一种精准裁切裁板机
技术领域
本发明属于裁板机技术领域,尤其是涉及一种精准裁切裁板机。
背景技术
自动裁板机是用于各行各业的片材的分割与裁切,它不需要任何模具;通过系统软件来控制,然后直接对产品进行裁切,只要在操作平台上设置好相应的参数,电脑传输相应的指令给裁切机;裁板机就根据接受的设计图稿进行快速裁切,自动化程序高;操作简单,是目前很多行业所采用的裁切设备。然而现有的电脑裁板机虽然裁切精度高,但设备庞大,结构复杂,造价昂贵,且使用及维护的成本高,难以在中小型板材加工企业中普及。还有一些传统的裁板机,自动化程度低,尤其是在进行连接切割的过程中,裁切的精度难以达到板材精加工的标准,此外,传统的裁板机连续裁板后,需要停机去整理裁断的板材,极大了限制板材加工的效率。
为此,我们提出一种精准裁切裁板机来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种可即可精准裁切,又可提高裁切效率的裁板机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种精准裁切裁板机,包括底座,所述底座的左右两端上侧分别连接有左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板与右侧板的上端之间连接有工作台面,所述底座上还设有平移机构,所述平移机构的上侧设有裁切机构,所述左侧板与右侧板的上端均连接有限位板,且两块所述限位板相对的一侧表面均水平设有第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽内滑动连接有第一滑块,且两个所述第一滑块之间连接有定量板,所述第一滑块的中部设有第一螺纹孔,且第一螺纹孔中配合连接有第一螺纹杆,所述第一螺纹杆的一端与第一滑槽的侧壁转动连接,且第一螺纹杆的另一端贯穿第一滑槽侧壁上的第二螺纹孔并连接有定量板调节机构,所述左侧板和右侧板之间还设有卸料板,所述卸料板的两端分别通过固定轴与左侧板和右侧板转动连接,所述卸料板的左右两端还连接固定杆,且在左侧板和右侧板上设有容纳固定杆的弧形开孔,所述弧形开孔内设有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与弧形开孔的侧壁连接,且弹簧的另一端与固定杆连接,所述限位板上侧安装有用于带动固定杆沿弧形开孔运动的推杆机构。
在上述的精准裁切裁板机中,所述底座上还设有皮带输送机,所述皮带输送机位于卸料板的下方,且皮带输送机的一侧设有用于阻挡裁断后板材的挡板。
在上述的精准裁切裁板机中,所述平移机构包括两端分别与左侧板和右侧板连接的第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽的内部设有第二滑块,所述第二滑块的中部设有第三螺纹孔,且第三螺纹孔中配合连接有第二螺纹杆,所述第二螺纹杆的一端与左侧板转动连接,所述第二螺纹杆的另一端贯穿右侧板并连接有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮的啮合连接有第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮与安装在底座上的第一驱动电机连接。
在上述的精准裁切裁板机中,所述裁切机构设置在所述第二滑块的上侧,且裁切机构包括与第二滑块上端固定连接的安装座,所述安装座的上侧平行连接有两块支撑板,且两块所述支撑板的上端连接有锯片固定架,所述锯片固定架上安装有锯片,所述锯片通过传动机构与第二驱动电机连接。
在上述的精准裁切裁板机中,所述传动机构包括设置在锯片固定架转轴上的从动带轮,所述从动带轮通过皮带与第二驱动电机传动连接。

与现有的技术相比,本精准裁切裁板机的优点在于:通过在底座上设置左侧板和右侧板,在左侧板和右侧板上设置限位板,并在两块限位板之间连接可调节的定量板,裁切前可预先设置好所需裁切的宽度,在连续进行裁切时,可有效提高裁切的精度;通过在定量板的下侧设置可进行转动的卸料板,板材裁断后,卸料板自动倾斜,板材滑落至皮带输送机上并由其输送至指定地点,可保证板材裁切精度的同时提高了板材裁切的速度;通过在左侧板和右侧板上设置光电传感器,可检测裁切机构位置,继而自动控制第一驱动电机、第二驱动电机和第三驱动电机的协调运作,有效的提高了裁板机的自动化程度,最大限度减少了人员的参与,降低了企业生产的成本。

