本发明属于车内饰材料领域,具体涉及一种干法汽车吸音顶棚及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的隔声材料为遵循质量定律通常是选择密实、质量较大的如钢、砖、混凝土结构等金属与无机材料,主要是通过较大的惯性声阻来减少声波的透射。但许多传统的隔声材料比较笨重,加工性能较差,生产成本较高等缺点大大限制了其应用范围。同时,随着现代技术与其它工业如汽车、高速列车、航空航天等的飞速发展,以及人们对生活环境和质量的要求越来越高,对于轻质、易加工成型、隔声性能较好的隔声材料的需求越加强烈。因此,高分子材料因其特殊的长链结构、较高的阻尼损耗因子、易于加工改性、质轻等特点正逐渐成为声学材料领域的研究热点;
使用高分子材料代替传统重质隔声材料作为轻质隔声构件的基体已经成为噪声控制工程的重要组成部分。但相比于大多数金属材料和无机材料,通用高分子材料的模量和面密度较低,其单独作为隔声材料使用时隔声性能较差,因此,须对高分子材料进行必要的结构设计和改性以提高其对声波的阻隔能力;同时,在汽车顶棚材料领域中,为了提高顶棚的韧性和强度,往往在其中加入玻璃纤维,然而玻璃纤维的长度不一,在混合、受到冲击等条件下容易断裂,从而降低了顶棚材料的力学性能;
因此,本发明的目的就是设计一种汽车顶棚,通过多层复合,起到更好的隔音效果,同时,对玻璃纤维进行包覆保护,降低其断裂率,提高成品顶棚材料的力学性能。
发明内容

为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种干法汽车吸音顶棚,它是将顶棚坯板经过后处理成型而成的,所述的顶棚坯板是由5层板结构组成,其中,第一层板是由重量比为2-2.5:1的玻璃纤维、聚乙烯胶粉制成;第二层板是由改性发泡聚苯乙烯制成;第三层板是由玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉制成:第四层板是由改性发泡聚苯乙烯制成;第五层板是由重量比为2-2.5:1的玻璃纤维、聚乙烯胶粉制成;
所述的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯胶粉60-80、玻璃纤维70-90、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3-5、蓖麻油酸1-2、钙沸石10-20、正硅酸乙酯60-70、活化剂0.01-0.02、天然橡胶13-20、偶氮二异丁腈0.4-0.5、巴西棕榈蜡5-7、硫磺0.1-0.2;
所述的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取钙沸石,送入到0.3-1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2-3小时,出料,水洗,常温干燥,得预处理石粉;
(2)取巴西棕榈蜡,加入到其重量30-40倍的无水乙醇中,升高温度为70-75℃,搅拌溶解,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,搅拌至常温,得氨基醇溶液;
(3)取正硅酸乙酯,加入到其重量60-70倍的去离子水中,加入椰油酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌均匀,加入玻璃纤维,滴加氨水,调节pH为11-12,常温搅拌2-3小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,在130-140℃下干燥1-2小时,与上述预处理石粉混合,加入到上述氨基醇溶液中,在50-60℃下保温搅拌2-3小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得氨基改性包覆纤维;
(4)取蓖麻油酸、天然橡胶混合,送入到混炼机中,经混炼后压成生料片,然后将生料片送入到硫化机中,加入偶氮二异丁腈、硫磺混合,经过硫化出料,磨成细粉,得油酸化橡胶粉;
(5)取油酸化橡胶粉,与活化剂混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的去离子水中,送入到50-60℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌10-20分钟,加入上述氨基改性包覆纤维,继续搅拌2-3小时,出料,过滤,将沉淀送入到烘箱中,70-75℃下干燥30-40分钟,得包覆纤维改性胶粉;
(6)取上述包覆纤维改性胶粉,与聚乙烯胶粉混合,升高温度为90-95℃,加入过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌30-40分钟,冷却,即得所述玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉。
所述的活化剂为1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐。
所述氨水的浓度为10-14%。
所述蓖麻油酸、天然橡胶在混炼机中的混炼温度为75-90℃,混炼时间为3-10分钟。
