技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的传动系。
背景技术
DE 10 2012 006 730A1中已知用于混合动力车辆的传动系,其中传动系具有电机和双离合器装置。双离合器装置具有输入侧,其被分配给传动单元或可连接至传动单元(例如,内燃机)的输出侧。另外,双离合器装置具有第一离合器装置和第二离合器装置,该第一离合器装置被分配给变速器的第一变速器输入轴用于传动单元与该第一变速器输入轴之间的选择性转矩传输,该第二离合器装置被分配给变速器的第二变速器输入轴用于传动单元与该第二变速器输入轴之间的选择性转矩传输。第一离合器装置由此具有与电机相互作用的第一离合器输入侧,而第二离合器装置具有第二离合器输入侧,其中第一离合器输入侧和第二离合器输入侧合并在双离合器装置的公共输入侧中。在已知的双离合器装置中,第一离合器输入侧主要由第一盘形支撑部分形成,而第二离合器输入侧由第二盘形支撑部分形成,该第一盘形支撑部分和该第二盘形支撑部分被布置在公共外部盘形支架上。双离合器装置的输入侧主要由离合器输入轮毂和连接至离合器输入轮毂的呈传动板形式的转矩传输元件形成。为了能够省略昂贵的附加离合器装置(例如呈附加的盘式离合器或类似离合器的形式),在双离合器装置的输入侧中(更确切地说,在离合器输入轮毂与转矩传输元件之间)布置呈传动盘形式的自由轮,使得创建离合器装置,其节省安装空间和重量且简化了至电机的切换或与电机的分离。
已知的传动系已经证明了自身;然而,由于自由轮连接在双离合器装置的输入侧中且因此连接在第一和第二离合器装置二者之前,所以当车辆减速或滚下坡时,传动单元的制动(所谓的发动机制动)是不可能。由于电机的能量回收、由于电池尺寸且还由于电池的充电状态,制动也受到限制。例如,如果电池充满电,那么必须通过机械制动完全产生制动转矩,因为基于电机的能量回收的制动可能不再发生。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是创建一种用于混合动力车辆的传动系,其包括电机和双离合器装置,该双离合器装置具有简单紧凑的结构以及简单的可操作性和低阻力转矩,并且还克服了现有技术的前述提及的缺点。
此问题通过专利权利要求1中列出的特征来解决。本发明的有利实施例是从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明的传动系被认为是用于混合动力车辆,并且具有电机和双离合器装置。双离合器装置具有输入侧,其面向传动单元(例如,内燃机)。必要时,双离合器装置的输入侧特此优选地被设计为输入轮毂,其中转矩传输元件呈传动板形式。另外,双离合器装置具有第一离合器装置和第二离合器装置,该第一离合器装置被分配给变速器的第一变速器输入轴用于传动单元与该第一变速器输入轴之间的选择性转矩传输,该第二离合器装置被分配给变速器的第二变速器输入轴用于传动单元与该第二变速器输入轴之间的选择性转矩传输。在本文列出的双离合器装置的离合器装置中,这优选地是盘式离合器,特别优选的是其中盘在冷却剂和/或润滑介质(例如,油)中运行的湿式运行盘式离合器。还优选的是,双离合器装置的两个离合器装置是可液压致动的。第一离合器装置具有第一离合器输入侧,该第一离合器输入侧例如同样可以由盘形托架形成,而第二离合器装置具有第二离合器输入侧,该第二离合器输入侧同样可以由例如盘形托架形成。第一离合器输入侧由此与电机相互作用,使得例如第一离合器输入侧的旋转移动可以被传输至电机,或反之亦然。该电机本身可以优选地作为发电机或发动机选择性地操作。第一离合器装置的第一离合器输入侧经由自由轮连接至双离合器装置的输入侧。替代地,第一离合器装置的第一离合器输入侧可以经由自由轮连接至第二离合器装置的第二离合器输入侧。当第一离合器装置的第一离合器输入侧经由自由轮连接至双离合器装置的输入侧时,在自由轮在双离合器装置的输入侧与第二离合器装置的第二离合器输入侧之间不起作用时,如果第二离合器装置关闭并且第一离合器装置打开,那么根据本发明的传动系可在减速混合动力车辆或混合动力车辆下坡中时进行前述提及的发动机制动。这相应地适用第二个列出的替代方案,其中第一离合器装置的第一离合器输入侧经由自由轮连接至第二离合器装置的第二离合器输入侧,使得自由轮在离合器装置的输入侧与第二离合器装置的第二离合器输入侧之间相互作用,然而在双离合器装置的输入侧与第一离合器的第一离合器输入侧之间不相互作用,其中在这种情况下,当第一离合器关闭时,在减速混合动力车辆或混合动力车辆下坡时可进行发动机制动。另外,保留了DE 10 2012 006 730A1中已知的传动系的优点,因为实现了简单紧凑的结构、由于省略了昂贵的致动系统而具有简单的可操作性以及低阻力转矩,其中后者可能归因于另一个离合器装置替代自由轮。
