本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种美容养颜食品粥及其制备方法,由以下组分的原料组成:薏苡仁16‑25份、怀山药16‑25份、百合3‑8份、茯苓3‑8份、木瓜3‑8份、甜杏仁1.5‑5份、山楂1.5‑5份、淀粉16‑25份、木糖醇3‑8份,本发明通过合理的配方,配制出的即食粥,不仅味道鲜美,而且可以达到很好的美容养颜效果。

本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种美容养颜食品粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,由于生活节奏快,工作压力大,越来越多的人们身体处于亚健康状态,其中的一个表现就是皮肤干燥、粗糙,长痘,色斑等。不少人通过使用化妆品或就医来完成美容养颜的目的,但这两种方法的投入较大,且有使皮肤状况更恶劣的风险。相对来说食物就比较安全。通常认为,食物是为人体提供生长发育和健康生存所需的各种营养素的可食性物质,也就是说,食物最主要的是营养作用。其实不然,中医很早就认识到食物不仅能营养,而且还能疗疾祛病。如近代医家张锡纯在《医学衷中参西录》中曾指出:食物“病人服之,不但疗病,并可充饥”,食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,美容养颜,强壮体魄的目的;很多人喜欢喝粥,但是忽视了食疗达到美容养颜的疗效这一点,所以生产商在制作食品粥时,配方中并没有合理的配取,所以导致食品粥不能很好的发挥它的美容养颜功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,避免食品粥达不到很好的美容效果,而提供了一种美容养颜食品粥及其制备方法,本发明通过合理的配方,配制出的即食粥,不仅味道鲜美,而且可以达到很好的美容养颜效果。
本发明的目的是通过如下措施来实现的:一种美容养颜食品粥,由以下组分的原料组成:薏苡仁16-25份、怀山药16-25份、百合3-8份、茯苓3-8份、木瓜3-8份、甜杏仁1.5-5份、山楂1.5-5份、淀粉16-25份、木糖醇3-8份。
优选的,所述的各组分原料的重量份数如下:薏苡仁18-23份、怀山药18-23份、百合4-6份、茯苓4-6份、木瓜4-6份、甜杏仁2-5份、山楂2-5份、淀粉18-24份、木糖醇4-6份。
优选的,所述的各组分原料的重量份数如下:薏苡仁20份、怀山药20份、百合5份、茯苓5份、木瓜5份、甜杏仁3份、山楂3份、淀粉20份、木糖醇5份。
上述的一种美容养颜食品粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取薏苡仁16-25份、怀山药16-25份、百合3-8份、茯苓3-8份、木瓜3-8份、甜杏仁1.5-5份、山楂1.5-5份、淀粉16-25份、木糖醇3-8份,备用;
(2)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290-310℃,取步骤(1)中备好的薏苡仁、甜杏仁倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒20min-25min,薏苡仁、甜杏仁会散发出焦香味,取出后放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290-310℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒15 min -20min,怀山药表面呈黄色,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;麸皮在本步骤中充当的为加热的介质,
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290-310℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒 20min-25min,取出后放凉,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中备好的百合、茯苓、木瓜、山楂置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中粉碎好的原料与步骤(1)中备好的木糖醇混合均匀,即制备好成品,包装即可。
薏苡仁,味甘、淡,性凉;归脾、胃、肺经,有利水渗透湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结的作用,《本草纲目》:薏苡仁阳明药也,能健脾,益胃。虚则补其母,故肺痿肺痈用之。筋骨之病,以治阳明为本,故拘挛筋急,风痹者用之。土能生水除湿,故泄痢水肿用之。《本草经疏》:性燥能除湿,味甘能入脾补脾,兼淡能渗湿,故主筋急拘挛不可屈伸及风湿痹,除筋骨邪气不仁,利肠胃,消水肿令人能食。《本草新编》:最善利水,不至损耗真阴之气,凡湿盛在下身者,最适用之。
怀山药,滋补健身,延缓衰老,国内外研究证实:山药能促进大脑分泌脱氢表雄酮。服用脱氢表雄酮,可使睡眠改善,心情愉快,充满活力,显得年轻,使人胃口好等,获得健身强体,延缓衰老的效果;山药具有滋补细胞、强化内分泌、补益强壮、增强机体造血功能等作用,可诱生干扰素,改善机体免疫功能,提高抗病能力等,对延缓衰老进程有着重要作用;富含对人体有益的微量元素,具有养血、补脑、益肾、抗衰老功能。
百合,味甘微苦,性平,入心肺经;具有润肺止咳、养阴消热、清心安神之效;主治阴虚久咳,痰中带血,咽痛失音;热病后期,余热未清,或情志不遂,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚,痈肿。
茯苓,俗称云苓、松苓、茯灵,为寄生在松树根上的菌类植物,形状像甘薯,外皮黑褐色,里面白色或粉红色。其原生物为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核,多寄生于马尾松或赤松的根部。产于云南、安徽、湖北、河南、四川等地。古人称茯苓为“四时神药”,因为它功效非常广泛,不分四季,将它与各种药物配伍,不管寒、温、风、湿诸疾,都能发挥其独特功效。茯苓味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。现代医学研究:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用。
木瓜,性温、味酸,入肝、脾经,健脾消食:木瓜中的木瓜蛋白酶,可将脂肪分解为脂肪酸;现代医学发现,木瓜中含有一种酵素,能消化蛋白质,有利于人体对食物进行消化和吸收,故有健脾消食之功。抗疫杀虫:番木瓜碱和木瓜蛋白酶具有抗结核杆菌及寄生虫如绦虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、阿米巴原虫等作用,故可用于杀虫抗痨。通乳抗癌:木瓜中的凝乳酶有通乳作用,番木瓜碱具有抗淋巴性白血病之功,故可用于通乳及治疗淋巴性白血病(血癌)。补充营养,提高抗病能力:木瓜中含有大量水分、碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及多种人体必需的氨基酸,可有效补充人体的养分,增强机体的抗病能力。抗痉挛:木瓜果肉中含有的番木瓜碱具有缓解痉挛疼痛的作用,对腓肠肌痉挛有明显的治疗作用。
甜杏仁,味甘,性平,具有润肠通便的作用,用甜杏仁泡茶喝可以治疗便秘有很好的作用,能促进肌肤微循环,使肌肤红润光泽;有清肺热的功效,能够润肺,养肺,对各种呼吸道疾病引起的咳嗽痰多,气喘有很好的作用。有一定的补肺作用;有丰富的黄酮类和多酚类成分,这种成分不但能够降低人体内胆固醇的含量,还能显著降低心脏病和很多疾病的发病危险。
山楂,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。
淀粉,是一种多糖,当做勾兑粉,可使食品更加粘稠,食用时爽口,且经过炒制,使食品更加醇香。
木糖醇,可当做甜味剂,常温下甜度与蔗糖相当,低温下甜度达到蔗糖的1.2倍,易溶于水,在溶解时吸收大量热,食用时口腔感觉特别清凉,不被口腔内细菌发酵利用,能抑制细菌生长及酸的产生,可防止龋齿,食用木糖醇后血糖值不会上升, 生物稳定性好, 吸湿性好。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是一种具有美容养颜功效的功能食品,选用的主要原料薏苡仁、怀山药、百合、茯苓、木瓜、甜杏仁、山楂为国家卫生部公布的药食同源品种,既能作为食品,又具有确切的药用价值;淀粉是我国常用食品;木糖醇是国家审批的食品添加剂,可完全代替蔗糖使用,本实用粥为即食粥,开水冲泡后即可食用,非常方便,长期引用含有营养食品粥可以改善人们的皮肤,对熬夜皮肤受损起到很好的美容效果。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例1:一种美容养颜食品粥,由以下组分的原料组成:薏苡仁16 Kg、怀山药16Kg、百合3 Kg、茯苓3 Kg、木瓜3 Kg、甜杏仁1.5 Kg、山楂1.5 Kg、淀粉16 Kg、木糖醇3 Kg。
上述的一种美容养颜食品粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取薏苡仁16 Kg、怀山药16 Kg、百合3 Kg、茯苓3 Kg、木瓜3 Kg、甜杏仁1.5 Kg、山楂1.5 Kg、淀粉16 Kg、木糖醇3 Kg,备用;
(2)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290℃,取步骤(1)中备好的薏苡仁、甜杏仁倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒20min,薏苡仁、甜杏仁会散发出焦香味,取出后放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒15min,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒 20min,取出后放凉,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中备好的百合、茯苓、木瓜、山楂置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中粉碎好的原料与步骤(1)中备好的木糖醇混合均匀,即制备好成品,包装即可。

