第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 的连接方式可以是接触面上分别含磁性材料,使第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 之间可磁吸相连,相对转动。优选地,第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 互相套合,防止二者径向移动发生位置相对错开。
如图 3-5 所示,第一烟雾量调节件 10 与第二烟雾量调节件 20 之间的连接方式还可以相互过盈配合或卡合连接,可以通过在第一烟雾量调节件 10 中心开设一贯穿孔 2 ,第二烟雾量调节件 20 沿内表面朝向所述中心轴向延伸一与贯穿孔 2 相适配的圆台 3 ,使第一烟雾量调节件 10 与第二烟雾量调节件 20 之间通过过盈配合连接,同时可相对转动;还可在第二烟雾量调节件 20 的圆台 3 上开有凹槽,在第一烟雾量调节件 10 上设置与所述凹槽相适配的凸起,将圆台 3 穿过贯穿孔 2 通过凹槽使第一烟雾量调节件 10 与第二烟雾量调节件 20 相卡合连接,同时可相对转动。
如图 1 所示,外管套 1 内还设置有供烟雾流通的气流通道 6 。如图 3 、图 6 和图 7 所示,第一烟雾量调节件 10 上依次同径向间隔开有面积大小不同的多个第一通气孔 111 ,第二烟雾量调节件 20 开有与多个第一通气孔 111 位置相对应的一个第二通气孔 222 ,第一通气孔 111 和第二通气孔 222 均与所述气流通道 6 相通。随着第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 的相对转动,第二通气孔 222 可完全覆盖多个第一通气孔 111 中的任何一个。多个第一通气孔 111 依照面积大小以逐渐递减或逐渐递增的方式排列。可以理解地是,第一通气孔 111 与第二通气孔 222 形状可以相同,也可以不同,只要第二通气孔 222 能完全覆盖住第一通气孔 111 即可。
优选地,第一通气孔 111 和第二通气孔 222 形状相同。第一通气孔 111 与第二通气孔 222 径向截面的形状可以是圆形、椭圆形、圆弧形、星形、三角形、梯形、椎形、矩形中的任一种,还可以是其它任何形状,并不局限于上述列举的形状。
如图 6 所示,第一通气孔 111 为圆形有六个,每个通气孔 111 的中心为同径向、并间隔设置,面积逆时针依次减小;如图 7 所示,第二通气孔 222 也是圆形只有一个,其面积比六个第一通气孔 111 都大,随着第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 相对转动,第一通气孔 111 和第二通气孔 222 位置可以相互对应,就会出现六种大小状态的通气孔,进而烟雾量会不同,起到满足吸烟者六种口感的烟雾量的作用,此种结构更易于调节烟雾量及可美化电子烟的外观。
进一步地,第一通气孔 111 和第二通气孔 222 分别位于第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 远离中心的边缘区域。
第一烟雾量调节件 10 可以是 金属 烟雾量调节件 、塑胶 烟雾量调节件 、陶瓷 烟雾量调节件 、纸质 烟雾量调节件 、木质 烟雾量调节件中的任一种。同样第二烟雾量调节件 20 也可以是 金属 烟雾量调节件 、塑胶 烟雾量调节件 、陶瓷 烟雾量调节件 、纸质 烟雾量调节件 、木质 烟雾量调节件中的任一种。第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 还可以是其它材料的烟雾量调节件,并不局限于上述列举的材料制成的烟雾量调节件。可以理解地是,第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 可以同时是相同的材料制成的烟雾量调节件,也可以分别是不同的材料制成的烟雾量调节件。
实施例 2 :
实施例 2 与实施例 1 不同之处在于,由原先的第一烟雾量调节件 10 上开有多个第一通气孔 111 换成在第二烟雾量调节件 20 依次同径向间隔开有面积大小不同的多个第二通气孔 222 ,由原先的在第二烟雾量调节件 20 上开有一个第二通气孔 222 换成在第一烟雾量调节件 10 开有与多个第二通气孔 222 位置相对应的一个第一通气孔 111 ,第一通气孔 111 和第二通气孔 222 均与所述气流通道 6 相通。随着第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 的相对转动,第一通气孔 111 可完全覆盖多个第二通气孔 222 中的任何一个。多个第二通气孔 222 依照面积大小以逐渐递减或逐渐递增的方式排列。随着第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 相对转动,第一通气孔 111 与第二通气孔 222 位置可以相互对应,就会出现多种大小不同状态的通气孔,进而烟雾量会不同,起到满足吸烟者对不同口感的烟雾量的要求。
实施例 3 :
实施例 3 与实施例 1 不同之处在于:如图 8-12 所示,第一烟雾量调节件 10 上开有围绕第一烟雾量调节件 10 中心的半圆弧形第一通气孔 111 ,第二烟雾量调节件 20 上开有围绕第二烟雾量调节件 20 的半圆弧形第二通气孔 222 ,第一通气孔 111 和第二通气孔 222 均与所述气流通道 6 相通。进一步地,第一通气孔 111 和第二通气孔 222 面积大小相同,所在位置相互对应。随着第一烟雾量调节件 10 和第二烟雾量调节件 20 相对转动,第一通气孔 111 与第二通气孔 222 重叠的面积会逐渐变化,这样实际通气孔的大小就会逐渐变化,可以逐渐变大,也可以逐渐变小,进而烟雾量会逐渐变化,起到满足吸烟者对不同口感的烟雾量的要求;此外,此种结构也更易于调节烟雾量及可美化电子烟的外观。
另外,如图 2 所示,所述第一灯帽 110 上开有的第一通气孔 111 和第二灯帽 220 上开有的第二通气孔 222 还可以位于第一灯帽 110 和第二灯帽 220 相互过盈配合或卡合的侧围上。可以理解的是,在另一种实施方式中,所述外管套 1 上套设有烟雾量调节套(图中未标示),所述外管套 1 及所述烟雾量调节套分别设置有位置相对应的所述第一通气孔 111 和第二通气孔 222 ,所述外管套 1 及所述烟雾量调节套组成所述烟雾量调节机构。
以上实施例是本发明的说明而非限定,本发明的内涵不完全包含在此实施例中, 对本领域普通技术人员来说,根据上述说明进行的改进或变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种通气孔可调的电子烟,其设置有用于供气流流通以便于吸食烟雾的气流通道( 6) ,其特征在于,还包括用于调节所述气流通道大小的烟雾量调节机构。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括外管套( 1 ),所述外管套( 1 )内设置有所述气流通道( 6 );所述烟雾量调节机构包括与所述外管套( 1 )同轴设置的第一烟雾量调节件( 10 )及第二烟雾量调节件( 20 ),所述第一烟雾量调节件( 10 )上开有至少一第一通气孔( 111 ),所述第二烟雾量调节件( 20 )上开有至少一第二通气孔( 222 ),所述第一通气孔( 111 )和所述第二通气孔( 222 )均与所述气流通道( 6 )相通,所述第一烟雾量调节件( 10 )和所述第二烟雾量调节件( 20 )可相对转动,进而调节所述第一通气孔( 111 )和所述第二通气孔( 222 )相互重叠的面积。
