本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料。
背景技术
随着人们消费水平的提高,动物玩具已成为青少年消费者玩具中的一个必须品。市场上的动物造型玩具也是充斥着消费者的眼球,高度仿真型的动物玩具受到许多年轻人的喜爱。动物玩具表面面料一般为珍珠绒面料,手感舒适,但是不能满足高度仿真的需求。
静电植绒是在高压静电场中将电着处理好的短纤维定向植于涂有胶粘剂的基材表面,再经预烘、焙烘等过程制备而得。静电植绒作为表面加工技术,有其独特的优越性,可以在织物、纸张、塑料、橡胶、木材、玻璃、金属和陶瓷等各种立体和非立体的基材上植绒,已广泛用于汽车、文具、包装业、装潢、仪器和仪表等众多行业,并具有耐磨、滑润、密封、隔音、隔热、防烫、防腐和防污等功能,既美观又实用。
目前市场上的植绒多采用化学纤维制得,产品单一,手感较差,不具有天然裘皮的光滑、细腻、高档手感,难以满足高仿真动物玩具的市场需求。而皮革加工过程中的边角料及废料,难以再二次利用制备裘皮衣物,将其二次利用制备成真皮植绒,开拓了动物毛皮废料的应用范围。
中国专利ZL201110146760X提供了一种真皮植绒短纤维的制备方法,将真皮边角料经筛选分色、高频清洗、低温粉碎、喷涂上色和气流烘干等工艺制得植绒真皮短纤维。该方法将真皮边角料变废为宝,但其短纤维含杂率较高,动物皮革的蛋白质残余难以去除干净,且所制植绒短纤维染色不均,染色稳定性较差。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,将真皮植绒短纤维通过静电植绒技术种植在底纱层表面,制得外植绒面料层,所制面料高度模仿动物皮毛的质感和手感,满足人们对高度仿真型的动物玩具的需求。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,包括外植绒面料层和内防水层,所述内防水层缝制在外植绒面料层的内表面上,所述的外植绒面料层包括底纱层和植绒层,所述底纱层采用化学纤维机织而成,所述外植绒面料层的制备方法为:
在底纱层表面涂刷丙烯酸植绒胶粘剂,采用真皮植绒短纤维作植绒,经3-5次静电植绒得坯布,再于40-60℃烘焙3-5分钟,于定型机上定型处理后,再用风机将残留植绒吹走,再经梳理得所需外植绒面料层。
作为优选,所述的真皮植绒短纤维制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1) 预处理:将动物毛皮废料进行分色、筛选和去杂得到同类动物毛皮。将动物毛皮根据种类、部位的不同进行分类、筛选,从而使得其质量相近,保证所制同批次真皮植绒纤维品质相同。
(2) 气雾喷洗:将经步骤(1)预处理的动物毛皮经气雾喷洗干净,再经40-60℃真空烘干;
(3) 粉碎、碱洗:将步骤(2)所得的清洗干净的动物毛皮经粉碎机粉碎后,加入复合碱液于60-80℃下处理2-4小时后,调节PH为7,趁热过滤,得到短纤维A,再将进行水洗、烘干。通过本发明特制的复合碱液将动物毛皮碎料中的皮革成分分解,使得皮毛迅速分离,且分离效果好,再经过滤得到动物毛即为短纤维A。
(4) 染色:将短纤维A加入染色筒体中,再往染色筒体中加入染料溶液,加热至50-70℃,保温染色3-5小时后,再加入色氨酸和固色剂,继续保温处理30分钟后,调节PH为7,取出短纤维A,于90-100℃真空干燥30分钟后,冷却至室温,再经水洗3-5次,再于40-60℃真空烘干得到所需真皮植绒短纤维。
作为优选,步骤(3)中所述的复合碱液由以下重量份数组分组成:20-30份碳酸氢钠、5-10份乙二胺、3-5份硅酸钠、1-3份氨茶碱、1-3份明矾和30-40份水。复合碱液采用多种弱碱复配而成,碱性物质可与动物皮革中的脂肪和蛋白质反应生成溶于水的物质,从而使得动物皮革分解,使得皮毛快速分离。若采用强碱处理,则会造成动物毛降解,影响其光滑度。复合碱液中的硅酸钠可在动物毛表面形成一层保护膜,进一步降低碱液对其损伤,明矾可以增加动物毛的柔顺性和光泽度。
作为优选,步骤(3)中所述的动物毛皮和复合碱液的质量比为1:10-15。
作为优选,步骤(4)中所述的染料溶液由以下重量份数组分组成:20-30份酸性阴离子颜料、30-40份水和1-3份助溶剂。
更优选,所述的酸性阴离子颜料选自酸性红、酸性黑、酸性蓝、酸性灰、酸性金黄和酸性棕中的至少一种。
更优选,所述的助溶剂为十六烷基磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯或失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯。
作为优选,步骤(4)中所述的固色剂为氯化十六烷基吡啶或溴化十六烷基吡啶。酸性阴离子颜料为动物皮毛中常用的染料之一,但其缺点是染色不均匀,染色牢固度有待提高。色氨酸作为一种生物碱,呈弱碱性,可与酸性阴离子颜料发生反应,同时能与动物毛表面的蛋白质发生交联反应,使得染色牢固度得到提高。选用氯化十六烷基吡啶或溴化十六烷基吡啶作固色剂,可与酸性阴离子颜料发生反应,进一步起到固色的作用。
