Description
本发明涉及用于减少表面O污损的方法,其中将至少一种包含摩尔比为0.05-50的苯乙烯与至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸和聚氧化乙烯的酯E的聚合物P的水溶液S施加于所述表面O,所述表面O优选为膜M,其中所述水溶液S包含至少50重量%的水。
本发明还涉及包含摩尔比为0.3-50的苯乙烯与至少一种聚氧化乙烯的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的聚合物P及其制备方法。
不同类型的膜在许多技术领域中起着越来越重要的作用。特别地,用于处理水的方法越来越依赖于膜技术。
膜应用的一个重要问题是污损。生物污损的问题显著存在于用于分离目的如反渗透、正渗透、纳滤、超滤和微滤的半透膜中。膜可以通过其分离机理和/或孔尺寸分类。例如,在水过滤应用中,将超滤和微滤膜(近似孔径:5-1000nm)用于保留有机和生物有机材料的废水处理。在反渗透和正渗透膜(其中一价离子和所有具有较大直径的组分都被排除)中,分离机理主要基于溶液-扩散机理。
在环境介质是水相的所有应用中,由于微生物的粘附和生物膜的形成,可能发生潜在的堵塞。因此,需要减少生物膜形成并因此需要更少的清洁循环的膜。这可以例如通过具有抗粘附或防污性质的膜来实现。
因此,污损目前是过滤膜的主要剩余问题之一。污损导致膜性能下降,缩短膜寿命,限制了膜技术的进一步应用。因此,为了提高其抗性,希望改善膜的防污和抗菌性质,而不损害其分离特性。
已经尝试了几种方法来解决污损和生物污损的问题,并防止由生物体形成和沉积有机物质。
以前用于减少膜上污损的方法例如关注于以下策略以防止膜的生物污损:1)共混用于制造膜的亲水或两亲性共聚物,2)膜的表面改性和3)膜材料的本体改性(bulkmodification)。
最近将膜用两亲性梳状聚合物处理,所述聚合物在膜的表面上可逆地形成薄层,从而减少污损。
Konradi等,Macromol.Rapid Commun.2012,33,1663-1676公开了梳状聚合物在表面上的抗生物污损效率。
Kwon等,Desalination and Water Treatment 2010,15,54-61公开了在PEG丙烯酸酯均聚物上的PEG刷以减少膜表面的生物污损。
H.Choi等,Desalination and Water Treatment 2012,15,133-189公开了在浸涂方法中由具有通过自由基聚合获得的苯乙烯-PEG丙烯酸酯梳状共聚物的无水涂料体系涂覆反渗透膜。
Y.-C.Chiang等,Langmuir 2012,28,1399-1407公开了用通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)获得的苯乙烯-PEG甲基丙烯酸酯梳状共聚物浸涂由PVDF制成的膜。
然而,需要改进减少膜上的污损的解决方案。
因此,本发明的目的是提供减少膜污损的方法,其有效减少污损,易于进行并且不需要改变膜本身。
该目的通过用于减少表面O,尤其是膜M的污损的方法来实现,其中将至少一种包含摩尔比为0.05-50的苯乙烯与至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸和聚氧化乙烯的酯E的聚合物P的水溶液S施加于所述膜M。
膜的概念在本领域中通常是已知的。在本申请的上下文中,膜应当理解为能够分离两种流体或者将分子和/或离子组分或颗粒与液体分离的薄半透性结构。膜充当选择性屏障,容许一些颗粒、物质或化学品通过,同时保留其他。
膜M例如可以是微孔(平均孔径小于2nm),中孔(平均孔径2-50nm)或大孔(平均孔径在50nm以上)。就此而言,平均孔径根据DIN 4652:2007-09通过与膜的截留分子量相关而测定。
膜M或膜M的隔离层可由至少一种无机材料如陶瓷或至少一种有机聚合物制成。
无机材料的实例是粘土、硅酸盐、碳化硅、氧化铝、氧化锆或石墨。这类由无机材料制成的膜通常通过施加压力或通过烧结细磨粉末而制备。由无机材料制成的膜可以是包含两个层、三个层或更多个层的复合膜。
在一个实施方案中,由无机材料制成的膜M包含大孔载体层、任选中间层和隔离层。
在一个优选实施方案中,膜M和/或膜M的隔离层包含有机聚合物(下文中称为聚合物)作为主要组分。如果将聚合物以至少50重量%,优选至少60重量%,更优选至少70重量%,甚至更优选至少80重量%,特别优选至少90重量%的量包含在所述膜中或所述膜的隔离层中,则该聚合物应被认为是膜的主要组分。
合适的聚合物的实例是聚亚芳基醚、聚砜、聚醚砜(PES)、聚亚苯基砜(PPSU)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、乙酸纤维素(CA)、二乙酸纤维素、三乙酸纤维素(CTA)、CA-三乙酸酯共混物、纤维素酯、硝酸纤维素、再生纤维素,芳族、芳族/脂族或脂族聚酰胺,芳族、芳族/脂族或脂族聚酰亚胺,聚苯并咪唑(PBI)、聚苯并咪唑酮(PBIL)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)、PAN-聚(氯乙烯)共聚物(PAN-PVC)、PAN-磺酸甲代烯丙酯共聚物、聚(二甲基苯醚)(PPO)、聚碳酸酯、聚酯、聚四氟乙烯PTFE、聚(偏二氟乙烯)(PVDF)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚电解质复合物、聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)PMMA、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS),芳族、芳族/脂族或脂族聚酰亚胺氨基甲酸酯,芳族、芳族/脂族或脂族聚酰胺酰亚胺,交联聚酰亚胺或其混合物。
优选地,膜M包含聚砜、聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、乙酸纤维素(CA)、三乙酸纤维素(CTA)、聚(偏二氟乙烯)(PVDF)或其混合物作为主要组分。
合适的聚醚砜可以例如由BASF SE以商标名获得。
优选的聚亚芳基醚砜(A)包含通式I的单元:

