背景技术
古语云:“药控病,食治病,药补不如食补”为养生真谛,2000多年前,《黄帝内经》已经提出五谷杂粮养生保健的独特功效和优势。现代人们工作压力大、应酬多,易出现体虚乏力、失眠、便秘等状况,但同时因为糖分和蛋白质摄入量过多易出现糖尿病,过度肥胖等症状,严重影响身体健康,目前,食疗养生作为一种理想而有效的营养保健方法,越来越受到广大人民的推崇和认可。固元膏作为一种传统的保健进补食品,应为现代人们的首选。海参同人参、燕窝、鱼翅齐名,是世界八大珍品之一。海参中的营养成分不仅丰富,而且配比均衡,是极好的天然营养食疗佳品。大量文献表明,海参中富含的多糖、皂苷和硫酸软骨素等,具有抗癌防癌、增强免疫力、抗辐射、抗血栓、降血糖、延缓衰老、补血养颜等诸多功效。因此,海参不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材。据《本草纲目拾遗》中记载:海参,味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参。目前,市场上的海参制品主要有干海参、即食海参和海参罐头等。固元膏是我国传统药膳,其是针对不同人群需要添加不同中药原料制成,但是,作为一种补品来说,固元膏的功效具有一定的局限性,但是大都存在成份单一、口感与味道不理想的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种海参固元膏及其制备方法,营养成分丰富全面,且口感好。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种海参固元膏,包括以下重量份的原料:淡干海参50-60份、黑芝麻10-20份、核桃仁15-25份、荷叶5-10份、百合10-20份、山药7-15份、冰糖10-20份、黄酒20-30份、麦芽糊精5-10份、山梨酸钾2-5份。
进一步的,包含以下重量份的原料:淡干海参54份、黑芝麻16份、核桃仁17份、荷叶8份、百合15份、山药9份、冰糖18份、黄酒25份、麦芽糊精8份、山梨酸钾3份。
海参固元膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、海参片制备:取淡干海参,置于洁净无油容器,装入适量纯净水,放入冰箱冷藏室浸泡20-26h,换水2-3次直至将海参泡软,将泡软后的海参剔除白筋、肠子、沙嘴,清洗肚内杂质,取无油锅添纯净水加盖煮沸后用小火煮20-30min,熄火,冷却后换新凉纯净水,放入冰箱泡24-48h,每天换2-3次纯净水,此时将木瓜蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶加入纯净水中进行泡发,泡发后的海参切成片状,得海参片;
S2、炒制:取黑芝麻、百合、荷叶、山药,分别小火炒至物料熟透;
S3、粉碎:将黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶、百合、山药和冰糖混合粉碎,过筛,得混合料;
S4、蒸煮:将混合料和海参片加入到黄酒中,再加入麦芽糊精和山梨酸钠,搅拌均匀,得膏状物,蒸煮,至熟透得固元膏成品,包装,即得。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为淡干海参质量的1-5%,所述胰蛋白酶的添加量为淡干海参质量的1-5%。
进一步的,所述步骤S2中粉碎后过100-200目筛。
本发明中主要原料的功效如下:

一种海参固元膏,包含以下重量份的原料:淡干海参54份、黑芝麻16份、核桃仁17份、荷叶8份、百合15份、山药9份、冰糖18份、黄酒25份、麦芽糊精8份、山梨酸钾3份。
海参固元膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

