本发明涉及流体结构及流体喷射装置的维护设备。
背景技术
流体结构的应用之一是将溶液射出至其中可执行辅助功能的另一装置上。常见的辅助功能是使用加热器将溶液汽化,以使得溶液的成分可被汽化,从而将溶液作为气态物质进行递送。此种技术的应用包括但不限于:电子烟的计量与汽化装置、蒸汽疗法、气态药物递送、微型实验室的汽相反应等。在所有这些应用中,均使用流体喷射头将流体喷射至受热表面上,以将流体汽化至排放导管中。对于一些应用来说,将要被喷射的流体具有相对低的汽化温度,且因此可随时间蒸发而穿过喷射头中的喷射喷嘴。对于其他应用来说,在各次使用之间对喷射头造成的污染可能是一项问题。在一些应用中,流体可在喷射头上留下残余物,随着时间推移,此残余物将会抑制从喷射头恰当地喷射出流体或者可能会堵塞喷射喷嘴。由于此类装置的尺寸较小,因而对此类装置进行维护以便获得精确的流体喷射量会成问题。流体喷射头的传统维护装置在对喷射头进行覆盖及清洁时需要相对大的区域。
因此,需要一种可在装置未被使用时运作以保护喷射头且可清洁喷射头以维护对流体的恰当喷射的设备。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,本发明的实施例提供一种流体喷射装置的维护设备。所述维护设备包括覆盖结构,连接至枢转机构,使得所述覆盖结构在所述流体喷射装置的喷射头上方枢转,从第一覆盖位置移动至展露所述喷射头的第二位置。
在其他实施例中,所述覆盖结构包括:位于其中的开孔,当所述覆盖结构移动至所述第二位置时,所述开孔供流体从中流过。进一步可包括擦拭片,当所述覆盖结构移动至所述第一位置及所述第二位置时,所述擦拭片清洁所述喷射头。
所述覆盖结构安置于所述喷射头与所述流体喷射装置中的汽化加热器之间。
所述覆盖结构邻近所述流体喷射装置的蒸汽排出导管安置。
所述枢转机构包括枢转构件及轴,所述轴的一端附接至所述枢转构件,且所述轴的另一端附接至所述覆盖结构。

本发明涉及如图1中大体示出的流体喷射与汽化装置10。此类装置10可用于其中如下文更详细所述将液体喷射至汽化加热器上以提供蒸汽流的各种各样的应用。此类装置10通常是手持式装置,例如具有用于吸入由装置10所产生的蒸汽的嘴部12的电子烟。嘴部12可包括用于使蒸汽从装置10流出的蒸汽排出导管14。将要被汽化的液体通常容纳于装置10的主体内或容纳于单独可拆卸式盒中。设置有流体喷射头,所述流体喷射头与液体容器进行流体流动连通并用于向汽化加热器提供预选量的液体。如上所述,可需要防止从流体喷射头出现过多蒸发量和/或防止在喷射头未被使用时对喷射头造成污染。然而,流体喷射装置的尺寸较小会使得难以将任何种类的传统覆盖机构用于喷射头。

参照图6及图7,其中示出流体喷射装置10,流体喷射装置10包括覆盖结构16及用于使覆盖结构16从覆盖位置移动至展露位置的机构。如图6及图7中所示,覆盖结构16在流体喷射装置10中安置于流体喷射头30与汽化加热器32之间。在覆盖位置中,喷射头帽18安置于喷射头30的喷射喷嘴34上方,以防止流体从附接至喷射头30的流体贮存器36蒸发及喷射。如图8至图9中所示,覆盖结构16通过轴38以及连杆42及连杆44附接至枢转构件46,枢转构件46用于使覆盖结构在喷射头30上方枢转以覆盖、清洁及展露喷射头。轴38能够以可旋转方式附接至流体喷射装置10的内壁40。在图8所示的第一位置中,覆盖结构16处于被表示为“关闭”位置的覆盖位置。在关闭位置中,会防止流体从喷射头30逸出,且因此流体喷射装置10不会产生任何蒸汽。图9示出覆盖结构16处于被表示为“开启”位置的第二展露位置,其中开孔22安置于喷射头喷嘴34上方,使得流体可被喷射至汽化加热器32上。当覆盖结构16从关闭位置移动至开启位置或从开启位置移动至关闭位置时,会使擦拭片20跨越喷射头30进行扫掠,以从喷射头30移除碎屑及污染物。
如图6中所示,覆盖结构16、喷射头30及汽化加热器32在流体喷射装置10中被定位成使得由汽化加热器32所产生的蒸汽可经由流体喷射装置的嘴部12(图1)的蒸汽排出导管14而排放出。因此,如图6中所示,枢转构件46安置于蒸汽排出导管14上,以用于手动地使覆盖结构16在覆盖位置与展露位置之间移动。枢转构件46可包括指示器48,以示出喷射头是被覆盖还是被展露(关闭还是开启)。因此,用户可轻易地判断出流体喷射装置10是否处于使用状态。