本发明的聚亚芳基醚砜(A)的重均摩尔质量Mw优选为10 000-150000g/mol,特别是15 000-120 000g/mol,特别优选18 000-100 000g/mol,其通过凝胶渗透色谱法在作为溶剂的二甲基乙酰胺中相对于作为标样的窄分布的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯测定。

FO膜通常适于海水、微咸水、污水或淤泥料流的处理。由此将纯水通过FO膜从那些料流中移除成为在具有高渗透压力的膜背面上的所谓驱动液。通常,类似于RO膜的FO型膜通过溶解扩散机理分离液体混合物,其中只有水可以通过膜,而一价离子和较大的组分被拒绝。

通过溶液聚合获得的聚合物P产生的水溶液对于减少膜上污损是非常有效的。在许多情况下,通过溶液聚合获得的聚合物P产生澄清且在室温下不显示任何浊度的水溶液。
在一个较不优选的实施方案中,聚合物P通过乳液聚合制备。
结果非常出乎意料的是,通过乳液聚合获得的聚合物在防止膜上污损方面与通过溶液聚合获得的聚合物相比不太有效。
聚合物P优选是其中苯乙烯和酯E统计学分布的统计共聚物。
本发明的另一方面是具有如上对聚合物P所述的特性的新型聚合物。
为了减少表面O(优选膜M)的污损,将所述表面O,优选膜M用聚合物P的水溶液S处理。所述水溶液S通常基于水溶液S包含0.001-1重量%,优选0.01-0.5重量%,甚至更优选0.05-0.3重量%的聚合物P。

本发明方法易于实施,并且不需要复杂的设备。特别是在含水介质中进行,不需要使用有机溶剂。本发明方法是环境友好的,不涉及令人不愉悦的气味,在毒理学和工作卫生方面没有问题并且实施是经济的。本发明方法仅使用少量的聚合物P。本发明方法可以通过用溶液S洗涤/回洗/冲洗这类过滤模块或体系而容易地应用于复杂的表面结构或过滤模块或过滤体系。本发明方法改变表面O,如膜M的性质,而不会不可逆地改变所述表面O或膜M的性质。
本发明方法利用可以非常经济地和环境友好地制备的聚合物。
本发明方法减少了在恒定跨膜压力下保持高水平渗透性和通量,即膜的有效性所需的回洗和CEB循环的数量。
本发明方法减少了CEB中所需的化学品的量。因此,由于这类化学品的潜在侵蚀性,提高膜的寿命。