所述的改性发泡聚苯乙烯是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
苯乙烯120-140、过硫酸铵6-7、ac发泡剂10-13、均苯四甲酸二酐6-8、氧化聚乙烯蜡10-12、乙基纤维素4-7、正硅酸乙酯13-20、二甲胺4-5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8-2、溶剂30-40、16-20%的氨水5-7;
所述的溶剂为质量比为5-7:1-2的异丙醇、二甲基甲酰胺混合组成的;
所述的改性发泡聚苯乙烯的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取乙基纤维素、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合,加入到混合料重量30-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得纤维分散液;
(2)取正硅酸乙酯,加入到上述纤维分散液中,搅拌均匀,滴加上述16-20%的氨水,滴加完毕后搅拌反应3-5小时,加入溶剂,升高温度为65-70℃,保温搅拌100-110分钟,加入二甲胺,继续搅拌1-2小时,蒸馏,除去异丙醇,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空100-120℃下干燥30-40分钟,得氨基化微孔溶胶;
(3)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量25-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(4)取苯乙烯、均苯四甲酸二酐混合,加入到混合料重量17-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65-70℃,滴加上述过硫酸铵水溶液,滴加完毕后保温搅拌4-5小时,酸掺杂聚苯乙烯溶液;

一种干法汽车吸音顶棚的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备母粒:将上述各层板材的配料分别送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出后造粒,得到第一层板母粒、第二层板母粒、第三层板母粒、第四层板母粒、第五层板母粒;
(2)制备顶棚坯板:将所述的第一层板母粒、第二层板母粒、第三层板母粒、第四层板母粒、第五层板母粒分别投入到挤出装置的5台挤出机中,熔融塑化后,使5股熔体在分配器中叠合,经过倍增器的切割和叠合后,从出口模流出,再经过压延机的压制成型,即得顶棚坯板;
(3)烘箱加热:采用自动抓料机械手和自动送料线将顶棚坯板、面层一起送进烘箱烘烤,烘箱内部温度设定在220±10℃,烘烤时间110±3S,顶棚坯板刚出烘箱后表面温度为180±10℃,然后再送入到面料加热器中,温度设定为220±10℃,加热时间20-22S;
(4)模压成型:模具接冷却水,冷却水温度7-15℃,压机压力设定为70±10Kgf/cm2,合模保压时间30S,开模后自动线将半成品从模具内送出放置器具上面;
(5)机器人水切割:将成型后半成品固定在水切割胎具上面,采用定位销进行定位,再真空吸附固定,机器人切割水压设定300-380mpa,水切割结束后清理残留在顶棚上的废料。
所述的面层为针织面料、海绵、无纺布混合组成,其中针织面料克重160-170g/m2,海绵密度30-35kg/m3,无纺布克重35-40g/m2
所述的乙基纤维素的取代度为2.3-2.5。
本发明的优点:
本发明加入的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉:其是通过氨基硅烷处理巴西棕榈蜡,然后采用正硅酸乙酯水解,沉积到玻璃纤维表面,然后与氨基硅烷的处理巴西棕榈蜡混合,增强了硅溶胶与玻璃纤维之间的粘结强度,提高了溶胶对玻纤的包覆效果,然后采用蓖麻油酸处理天然橡胶,将得到的油酸化橡胶粉通过活化剂1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐处理,提高了羧基的反应活性,然后再与氨基改性包覆纤维混合,通过羧基与氨基的反应,实现了包覆纤维改性胶粉、橡胶粉的稳定性复合,最后再与聚乙烯胶粉混合,通过过氧化苯甲酰的交联作用,提高了成品玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉的稳定性强度和力学性能,本发明采用硅溶胶、石粉混合包覆玻璃纤维,采用增粘结提高对玻纤的包覆效果,对玻璃纤维起到了很好的保护效果,防止玻璃纤维在受到冲击等情况出现断裂等现象,提高了成品玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉的综合性能;
本发明加入的改性发泡聚苯乙烯:通过正硅酸乙酯水解,形成溶胶包覆乙基纤维素,然后将包覆料分散到溶剂中,将乙基纤维素溶解除去,得到中空的溶胶材料,并通过二甲胺处理,得到氨基化微孔溶胶,然后采用均苯四甲酸二酐处理苯乙烯,在引发剂作用下聚合,将得到的酸掺杂聚苯乙烯溶液与氨基化微孔溶胶共混反应,得到了具有中空结构的稳定的聚苯乙烯,然后再将该聚苯乙烯材料进行发泡,充分扩大了聚苯乙烯材料的微孔结构,起到了更好的吸音隔音的效果;
