍重量的水煎煮两次,每次加热提取50分钟,过滤,得滤液;
4)、合并两次滤液,8000~10000r/min的管式离心机离心5~10分钟,取上清液,将上清液蒸发浓缩至相当于含生药1g/mL,冷却即得。
优选地,所述蜂蜜为洋槐蜂蜜。

本发明以软枣猕猴桃和蜂蜜为基本原料,不添加任何添加剂,外观均匀柔和、风味可口,具有猕猴桃原有的清香气味和清爽口感,又添加了柠檬、西红柿、木瓜、山竹,改善了猕猴桃汁的风味,具有丰富的营养成分和保健作用,同时加入中药浓缩液,长期饮用具有清热生津,健脾止泻,止渴利尿、补血止血、滋阴润燥、补气健脾、暖脾止泻、纳气平喘、润肺止咳、可调节人体的新陈代谢、抗老防衰等功效,本发明的软枣猕猴桃汁含有的血清促进素具有稳定情绪、镇静心情的作用;所含的天然肌醇有助于脑部活动;膳食纤维能降低胆固醇,促进心脏健康;猕猴桃碱和多种蛋白酶,具有开胃健脾、助消化、防止便秘的功能。此外,猕猴桃还有乌发美容、娇嫩皮肤的作用。避免了传统化学添加剂对人体的危害,具有极大的保健价值和市场前景。

一种保健软枣猕猴桃汁,由下述重量份的原料制成:
软枣猕猴桃40份,柠檬10份,西红柿3份,木瓜3份,山竹3份,蜂蜜10份,中药浓缩液5份,木糖醇2份,果胶酶1份,茉莉花茶30份;
所述中药浓缩液,由下述重量份的原料制得:
阿胶7份,白术5份,补骨脂3份,党参3份,杜仲1份,干姜1份,甘草5份,葛根5份,当归2份,红景天5份,红枣4份,枸杞3份,芦荟5份。
所述中药浓缩液由以下方法制备而成:
1)、取上述重量份的中药材原料用水洗净,沥干;
2)、将洗净后的原料采用超微粉碎机粉碎,加入10~15倍的水,浸泡2~3小时,先用武火烧开,再用文火煎煮90~120分钟,过滤,将滤液用容器保存待用;
3)、将步骤2中的滤渣再次加入5倍重量的水煎煮两次,每次加热提取50分钟,过滤,得滤液;
4)、合并两次滤液,8000~10000r/min的管式离心机离心5~10分钟,取上清液,将上清液蒸发浓缩至相当于含生药1g/mL,冷却即得。

4)、合并两次滤液,8000~10000r/min的管式离心机离心5~10分钟,取上清液,将上清液蒸发浓缩至相当于含生药1g/mL,冷却即得。