在根据本发明的传动系的一个优选实施例中,第一变速器输入轴或第二变速器输入轴被分配给变速器的奇数挡(必要时,分配给倒车挡),而第二变速器输入轴或第一变速器输入轴(因此另一个变速器输入轴)被分配给变速器的偶数挡,必要时,也被分配给倒车挡。在此处标识的可能实施例中,已经证明是特别的优点:第一变速器输入轴被分配给变速器的倒车挡,以便能够经由操作地连接至前进挡以及倒车挡中的一个的电机的第一离合器输入侧纯电动地驱动混合动力车辆,而不需要反转电机的旋转方向。
在根据本发明的传动系的另一个优选实施例中,第一离合器装置和第二离合器装置被布置成同心地或径向地嵌套,因此双离合器装置仅需要低的轴向安装空间。
在前述实施例的一个替代实施例中,第一和第二离合器装置在根据本发明的传动系的有利实施例中被布置成平行地或轴向地交错。通过这种方式,可以减少双离合器装置所需的径向安装空间。
为了减少例如同心或平行双离合器装置的区域中的传动系的轴向安装空间,电机被布置成与双离合器装置的第一和/或第二离合器装置径向地嵌套。
例如,为了减少例如同心或平行双离合器装置的区域中的传动系的径向安装空间要求,根据本发明的传动系的另一个有利实施例中的电机被布置成与第一和/或第二离合器装置轴向地交错,其中在这种情况下也可以讨论电机相对于第一和/或第二离合器装置的平行布置。在此实施例中,另外优选的是,电机沿着轴向方向布置在第一离合器装置与第二离合器装置之间,其中平行双离合器装置在这种情况下是特别优选的。
在根据本发明的传动系的另一个优选实施例中,在双离合器装置的输入侧与传动单元的输出侧之间设置扭振阻尼器,以拦截传动单元侧上的任何转矩冲击,使得这些转矩冲击并未被传递或仅以微弱方式传递至离合器装置或传动系的自由轮。
在根据本发明的传动系的另一个有利实施例中,第二离合器装置的第二离合器输入侧连续地和/或沿着双离合器装置的输入侧的两个相反旋转方向与双离合器装置的输入侧进行旋转驱动连接,使得自由轮仅在双离合器装置的输入侧与第一离合器装置的第一离合器输入侧之间起作用,然而在第二离合器装置的第二输入侧与双离合器装置的输入侧之间不起作用。在此实施例中,另外优选的是,在第二离合器装置的第二离合器输入侧与双离合器装置的输入侧之间没有设置自由轮。
在根据本发明的传动系的另一个有利实施例中,经由双离合器装置的公共轴承(优选地,滚子轴承)在第一离合器装置上施加或可施加第一致动力或在第二离合器装置上施加或可施加第二致动力,该轴承优选地沿着轴向方向被支撑或可支撑在固定壳体上。由此进一步优选的是,第一和第二致动力彼此相对设置和/或第一和第二离合器装置是可液压启动的。
为了能够简单地组装和拆卸传动系,双离合器装置连同输入侧、第一离合器装置、第一离合器输入侧、第二离合器装置和第二离合器输入侧以及自由轮一起形成根据本发明的传动系的另一个优选实施例中的模块,该模块协同地或可协同地连接至电机和变速器(优选地,协同地固定以防出现损耗)。该模块由此优选地可沿着轴向方向插拔地连接或可插拔地连接至一侧的电机和另一侧上的变速器。
在根据本发明的传动系的另一个有利实施例中,前述提及的模块另外具有壳体部分或壳体盖(例如,变速器壳体盖)和布置在双离合器装置的输入侧与壳体部分或盖之间的轴承。本文提及的轴承优选地是滚子轴承,其中特别优选的是,布置在双离合器装置的输入侧与壳体部分或盖之间的轴承形成前述提及的公共轴承,该第一和第二致动力经由该公共轴承被支撑或可支撑在固定壳体(在这种情况下,壳体部分或盖)上。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于混合动力车辆的传动系2的第一实施例。传动系2具有可以作为发电机和发动机二者操作的电机4。另外,传动系2具有双离合器装置6。双离合器装置6具有输入侧8,其被分配给呈内燃机形式的传动单元10。更确切地说,传动单元10的输出侧12与双离合器装置6的输入侧8进行旋转驱动连接,其中旋转驱动连接在这种情况下是经由扭振阻尼器14间接地实行,该扭振阻尼器被布置在双离合器装置6的输入侧8与双传动单元10的输出侧12之间。