本发明在改性发泡聚苯乙烯的制备过程中加入了氧化聚乙烯蜡,其参与到聚苯乙烯的发泡,有效的提高了成品材料的黏度,提高了与各层板材直接的粘结强度,提高了成品板材的稳定性强度;
本发明用于降低干法顶棚的重量达到产品轻量化,又能提高顶棚自身的NVH吸音性能;本发明主要是更改PU复合板材料配方成份,取消PE胶膜,将传统的6层结构组成更改成5层结构,组成玻纤和胶粉用量减少,减少声音穿透流阻,声音就可以大量入射到材料内部被吸收,起到更好的吸音降噪功效。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种干法汽车吸音顶棚,它是将顶棚坯板经过后处理成型而成的,所述的顶棚坯板是由5层板结构组成,其中,第一层板是由重量比为2.5:1的玻璃纤维、聚乙烯胶粉制成;第二层板是由改性发泡聚苯乙烯制成;第三层板是由玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉制成:第四层板是由改性发泡聚苯乙烯制成;第五层板是由重量比为2.5:1的玻璃纤维、聚乙烯胶粉制成;
所述的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯胶粉80、玻璃纤维90、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷5、蓖麻油酸2、钙沸石20、正硅酸乙酯70、活化剂0.02、天然橡胶20、偶氮二异丁腈0.5、巴西棕榈蜡7、硫磺0.2;
所述的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取钙沸石,送入到1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡3小时,出料,水洗,常温干燥,得预处理石粉;
(2)取巴西棕榈蜡,加入到其重量40倍的无水乙醇中,升高温度为70-75℃,搅拌溶解,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,搅拌至常温,得氨基醇溶液;
(3)取正硅酸乙酯,加入到其重量70倍的去离子水中,加入椰油酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌均匀,加入玻璃纤维,滴加氨水,调节pH为12,常温搅拌3小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,在140℃下干燥2小时,与上述预处理石粉混合,加入到上述氨基醇溶液中,在60℃下保温搅拌3小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得氨基改性包覆纤维;
(4)取蓖麻油酸、天然橡胶混合,送入到混炼机中,经混炼后压成生料片,然后将生料片送入到硫化机中,加入偶氮二异丁腈、硫磺混合,经过硫化出料,磨成细粉,得油酸化橡胶粉;
(5)取油酸化橡胶粉,与活化剂混合,加入到混合料重量30倍的去离子水中,送入到60℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌20分钟,加入上述氨基改性包覆纤维,继续搅拌3小时,出料,过滤,将沉淀送入到烘箱中,75℃下干燥40分钟,得包覆纤维改性胶粉;
(6)取上述包覆纤维改性胶粉,与聚乙烯胶粉混合,升高温度为95℃,加入过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌40分钟,冷却,即得所述玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉。
所述的活化剂为1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐。
所述氨水的浓度为14%。
所述蓖麻油酸、天然橡胶在混炼机中的混炼温度为90℃,混炼时间为10分钟。
所述的改性发泡聚苯乙烯是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
苯乙烯140、过硫酸铵7、ac发泡剂13、均苯四甲酸二酐8、氧化聚乙烯蜡12、乙基纤维素7、正硅酸乙酯20、二甲胺5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2、溶剂40、20%的氨水7;
所述的溶剂为质量比为7:2的异丙醇、二甲基甲酰胺混合组成的;
所述的改性发泡聚苯乙烯的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取乙基纤维素、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合,加入到混合料重量40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得纤维分散液;