实施例11:通过不使用乳化剂的乳液聚合制备共聚物X11(Sty:PEGMA2000=1:1)
实验按照改进的A.Bindindley S.S.Davis,M.C.Davies,J.F.Watts在Journal ofColloid and Interface Science 1995,171,150-161中描述的文献程序进行。在反应器中将5.2重量份的苯乙烯在氮气气氛下在70℃下在880重量份的去离子水中搅拌(300rpm)。在70℃下同时加入216重量份的50重量%的PEGMA2000水溶液和0.5重量份的过硫酸钠,然后将反应介质在70℃下在24小时内进一步搅拌,然后通过水蒸汽蒸馏进行纯化。由SEC测得的Mn为43100g/mol。
实施例11A:通过在甲苯中溶液聚合制备共聚物X11A(Sty:PEGMA2000=1:1)
将300重量份的甲苯,126重量份的冷冻干燥的(冻干的)PEGMA2000和6.3重量份的苯乙烯在氮气下混合并加热至80℃。然后,在75℃下将溶解在15重量份的甲苯中的2.65重量份的2,2'-偶氮双(2-甲基丁腈)(Wako V59,Wako Chemicals GmbH,德国)加入反应器中。将反应混合物在80℃下保持24小时。获得澄清溶液。冷却至室温后,通过在2-甲氧基-2-甲基丙烷(1500mL MTBE)中沉淀而纯化聚合物。在40℃的真空烘箱中干燥过夜后,获得白色粉末。
实施例12:在异丙醇中制备共聚物X12(Sty:PEGMA2000=1:1)
将400.4重量份的异丙醇,200重量份的50重量%的PEGMA2000水溶液和0.025重量份的2,2'-偶氮双(2-甲基丁腈)(Wako V 59,Wako Chemicals GmbH,德国)在氮气下混合并加热至75℃。然后在70℃下在1小时内在反应器中加入溶解在9.6重量份的异丙醇中的0.375重量份的2,2'-偶氮双(2-甲基丁腈)(Wako V 59,Wako Chemicals GmbH,德国)。此外,在接下来的2小时内连续加入在180.7重量份的异丙醇中的5.2重量份的苯乙烯和100重量份的异丙醇中的2重量份的Wako V 59。此后,在6小时内加入100重量份的异丙醇和2重量份的Wako V 59。将总反应混合物在70℃下再保持2小时,然后通过水蒸汽蒸馏进行纯化。由SEC测得的Mn为11300g/mol。干燥后,回收白色粉末。
实施例13:在乙醇中制备共聚物X13(Sty:PEGMA2000=1:1)
将400.4重量份的乙醇,200重量份的50重量%的PEGMA2000水溶液和0.025重量份的2,2'-偶氮双(2-甲基丁腈)(Wako V 59,Wako Chemicals GmbH,德国)在氮气下混合并加热至75℃。然后在70℃下在1小时内在反应器中加入溶解在9.6重量份的乙醇中的0.375重量份的2,2'-偶氮双(2-甲基丁腈)(Wako V 59,Wako Chemicals GmbH,德国)。此外,在接下来的2小时内连续加入在180.7重量份的乙醇中的5.2重量份的苯乙烯和100重量份的乙醇中的2重量份的Wako V 59。此后,在6小时内加入100重量份的乙醇和2重量份的Wako V 59。将总反应混合物在70℃下再保持2小时,然后通过水蒸汽蒸馏进行纯化。由SEC测得的Mn为10500g/mol。干燥后,回收白色粉末。