双离合器装置6具有第一离合器装置16和第二离合器装置18,这些离合器装置优选地形成为盘式离合器、特别优选为形成为湿式运行盘式离合器。第一离合器装置16具有第一离合器输入侧20和第一离合器输出侧22,其中第一离合器输出侧22与变速器26的第一变速器输入轴24进行旋转驱动连接。因此,第一离合器装置16被分配给变速器26的第一变速器输入轴24,以选择性地执行传动单元10与变速器26的第一变速器输入轴24之间的转矩传输。相应地,第二离合器装置18具有第二离合器输入侧28和第二离合器输出侧30,其中后者与变速器26的第二变速器输入轴32进行旋转驱动连接。因此,第二离合器装置18被分配给变速器26的第二变速器输入轴32使得转矩可选择性地在传动单元10与第二变速器输入轴32之间进行传输。
第一变速器输入轴24被分配给变速器26的奇数挡34,必要时也被分配给倒挡,而第二变速器输入轴32被分配给变速器26的偶数挡36,必要时也被分配给倒车挡。特此优选的是,第一变速器输入轴24也被分配给倒车挡以保证沿着前进和倒退方向纯电动地驱动混合动力车辆,而不需要反转电机4的旋转方向(随后将更详细地描述)。
电机4具有与第一离合器装置16的第一离合器输入侧20相互作用或与其进行旋转驱动连接的输出侧38,其中旋转驱动连接可以例如经由带齿齿轮或牵引传动装置(例如,皮带或链传动装置)来执行。自由轮40被布置在第一离合器装置16的第一离合器输入侧20与双离合器装置6的输入侧8之间,使得第一离合器装置16的第一离合器输入侧20经由自由轮40连接至双离合器装置6的输入侧8。而自由轮40因此在双离合器装置6的输入侧8与第一离合器装置16的第一离合器输入侧20之间起作用,第二离合器装置18的第二离合器输入侧28与双离合器装置6的输入侧8连续地进行旋转驱动连接。第二离合器装置18的第二离合器输入侧28由此沿着双离合器装置6的输入侧8的两个相反旋转方向与双离合器装置6的输入侧8进行旋转驱动连接。因此,具体地在第二离合器装置18的第二离合器输入侧28与双离合器装置6的输入侧8之间没有设置自由轮。
在输出侧上,作为双离合器变速器的变速器26经由另一变速器42与混合动力车辆的车轮44相互作用。
作为根据图1的实施例的替代,第一变速器输入轴24也可能被分配给偶数挡36,而第二变速器输入轴32可能被分配给变速器26的奇数挡34,这在图1中是通过括号中的对应附图标号来指示。在这种情况下,再次优选的是,倒车挡也被分配给第一变速器输入轴24。
图2示出了基本上对应于图1的传动系2的传动系2的第二实施例,使得随后将仅介绍差别;相同的附图标号用于相同或类似部分,且前面的描述通常相应地适用。
从图2中可看出,第二实施例中的第一离合器装置16的第一离合器输入侧20经由自由轮40连接至第二离合器输入侧28,使得第一离合器装置16的第一离合器输入侧20经由自由轮以及第二离合器装置18的第二离合器输入侧28必要时与双离合器装置6的输入侧8进行旋转驱动连接,而第二离合器输入侧28另外与双离合器装置6的输入侧8进行连续旋转驱动连接,而没有中间作用的自由轮40,因为这已经在先前进行了解释。通常,前述实施例相应地适用。

即使图3和4中未示出,如果对双离合器装置6规定较短的轴向安装空间,那么电机4可能替代地被布置成与第一离合器装置16和/或第二离合器装置径向地嵌套。
图5示出了传动系2的第五实施例,其中第五实施例基本上对应于根据图1的实施例,使得随后将仅介绍差别;相同的附图标号用于相同或类似部分,且前面的描述通常相应地适用。
从图5中可看出,在根据图5的实施例中,电机4被布置成与第一离合器装置16成径向嵌套配置。然而,如果径向方向上的可用安装空间被证明太小,那么电机4可以替代地布置成与第一离合器装置16轴向地交错,这在图5中通过以虚线所示的电机4来指示。
图6示出了结合电机4的双离合器装置6的具体实施例变型,其可能在传动系2中使用,其中所示实施例变型基本上对应于根据图2和4的实施例,使得所引用的实施例的前述描述相应地适用,且相同的附图标号用于相同或类似部分。