(2)取正硅酸乙酯,加入到上述纤维分散液中,搅拌均匀,滴加上述20%的氨水,滴加完毕后搅拌反应5小时,加入溶剂,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌110分钟,加入二甲胺,继续搅拌2小时,蒸馏,除去异丙醇,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空120℃下干燥40分钟,得氨基化微孔溶胶;
(3)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(4)取苯乙烯、均苯四甲酸二酐混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为70℃,滴加上述过硫酸铵水溶液,滴加完毕后保温搅拌5小时,酸掺杂聚苯乙烯溶液;
(5)取上述氨基化微孔溶胶,加入到酸掺杂聚苯乙烯溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡,升高温度为90℃,保温搅拌2小时,送入到烘箱中,干燥,出料,与ac发泡剂混合,送入到发泡机中,在0.3Mpa、140℃下蒸汽加热2小时,出料,室温冷却,即得所述改性发泡聚苯乙烯。
一种干法汽车吸音顶棚的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备母粒:将上述各层板材的配料分别送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出后造粒,得到第一层板母粒、第二层板母粒、第三层板母粒、第四层板母粒、第五层板母粒;
(2)制备顶棚坯板:将所述的第一层板母粒、第二层板母粒、第三层板母粒、第四层板母粒、第五层板母粒分别投入到挤出装置的5台挤出机中,熔融塑化后,使5股熔体在分配器中叠合,经过倍增器的切割和叠合后,从出口模流出,再经过压延机的压制成型,即得顶棚坯板;
(3)烘箱加热:采用自动抓料机械手和自动送料线将顶棚坯板、面层一起送进烘箱烘烤,烘箱内部温度设定在210℃,烘烤时间110S,顶棚坯板刚出烘箱后表面温度为170℃,然后再送入到面料加热器中,温度设定为210℃,加热时间20S;
(4)模压成型:模具接冷却水,冷却水温度15℃,压机压力设定为60Kgf/cm2,合模保压时间30S,开模后自动线将半成品从模具内送出放置器具上面;
(5)机器人水切割:将成型后半成品固定在水切割胎具上面,采用定位销进行定位,再真空吸附固定,机器人切割水压设定380mpa,水切割结束后清理残留在顶棚上的废料。
所述的面层为针织面料、海绵、无纺布混合组成,其中针织面料克重170g/m2,海绵密度35kg/m3,无纺布克重40g/m2
所述的乙基纤维素的取代度为2.5。
实施例2
一种干法汽车吸音顶棚,它是将顶棚坯板经过后处理成型而成的,所述的顶棚坯板是由5层板结构组成,其中,第一层板是由重量比为2:1的玻璃纤维、聚乙烯胶粉制成;第二层板是由改性发泡聚苯乙烯制成;第三层板是由玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉制成:第四层板是由改性发泡聚苯乙烯制成;第五层板是由重量比为2:1的玻璃纤维、聚乙烯胶粉制成;
所述的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯胶粉60、玻璃纤维70、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3、蓖麻油酸1、钙沸石10、正硅酸乙酯60、活化剂0.01、天然橡胶13、偶氮二异丁腈0.4、巴西棕榈蜡5、硫磺0.1;
所述的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取钙沸石,送入到0.3mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2小时,出料,水洗,常温干燥,得预处理石粉;
(2)取巴西棕榈蜡,加入到其重量30倍的无水乙醇中,升高温度为70℃,搅拌溶解,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,搅拌至常温,得氨基醇溶液;
(3)取正硅酸乙酯,加入到其重量60倍的去离子水中,加入椰油酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌均匀,加入玻璃纤维,滴加氨水,调节pH为11,常温搅拌2小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,在130℃下干燥1小时,与上述预处理石粉混合,加入到上述氨基醇溶液中,在50℃下保温搅拌2小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得氨基改性包覆纤维;
(4)取蓖麻油酸、天然橡胶混合,送入到混炼机中,经混炼后压成生料片,然后将生料片送入到硫化机中,加入偶氮二异丁腈、硫磺混合,经过硫化出料,磨成细粉,得油酸化橡胶粉;
(5)取油酸化橡胶粉,与活化剂混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,送入到50℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌10分钟,加入上述氨基改性包覆纤维,继续搅拌2小时,出料,过滤,将沉淀送入到烘箱中,70℃下干燥30分钟,得包覆纤维改性胶粉;
