Abstract

本发明公开了一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子‑硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板,该发泡保温板将成本低廉的废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料进行改性处理,得到具有良好力学性能和高热稳定性再生EPS粒子,并利用纳米碳溶胶、EVA乳液改性的乳化石蜡对其进行表面包覆处理,有效的提高了再生EPS粒子与水泥浆料的界面结合强度,附着力更强,进一步促进了水泥浆料的水合作用,提高胶料内部结构均匀程度,降低内部应力,其与硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、陶瓷纤维绒、膨胀蛭石粉、碳酸锆铵等原料协同作用,经过发泡后制得了高抗裂、抗水、保温、抗冲击、阻燃耐火的复合板材,产品经济实用,耐用环保,生产过程简单高效,应用前景良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泥发泡保温板技术领域,尤其涉及一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子-硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板及其制备方法。
背景技术
在建筑外面建立外墙保温系统是建筑行业节能减排的一个重要举措,同时建立外墙保温系统可以避免产生热桥;还能根据季节变化调节室内温度,避免室内外温差对墙体造成损害,影响使用安全及寿命。现在市面上的外墙保温材料基本为:酚醛、岩棉板、玻璃棉板、聚苯板、挤塑板、超薄真空绝热板等等。其中,岩棉、玻化微珠的成本较高,而酚醛、聚苯板、挤塑板等防火性能严重不足,安全隐患多,因此对比看来水泥发泡保温板具有更为优良的综合性能,更适用于作为建筑外墙保温材料。
水泥发泡保温板是以水泥、粉煤灰、矿渣、硅灰等原料经化学发泡剂发泡而成,原料的选取及工艺将直接影响到产品的性能,目前市场上的水泥发泡材料质量参差不齐,在粘结强度、耐水性、耐老化性等方面存在不足。《复合EPS颗粒发泡水泥发泡保温板的研究》一文将硅酸盐水泥与改性EPS颗粒混合发泡,制成了一种无机/有机复合保温材料,具有良好的保温、耐水、阻燃效果,然而EPS颗粒刚性较高,易脆易裂,热膨胀系数较大,容易变形开裂,直接影响复合板材的使用性能,因此需要对其进一步改性,以提高其使用性能。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子-硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子-硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板,该发泡保温板由以下重量份的原料制成:硅酸盐水泥40-50、粉煤灰15-20、陶瓷纤维绒5-10、200-500目膨胀蛭石粉12-15、碳酸锆铵1-2、聚酰胺蜡2-3、固含量为20-30%的纳米碳溶胶2-3、EVA乳液1-2、石蜡1-2、再生EPS粒子30-40、十二烷基磺酸钠0.1-0.2、浓度为20-25%的双氧水5-6、水适量。
所述的再生EPS粒子由以下重量份的原料制成:废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料粒子20-30、硅烷偶联剂0.5-1、TPE热塑性弹性体5-8、400-600目磷酸锆钠陶瓷粉体8-10、氮气4-5;制备方法为:将废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料粒子、硅烷偶联剂、TPE热塑性弹性体、磷酸锆钠陶瓷粉体送入喂料系统中混合均匀,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合,并注入氮气进行发泡处理,最后熔体经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒筛分,粒度控制在≤1mm,即得。
所述的一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子-硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板的制备方法为:
(1)取10-15重量份的水,加入十二烷基磺酸钠,搅拌至其完全溶解后加入纳米碳溶胶、EVA乳液,超声分散20-30min后所得混合溶液备用;
(2)将石蜡加热至熔融状态,缓慢加入步骤(1)制备的溶液,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后高速搅拌混合2-3h,得乳化石蜡液,随后将配制的乳化石蜡液均匀喷涂到再生EPS粒子表面,喷涂完毕后用40-50℃热风干燥处理20-30min,得乳化石蜡包覆改性的再生EPS粒子备用;
(2)将硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、陶瓷纤维绒、膨胀蛭石粉、碳酸锆铵、聚酰胺蜡依次投入高速混料机中,加入适量的水,高速搅拌混合5-6min后投入步骤(1)制备的乳化石蜡包覆改性的再生EPS粒子,继续搅拌混合4-5min,最后再加入双氧水,快速搅拌混合4-5s后将混合浆料浇注入模成型,经发泡静停、养护、脱模后即得所述发泡保温板。