(2)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度310℃,取步骤(1)中备好的薏苡仁、甜杏仁倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒25min,取出后放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度310℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒20min,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度310℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒 25min,取出后放凉,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中备好的百合、茯苓、木瓜、山楂置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中粉碎好的原料与步骤(1)中备好的木糖醇混合均匀,即制备好成品,包装即可。
实施例3:一种美容养颜食品粥,由以下组分的原料组成:薏苡仁18 Kg、怀山药18Kg、百合4 Kg、茯苓4 Kg、木瓜4 Kg、甜杏仁2 Kg、山楂2 Kg、淀粉18 Kg、木糖醇4 Kg。
上述的一种美容养颜食品粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取薏苡仁18 Kg、怀山药18 Kg、百合4 Kg、茯苓4 Kg、木瓜4 Kg、甜杏仁2 Kg、山楂2 Kg、淀粉18 Kg、木糖醇4 Kg,备用;
(2)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度295℃,取步骤(1)中备好的薏苡仁、甜杏仁倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒22min,取出后放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度300℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒17 min,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度295℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒 21min,取出后放凉,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中备好的百合、茯苓、木瓜、山楂置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中粉碎好的原料与步骤(1)中备好的木糖醇混合均匀,即制备好成品,包装即可。
实施例4:一种美容养颜食品粥,由以下组分的原料组成:薏苡仁23 Kg、怀山药23Kg、百合6 Kg、茯苓6 Kg、木瓜6 Kg、甜杏仁5 Kg、山楂5 Kg、淀粉24 Kg、木糖醇6 Kg。