(6)取上述包覆纤维改性胶粉,与聚乙烯胶粉混合,升高温度为90℃,加入过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌30分钟,冷却,即得所述玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉。
所述的活化剂为1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐。
所述氨水的浓度为10%。
所述蓖麻油酸、天然橡胶在混炼机中的混炼温度为75℃,混炼时间为3分钟。

所述的改性发泡聚苯乙烯的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取乙基纤维素、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合,加入到混合料重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得纤维分散液;
(2)取正硅酸乙酯,加入到上述纤维分散液中,搅拌均匀,滴加上述16%的氨水,滴加完毕后搅拌反应3小时,加入溶剂,升高温度为65℃,保温搅拌100分钟,加入二甲胺,继续搅拌1小时,蒸馏,除去异丙醇,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空100℃下干燥30分钟,得氨基化微孔溶胶;
(3)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量25倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(4)取苯乙烯、均苯四甲酸二酐混合,加入到混合料重量17倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65℃,滴加上述过硫酸铵水溶液,滴加完毕后保温搅拌4-5小时,酸掺杂聚苯乙烯溶液;
(5)取上述氨基化微孔溶胶,加入到酸掺杂聚苯乙烯溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡,升高温度为85℃,保温搅拌1小时,送入到烘箱中,干燥,出料,与ac发泡剂混合,送入到发泡机中,在0.25Mpa、130℃下蒸汽加热1小时,出料,室温冷却,即得所述改性发泡聚苯乙烯。
一种干法汽车吸音顶棚的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备母粒:将上述各层板材的配料分别送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出后造粒,得到第一层板母粒、第二层板母粒、第三层板母粒、第四层板母粒、第五层板母粒;

(4)模压成型:模具接冷却水,冷却水温度7℃,压机压力设定为80Kgf/cm2,合模保压时间30S,开模后自动线将半成品从模具内送出放置器具上面;
(5)机器人水切割:将成型后半成品固定在水切割胎具上面,采用定位销进行定位,再真空吸附固定,机器人切割水压设定300mpa,水切割结束后清理残留在顶棚上的废料。
所述的面层为针织面料、海绵、无纺布混合组成,其中针织面料克重160g/m2,海绵密度30kg/m3,无纺布克重35g/m2

Claims (7)

1.一种干法汽车吸音顶棚,其特征在于,它是将顶棚坯板经过后处理成型而成的,所述的顶棚坯板是由5层板结构组成,其中,第一层板是由重量比为2-2.5:1的玻璃纤维、聚乙烯胶粉制成;第二层板是由改性发泡聚苯乙烯制成;第三层板是由玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉制成:第四层板是由改性发泡聚苯乙烯制成;第五层板是由重量比为2-2.5:1的玻璃纤维、聚乙烯胶粉制成;
所述的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯胶粉60-80、玻璃纤维70-90、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3-5、蓖麻油酸1-2、钙沸石10-20、正硅酸乙酯60-70、活化剂0.01-0.02、天然橡胶13-20、偶氮二异丁腈0.4-0.5、巴西棕榈蜡5-7、硫磺0.1-0.2;
所述的玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取钙沸石,送入到0.3-1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2-3小时,出料,水洗,常温干燥,得预处理石粉;
(2)取巴西棕榈蜡,加入到其重量30-40倍的无水乙醇中,升高温度为70-75℃,搅拌溶解,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,搅拌至常温,得氨基醇溶液;