具体实施方式
一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板,该发泡保温板由以下重量份的原料制成:硅酸盐水泥40、粉煤灰15、陶瓷纤维绒5、200目膨胀蛭石粉12、碳酸锆铵1、聚酰胺蜡2、固含量为20%的纳米碳溶胶2、EVA乳液1、石蜡1、再生EPS粒子30、十二烷基磺酸钠0.1、浓度为20%的双氧水5、水适量。
其中再生EPS粒子由以下重量份的原料制成:废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料粒子20、硅烷偶联剂0.5、TPE热塑性弹性体5、400目磷酸锆钠陶瓷粉体8、氮气4;制备方法为:将废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料粒子、硅烷偶联剂、TPE热塑性弹性体、磷酸锆钠陶瓷粉体送入喂料系统中混合均匀,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合,并注入氮气进行发泡处理,最后熔体经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒筛分,粒度控制在≤1mm,即得。
该复合发泡保温板的制备方法为:
(1)取10重量份的水,加入十二烷基磺酸钠,搅拌至其完全溶解后加入纳米碳溶胶、EVA乳液,超声分散20min后所得混合溶液备用;
(2)将石蜡加热至熔融状态,缓慢加入步骤(1)制备的溶液,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后高速搅拌混合2h,得乳化石蜡液,随后将配制的乳化石蜡液均匀喷涂到再生EPS粒子表面,喷涂完毕后用40℃热风干燥处理20min,得乳化石蜡包覆改性的再生EPS粒子备用;
(2)将硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、陶瓷纤维绒、膨胀蛭石粉、碳酸锆铵、聚酰胺蜡依次投入高速混料机中,加入适量的水,高速搅拌混合5min后投入步骤(1)制备的乳化石蜡包覆改性的再生EPS粒子,继续搅拌混合4min,最后再加入双氧水,快速搅拌混合4s后将混合浆料浇注入模成型,经发泡静停、养护、脱模后即得所述发泡保温板。
制得的保温板根据相关标准进行性能测试,测试结果为:
密度:218.5kg/m3;导热系数:0.028W/(m2.k);抗压强度:1.42MPa;吸水率:2.84%;阻燃等级:A。

Claims (3)

1.一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子-硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板,其特征在于,该发泡保温板由以下重量份的原料制成:硅酸盐水泥40-50、粉煤灰15-20、陶瓷纤维绒5-10、200-500目膨胀蛭石粉12-15、碳酸锆铵1-2、聚酰胺蜡2-3、固含量为20-30%的纳米碳溶胶2-3、EVA乳液1-2、石蜡1-2、再生EPS粒子30-40、十二烷基磺酸钠0.1-0.2、浓度为20-25%的双氧水5-6、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子-硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板,其特征在于,所述的再生EPS粒子由以下重量份的原料制成:废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料粒子20-30、硅烷偶联剂0.5-1、TPE热塑性弹性体5-8、400-600目磷酸锆钠陶瓷粉体8-10、氮气4-5;制备方法为:将废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料粒子、硅烷偶联剂、TPE热塑性弹性体、磷酸锆钠陶瓷粉体送入喂料系统中混合均匀,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合,并注入氮气进行发泡处理,最后熔体经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒筛分,粒度控制在≤1mm,即得。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种乳化石蜡包覆改性再生EPS粒子-硅酸盐水泥复合发泡保温板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法为:
(1)取10-15重量份的水,加入十二烷基磺酸钠,搅拌至其完全溶解后加入纳米碳溶胶、EVA乳液,超声分散20-30min后所得混合溶液备用;
(2)将石蜡加热至熔融状态,缓慢加入步骤(1)制备的溶液,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后高速搅拌混合2-3h,得乳化石蜡液,随后将配制的乳化石蜡液均匀喷涂到再生EPS粒子表面,喷涂完毕后用40-50℃热风干燥处理20-30min,得乳化石蜡包覆改性的再生EPS粒子备用;
(2)将硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、陶瓷纤维绒、膨胀蛭石粉、碳酸锆铵、聚酰胺蜡依次投入高速混料机中,加入适量的水,高速搅拌混合5-6min后投入步骤(1)制备的乳化石蜡包覆改性的再生EPS粒子,继续搅拌混合4-5min,最后再加入双氧水,快速搅拌混合4-5s后将混合浆料浇注入模成型,经发泡静停、养护、脱模后即得所述发泡保温板。