实施例15:涂覆模型表面和通过QCM-D的污损评估
具有损耗监测的石英晶体微量天平(QCM-D)测量了激发后自由振荡的石英晶体的频率,其与传感器表面的质量变化成反比。Q-Sense E4(Biolin Scientific Holding AB)操作系统的质量灵敏度约为2ng/cm2。使用标准直流法在23℃下以250μL/min的流速进行QCM测量。典型的实验包括以下步骤:1)10mmol/L HEPES缓冲液pH 7(=“缓冲液”)直至达到稳定的基线;2)2h 0.1重量%的聚合物在缓冲液中的溶液;3)2h缓冲液;4)0.5h 0.1重量%的在缓冲液中的奶粉;5)0.5h缓冲液。
通过浸涂(对于PES和PVDF),旋涂(对于PS)或湿化学反应(对于1-十八烷硫醇),在QCM传感器表面上产生模型聚合物层。对于浸涂,将传感器短暂地浸入1%的相应聚合物在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的溶液中,随后使用热枪在200℃下干燥。对于旋涂,将40μL的1%的聚合物在四氢呋喃中的溶液的滴液放置在石英晶体的中心,并通过在4000rpm下旋转30秒而铺展在表面上。PA表面通过化学改性在PES层的顶部上涂覆而获得:首先,将1.5重量%的间苯二胺滴液施加于PES层,然后加入约1mL 0.05重量%的1,3,5-苯三羰基三氯化物;最后用正己烷冲洗表面。通过将金涂覆的石英暴露于1mmol/L硫醇在乙醇中的溶液2小时而制备1-十八烷硫醇层,然后用乙醇(3×5mL)冲洗,随后在氮气料流中干燥。
聚合物在模型表面上的吸附通过将改性石英传感器表面用0.1重量%聚合物在HEPES缓冲液中的溶液平衡直到形成单层(上述步骤2))而进行。然后,用缓冲液冲洗传感器表面,直到得到稳定的质量读数(上述步骤3))。
在将样品暴露于0.1重量%的奶粉在HEPES缓冲液中的溶液中0.5小时期间,监测奶污损。在用缓冲液(上述步骤4)和5))冲洗另外0.5小时后记录最终质量变化。结果列于表1。

实施例16:涂覆中空纤维膜和通过监测纯水渗透性(PWP)的污损评估
基于聚醚砜的包含7个孔/膜的单多孔超滤膜(inge,0.9,膜直径为4mm,孔直径为0.9mm)通过在0.1重量%的聚合物水溶液中浸渍数小时(至少2小时)而用聚合物单层涂覆,然后用水进行充分冲洗以消除过量聚合物。
在空白和聚合物涂覆的单纤维在至少1小时内在0.1重量%的脱脂奶水溶液中浸泡,并然后用水进行充分冲洗之后,评估乳蛋白(获自Merck的脱脂奶粉)的污损。
在空白膜、聚合物涂覆的膜以及在室温下使用0.3-0.4巴的施加的可透膜压的奶污损之后的两种膜类型上测定单个60cm长的中空纤维的纯水渗透性(PWP)。使用以下方程在a)聚合物涂覆后和b)乳蛋白污损后,计算通量恢复率(“FR”):

实施例17:平片商业膜的涂覆和通过监测纯水渗透性(PWP)的污损评估
将基于聚醚砜的商业平片超滤膜UP150、UP050和UP020)在0.1重量%聚合物水溶液中在2小时的浸渍期间用聚合物单层浸涂,然后用水进行充分冲洗,以消除过量聚合物。
在空白和聚合物涂覆的膜在1小时内在0.02重量%的蛋白质水溶液中浸渍,并然后用水进行充分冲洗之后,评估蛋白质的污损。
在平片PESUP150、UP050、UP020膜上的PWP测试在室温下使用10cm直径的商业膜、1巴固定压力和300-600mL纯水在死端池(dead-end cell)中进行。
在膜的聚合物涂覆之后(方程式a),实施例16)),以及乳蛋白污损之后(方程式b),实施例16))计算通量恢复率:

实施例18:中级收敛测试中的小模块的模块涂覆和防污效率
使用3个20厘米长的基于聚醚砜的多孔超滤膜制备过滤模块,所述多孔超滤膜包含7个孔/膜,装配在管中(inge,0.9,膜直径为4mm,孔直径为0.9mm)。通过封装环氧树脂,将中空纤维在管内端部密封。
使用蠕动泵ISMATEC型号ISM444B用稀释的0.1重量%的X2聚合物溶液的涂覆程序包括以下步骤:1)通过60mL/min轴向通量对模块进行纯水冲洗;2)封闭模块的一端,并使纯水在10分钟内运行通过膜孔,测量的轴向通量为50mL/min;3)将模块排空水,并用0.1重量%的X2聚合物水溶液填充,其通过孔以70mL/min的轴向通量冲洗90分钟;4)封闭模块的一端,并且使聚合物溶液以50mL/min的轴向通量在10分钟内运行通过膜孔;4)打开两个模块末端,并用0.1重量%的X2聚合物溶液在30分钟内再次冲洗;5)封闭包含聚合物溶液的模块(两个模块末端都被密封)过夜。
空白和涂覆模块在Convergence Inspector-Model Dialysis/UFR系统(Convergence Industry B.V)中进行40小时的限定污损测试。
使Convergence系统在死端条件下以3kg/h恒定进料用0.01重量%的乳蛋白溶液(即获自Merck的脱脂奶粉)运行。每20秒施加使用纯水的回洗,然后当可透膜压(TMP)达到最大值0.8巴时设定使用30mmol/L氢氧化钠溶液进行化学增强回洗(CEB)。记录涂覆和未涂覆模块的TMP相对于时间的变化。
对于包含空白膜的模块(实施例18.1)和聚合物涂覆的模块(实施例18.2),计算所需CEB总数和总产水量,在表4中给出。

表5中给出的具有不同孔尺寸的超滤平片商业PESUP150、UP050和UP020膜按照实施例17.3中详述的程序用X2聚合物涂覆。
在空白和聚合物涂覆的单纤维在至少1小时内在0.1重量%的脱脂奶在水中的水溶液中浸渍,并然后用水进行充分冲洗之后,评估乳蛋白(获自Merck脱脂奶粉)的污损。在用聚合物涂覆膜之后(方程式a),实施例16),以及乳蛋白污损之后(方程式b),实施例16)计算通量恢复率。结果在表5中给出。