(3)取正硅酸乙酯,加入到其重量60-70倍的去离子水中,加入椰油酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌均匀,加入玻璃纤维,滴加氨水,调节pH为11-12,常温搅拌2-3小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,在130-140℃下干燥1-2小时,与上述预处理石粉混合,加入到上述氨基醇溶液中,在50-60℃下保温搅拌2-3小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得氨基改性包覆纤维;
(4)取蓖麻油酸、天然橡胶混合,送入到混炼机中,经混炼后压成生料片,然后将生料片送入到硫化机中,加入偶氮二异丁腈、硫磺混合,经过硫化出料,磨成细粉,得油酸化橡胶粉;
(5)取油酸化橡胶粉,与活化剂混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的去离子水中,送入到50-60℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌10-20分钟,加入上述氨基改性包覆纤维,继续搅拌2-3小时,出料,过滤,将沉淀送入到烘箱中,70-75℃下干燥30-40分钟,得包覆纤维改性胶粉;
(6)取上述包覆纤维改性胶粉,与聚乙烯胶粉混合,升高温度为90-95℃,加入过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌30-40分钟,冷却,即得所述玻纤改性的聚乙烯胶粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法汽车吸音顶棚,其特征在于,所述的活化剂为1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法汽车吸音顶棚,其特征在于,所述氨水的浓度为10-14%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法汽车吸音顶棚,其特征在于,所述蓖麻油酸、天然橡胶在混炼机中的混炼温度为75-90℃,混炼时间为3-10分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法汽车吸音顶棚,其特征在于,所述的改性发泡聚苯乙烯是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
苯乙烯120-140、过硫酸铵6-7、ac发泡剂10-13、均苯四甲酸二酐6-8、氧化聚乙烯蜡10-12、乙基纤维素4-7、正硅酸乙酯13-20、二甲胺4-5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8-2、溶剂30-40、16-20%的氨水5-7;
所述的溶剂为质量比为5-7:1-2的异丙醇、二甲基甲酰胺混合组成的;
所述的改性发泡聚苯乙烯的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取乙基纤维素、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合,加入到混合料重量30-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得纤维分散液;
(2)取正硅酸乙酯,加入到上述纤维分散液中,搅拌均匀,滴加上述16-20%的氨水,滴加完毕后搅拌反应3-5小时,加入溶剂,升高温度为65-70℃,保温搅拌100-110分钟,加入二甲胺,继续搅拌1-2小时,蒸馏,除去异丙醇,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空100-120℃下干燥30-40分钟,得氨基化微孔溶胶;
(3)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量25-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(4)取苯乙烯、均苯四甲酸二酐混合,加入到混合料重量17-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65-70℃,滴加上述过硫酸铵水溶液,滴加完毕后保温搅拌4-5小时,酸掺杂聚苯乙烯溶液;
(5)取上述氨基化微孔溶胶,加入到酸掺杂聚苯乙烯溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡,升高温度为85-90℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,送入到烘箱中,干燥,出料,与ac发泡剂混合,送入到发泡机中,在0.25-0.3Mpa、130-140℃下蒸汽加热1-2小时,出料,室温冷却,即得所述改性发泡聚苯乙烯;
所述的乙基纤维素的取代度为2.3-2.5。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的干法汽车吸音顶棚的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