(1)称取薏苡仁23 Kg、怀山药23 Kg、百合6 Kg、茯苓6 Kg、木瓜6 Kg、甜杏仁5 Kg、山楂5 Kg、淀粉24 Kg、木糖醇6 Kg,备用;
(2)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度305℃,取步骤(1)中备好的薏苡仁、甜杏仁倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒24min,取出后放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度305℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒18min,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度305℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒 22min,取出后放凉,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中备好的百合、茯苓、木瓜、山楂置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中粉碎好的原料与步骤(1)中备好的木糖醇混合均匀,即制备好成品,包装即可。

(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度300℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒18min,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度300℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒23min,取出后放凉,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中备好的百合、茯苓、木瓜、山楂置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中粉碎好的原料与步骤(1)中备好的木糖醇混合均匀,即制备好成品,包装即可。

(2)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度300℃,取步骤(1)中备好的薏苡仁、甜杏仁倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒25min,取出后放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度310℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒20min,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒20min,取出后放凉,备用;

(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度310℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒20min,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度300℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒25min,取出后放凉,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中备好的百合、茯苓、木瓜、山楂置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中粉碎好的原料与步骤(1)中备好的木糖醇混合均匀,即制备好成品,包装即可。
下面举例说明食用了本发明中美容养颜食品粥的效果:
张某,女,河南郑州人,43岁,面部分布有黄褐斑,每天有喝粥的习惯,自从得到了本发明中的产品,每天都会冲泡发明中的食品粥,每天冲泡50g的量,连续喝了20天,脸部的斑点有了改善,变淡,继续饮用了1个月,面部斑点消失。
选取面部有明显黄褐斑的志愿者20人,对以上志愿者,建议其每天食用量为60g以上,历时60天,观察60天后的皮肤状况,以黄褐斑面积减少为显效,以黄褐斑颜色变淡为有效,以无明显改善为无效。
经试验表明,上述志愿者中显效人数为12人,有效人数为8人,无效人数为0人。
Claims (4)
1.一种美容养颜食品粥,其特征在于:由以下组分的原料组成:薏苡仁16-25份、怀山药16-25份、百合3-8份、茯苓3-8份、木瓜3-8份、甜杏仁1.5-5份、山楂1.5-5份、淀粉16-25份、木糖醇3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美容养颜食品粥,其特征在于:所述的各组分原料的重量份数如下:薏苡仁18-23份、怀山药18-23份、百合4-6份、茯苓4-6份、木瓜4-6份、甜杏仁2-5份、山楂2-5份、淀粉18-24份、木糖醇4-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种美容养颜食品粥,其特征在于:所述的各组分原料的重量份数如下:薏苡仁20份、怀山药20份、百合5份、茯苓5份、木瓜5份、甜杏仁3份、山楂3份、淀粉20份、木糖醇5份。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的一种美容养颜食品粥及其制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)称取薏苡仁16-25份、怀山药16-25份、百合3-8份、茯苓3-8份、木瓜3-8份、甜杏仁1.5-5份、山楂1.5-5份、淀粉16-25份、木糖醇3-8份,备用;
(2)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290-310℃,取步骤(1)中备好的薏苡仁、甜杏仁倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒20min-25min,取出后放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(3)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290-310℃,撒入怀山药量15%的麸皮,温度控制在300℃,随即投入步骤(1)备好的怀山药迅速翻炒,翻炒15 min -20min,筛去麸皮,放凉,然后置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(4)将铁锅置于火上烧热2 min,温度290-310℃,取步骤(1)中备好的淀粉倒入热锅中,迅速翻炒 20min-25min,取出后放凉,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)中备好的百合、茯苓、木瓜、山楂置入粉碎机中粉碎至能过60目筛,备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中粉碎好的原料与步骤(1)中备好的木糖醇混合均匀,即制备好成品,包装即可。