实施例20:由AFM监测的单层形成和分析
敲击模式(tapping mode)
AFM悬臂由外部致动器以接近其第一弯曲共振频率的频率驱动,并在栅格化过程中在表面上扫描。随着悬臂接近表面,产生在纳米尺度上的相互作用力,其抑制悬臂振荡。在测量过程中,通过反馈控制来调节悬臂高度,以保持振荡幅度恒定。这提供了表面的形态图像。
悬臂尖端和样品之间的相互作用力(机械性质和物理化学性质)直接影响致动器的外部激励信号与悬臂响应之间的相移。因此,相位图像直接与材料性质相关,提供了弹性模量、粘弹性和粘附性质的混合信息,并提供了定性材料对比。
对于所有测量,使用来自Olympus的标准AFM Silicon-tips OMCL-AC160TS(k=42N/m,f0=300kHz)。使用具有恒定幅度衰减的敲击模式获得所有图像。对于每个样品,以0.8Hz的扫描速率获得形态和相位图像且以1×1μm2的扫描尺寸和512×512像素的标准分辨率记录。
图1显示了在用聚合物X3吸附涂覆之前(A)和之后(B),在Nadir UP150膜上的相同点的敲击模式AFM材料对比图像。涂覆程序在类似于实施例17.4的平片PESUP150上进行。
使用MFP-3D原子力显微术(AFM)测量图1所示的形态和相移图像。图像清楚地表明,聚合物的薄层被吸附到多孔膜表面。由于膜的单个孔仍然可以辨别,因此该层似乎是均匀的,而且很薄。
胶态探针AFM
通过胶态探针技术进行使用AFM的力测量,其中尖端由微米尺寸的胶态球代替,以改善纳米机械测量中的力灵敏度,并允许相互作用力的定量分析,如Butt等,SurfaceScience Reports,2005,59,1-122所述。通过选择适当化学改性的胶态探针,可以测量特殊相互作用力。
胶态探针测量在MFP-3D AFM软件版本IGOR6.11上进行。为了测量,使用由1)聚苯乙烯,半径为3.3μm(微球),2)二氧化硅,半径为3.2μm(二氧化硅微球),3)氨基官能化,半径为3.1μm(氨基微球)制成的胶态探针。使用获自UHU的2K环氧化物(UHU plus 300)将探针胶合到无尖悬臂(HQ:CSC38型A,来自Fa MikroMasch,k=0.09N/m)。将探针干燥并在室温下硬化24小时。在相对触发模式(最大负荷5nN)的1Hz的变速和0s的停留时间下进行力距离曲线。将Nadir UP150膜样品在胶态探针测量之前在各自的水溶液中浸渍2小时。在涂覆膜的情况下,将样品在0.1重量%的X3聚合物水溶液中储存2小时。在胶态探针测量之前,用水彻底冲洗样品以除去过量的聚合物。
相对空白Nadir UP150膜和涂有聚合物X3的Nadir UP 150在接近时在pH=7.3的1mM NaCl溶液中记录-OH官能化、-NH2官能化和聚苯乙烯胶态探针(直径分别为3.2μm、3.1μm和3.3μm)的力-距离曲线。部分带负电荷的PES膜表面在接近时吸引氨基官能化探针,如在观察到的距表面几纳米距离处的咬合(snap-in)(负或吸引相互作用力)中所证实的。另一方面,在-OH封端以及聚苯乙烯探针的情况下没有观察到吸引相互作用。在用X3聚合物涂覆时,加入立体因素,所有与其化学或部分表面电荷无关的探针在接近时会产生排斥力,其对亲水性探针而言比疏水性探针更显著。
除了在接近时引入立体排斥之外,Sty:PEGMA涂层还降低了粘附性。
相对空白的Nadir UP150膜和用聚合物X3涂覆的Nadir UP150膜,在pH=7.3的1mMNaCl溶液中记录了-NH2官能化和聚苯乙烯胶态探针的粘附的累积分布函数。
表示亲水结构部分的-NH2官能化胶态探针在空白的Nadir UP150膜上的粘附的累积分布函数是非常宽的,范围从几个nN/m到~4.5mN/m,具有可变的斜率。d10~0.1mN/m,d50~0.6mN/m和d90~3mN/m。一旦施加Sty:PEGMA涂层,则该曲线在~0.1mN/m下急剧转移到达到100%的较低粘附。
这意指急剧降低了两个相互作用模式,即表示Nadir UP150膜的均匀官能化以及相互作用或粘附性的大小。用作疏水结构部分的实例的聚苯乙烯探针不太显著地粘附到原本的Nadir UP150膜上,但仍然粘附(在0.5mN/m下达到100%)。此外,在用聚合物X3涂覆Nadir UP150膜之后,聚苯乙烯探针的疏水结构部分的粘附显著降低(在<0.1mN/m下达到100%)。
Claims (23)
1.用于减少表面O污损的方法,其中将至少一种包含摩尔比为0.05:1-50:1的苯乙烯与至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸和聚氧化乙烯的酯E的聚合物P的水溶液S施加于所述表面O,其中所述水溶液S包含至少50重量%的水。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中所述表面O是膜M。
3.根据权利要求1-2的方法,其中所述至少一种酯E的平均摩尔质量Mn为300-10000g/mol。
4.根据权利要求1-3的方法,其中所述至少一种酯E的平均摩尔质量Mn为800-3000g/mol。
5.根据权利要求1-3的方法,其中所述聚合物P的平均摩尔质量Mn为5000-100,000g/mol。
6.根据权利要求1-5的方法,其中所述聚合物P是统计共聚物。
7.根据权利要求1-6的方法,其中所述水溶液S包含0.001-1重量%的聚合物P。
8.根据权利要求1-7的方法,其中所述聚合物P已在溶液聚合中获得。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其中所述聚合物P已在包含基于溶剂为至少50重量%的至少一种醇的溶剂中的溶液聚合中获得。
10.根据权利要求1-9的方法,其中所述聚合物P以1天至24个月的间隔施加于所述表面O。
11.根据权利要求2-10的方法,其中所述膜M是RO、FO、NF、UF或MF膜。
12.根据权利要求1-11的方法,其中所述方法用于处理工业或城市废水、海水、微咸水、河水、地表水或饮用水,使海水或微咸水脱盐、透析、胞浆分离或加工食品和饮料。
13.聚合物,其包含摩尔比为0.3:1-15:1的苯乙烯与至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸和聚氧化乙烯的酯E,其中所述至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸酯和聚氧化乙烯的酯E的平均摩尔质量Mn为1500-10000g/mol。