  3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一烟雾量调节件( 10 )和所述第二烟雾量调节件( 20 )分别为设置在所述外管套( 1 )一端的第一吸嘴盖( 100 )和第二吸嘴盖( 200 )。
  4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )和所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )的接触面上分别含磁性材料,使所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )和所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )之间可磁吸相连。
  5. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )中心开设有一贯穿孔( 2 ),所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )沿内表面朝向所述中心轴向延伸一与所述贯穿孔( 2 )相适配的圆台( 3 ),使所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )与所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )之间可相对转动。
  6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述贯穿孔( 2 )与所述圆台( 3 )可以相互过盈配合或卡合连接。
  7. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一通气孔( 111 )和所述第二通气孔( 222 )分别位于所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )和所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )远离中心的边缘区域。
  8. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )依次同径向间隔开有面积大小不同的多个第一通气孔( 111 ),所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )开有与多个所述第一通气孔( 111 )位置相对应的一个第二通气孔( 222 ),且随着所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )和所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )的相对转动,所述第二通气孔( 222 )可完全覆盖多个所述第一通气孔( 111 )中的任何一个。
  9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,多个所述第一通气孔( 111 )依照面积大小以逐渐递减或逐渐递增的方式排列。
  10. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )依次同径向间隔开有面积大小不同的多个第二通气孔( 222 ),所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )开有与多个所述第二通气孔( 222 )位置相对应的一个第一通气孔( 111 ),且随着所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )和所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )的相对转动,所述第一通气孔( 111 )可完全覆盖多个所述第二通气孔( 222 )中的任何一个。
  11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,多个所述第二通气孔( 222 )依照面积大小以逐渐递减或逐渐递增的方式排列。
  12. 如权利要求 8 或 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一通气孔( 111 )与所述第二通气孔( 222 )形状相同。
  13. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一通气孔( 111 )和所述第二通气孔( 222 )径向截面的形状可以是圆形、椭圆形、圆弧形、星形、三角形、梯形、椎形、矩形中的任一种。
  14. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一通气孔( 111 )和所述第二通气孔( 222 )为各自同径向分别围绕所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )和所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )中心的半圆弧形孔。
  15. 如权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一通气孔( 111 )和所述第二通气孔( 222 )面积大小相同,所在位置相互对应。
  16. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一吸嘴盖( 100 )是 金属吸嘴盖 、塑胶吸嘴盖 、陶瓷吸嘴盖 、纸质吸嘴盖 、木质吸嘴盖中的任一种。
  17. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二吸嘴盖( 200 )是 金属吸嘴盖 、塑胶吸嘴盖 、陶瓷吸嘴盖 、纸质吸嘴盖 、木质吸嘴盖中的任一种。
  18. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括相互插接相连的雾化器( 4 )及电池杆( 5 ),所述外管套( 1 )包括设置在所述雾化器( 4 )上的雾化套( 40 )以及设置在所述电池杆( 5 )上的电池套( 50 ),所述第一烟雾量调节件( 10 )和所述第二烟雾量调节件( 20 )分别设置在所述雾化套( 40 )和所述电池套( 50 )的对接处。
  19. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一烟雾量调节件( 10 )和所述第二烟雾量调节件( 20 )分别为设置在所述外管套( 1 )一端的第一灯帽( 110 )和第二灯帽( 220 )。
  20. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括外管套( 1 )及套设在所述外套管上的烟雾量调节套,所述外管套( 1 )及所述烟雾量调节套分别设置有位置相对应的第一通气孔( 111 )和第二通气孔( 222 ),所述外管套( 1 )及所述烟雾量调节套组成所述烟雾量调节机构。