如图1中可看出,双离合器装置6的输入侧8是由上面旋转固定地安装有盘形托架48(在这种情况下,外部盘形托架48)的输入轮毂46形成,其中盘形托架48形成被设计为径向外部离合器装置的第二离合器装置18的第二离合器输入侧28。另外,盘形托架50(在这种情况下,内部盘形托架50)形成第二离合器输出侧30并且被分配给第二离合器装置18。第一离合器装置16还具有被设计为外部盘形托架的盘形托架52和被设计为内部盘形托架的盘形托架54,其中具有其轮毂56的盘形托架52形成第一离合器装置16的第一离合器输出侧22。两个离合器装置16、18还具有盘形组件58、60。
转矩传输元件62旋转固定地(优选地还可拆卸地)安装在盘形托架48上,其中自由轮40被布置在转矩传输元件62与形成第一离合器输入侧20的盘形托架52的轮毂56之间。电机4的输出侧38也与形成第一离合器输入侧20的盘形托架52进行旋转驱动连接,更确切地说与盘形托架52的轮毂56进行旋转驱动连接,其中这在本情况下是通过例如牵引传动装置64来执行。第二离合器装置18的盘形组件60也可沿着轴向方向支撑在转矩传输元件62上。
致动元件66、68被分配给离合器装置16、18二者或其盘形组件58、60,该致动元件也可以被指定为力传输元件,且相应的盘形组件58、60可以通过力传输元件按压在一起。通过这种方式,第一离合器装置16和第二离合器装置18二者均是可液压致动的,这通过被分配给致动元件66、68的致动活塞而显而易见。通过这种方式,致动元件66可以在第一离合器装置16上施加第一致动力70,而致动元件68可以在第二离合器装置18上施加第二致动力72,其中致动力70、72二者均沿着轴向方向彼此相对设置。

在第二实施例变型中,第一致动力70和第二致动力72也进行相对设置。然而,在第二实施例变型中,第一致动力70还被支撑或可支撑在未更详细地示出的固定壳体的壳体部分/盖76上。更确切地说,致动力70经由形成第一离合器输出侧22的盘形托架54、经由轴向轴承78、经由形成第二离合器输出侧30的盘形托架50、经由另一个轴向轴承80、经由形成双离合器装置6的输入侧8的输入轮毂46以及经由前述提及的轴承74沿着轴向方向被支撑或可支撑在壳体部分/盖76上。
另外,不仅在转矩传输元件62与形成第一离合器输入侧20的盘形托架52的轮毂56之间设置自由轮40,而且反而还提供另一个轴承82,其优选地被设计为滚子轴承。轴承82特此用于在第二离合器装置18上施加第二致动力72期间卸载自由轮40,如果轴承82确保径向方向上的间距在自由轮40的内座圈与外座圈保持大部分相同,那么情况更是如此。后者导致自由轮40或其部件受到较低磨损。
另外,从图7中可看出,第二离合器装置18的盘形组件60不能沿着轴向方向直接支撑在转矩传输元件62上;相反,轴向支撑是经由支撑元件84实行,在该支撑元件上,盘形组件60可轴向支撑在与转矩传输元件62相距一定距离处。这也导致自由轮40的卸载。
另外,从图7中可看出,设置有可旋转中间元件86,其可旋转地固定连接(而又可拆卸地)连接至形成第一离合器输入侧20的盘形托架52、更确切地说连接至其轮毂56。中间元件86由此通过轴承88(在这种情况下,滚子轴承)可旋转地支撑在固定壳体(例如,变速器壳体)上。中间元件86可以被设计为例如与牵引传动装置64相互作用的车轮。另外,与图6相反,电机4或其输出侧38可以与中间元件86直接进行旋转驱动连接。在所示实施例中,例如,在这种情况下通过彼此接合的带齿齿轮来执行转矩的传输。
在根据图6和7的实施例中,双离合器装置6和自由轮40形成模块90,该模块协同地连接或可连接至(优选地协同地固定以防出现损耗、特别优选地可沿着轴向方向插拔地连接至或可插拔地连接至)电机4和变速器26。更确切地说,双离合器装置6连同输入轮毂46、第一离合器装置16、呈盘形托架52形式的第一离合器输入侧20、呈盘形托架54形式的第一离合器输出侧22、第二离合器装置18、呈盘形托架48形式的第二离合器输入侧28、呈盘形托架50和转矩传输元件62的形式的第二离合器输出侧30以及自由轮40一起形成对应的模块90。在这种情况下,另外优选的是,模块90另外具有前述提及的壳体部分/盖76以及被布置在双离合器装置6的输入侧8与壳体部分/盖76之间的轴承74。