更优选,步骤(4)中所述的短纤维A、染料溶液、色氨酸和固色剂的质量比为1:10-20:0.03-0.05:0.05-0.08。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明采用动物毛皮边角废料作原料,生产真皮植绒纤维,比普通植绒纤维更具柔软、细腻的手感,将其通过静电植绒技术植入底纱层表面制得外植绒面料层,所制得面料用于制备高仿真动物玩具,能满足消费者对高度仿真动物玩具的需求。
2、采用多种弱碱复配而成复合碱液处理动物毛皮碎料,从而使得动物皮革分解,使得皮毛快速分离,同时又不对动物毛造成损伤,影响真皮植绒短纤维的质量。
3、本发明所制备的真皮植绒短纤维色泽鲜亮、染色均匀、染色牢固度高。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例1
(1) 预处理:将动物毛皮废料进行分色、筛选和去杂得到同类动物毛皮;
(2) 气雾喷洗:将经步骤(1)预处理的动物毛皮经气雾喷洗干净,再经40℃真空烘干;
(3) 粉碎、碱洗:将步骤(2)所得的清洗干净的动物毛皮经粉碎机粉碎后,加入复合碱液于60℃下处理4小时后,调节PH为7,趁热过滤,得到短纤维A,再将进行水洗、烘干;所述复合碱液由以下重量份数组分组成:20份碳酸氢钠、8份乙二胺、4份硅酸钠、1份氨茶碱、2份明矾和35份水,所述的动物毛皮和复合碱液的质量比为1:10。
(4) 染色:将100g短纤维A加入染色筒体中,再往染色筒体中加入1200g染料溶液,加热至50℃,保温染色5小时后,再加入3g色氨酸和6g氯化十六烷基吡啶,继续保温处理30分钟后,调节PH为7,取出短纤维A,于100℃真空干燥30分钟后,冷却至室温,再经水洗3-5次,再于60℃真空烘干得到所需真皮植绒短纤维;所述的染料溶液由以下重量份数组分组成:20份酸性红、35份水和3份十六烷基磺酸钠。
(5) 外植绒面料层的制备:在底纱层表面涂刷丙烯酸植绒胶粘剂,采用真皮植绒短纤维作植绒,经5次静电植绒得坯布,再于50℃烘焙4分钟,于定型机上定型处理后,再用风机将残留植绒吹走,再梳理即可。
(6) 一种用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,包括外植绒面料层和内防水层,所述内防水层缝制在外植绒面料层的内表面上,所述的外植绒面料层包括底纱层和植绒层,所述底纱层采用化学纤维机织而成。
所制高仿真动物玩具的面料色泽鲜亮,颜色均一,手感柔软、光滑,经高温烫洗不掉色,于SEM电镜下观察,植绒纤维表面破损较少。
实施例2
(1) 预处理:将动物毛皮废料进行分色、筛选和去杂得到同类动物毛皮;
(2) 气雾喷洗:将经步骤(1)预处理的动物毛皮经气雾喷洗干净,再经50℃真空烘干;
(3) 粉碎、碱洗:将步骤(2)所得的清洗干净的动物毛皮经粉碎机粉碎后,加入复合碱液于80℃下处理2小时后,调节PH为7,趁热过滤,得到短纤维A,再将进行水洗、烘干;所述复合碱液由以下重量份数组分组成:25份碳酸氢钠、10份乙二胺、3份硅酸钠、3份氨茶碱、3份明矾和30份水,所述的动物毛皮和复合碱液的质量比为1:12。
(4) 染色:将100g短纤维A加入染色筒体中,再往染色筒体中加入1000g染料溶液,加热至60℃,保温染色4小时后,再加入5g色氨酸和8g氯化十六烷基吡啶,继续保温处理30分钟后,调节PH为7,取出短纤维A,于90℃真空干燥30分钟后,冷却至室温,再经水洗3-5次,再于60℃真空烘干得到所需真皮植绒短纤维;所述的染料溶液由以下重量份数组分组成:30份酸性金黄、30份水和1份聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯。
(5) 外植绒面料层的制备:在底纱层表面涂刷丙烯酸植绒胶粘剂,采用真皮植绒短纤维作植绒,经3次静电植绒得坯布,再于40℃烘焙5分钟,于定型机上定型处理后,再用风机将残留植绒吹走,再梳理即可。
(6) 一种用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,包括外植绒面料层和内防水层,所述内防水层缝制在外植绒面料层的内表面上,所述的外植绒面料层包括底纱层和植绒层,所述底纱层采用化学纤维机织而成。
所制高仿真动物玩具的面料色泽鲜亮色泽鲜亮,颜色均一,手感柔软、光滑,经高温烫洗不掉色。
实施例3
(1) 预处理:将动物毛皮废料进行分色、筛选和去杂得到同类动物毛皮;
(2) 气雾喷洗:将经步骤(1)预处理的动物毛皮经气雾喷洗干净,再经60℃真空烘干;
(3) 粉碎、碱洗:将步骤(2)所得的清洗干净的动物毛皮经粉碎机粉碎后,加入复合碱液于70℃下处理3小时后,调节PH为7,趁热过滤,得到短纤维A,再将进行水洗、烘干;所述复合碱液由以下重量份数组分组成:30份碳酸氢钠、5份乙二胺、5份硅酸钠、2份氨茶碱、1份明矾和40份水,所述的动物毛皮和复合碱液的质量比为1:15。