在图6至图9所示的实施例中,用于覆盖及展露喷射头30的整个机构均安置于蒸汽排出导管14中且邻近蒸汽排出导管14。因此,并不需要特殊密封布置来防止被汽化流体从流体喷射装置10逸出。
在图10至图12所示的另一实施例中,使用滑动杆50来将覆盖结构16相对于喷射头30进行定位。如图11及12中所示,滑动杆50通过轴38附接至覆盖结构16,以使覆盖结构16在第一覆盖位置与第二展露位置之间移动。在图13所示的此实施例中,滑动杆50穿过流体喷射装置的主体54中的狭槽52而安置。狭槽52可包括密封挡片(图中未示出),以在覆盖结构处于“开启”位置时防止蒸汽从狭槽逸出。
覆盖结构16以及流体喷射装置的主体54可由包括塑料、金属、玻璃、陶瓷等在内的各种各样的材料制成,前提是所述材料应与将通过装置10喷射及汽化的流体兼容。尤其适合的材料可选自聚氯乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、不锈钢、手术用钢等。与流体及蒸汽接触的所有零件(包括嘴部12、蒸汽排出导管14及主体54)均可由塑料制成。擦拭片20可由例如弹性体材料、天然橡胶、含氟聚合物等的弹性材料制成,以用于擦拭喷射头30。与流体喷射装置的其他部件一样,擦拭片20应由对在流体喷射装置10中所使用的流体以及由流体喷射装置10所产生的蒸汽具有耐蚀性的材料制成。
尽管已阐述了特定实施例,然而,申请人或所属领域的其他技术人员能够想到当前未预见或可能未预见的替代方案、修改形式、变化形式、改进形式、及实质等效形式。因此,已提出申请且可被修正的所附权利要求旨在包含所有此类替代方案、修改形式、变化形式、改进形式、及实质等效形式。
Claims (8)
1.一种流体喷射装置的维护设备,其特征在于,包括:
覆盖结构,连接至枢转机构,使得所述覆盖结构在所述流体喷射装置的喷射头上方枢转,从覆盖所述喷射头的第一覆盖位置移动至展露所述喷射头的第二位置,
所述覆盖结构包括开孔,所述开孔能够相对于所述喷射头移动,当所述覆盖结构移动至所述第二位置时,所述开孔移动至所述喷射头上方,所述开孔供流体从中流过,
所述枢转机构包括枢转构件及轴,所述轴的一端附接至所述枢转构件,且所述轴的另一端附接至所述覆盖结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流体喷射装置的维护设备,其特征在于,所述覆盖结构进一步包括擦拭片,当所述覆盖结构移动至所述第一覆盖位置及所述第二位置时,所述擦拭片清洁所述喷射头。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的流体喷射装置的维护设备,其特征在于,所述覆盖结构安置于所述喷射头与所述流体喷射装置中的汽化加热器之间。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的流体喷射装置的维护设备,其特征在于,所述覆盖结构邻近所述流体喷射装置的蒸汽排出导管安置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的流体喷射装置的维护设备,其特征在于,所述枢转构件安置于所述流体喷射装置的蒸汽排出导管上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的流体喷射装置的维护设备,其特征在于,所述轴安置于所述蒸汽排出导管中。
7.根据权利要求5所述的流体喷射装置的维护设备,其特征在于,所述枢转构件绕所述蒸汽排出导管而移动所述覆盖结构从所述第一覆盖位置枢转至所述第二位置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的流体喷射装置的维护设备,其特征在于,所述枢转机构包括连杆,所述覆盖结构经由所述轴与所述连杆而连接至所述枢转构件。