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的传动系(2),其包括电机(4)和具有被分配给传动单元(10)的输入侧(8)的双离合器装置(6),第一离合器装置(16),其被分配给变速器(26)的第一变速器输入轴(24)用于所述传动单元(10)与所述第一变速器输入轴(24)之间的选择性转矩传输,以及第二离合器装置(18),其被分配给所述变速器(26)的第二变速器输入轴(32)用于所述传动单元(10)与所述第二变速器输入轴(32)之间的选择性转矩传输,其中所述第一离合器装置(16)具有与所述电机(4)相互作用的第一离合器输入侧(20),且所述第二离合器装置(18)具有第二离合器输入侧(28),其特征在于,所述第一离合器装置(16)的所述第一离合器输入侧(20)经由自由轮(40)连接至所述双离合器装置(6)的所述输入侧(8)或连接至所述第二离合器装置(18)的所述第二离合器输入侧(28)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,所述第一变速器输入轴(24)或所述第二变速器输入轴(32)被分配给所述变速器(26)的奇数挡(34),必要时也被分配给倒车挡,而所述第二变速器输入轴(32)或所述第一变速器输入轴(24)被分配给所述变速器(26)的偶数挡(36),必要时也被分配给倒车挡。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,所述第一离合器装置(16)和所述第二离合器装置(18)被布置成同心地或径向嵌套或被布置成平行或轴向地交错。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,所述电机(4)被布置成与所述第一离合器装置(16)和/或所述第二离合器装置(18)径向地嵌套。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,所述电机(4)被布置成与所述第一离合器装置(16)和/或所述第二离合器装置(18)轴向地交错,其中所述电机(4)优选地沿着轴向方向被布置在所述第一离合器装置(16)和所述第二离合器装置(18)之间。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,在所述双离合器装置(6)的所述输入侧(8)与所述传动单元(10)的输出侧(12)之间设置扭振阻尼器(14)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,所述传动单元(10)是内燃机。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,所述第二离合器输入侧(28)连续地和/或沿着所述双离合器装置(6)的所述输入侧(8)的两个相反旋转方向与所述双离合器装置(6)的所述输入侧(8)进行旋转驱动连接,其中优选地,在所述第二离合器输入侧(28)与所述双离合器装置(6)的所述输入侧(8)之间没有设置自由轮。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,施加或可施加在所述第一离合器装置(16)上的第一致动力(70)和施加或可施加在所述第二离合器装置(18)上的第二致动力(72)优选地沿着所述轴向方向、经由所述双离合器装置(6)的公共轴承(74)、必要时经由滚子轴承被支撑或可支撑在固定壳体上,其中所述第一致动力(70)和所述第二致动力(72)特别优选地彼此相对设置和/或所述第一离合器装置(16)和所述第二离合器装置(18)是可液压致动的。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传动系(2),其特征在于,所述双离合器装置(6)连同所述输入侧(8)、所述第一离合器装置(16)、所述第一离合器输入侧(20)、所述第二离合器装置(18)和所述第二离合器输出侧(28)以及所述自由轮(40)一起形成模块(90),所述模块(90)协同地连接或可连接、优选地协同地固定以防出现损耗、特别优选地可沿着所述轴向方向插拔地连接或可插拔地连接至所述电机(4)和所述变速器(26),其中所述模块(90)必要时具有壳体部分或壳体盖(76)和轴承(74),所述轴承(74)被布置在所述双离合器装置(6)的所述输入侧(8)与所述壳体部分或盖(76)之间。