(4) 染色:将100g短纤维A加入染色筒体中,再往染色筒体中加入2000g染料溶液,加热至70℃,保温染色3小时后,再加入4g色氨酸和5g氯化十六烷基吡啶,继续保温处理30分钟后,调节PH为7,取出短纤维A,于95℃真空干燥30分钟后,冷却至室温,再经水洗3-5次,再于60℃真空烘干得到所需真皮植绒短纤维;所述的染料溶液由以下重量份数组分组成:25份酸性蓝、35份水和3份失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯。
(5) 外植绒面料层的制备:在底纱层表面涂刷丙烯酸植绒胶粘剂,采用真皮植绒短纤维作植绒,经4次静电植绒得坯布,再于60℃烘焙3分钟,于定型机上定型处理后,再用风机将残留植绒吹走,再梳理即可。
(6) 一种用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,包括外植绒面料层和内防水层,所述内防水层缝制在外植绒面料层的内表面上,所述的外植绒面料层包括底纱层和植绒层,所述底纱层采用化学纤维机织而成。
所制高仿真动物玩具的面料色泽鲜亮,颜色均一,手感柔软、光滑,经高温烫洗不掉色。
比较例1
与实施例1操作相同,不同的是步骤(3)中采用质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠水溶液代替复合碱液,所制高仿真动物玩具的面料色泽较暗,颜色均一,手感偏涩,经高温烫洗不掉色。
比较例2
与实施例1操作相同,不同的是步骤(4)中未加入色氨酸,所制高仿真动物玩具的面料色泽较暗,颜色均一,手感柔软、光滑,经高温烫洗掉色。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,所述的面料包括外植绒面料层和内防水层,所述内防水层缝制在外植绒面料层的内表面上,所述的外植绒面料层包括底纱层和植绒层,所述底纱层采用化学纤维机织而成,所述外植绒面料层的制备方法为:
在底纱层表面涂刷丙烯酸植绒胶粘剂,采用真皮植绒短纤维作植绒,经3-5次静电植绒得坯布,再于40-60℃烘焙3-5分钟,于定型机上定型处理后,再用风机将残留植绒吹走,再经梳理得所需外植绒面料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,所述的皮植绒短纤维制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1) 预处理:将动物毛皮废料进行分色、筛选和去杂得到同类动物毛皮;
(2) 气雾喷洗:将经步骤(1)预处理的动物毛皮经气雾喷洗干净,再经40-60℃真空烘干;
(3) 粉碎、碱洗:将步骤(2)所得的清洗干净的动物毛皮经粉碎机粉碎后,加入复合碱液于60-80℃下处理2-4小时后,调节PH为7,趁热过滤,得到短纤维A,再将进行水洗、烘干;
(4) 染色:将短纤维A加入染色筒体中,再往染色筒体中加入染料溶液,加热至50-70℃,保温染色3-5小时后,再加入色氨酸和固色剂,继续保温处理30分钟后,调节PH为7,取出短纤维A,于90-100℃真空干燥30分钟后,冷却至室温,再经水洗3-5次,再于40-60℃真空烘干得到所需真皮植绒短纤维。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的复合碱液由以下重量份数组分组成:20-30份碳酸氢钠、5-10份乙二胺、3-5份硅酸钠、1-3份氨茶碱、1-3份明矾和30-40份水。
4.如权利要求2所述的用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的动物毛皮和复合碱液的质量比为1:10-15。
5.如权利要求2所述的用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的染料溶液由以下重量份数组分组成:20-30份酸性阴离子颜料、30-40份水和1-3份助溶剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,所述的酸性阴离子颜料选自酸性红、酸性黑、酸性蓝、酸性灰、酸性金黄和酸性棕中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求5所述的用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,所述的助溶剂为十六烷基磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯或失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯。
8.如权利要求2所述的用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的固色剂为氯化十六烷基吡啶或溴化十六烷基吡啶。
9.如权利要求2或8所述的用于制作高仿真动物玩具的面料,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的短纤维A、染料溶液、色氨酸和固色剂的质量比为1:10-20:0.03-0.05:0.05-0.08。