实施例2:
一种海参固元膏,包括以下重量份的原料:淡干海参58份、黑芝麻15份、核桃仁20份、荷叶6份、百合16份、山药12份、冰糖18份、黄酒28份、麦芽糊精7份、山梨酸钾4份。
海参固元膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、海参片制备:取淡干海参,置于洁净无油容器,装入适量纯净水,放入冰箱冷藏室浸泡22h,换水2次直至将海参泡软,将泡软后的海参剔除白筋、肠子、沙嘴,清洗肚内杂质,取无油锅添纯净水加盖煮沸,后用小火煮25min,熄火,冷却后换新凉纯净水,放入冰箱泡30h,每天换2次纯净水,此时将木瓜蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶加入纯净水中进行泡发,其中,木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为淡干海参质量的3%,胰蛋白酶的添加量为淡干海参质量的3%,将泡发后的海参切成片状,得海参片;
S2、炒制:取黑芝麻、百合、荷叶、山药,分别小火炒至物料熟透;
S3、粉碎:将黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶、百合、山药和冰糖混合粉碎,过150目筛,得混合料;
S4、蒸煮:将混合料和海参片加入到黄酒中,再加入麦芽糊精和山梨酸钠,搅拌均匀,得膏状物,蒸煮,至熟透得固元膏成品,包装,即得。
实施例3:
一种海参固元膏,包括以下重量份的原料:淡干海参50份、黑芝麻20份、核桃仁15份、荷叶5份、百合20份、山药7份、冰糖20份、黄酒20份、麦芽糊精10份、山梨酸钾2份。
海参固元膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

S2、炒制:取黑芝麻、百合、荷叶、山药,分别小火炒至物料熟透;
S3、粉碎:将黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶、百合、山药和冰糖混合粉碎,过200目筛,得混合料;
S4、蒸煮:将混合料和海参片加入到黄酒中,再加入麦芽糊精和山梨酸钠,搅拌均匀,得膏状物,蒸煮,至熟透得固元膏成品,包装,即得。
实施例4:
一种海参固元膏,包括以下重量份的原料:淡干海参60份、黑芝麻10份、核桃仁25份、荷叶10份、百合10份、山药15份、冰糖10份、黄酒30份、麦芽糊精5份、山梨酸钾5份。
海参固元膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

S2、炒制:取黑芝麻、百合、荷叶、山药,分别小火炒至物料熟透;
S3、粉碎:将黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶、百合、山药和冰糖混合粉碎,过100目筛,得混合料;
S4、蒸煮:将混合料和海参片加入到黄酒中,再加入麦芽糊精和山梨酸钠,搅拌均匀,得膏状物,蒸煮,至熟透得固元膏成品,包装,即得。

1.一种海参固元膏,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:淡干海参50-60份、黑芝麻10-20份、核桃仁15-25份、荷叶5-10份、百合10-20份、山药7-15份、冰糖10-20份、黄酒20-30份、麦芽糊精5-10份、山梨酸钾2-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的海参固元膏,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:淡干海参54份、黑芝麻16份、核桃仁17份、荷叶8份、百合15份、山药9份、冰糖18份、黄酒25份、麦芽糊精8份、山梨酸钾3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的海参固元膏,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:淡干海参58份、黑芝麻15份、核桃仁20份、荷叶6份、百合16份、山药12份、冰糖18份、黄酒28份、麦芽糊精7份、山梨酸钾4份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的海参固元膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、海参片制备:取淡干海参,置于洁净无油容器,装入适量纯净水,放入冰箱冷藏室浸泡20-26h,换水2-3次直至将海参泡软,将泡软后的海参剔除白筋、肠子、沙嘴,清洗肚内杂质,取无油锅添纯净水加盖煮沸后用小火煮20-30min,熄火,冷却后换新凉纯净水,放入冰箱泡24-48h,每天换2-3次纯净水,此时将木瓜蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶加入纯净水中进行泡发,泡发后的海参切成片状,得海参片;
S2、炒制:取黑芝麻、百合、荷叶、山药,分别小火炒至物料熟透;
S3、粉碎:将黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶、百合、山药和冰糖混合粉碎,过筛,得混合料;
S4、蒸煮:将混合料和海参片加入到黄酒中,再加入麦芽糊精和山梨酸钠,搅拌均匀,得膏状物,蒸煮,至熟透得固元膏成品,包装,即得。
5.如权利要求4所述的海参固元膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中木瓜蛋白酶的添加量为淡干海参质量的1-5%,所述胰蛋白酶的添加量为淡干海参质量的1-5%。
6.如权利要求4所述的海参固元膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中粉碎后过100-200目筛。