其中,定量板调节机构12包括连接在第一螺纹杆11上的链轮34,两个链轮34通过链条35连接,且其中一个链轮34的侧壁上连接有转柄,手动转动转柄可以带动定量板10前后平移。
具体的,第一滑块9远离定量板10的一端固定连接有标杆36,标杆36贯穿限位板7上的条形开孔37设置,条形开孔37上方的限位板7侧壁上贴有标尺38,根据标杆36和标尺38可精确控制裁切板的宽度。
其中,推杆机构17包括固定安装在限位板7上的第三驱动电机32,第三驱动电机32的驱动轴上连接有凸轮33,凸轮33转动可带动固定杆16向下移动,进而带动卸料板13转动。
作为一种最佳的实施方式,本实施例中左侧板2和右侧板3相对的一侧侧壁上均安装有用于检测裁切机构6的光电传感器39,光电传感器39的信号输出端与控制器电连接,控制器的第一、第二及第三信号输出端分别与第一驱动电机25、第二驱动电机31和第三驱动电机32电连接,当光电传感器39检测到裁切机构6即将与侧板接触时,控制器控制第一驱动电机25和第二驱动电机31停止工作,同时控制器控制第三驱动电机32开始工作,带动卸料板13转动,将裁断的板材滑落至皮带输送机18上,并由其输送离开;值得一提的是,控制器以AT89S51单片机为主控芯片,利用其自带的可编程串行界面可进行功能性编程,以满足上述控制需求。
本发明通过在底座1上设置左侧板2和右侧板3,在左侧板2和右侧板3上设置限位板7,并在两块限位板7之间连接可调节的定量板10,裁切前可预先设置好所需裁切的宽度;通过在定量板10的下侧设置可进行转动的卸料板13,板材裁断后,卸料板13自动倾斜,板材滑落至皮带输送机18上并由其输送至指定地点;通过在左侧板2和右侧板3上设置光电传感器39,可检测裁切机构6位置,继而自动控制第一驱动电机25、第二驱动电机31和第三驱动电机32的协调运作。

2.根据权利要求1所述的精准裁切裁板机,其特征在于,所述裁切机构(6)设置在所述第二滑块(21)的上侧,且裁切机构(6)包括与第二滑块(21)上端固定连接的安装座(26),所述安装座(26)的上侧平行连接有两块支撑板(27),且两块所述支撑板(27)的上端连接有锯片固定架(28),所述锯片固定架(28)上安装有锯片(29),所述锯片(29)通过传动机构(30)与第二驱动电机(31)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的精准裁切裁板机,其特征在于,所述传动机构(30)包括设置在锯片固定架(28)转轴上的从动带轮(31),所述从动带轮(31)通过皮带与第二驱动电机(31)传动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的精准裁切裁板机,其特征在于,所述定量板调节机构(12)包括连接在第一螺纹杆(11)上的链轮(34),两个所述链轮(34)通过链条(35)连接,且其中一个所述链轮(34)的侧壁上连接有转柄。
5.根据权利要求1所述的精准裁切裁板机,其特征在于,所述第一滑块(9)远离定量板(10)的一端固定连接有标杆(36),所述标杆(36)贯穿限位板(7)上的条形开孔(37)设置,所述条形开孔(37)上方的限位板(7)侧壁上贴有标尺(38)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的精准裁切裁板机,其特征在于,所述推杆机构(17)包括固定安装在限位板(7)上的第三驱动电机(32),所述第三驱动电机(32)的驱动轴上连接有凸轮(33)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的精准裁切裁板机,其特征在于,所述左侧板(2)和右侧板(3)相对的一侧侧壁上均安装有用于检测裁切机构(6)的光电传感器(39),所述光电传感器(39)的信号输出端与控制器电连接,所述控制器的第一、第二及第三信号输出端分别与第一驱动电机(25)、第二驱动电机(31)和第三驱动电机(32)电连接。
